I’m so amazed with the nail treatments, including the package selections. You all gave great attention to details, and made sure my experience was quiet, relaxing and infused with care. The orange pedicure with orange slices, honey and lavender was incredible. I enjoyed the foot massage, hot towels, hot stones, chair massage. Everything! The customer service was unlike any other here in Greenville. You all have a true gift. Thank you for providing a gentle and relaxing experience for me! I hope to come again and again!
Summer Nails is my favorite and the only place I’ll go to now! After years of trying to find a salon I feel most comfortable in, this place is perfect. Staff is so friendly, the salon itself is beautiful and their work is gorgeous!! My nails are perfect each and every time and they accommodate any of your needs. Customer service is fantastic, so many options, complimentary drinks, and so much more. April is the best and I will recommend them to anyone I know!

The owner and her husband are very nice! They did a great job on my nails and toes. They are also very patient and the service was great! They also have complementary wine! I will definitely be back though when I come to town! The reason I gave 4 stars is because they advertise student discounts of 10% but it’s not off of the total…. only the service. So my original total was $145. 10% off of $145 is $14.50. They only gave me a discount of $8.50 which is frustrating.
Amazing service!!!! They were so kind and did everything I wanted and more! I don’t know the name of who I had but he was a guy who sat at chair 3. I really liked how he also specifically asked before starting the shape and color and design. Price was also great and they offered me a discount for being a student. Summer nails has been my go to nail place since before they were called summer nails; April has been amazing since the day that I met her! She is so talented, can re-create any design, I want, and even comes up with amazing designs of her own. I am very picky about how I like my nails done with that said, summer nails has a forever returning customer.
I just want to say, I moved to Greenville NC about 4mths ago, trying to find the right nail salon that did great with natural nails. One thing for sure, I watched my nail tech Angella do a design I asked for and she nailed it. She took very good care of my nails without breaking them. I give this place a 10 if I could. No more traveling 2hrs back home to get my nails done. I finally found great & friendly nail techs here. Also funny, I can add to they services!! Great experience here.

This is THE best place to get your nails done in all of Greenville. Phil is the best! He’s so funny and cares about you. Go Mon-Thurs if you work at the hospital or are a college student for 10% off! They also have other deals if you go in (there’s a blackboard before the checkout hanging up).Honestly such great deals, such great nails you can’t go wrong. I’ve tried other places in town and have been ripped off and had below par service. This is your solution!!

My only complaint was my nail tech caught an attitude when asked to make my French line thinner however she got it done so they still get 5 stars

My complaint is with the polish. Its very splotchy and almost looks like its missing top coat in certain areas. In regular lighting it looks fine, but in the sun, its a hot mess. Its gel and I had them done Oct 26...it shouldnt be this worn this quick. On a positive note...the guy who did my mani/pedi did a great massage and callus removal. Everyone was friendly and the place was very clean.Edit: I was made aware that if its been within 7 days, they will fix what Im not satisfied with...I went in and they repainted my nails at no charge. I appreciate that they stand by their work and want the customers to be satisfied.Edit to my edit: within 2 days, the polish started looking the same way as before...splotchy and a very dull top coat.

AMAZING SERVICE!! I came in for a pedicure and dip powder. They completed both services at the same time. I also love their technique for dip powder much better because they brush it on instead of dipping your nail into the jar. Much more sanitary! Jun did my pedicure while Angella did the dip powder for my nails, and it was great! I WILL be returning!!

I found this nail salon by reading good review on Google. This is my self-care time. I chose “Birthday me up!” pedicure which was $80 since i needed good massage and this package included everything. I liked the hot stone massage. They made sure it was 10 minutes massage by using a timer. Friendly and clean atmosphere. Oh and they served wine too for FREE. Definitely recommend and will come back

I have started to go to them and I never had an issue with my nails or toes until 2 weeks ago I went to them for my birthday and now it is a week later and my nails I cracked and coming off and my acrylic toe game completely off which made me unsatisfied along with they rushed on my nails and I am unhappy

This is one of the more reasonably priced nail salons in Greenville. It used to be my favorite but they stopped opening on Sundays 🥺 Nice folks though. I typically only get pedicures anymore and they do a good job with them. The older gentleman does the best ones‼️
My appointment started on time. Salon was clean and relaxing. My Birthday Me Up pedicure was amazing. Tom did a great job and April was very warm and accommodating and did great with my manicure too.

I just moved down to Greenville and was looking for a salon to go to regularly. I found summer nails and thought why not. Right away everyone was very nice and welcoming. Loved the atmosphere and the music was also bomb. I went in for a mani and pedi. My pedi was amazing and she was so nice and gentle on me. I even brought my 4 year old son and they made sure he was comfortable too which I loved. My mani was really good too but the polish was sloppy. I didn’t notice till I got home so I went the next morning first thing and they were really nice about it and deeply apologized and fixed it super quick.. even though the polish was sloppy the first time I will definitely be back.

I just came to this salon for the first time and i’m so impressed! It smells so nice inside and is very clean. The nail tech took his time with my pedicure and my nails look amazing and clean. The entire experience was relaxing and not rushed like other places i’ve been to. I’ve had such a hard time finding a salon in greenville but I think this is it! I’ll definitely be back for all future mani/pedi needs.

Before I normally purchase something or get a service done I always read reviews.You would think I was in a different salon from what others describe. Maybe the fact that they were really busy or my tech wasnt as seasoned as the others is the reason why my experience wasnt like others.I see others describe the techs as extra friendly ...I didnt get that experience which is fine I wasnt there to make friends but get a pedicure.I was offered anything to drink ...all though the brochure stated they offer all customers this.Not a deal breaker at all just something I noticed.The service I felt would have been better if the tech was more sure of herself...not sure if she was new or not but my polish doesnt look up to par because it seemed she didnt know what she was doing and I could tell the other techs was aware.Polish was left on top of my feet and the polish looks like a child did it.Not sure if Ill return.

Everyone was kind, however my nails were rushed and the design was messy for my graduation photos. I asked before sitting for services, if the design could be done and they agreed yes. However, after removing several designs I had to settle for one. I left upset and unsatisfied due to my nail design being a mess.
Lavish Nails and Spa is absolutely the best place to go for all of your pampering needs. The atmosphere in there is amazing always laughing and talking, outstanding customer service. Jasmine at Lavish Nails is one of the best nail technician’s in this area. She takes her time & is very meticulous. Lavish nails is a very nice, relaxing environment and I recommend to any one.
The quality of work is great. However, the technician was more concerned with how long me and my daughters nails were instead of completing the job requested. If youre not able to service all lengths of nails how can you call yourself a licensed nail artist? If you cant service a person just allow another tech to handle it; you shouldnt catch an attitude because a person wears long nails, if Im paying you then it shouldnt be an issue. Especially for the high prices they have. Ms. Helen is this best tech there honestly and her work was very neat n pretty. Other than that the service was awesome.

I came in for a pedicure and the guy that did it never spoke a word to me. He would just jerk my foot around and never did he once ask if I was OK with the job he performed. When I asked him for a design on my toe he told me no.WHAT?? Then another guy came over and completed it. They are not friendly or welcoming. This was the first and last time I come to this place.If you are going to be in business then be respectful to your customers.

I have tried almost EVERY nail salon in Greenville before discovering Lavish Nails & Spa and this salon is the absolute BEST nail salon in Greenville. I have never been more happy with my nails and I refuse to go anywhere else but Lavish. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. They are always smiling and joking with you and overall such a fantastic experience. They always make sure I am 100% happy with my nails before leaving. At other nail salons i’ve been to before, my nails would either chip/break off/gets loose after only a week of having them on. Once I get my nails done at Lavish, I don’t have to get a fill in for 3 weeks because they’re just THAT good. I see a few bad reviews and I honestly don’t know what they’re talking about because i’ve never had that experience here and i’ve never got that feedback from any of the people I recommend to go here. All my friends have now switched over to Lavish Nails and they refuse to go elsewhere. In general, I love this salon and I refuse to let anyone else do my nails!

My appointment was booked and confirmed through their online booking system but when I walked in my greeting was once I walked through the door We are not taking anyone more today , sweetieThats inappropriate and unprofessional way of addressing your customers.In the future I would recommend that you say sorry our online system is incorrect simple and easy.I am extremely mad about the way he addressed me , completely ignored while he was finishing what he was doing and when I mentioned their online system the reply was Yeah I will fix that.Very subpar place. I would have given this place closer to a 5 star but tonight was not a good experience. I didnt have an issue the first two times I went but this time I took my mother-in-law after talking the place up.She got a pedicure and the tech was terrible to her. She has multiple medical conditions that leaves her legs numb and they flinch without her being able to control it. She told the tech this after he began hitting her legs and feet to get her to stop moving. He got short with her after that and she tried to explain again she couldnt control it. He went to who I am assuming is the manager and next thing I know I am being approached to see if she would mind not getting the manicure done she asked for since they needed to close early.I find it pretty convenient that when we got there it wasnt a problem to do a full set, a pedicure and a manicure before they closed but after the tech got mad about my mother-in-law we were practically told to just leave. Reason why I think its shady because there was no mention prior to this that they would be closing early and I have walked in 30 mins before closing to get my nails done and they have stayed later even for people who have walked in 5 mins before closing.The excuse we were given for the tech getting short with her was that he didnt speak English so didnt understand what she was saying. I am sorry but you should be able to communicate on some level with your customers. Just stay away if you need a little extra attention or consideration during your service.Still had us pay full price even though the tech made her bleed, hit her repeatedly and failed to paint her nails. Not sure I will be going back. Sad because the man who has done my nails did a good job but I take my mother-in-law with me for girls days.
I looked at all reviews and I want to warn people. After 24 hrs and $30+5 less all my polish is chipped off. This was a complete waste of my time. Visiting from out of town and horrified to think this is the “Best place in Greenville “
First nail tech passed me to a second nail tech. I watched him smear my gel and then he told ME I shouldve been more careful. Made no effort to fix it. The techs use their own nails to scrap the underside of your nail. It seemed extremely unsanitary at best. Mediocre customer service. I dont ever leave negative reviews but I wont be back. :(
The experience was horrific !!!! Phil was very rude today and unprofessional my time was wasted first he told me 1 hour mind you I arrived at 11am didn’t leave til 230 and still was not a happy customer ! when it came to the pedicure they tried to charge me for something I didn’t have , the feet afterward look like bullcrap , the first person that did my toes were very rough and complained about me moving so much but ur hurting me ! Supper AGGRESSIVE NOT FRIENDLY OR WELCOMING AT ALL !! so I asked them to fix it of course they had an attitude about fixing the issues they created so then comes another worker that doesn’t speak English omg it was the worst , I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO GO HERE for PEDICURES OR ANY OTHER SERVICE UNLESS U HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE !!! Not to mention THE business IS NOT THAT OLD I have never felt so disappointed in my life

Service was speedy but nail tech was extremely rough with my hands. NAil feel bumpy to me and i got gel. I was too nervous after his roughness to get my eyes done.
I tried this place today for the first time, service was great, and I was in and out quickly! I will definitely be coming back in two weeks.

The worse nail salon ever the customer service was bad abd thr guy that did my pedicure did not do a good job I was looking for him so he could repaint my feet he was no where to be found I will not return here. I was so uncomfortable in most places you visit the people thr work there will atleast ask hiw you are doing and make a little convo but not here I even tried sparking convo with the lady who ended up repainting my feet she didnt say anything back...maybe she didnt speak English is all in saying. I will not return...i really do not even see how this place hs so many good reviews...if that is good service to you then you should try some of the other salons around town because you would be blown away.😠

Really good place to get my nails done. Only complaint is i never know the hours? It says open at 10am and when I come at 10am its not open.
