DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP!!This was my “go to place,” until yesterday when I bought a bottle of top shelf vape juice and when I got it home, I took it out of the box to find the wrong juice inside. When I brought it all the way back to swap it out the one guy said sorry about that and told the girl to change it out, but she said she needed to check with the owner in the back office which by then I was literally thinking to myself wow.. all the money I spent in this store they are really checking with the invisible man from the back?? Anyway, I was floored when she said his response was NO, but we can add nicotine to this one even though it’s not the flavor you bought. I said no thank you. I will take the $500-$700 per month I spend here somewhere else and I will be sure to spread the word! A simple $22.00 exchange cost this place several hundred dollars a month in sales plus what my friends spend their, so DOPE! On their part!! The Vape shop inside Greenville Mall sells the exact same juice for $5 less per bottle anyway and it’s even cheaper on Monday’s, for their Happy Hour specials. I should be glad in some ways I guess, but no, I don’t like greedy business owners so I will send business to people who value a customer..

This is my go-to spot for vape products. Staff is extremely friendly. They have a wide variety of juices and carry the coils that I prefer. They also have a nice selection of devices even though I dont have a need right now. Its clean, great staff, excellent product selection, and you should check it out

I was looking for a new vape store in town to try out and based solely on the responses by the owner to some of the other reviews, I definitely wont be going here. Threatening to sue someone for libel because they called you unethical for selling faulty devices and refusing returns/refunds? What a joke.

I went here to get pods for my solus vape and bought a three pack for $15 I think literally all of the started leaking as soon as my first hit. Yes I waited 30 min before hitting with fresh pod, not sure if they bought a fake ones but do NOT buy pods from here!!!!

This place is right up the road from me and it would be great if they would keep the stuff I need in stock but ever since I started going there they would stop ordering what I need. The juice I liked they said there was no profit for them...Okay great..but then the coils I need they would never keep them in stock. They would tell me next week the truck will come in and guest what..never did. They have lost my business permanently and what a shame...

Solid store! Fantastic staff! I have bought two solid setups so far and countless juices!! Rachel and Doug are spot on with knowledge an expertise! Rachel even took the time to help me set up my reuleaux rx2/3 with cloud beast tank! The level of customer service is beyond any other shop in town! Dont waste your time with any other vape shop this place is where its at!

Not a good look when one of the 2 people in the store are on their phone the entire you’re in there. Matt was very helpful, young lady not so much. If you suggest juice to someone at least try to explain what it tastes like. She literally said “Idk but it’s good” regarding the juice I was contemplating, and went back to browsing her phone. When I spend my money I expect legitimate customer service anywhere I go, vape shop, car dealership, fast food, whatever. You’re getting paid. I dropped $100 and was in there less than 5 minutes. But with that being said, Matt’s dope, Dom’s dope, this is my new vape shop. Very good prices and selection on juice and hardware. Solid CBD products as well.

I purchased a small mod here as a backup, the fire button quit in less than two months if limited use. When I returned to the store they didnt offer any service, return, or discount. Later I purchased a box of bvc coils. I was given the wrong size and when I returned them the manager said that they usually didnt take stuff back that had been opened. He said they would have to throw out all the coils because they refused to sell them as singles. I will never ever enter this store again

I moved here 1 year ago and have been to every vape store in Greenville. Big Vape Theory is the best. Im disabled but they made it so easy for me to conduct business. Knowledgeable, comfortable, extensive inventory and likeable staff. Douglas was the best.

Worst customer experience ever!! Bought a mod and quit working within a month. I was told it was my fault because I didnt clean it twice a day. Which wasnt told to me when I bought it. I was originally coming in to buy something else but the girl behind the counter strongly recommended the novo instead. Did some research and realized its an older device. The nord is the newer one. Guess they were trying to clear out old product. Shopped here a lot before this but never again. If you buy here, hope you never have an issue, because youll be stuck.

I haven’t been going here to long but everyone is soo nice and helpful! It’s the only shop I can actually go to since they changed the laws to 21 and I had been buying for almost 3 years prior. They always have what I need and if not they will go look in the back for me. It’s not to busy I can always walk in and walk out which is super nice. Their prices are a little more but only like a dollar or 2 so not bad at all! It’s closer to my work and on my way out of Greenville so it’s definitely became my go to vape shop! Highly recommend this place!

Best cape shop Ive ever been to by far. Customer service was incredible; Doug and Rachel helped me through the entire process and answered every question I had. Id recommend these guys to anyone!

Came in recently, bought a coil, took it home and installed it, let juice sit on it awhile and it had a burned taste.. so i decided to take it up there to get a defective replacement. was told it was user error but ive been vaping for years and obviously know what im doing. ive bought all my juices there even bought my girl and i both a sourin drop with 2 different types of salt nic juices. crazy they will not satisfy a good customer. not doing business here again. lucky enough to get 1 star

Brought a disposable vape tonight. Tried it and it was stale and obviously had been sitting for too long. The employees were very childish and told me I couldnt get another one. 20 dollars waste, wouldnt recommend this establishment.UPDATE: As you can tell by the nasty rude reply, they dont care for their customers. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They help me transition from cigarettes to vaping with no judgement. They even offer a military discount which is unheard in most vape stores. I would recommend anybody to go here for anything they need is their selection is vast.

Very unprofessional business. Employees are rude and judging from the replies to reviews the owner is too. Disposable vapes are stale. Vapes are overpriced, and juices are also stale. Do not go here there are better vapes shops in the area who appreciate their customers.

Best vape shop in Greenville. Actually honest staff that are helpful. Has the best selection of liquid, period. The owner is generally always there and makes shopping a breeze. Real and locally sourced CBD products as well.

I purchased a Smok Vape Pen 22 March 15. I was looking for a pen that was simple and easy to use since the last time I vaped was in 2011. As soon as I took it home, I was already having problems with it leaking. Over the course of a couple of weeks, the pen was leaking profusely to the point that the e-liquid was coming out of the vaping holes, on/off button, and even the usb port. Ultimately, I decided that it was time for me to go back in. I stopped by some the week of March 27-31. I explained to the associate that problems with the Vape Pen. He dissembled it, stared at it, and said, I think you need a new coil. I explained to him that I just purchased the pen only a couple of weeks ago. He then re-looked at the coil and noticed that it was a new coil. He reassembled the pen, put liquid in it, and asked to blow in the vape pen. After doing so, liquid, as I explained to him, began to immedately leak out of all holes, including the off/on button. He said, Hmmm, let me look on reddit. One he said reddit, that was an immediately indication to me that he had no idea what type of product he was selling. He looked up reddit and stated, Yep, there is a design flaw in this system. Other people have been having problems. But, I think you will be fine. He then said, If you have any more problems, come back. Clearly, he was not willing to make an exchange or return. Not having a lot of time on my hands, I immediately left feeling frustrated. Why sell a product that has a design flaw? And furthermore, knowing that there is an issue with the product you just sold to a customer (i.e. me), why not automatically offer an exchange or return? After putting up with it for another week, I decided to go back in to the store with my partner today (4/9). Again, another associate disassembled it, stared at it, made the recommendation of changing the coil, assembled it, and asked to me to blow into the vaping pen. Same thing happened: liquid profusely leaked out of the pen, including the on/off button. He then gave me the same spill of, Wow, Ive never seen this before. Finally, he said, Well, I think the coil is defective. Of course, he also mentioned that this may not fix the issue. He then explained to my partner and me that in order to replace the coil, which may fix it or not fix it, I would have to spend more of my own money to get the new coil. I then said, Why would I buy a new coil (spend more of my own money) to test whether that fixes the problem or not? Ive already shelled out 30 dollars on a defective vaping pen plus gas money and time going back to the store. My partner then mentioned a return or exchange. We were then told that they dont do returns or exchanges. To summarize, I just wasted 30 dollars on a vaping pen (clearly defective) from a store that is carrying the item, selling the item, and doesnt know a thing about the item that then suggests I spend more money on coils that may not even fix the problem, and they dont do returns or exchanges. I bought a paper weight. Dont go to this store. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Waste of time. Waste of money. Unethical.

Great shop for beginners or those who have been at it a while. The staff takes their time and explains exactly what you want to know. Great selection of Juices and havent been disappointed yet.

Terrible service. They sold me a disposable that kept pulling when I went back in one minute after purchasing it the employee said it’s normal and there’s nothing they can do. So I bought a new one threw out the other and sure enough it is not doing the same thing. Just lost a customer of 2 years over $4.Great business skills

I absolutely Love this place they take care of their customers by giving them real information providing pamphlets that describe their products and they even have household products if anyone is a true paper user or even new to the vaping industry I would advise them to go to the big Vape theory to get all of their questions concerns and Products taking care of !

Were rude as soon as i walked in. Overpriced and very rude staff. Definitely check out different vape stores in town, i reccomend Vape MD. Bit more out of town, but prices and discounts are so worth it.
