Beyond incredible service by Tatiana & Anya! What a wonderful way to end our vacation! So sweet and Tatiana was so funny!! Very hospitable! As an avid spa connoisseur , I would recommend this at a 10/10!

This is a delightful spa—calm, thoughtfully appointed, and interesting. Tetiana is so personable and knowledgeable, finding my problem areas immediately during the massage and targeting them perfectly. She went above and beyond to pamper and relax me. I have five kids, including a medically fragile baby, so I don’t get out much, but Tetiana threw herself into making my afternoon out absolutely magical. Hot tea and champagne in the salt room was the perfect way to wrap it up. I hope to visit again soon and I’d highly recommend her services.

Had a wonderful spa day. Tetiana’s hands are strong yet delicate. She’s very kind and makes sure you’re feeling comfortable. The atmosphere is calming and stress free. You can adjust the music volume to your comfort level and talking is minimal. Perfect place to relax. Will be back soon!

I was given a gift certificate (for Christmas). I visited the spa in March 2024 and received a hot stones massage, infrared sauna session, and time in the salt room. Tatiana was pleasant, professional, and provided a great massage. I was able to shower after the infrared sauna session, which was great. I partook in the champagne and chocolates in the salt room. Great experience. I hope to return in the future for a facial.

Wonderful place to take your other half. She loved the swedish massage and hot rock treatment. The salt room is very relaxing, and as an allergy sufferer it was an allergy reliever. My fiancee loved the sauna infered room. The rooms have a wonderful and warm touch. The owner is very professional and has a vibe to her that makes you know you chose the right place.

The whole space feels like an alternate, tranquil dimension. The service is also on another level - between sipping hot, fresh tea in the salt-wall room, champagne and dessert wafers you’ll feel like royalty. I booked a massage for my mother and the overall experience was fantastic. My mom said the massage was 10/10 . I was allowed to sit in the salt room and it was extremely relaxing and peaceful with hot tea , snacks , champagne. I highly recommend .

I got a little bit of everything. Hot stone and deep tissue massage. Sauna and salt room treatment for a good price. Spent over 3 1/2 hours on the service. Tetiana was amazing. Her customer service is unmatched. She was very pleasant and nice. She makes sure you feel very pampered. Highly recommended. Will be back often.

Went to celebrate birthday and had such nice time! Very clean, decor and music are calming. I get really good deep tissue massage. Tatiana was able to effect significant relief, which may be long lasting. My husband got a facial (pretty much his first) and he said that he loved it and would want to do this again. My daughter and I had a spa day while I was visiting Greenville. I have to tell you Tetiana was so gracious. We took advantage of the Salt Room where we were treated to water, tea and champagne, then a 90 minute massage. Truly the most relaxing experience. We will definitely return when visiting Greenville. What an absolutely amazing experience! Tetiana is incredible at everything she does! I had a deep tissue/sports massage with some stretching as well as 30 minute facial that left me feeling refreshed and new! Afterwards, I enjoyed an amazing cup of tea and cookies in the salt room on extremely comfortable recliners. 100% will go again and recommend!

If you want to be treated like royalty during your spa experience, this is the place for you. Tatiana has perfected customer service. I took my daughter for a spa day as a surprise for her birthday and after seating us in the salt room in huge comfortable rocker/recliners, she opened a bottle of champagne for a toast. We both received massages with hot stones and facials and both were fantastic. We were very impressed with Tatianas expertise in both. The massage table is extra large and the massage room has an electric fireplace. The atmosphere of her entire spa was very relaxing, cozy, and quiet. We cant wait to go back!

An AMAZING deep tissue massage and a truly relaxing facial with cucumbers on my eyes! I loved the hot towels throughout my massage and facial. Tatiana was great! She has created an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. Her massage techniques were better than most othe masseuse I have been to. My wife and I purchased the Christmas special and felt it was worth every penny.

Without a doubt the best massage and spa experience Ive had in years. If you want a personalized experience based on trust and a compassionate hand, youll find no better service in Greenville. I dont make reviews ever so I hope that service as a modest litmus test on the quality I had. Tetiana is professional, respectful, and masterfully skilled. I had visited on a recommendation from a friend and I regret nothing. If you have the time and finds available, the 90 minute Swedish massage is the way to go. There is never a feeling of being rushed through an appointment and the opportunity to relax with other amenities afterwards is incredible relaxing. I cant wait to visit again.

Wow! My words do not do justice to Tetiana and Wintergreen SPA. This may be the first positive google review that I’ve written. I think I have provided some reviews when things were terrible at a place I visited but never have I been more inclined to share a positive experience.I couldn’t wait to write a review. I am currently sitting in one of the salt rooms, about to relax and sip on an herbal tea. This place is the real deal! From the peaceful music, to the complimentary drinks, chocolates, and amenities in the changing room, the entire experience is magical.Tetiana went above and beyond. She was more than I could have hoped for! Everything I look for in a massage was provided. It was so amazing that I find myself not even bothering to get into too many of the details of the actual massage (which was phenomenal and on a top of the line table, designed with space for women’s breast so they are not smooshed, and included hot stones for no extra charge!). It was everything above and beyond the massage that made this a truly remarkable experience! (Though the massage alone warrants 5 stars)I am not an easy person to get to relaxe. I say this to highlight how extremely wonderful Tetiana is. She was patient and made me feel at ease and cared for at all times, even with my incessant chattering. She ended up taking longer than anticipated on my massage and facial (because I kept talking.... sorry Tetiana), yet, she never made me feel judged or rushed!Tetiana’s positive, calm demeanor is intoxicating, as is the delicious champagne she provided! Ive had many messages but Tetiana was hands down the BEST MASSAGE THERAPIST Ive ever been to. She made me feel like a Princess. Massage table is big soft and sturdy. The facility is beautiful with very nice shower, salt room, locker room. For the reasonable prices and wonderful service, its definitely one of my top choices for spa services. Loved the robes they give you. The massage itself was AMAZING. They have aromatherapy that they use. I opted for the citrus which was heavenly!

My sister and I got a session for my mom’s birthday and this is her take away from her experience.“ I was greeted at the door by a bubbly svelte woman with an amazing accent that seemed to float across the floor as I toured the facility. I asked if she was a dancer, she giggled and said no but I have to disagree. The “ballet” her hands did on my body was second to none. Her flawless timing and pressure was so healing it, literally, brought me to tears. The spa was hip and clean and I can’t wait until I visit Greenville again so I can go back to her for an encore performance! Bravo! And thank you.

As soon as Tetiana meets you at the door with her friendly, effervescent greeting, you immediately feel like an honored guest and an old friend. This feeling never ceases as she does absolutely everything to make you as comfortable and pampered as possible; as if she had thought of nothing else, but to make your visit relaxing and rejuvenating. She has thoughtfully provided just about anything you could possibly need, including refreshments, toiletries, even a therapeutic salt room to wait in or just chill-out in after your treatment. She is extremely skilled at massage as well as skin treatments and her hospitality is unrivaled. She is also very strong, giving those of us with very tight muscles a capable practitioner to painlessly provide relief. We no longer live in Greenville, but make it a point to book a session (or two) with Tetiana every time we are in town. We cannot recommend her enough!

Such an amazing experience!! Tetiana is fantastic from the moment you walk in the door. If you are into marbled sterile floors and hospital feel this isnt the place for you, this truly is ten times better because it feels warm and inviting like you are at home away from home with relaxing touches. Just in....Being short and working with a tall therapist isnt always easy because the table needs to be higher for them. But Wintergreen has a new adjustable table! She can adjust the height when she leaves the room, so I dont feel like Alice caught in Wonderland, trying to figure how how to get off the table.Wonderful experience every time! Tetiana is amazing.
