Hands down the best vape shop in Greenville. I buy all of my vapes there, and have never had a bad experience. They offer a veteran discount and a killer rewards program, and their vape prices are spot on. With the rewards program I get a free disposable vape every few weeks and it winds up saving me a bunch of money.Give em a shot!

Decent selection,,, they do have a bad batch of Tyson Heavyweight Vapes that go bad within an hour after using.. Told them about this.. Was assured that if it happened again they would swap it out... It happened again.. Couldnt get them to stand behind what they sell... Ive spend over 2000 with them in 5 months.. Taking my business elsewhere.... Will not spend another dollar there... Ill go where my business is appreciated...

I went into this store as a happy buyer.. today I was greeted by a man who was obviously a user of certain products at the store. I pitched 1 of the 580gram whip cream chargers as I always do for my baking business. The first one I bought worked fine. The second one I purchased was basically empty. I ran it once twice and then boom empty. It’s obvious to me that after purchasing the product that it had already been used by an employee. Nice to know people are getting high off nitrous oxide at work. I will never purchase anything from this store again. 2 thumbs down.

Always a friendly experience!! They take the time to explain anything you youd like to know about devices or CBD and they are very knowledgeable. The prices are better than any other vape shops and they always have deals. 💯the best vape shop around and I highly recommend them👍👍💥💥💥💥💥

I have always gottenn the best service there. If they dont happen to have my favorite flavor of liquid in they will immediately check and see if any of their other two locations have it in stock. Then usually if one of the employees lives near the area, or is going by the area, they will pick up whatever I need that is available there in stock. This severely cuts down on the time I would have to wait for them to special order it for me, which they will gladly do if the other stores do not have my product of choice. And since I am epileptic and cannot drive this is, especially, a huge deal for me. I have been buying religiously from them since they opened and have never had a complaint. They entire staff has been great to me since day one. And the owner os not above bringing his dog with him and going in to fill in for an employee if their shift needs to be covered or sometimes hell just drop by to chat with the customers and his employees and his dog is precious🥰

The selection here is great. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and has no problems talking to you extensively about your product choice.The staff’s product knowledge shows knowledge as far as longevity, purity, consumption and more. They have a nice display of ash trays, incense And the regular inns and outs of a smoke shop.

Chris, I believe he is the owner and manager, is highly knowledgeable. One thing I like a lot is his no holds bar assessments of his products. Beyond competitively priced, excellent selection, and a ton of awesome conversation... If he added a lounge, Id probably never leave.

!!!SR tobacco/vape is across the street, and let me tell you, even they carry a better selection, with a happier face then youll see here!!!Ive been the biggest fan of this store since they opened up shop 6 years ago. Since then, Its been downhill fast. As a customer, Im sure you feel satisfied walking out the door. But in reality, they are charging you 3x-4x more than wholesale price for stuff because they can while selling more and more fake products as real ones. The owner wont remove fake products, even when company reps ask. they wont accept exchanges on broken items out of box unless its disposable, and will never restock popular coils, just to make u buy a new vape. The list goes on and on..Not to mention the worst part; they treat their employees like expendables. i have had several friends work here, and management has fired every single one of them and refused unemployment for all of them. For the ones that still work there, they are undervalued, underpaid, overworked, and micromanaged, regardless of sales performance. Its the definition of a CHURN and BURN company. The workplace environment here is AWFUL.The owner stopped caring about the local community, and doesnt care about whats right. His business model is to make the most money off of customers, before you leave their store. Thats it. If u value good business, DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!

Too bad I cant give a zero, because I definitely would. I called regarding the price of batteries, the rude guy informed me he could not discuss the price over the phone. I said, its batteries. He then said, he couldnt discuss the price, because he couldnt card me.Ive never used this store and never will. They lost a potential customer over something stupid.The batteries can be purchased online without proof of age. Customer service needs to be taught to the employees at this store if they want new customers.

Last time i came in this store i was sold a product that was FAKE was not what it was claimed to be. amd it could have been detremental to my health and when i tried to bring it to the managers attention i was dismissed obviously was more worried about profit over quality even at the expense of it being harmful

Customer service was amazing, the staff was informative, and set me up with the proper dose to help me quit smoking. Not only did they test my vape before I left to make sure it functioned properly, but also explained how the functions work, definitely recommend to anyone that is trying to quit smoking and enjoys a friendly and helpful environment.

BUYER BEWARE! I recently purchased a grinder from this location. I went home and tried to use it, only to find out the whole grinder assembly was turning freely inside, rendering it useless. I immediately took it back to the store (Friday) and showed it to the employee who sold it to me and he agreed that it was compromised. We looked at the rest in the case that were like it (about 5-7) and they were all the same. I asked him what we could do about it and he said there was nothing he could do but come back Monday and the manager could issue a refund. I went back Monday (today) and was told by the manager there was nothing he could do since it has been 3 days since i bought it. The 2 employees that were working Friday were there and confirmed to him that they had told me to come back today. The manager said he would sell me a new grinder and give me 10% off the purchase and when I asked what he was gonna do about the non functioning grinder, he said nothing. Meanwhile, all of the remaining non functioning grinders are still in the case for sale even after they know they dont work. I asked if they were gonna sell them all to unknowing customers and not offer a refund or exchange and he said they were going to pull them from the case...so you know they dont work and youre gonna pull them but you cant do anything about the one i paid for? All I wanted was a store credit to put towards a new grinder but all they could offer was 10% off a whole new sale?! Needless to say, I told them to keep the broken one and I wont ever set foot in this store again, for anything! Worst customer service Ive EVER experienced.

Used to come here quite often, have spent a good amount of money here. In the past 6 months or so, they have hired a guy (short black hair) who is generally unhelpful and dismissive. First time being attended by him, he told me they did not have a certain kind of vape coil. Luckily, a longer haired fella was able to help me and got what I needed. Visited recently, and unfortunately only the black haired guy was working. Same situation - no help and dismissive. Not coming back solely due to this guy.

Very knowledgeable staff who do not mind going out of their way to show you any item you may be interested in.and they have some old school stuff from back in my day.80-84. the prices are very reasonable unlike another competitor who charges triple for the same item/items. And the staff at the other place come off as rude and condescending. Its a smoke shop for Christ sake, act like it.Get Weird has a new loyal customer. The other place lost a good customer. Making profit is one thing. But going overboard on profit is not cool to your local clientele. Lets Get Weird lol.

Very nice selection of glass and and friendly people, only complaint I have is that Ive bought several pieces from them (none of them were cheap) and reffered many people to them, but everytime I continue to buy more I dont get even the slightest bit of a discount, ive been loyal to plenty of smoke shops such as smoke and brew and purple haze and they always rewarded me for being loyal they should do the same. Other then that cant complain

I literally just left this store after buying a BLOTZ Twister Pen, and the young woman and man that were running the store could NOT have given better customer service!! They helped me more than I expected and was just beyond polite!! I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend!!!

The staff is very knowledgeable about all the equipment that they sell. And they have the patience of a saint lol. I had a lot of questions and got an answer for every last one. A personal touch that is hard to find at similar establishments.

Loved the place and the selection. The employee there, Ruby I believe, was fantastic. Very helpful and knowledgeable, was ready to answer any question or give suggestions for what we were looking for.

I couldnt figure out how to work a peice of equiptment I bought from here. I called the store and the man over the phone talked me through the steps. He was very polite and knowledgeable. 100% will be going back again.

Needed juice ASAP and GW was closest. Saying that, the juice is out of this world! Unfortunately so is the price. $20 for a 60ml is a no go for me. Dude working the counter was great

I was looking for a vape to fit my extract cartridges, I asked if they carried ooze products or something similar. The manager showed me a few brands and I finally selected one that he told me would fit all cartridges.I took it home and it didn’t fit. So I took it back to exchange it or get my money back. He told me I could sell it on Craigslist and they didn’t do exchanges.The reason why I gave this place a one star, is simply because he lied or he just didn’t know and was trying to make a sell. At least admit when you’re wrong, show integrity and fix the problem.

Decent variety of puff bars. But they are 3$ higher than everywhere else and the skinny bearded dude was rude. Customer service should be worked on.

They once pulled a broken water pipe put of the trash and tried to sell it to me for $20. Thats the lowest they would go. Actually I think it was like $22, but they started out at like $30.I would have paid a few dollars for it even though it was completely inoperable, but they figured it was better to throw it away then take whatever I was offering them for it.

I love this place the stuff is amazing! the only reason it got four stars instead of 5 stars is because they tend to run out of all of my favorite juices and if they do have it all the 3 nic is bought.

Kratom and vape juice selection is phenomenal, as well as the service. Also like to mention that they have the best prices on kratom in the upstate area. Even highly competitive with the online market. I picked up a $7.99 60ml Juicy Savers vape juice from here as well. Great buy, great selection!

This place had stuff I have never seen before. The owner was very nice and loved showing us all his toys. I bought a new piece from him. If I had more money, I would have bought have the store.

Staff is friendly and knowledgable enough but return policy is garbage. I’ve bought 3 separate vape pieces over the last month that have all swiftly died within a week or so at no fault of my own. It’s understsndable to not be able to return glass but it’s absurd to not be able to return faulty electronics. Won’t be purchasing from here anymore. I’m out a good bit of money with nothing to show for it.Edit: Also, the CBD battery I purchased has NO manufacturer warranty or any company info on packaging.

I have called for certain brands, and they are always out of stock. They say we are putting in a order, they never do. This goes on every week, we dont have that in a 3mg but wait you can buy twice the amount a 0mg and 6mg and mix them. Please just order what you know you sell a lot of, its bad for business!

I have recently run across the Get Weird Shop and have found my smoke shop home!😁 The ladies at the shop are super FABULOUS and have educated me so much on moving on from cigarettes to vaping, which have been wanting to do for a while but was not totally comfortable. Now that the FABULOUS ladies I know all I need to know to put these cigarettes down, been smoking over 30 years. I know at the shop they will have my back for support along the way!!!! 💯 such a comforting and pleasant environment and I could stand and smell all the incense for hours 😉 lol I’m so glad I found a home for all my vaping and incense needs , Thanks to my LadiesAngieGoodson has gotten Weird 😁

Never have anything stock they tell you that they will order. Months have passed and over and over told we will order then the manager got an attitude when confronted about it and act like I was scum for asking such things and made it out as I was the one being rude
