Had a massage with Dorothy. The massage itself was ok but when I go to get a massage I am there to relax and don’t feel like talking the entire time. Upon entering the massage room she kept complaining about the music that had been on all day then proceeded to open the door and scream down the hallway to management to change the music. I’m there to relax, I don’t care to hear you complain about the music. Then she proceeded to tell me how she had a complaint from another customer for calling a different client overweight. I felt like I heard this women’s life story all day and how she lived in a tent. Weird vibes and made me uncomfortable.

Excellent experience during my massage. I feel very relaxed. I’ll come back monthly for sure

I had the very best facial this evening with Ashuria. She did wonderful. She is very professional, and thorough. My husband had a full body massage with Alyssa, and he said she did a great job.

Very pleasant atmosphere, the staff was very friendly. Accommodating to my needs and was helpful on what I needed on my next visit. Me and my fiance had a couple massage, his first time and we will be sharing another massage in the near future.

The lady doing my massage was very nice but the massage I would not recommend it, I had bruises & had asked her not to use the “vacuum “ because it hurt really bad. I have not been back or interested in getting a gift card.

It was my first time and I had such a relaxing experience! Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. Alyssa was absolutely wonderful with my full body massage and Ashuria gave me an amazing facial. They were both so lovely! I had a great day and I would definitely go back!

My experience was fantastic. The services were worth the cost. My facial was great. She talked about skin related things and did a great job on my face. No discomfort at all. She did not try to push me to buy any products and even gave me a free sample to try at home. My massage therapist was very capable. I have a nerve disease that makes me sensitive to pressure and she was able to massage my back with no difficulty. I wasnt left bruised like my last massage. At the end of my appointments I was left feeling very relaxed and pampered.

What a great human to have help me this Valentine’s Day! I wasn’t expecting to wake up in so much pain! They were able to fit me in and help me deal with the Disabling Pain of RA. I had a WONDERFUL experience, it was my very first time getting a massage. When I first walked in, Billy the owner was very nice, he exhibited exceptional hospitality and I felt very comfortable. Absolutely no wait time, they started on time and finished on time. The atmosphere was very relaxing. Ashley did a magnificent job on my massage, and she made sure she explained the procedure in detail and let me know that I have just as much say in what happens during a massage, and to feel free to say more or less pressure. She also cared about if I had any particular concerns about my body before just giving me a massage, that was an automatic plus for me. The service was exceptional! Pricing was very reasonable and I was pleased with my overall experience.

Starting with the front desk staff: she was kind and had everything ready for me. The communication was great and the person I spoke with on the phone previously had added a note in the computer about what I wanted - so there was no confusion upon my arrival. My massage therapist, Sam, was awesome. He talked with me about my needs and what my goals were for my session. My body is practically pain free after my massage. I was so pleased, I signed up for the membership and went ahead and booked my next session!

I had some concerns that I wanted to focus on and many questions about my skincare routine and she helped me out A LOT! I became a member today and I cant wait for my next sessions!

This place is great. It is a little pricey and there seems to be a little bit of a turnover as far as massage therapists go but everyone is nice and professional. The schedule is very scarce so its hard for me to go as much as I like

I was greeted and treated very professional upon entering. I was told about specials that were currently going on. My wait was under 5 minutes. Kirk was very professional during my massage and accommodating. I was recommended by a friend and before I left I became a member and purchased a gift card for another friend.

I enjoyed a relaxing massage. I was stiff, tired, and in pain. I came out relaxed, and happy. The massage therapist told me his massage was intense and if I needed less from him just let him know. I didnt because I needed the kinks in my shoulders worked out. Im feeling wonderful. The was told to take Tylenol afterwards for the rub down and yes Tylenol is needed. But other than that great place to get your massage and relax Therapy done. They listen very well in my case and hit every mark for me.

Perla is the best massage therapist ever! She is kind, patient, thorough and listens to the needs of her clients. She addresses your concerns each time she gives you a massage. I love Perla!!!

I had a great time here at LaVida! I had Brandon as my Massage Therapist--he was very nice, accomadating, and great at his job. I had a bit of tension in my back, but by the end, he took that all the way out 😂. The lady at the front desk was also very nice... I would def reccomend this place to friends and family. Thanks !

Perla has amazing hands and is a natural at finding trouble areas. She single handedly saved my hip for my half marathon race!!! After running with pain for the last 4 weeks, I had zero pain during my run thanks to her. Will definitely schedule with her in the future.

Husband has a very bad back, went for his first message session, he said that Perla was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. My experience was with the front desk, mainly getting everything scheduled for my husband. The receptionists were friendly, helpful, and courteous. Plan on making an appointment for myself in the near future!

Dont go here if you can avoid it. I booked a last minute massage with Paxton and to start, the receptionist was cold, did not make eye contact and was not welcoming. The massage given to me was not gentle, there is a bruise on my upper left arm from where she was way too rough when I asked for a Swedish light massage. She threw towels down on my back and rushed through the entire massage. She ended the massage ten minutes early and I found out why after getting dressed. Once I went to leave she said her last day was Friday and if I wanted to visit again she recommended another therapist for me. I told the receptionist how bad it was she seemed unconcerned and only offered to give me $30 off my next massage and said they had many good therapists there. Why would I go back after having had such a horrible job done the first time? I should not have had to pay for the horrible massage I received. I left in more pain than in AND I drove 45 minutes to get there. Absolutely terrible service

My fiance gave me a 60 minute massage as an early birthday gift. The hospitality was amazing. Brandon was my therapist. He was very nice and professional. He kept asking if I was ok, if he was hurting me, and if I was comfortable. I left feeling so relaxed and like a new person.

The atmosphere was relaxing and the massage therapists were great.My one complaint is that we paid for a 90 minute couples massage for my husbands birthday and ONLY got 65 minutes of massage time. When I asked the front desk lady about it, she stated that we should have arrived earlier to account for check in time and paperwork, but that is NOT stated on their website nor in the confirmation text message I received from them. We arrived a few minutes before our appointment time, and started about 20 minutes after our scheduled time due to paperwork, bathroom, talking to therapists, and undressing. This should be COMMUNICATED to customers so we know what we are paying for when it is advertised as a 90 minute massage. We got about 25 minutes LESS than we paid for! Sad because it was for his birthday and after it was done, he said wait I thought it was supposed to be 90 minutes? :(

I love this place! I started going here back in November 2017 and have been going back since! The front desk is very welcoming and my therapist is always friendly and very thorough. My massage started and ended on time and gave me the relaxation and relief I was looking for. It also wasn’t hard to get an appointment set up because of how helpful the receptionist was. I would definitely recommend!

I have been patronizing this Business for several years, Wondora and the Staff treat you like family! Chantel , my therapist, always ask me what area can we concentrate on today, and after the massage she gives me a report of how the treatment went, and what she found to be her recommendation of further treatment needed. I absolutely loved the experience at la Vida Massage! Very attentive staff and more than capable massage therapist. Chantel was excellent and she was able to work the kinks out of my body. I arrived with tension and pain and I left without pain, totally relaxed. I highly recommend this place.

The receptionist is always helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Wondora is always top notch with recommending perfect products for my skin care, keeping my skin healthy with monthly facials, relaxing with my visits, and comfortable with my treatments. The spa had lovely Christmas trees, hot tea, and great amenities. I always look forward to my visits and have scheduled appointments for my family members as well. Thanks to all!

My boyfriend enjoyed his massage but the women behind the receptionist desk with the ugly box braids… chick got a real attitude problem. First impressions are everything and all because of her attitude that was my first and last time at that establishment.

My masseuse was very professional and also very informative about where I hold my tension and stress! When I asked for hard pressure, she didnt hold back, and she really worked out all my kinks! I would definitely go back to LaVida!! Thank you for a great experience!

I’ve been to Lavida 3x now and the front desk receptionist (Tonya I believe is her now) is always so pleasant and welcoming both by phone and in person.I signed up for the membership after receiving a wonderful massage by Chantel who was highly recommended. My 3rd massage I decided to shop around just to get a feel of the other masseuse.My massage was a 60min session @4:30 and it was a nice massage. The only issue during this visit was timing. I always arrive early for that 15 min window to sign the form which is no hassle at all. Unfortunately my therapist was running a little late and arrived around 4:31 according to my phone and came to get me around 4:39. I know once in the room there would be some short conversation regarding the massage and time to undress. I was ok with running behind simply because I was told that although my therapist was late, he would have a extra time for my session since he didn’t have an immediate appointment afterwards. Again, I enjoyed the massage but was a bit disappointed that I was redressing at 5:31.

Service with Nala was excellent. My skin feels amazing. The place smells so good and it’s so clean and relaxing.

I have had lower back pain most of my life so I asked if they had anyone with experience in this area. I got a guy named Matt said its one of his specialtys. For the first time in years I left feeling hopeful the next day I had no pain whatsoever. He knew just what to do and how to do it. Today months later all I have to do is stretch my back muscles by touching my toes. I have virtually no pain whatsoever. They also have a girl who does deep tissue massage she was able to hit places I never knew existed. So it was a great experience for me. Unfortunately I live in Vermont and cant get on a regular basis. I have had many massages in my life but none as good as this. They listened to what I said and gave two of the best massages I have ever had.

I scheduled an appointment for my dad - his hip has been bothering him for about 6 months. After his visit, he said his muscles felt much looser and he’ll definitely be going back! Sam, his massage therapist, was wonderful.

It was an amazing experience! I was very satisfied: from the time I entered the business up til the time I left! The reception area was so serene- candles, aroma diffusers, low lghts!! The receptionist was so friendly and very informative of her job! My actual massage...OMG! It felt sooooo good! It was everything I wanted/needed! Yes, this was my first massage! I think I got the Swedish/deep tissue massage. My masseuse was so gentle yet very good at what she does. The oils and the hot towels!!! The room itself was soft lights and relaxing music. I really enjoyed my massage. Ive told EVERYONE about my experience and where I went!! I will be going back! Im going to let my husband and daughter get one too!

Sadly I have to change my 5 star review because of the recent issues I’ve been experiencing trying to cancel my membership from LaVida. After several unsuccessful attempts to schedule our next appointment, (they are booked over a month in advance) we decided the membership wasn’t going to be utilized as we originally thought, no big deal. I called and spoke to Tonya who said I just needed to fill out a form and be done with it. She emailed it to me and I emailed it back within 30 minutes. I sent another email an hour after asking when I would receive confirmation of the cancellation. After a week and no response, I called back and Tamika informed me that their policy is to pull another draft and then cancel it. When we signed up that wasn’t mentioned to us and Tonya never said anything like that when I spoke to her. I explained to Tamika my situation and she took my name and number and said she’d have someone call me back to handle the situation. Still waiting on that call.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Bridgette is an amazing misuse and is very knowledgeable. The front desk agent was very kind and welcoming, as well. We will definitely be taking the 2 hour trip more often just to come here again.

If you ever want a massage therapist or only use one their dont bother booking on their app or online because you wont get them. Ashley and Crystal are great but flipping a coin and hoping that youll actually get your appointment with the correct massage therapist that your email confirmation says is so so. Theres a reason I canceled my membership with them and this is just a reminder of why I usually see someone else instead of Lavida.

The front desk clerk was friendly and welcoming. Omar, the Aesthetician, was polite and skilled in his trade. This was my first time getting a facial and I look forward to my next appointment. Thankful for the referral from a friend.

I am NEVER pressured to Get a membership!!! like the other massage place. I can chose different persons depending on my needs. I can schedule online with evening and weekend appts. available for MY convenience! My husband can gift me with credits to my account for extra massages as he likes.

Decent massage for the price. I wouldn’t say I left feeling the best, but it did relax me and help my back. If I go again I would have them just do my back as with the fully body, I feel like a lot of time was wasted on legs, feet, and arms that didn’t really benefit me.

I am giving this place 5 stars because of Wondra (sp?) the esthetician!!! She did the most fabulous job on my facial yesterday!!! My skin looks better the day after than it has in years. I cannot wait for my next appointment with her. The massage was also excellent but shortened by about 20 minutes. Thanks for the relaxing spa day!!!

Lavida is the most relaxing place Ive been to with wonderful staff who are very professional and kind. The manager is so helpful and accommodating. She knows what the aesthetician field inside and out and has a lot of professional knowledge on how to be and stay healthy physically and mentally!

I joined there program a few months again. In the past two months they have charged me for someones tip last month. This month chaeged me 2 monthly charges. Asked if I need to wait for my regular monthly charge was told no. To go ahead and pay it then. The sad part is Toni is a awesome massage therapist . But there billing system sucks.Its bad when you find a good massage theraphist you have to deal with this kind pi f stuff

I’ve been going to LaVida Massage since they opened , and at first, getting an appointment, on my crazy schedule, was a challenge. Then I spoke to the manager, Okema, who said they were making changes and they did. So now I bring my family to get massages. Recently my husband had a long hospital stay, sleeping on the uncomfortable hospital beds for 8 days!once he was discharged. He got his first massage at LaVida and said he was a new man afterwards! It was blessing to be able to use my membership for my husband.

I absolutely LOVEEEEEE Ashley to pieces. It really pays to have such an awesome massage therapist as she. When I tell you she knows my body from head to toe, how much pressure to apply and where or a lack thereof, it really pays. I have had a a very rough 2018 and Ashley has made me feel as sane as possible by keeping the stress/tension levels as low as possible. She was recently out on Maternity leave for at least 2 months as she had an high risk pregnancy, lets just say I was out for 2 months as well lmbo. Book with her and you truly wont be disappointed!!!

Went in to get a facial talked me into signing a form not realizing that was giving them permission to automatically debit my account every month even if I didnt go every month, now Im out hundreds of dollars that they refuse to refund, be careful what you sign!!

I had a facial for the first time and my guy explained everything he was doing to my face as he did it. My skin is beautiful and shiny and looks like it has gold flakes in it. I will be back every month for my facial
