Not only does Wild Bills Tobacco have tobacco products, they have vapes, alternative smoking devices, candles wax melts among other products.The manager, Brandy is exceptional and very friendly. She has great customer service skills and is extremely friendly.I will definitely return to this store.

I shopped at this Qild Bills location for the 1st time the other day, very Impressive selection of products. The staff all seemed to really work well together. Brandy, the manager, was so friendly and knowledgeable. She was very helpful.This location will be my go to

The store is conveniently located. The staff in pleasant and efficient. When I go in Bobbi is always giving amazing service. She is always smiling and personable. Is in a good mood. Bobbi always knows exactly what I am.there for.The staff is friendly and helpful. The set up for the store makes it easy to see what I am looking for.

My husband and I come to this store often and have always had good experiences but this time we went was phenomenal. Tess was such a light as soon as we walked in and she took such good care of us and helped us save money. We tried to tip her but she would not accept. I will continue to return always and will always recommend this store to everyone!

First of all I have to say I love the staff there!!! Im there everyday for there wild bill tobacco and I love going in there for any tobacco needs. My favorite people there are by far are Bobbi, Makayla, and Tess I believe it. They are the greatest!!! Ive never met a more great and down to earth staff!! Never leave guys!!!!!

The Greenville Wild Bills location is hands down the best wild bills store in the greater Grand Rapids area. I am familiar with all of the locations in Grand Rapids & the surrounding areas, but the Greenville location is my go-to. They reliably always have the kratom I want to buy in stock, in the quantities I need. This is such a time saver it is worth the trip out of my way to get here. The staff is always so friendly & helpful, no matter how busy they are at any given time. Shout out to Bobbi, she is a real homie & always takes such good care of me when I visit! My significant other works there, i had walked in one day and Holly, a new worker there made me very uncomfortable by asking in a very disrespectful manner, if i am “the girlfriend” of my other half.she seemed almost disgusted in a way, which made me very upset and made me not want to go in there again.please wild bills, FIX THIS! this is a good reason to never come back.

The manager had a great insight in the cigar room with good knowledge but the only downside was finding mold on a glass sealed Cohiba cigar.

Stopped in the buy a 4 pack of Vuse cartridges. I opened it in the parking lot to find it was defective, old and discolored. Immediately went back inside to ask for a refund or exchange, and was told they do not refund money. I bought another 2 pack to show them what the product is supposed to look like, and they finally agreed to replace my defective 4 pack with two 2 packs, but still made me pay nearly $6 for the difference. What a terrible way to handle a defective product sale. No fault of the cashiers, bad management.

I usually get decent help in this place, however today was completely different. Browsed the store for 30 minutes continually making eye contact and saying I needed help with something, but the worker continually kept helping other customers that waltzed into the store trying to purchase disposable nicotine vapes. Apparently thats more important than anything else being sold in the store. Hopefully next time is better, but the days of me continually dropping hundreds of dollars in this store on a weekly basis will end now.

I used to use them for all my vape supplies, however today I went in to buy pods for my Caliburn and they gave me the wrong ones. When I tried to exchange them I was told that they can not do that because I opened them. How else was I supposed to know they gave me the wrong ones? Poor customer service, and I recommend you go elsewhere if you aren’t sure of exactly what you need.

Great place, they have everything you could want and more you didnt know you wanted, very friendly staff and normal prices. Overall its an amazing store i recommend checking it out as soon as you can. Also shares a name with my favorite jerky, and ya cant go wrong with that. Sanitary practices seemed to be in place on my visit as well.

Owners and workers are wonderful and kind. Great deals and they stand by their customers when something goes wrong (always keep ur receipts). Great prices and awesome hospitality. My favorite place to go for what I need!!!

Went from best to worst. Hired absolute idiots that don’t know anything about the products. The black haired girl with the crazy fingernails is the laziest human I’ve ever seen in retail. They desperately need new staff.

Bought yocan armor plus vape pen and now I cant even get coils for it anywhere !!!!! Going to buy something somewhere else, update so I stopped in the store they have coils but you can only buy a whole box , But they do have them so someone made a mistake and I wass having a bad day lol

I went in looking for advice for cigars for a bachelor party. I know nothing about cigars. Kevin there helped me pick out some great cigars. He gave me great pointers of how to enjoy a cigar and the dos and do nots of smoking a cigar. I went to Wild Bills for the expert advice and I got even more!

Owners are great 👍. One peticular girl who always greets me at the window(cant remember her name) is great and courteous to everyone. She always knows what I want. Shes a keeper 🤗🤗🤗. Thanks for the great service and smile 😃.

Went here specifically for E-Liquid, the staff is courteous and they have a pretty good selection but I was blown away at their prices. $24.99 for liquid I can purchase for $11.99 all day long online. Im all for supporting local business but not by paying twice the price. They need to seriously adjust their prices before I go back.

Sometimes they make me feel like Im a thief and cant be trusted, immediately upon entering Im usually overwhelmed by people asking if they can help me. Sometimes I wanna window shop and I dont feel comfortable doing that here.

Wednesday is the day to go here. Tons of great deals, cheap bags of tobacco & they have really good HHC vapes here that get you just as high as any THC product. Overall, the place is clean, the staff is friendly & helpful & a cool feature of the store is that they have a drive thru window so you dont even have to leave your car to get your smokes. I shop here about 2-3 times a week.

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable except the old lady with brown hair who is always grouchy and doesnt seem to want to be there. She had the nerve to tell me that I didnt know what coil I needed on a vape I have been using for over a year.I told her it is the .4 coil for the Smok Nord 2 that is also interchangeable with my RPM 40. I have both so that is the coil I use she insisted there are no interchangeable coils for different mods. I guess it doesnt matter since they are always out of that coil anyway.

Place always has great customer service only had an issue out of 1 vape that I had to exchange as it was no good tasted bad like it had sat for a yr. I had no issue exchanging it brought it back in with the receipt and box.

So it was my first time going in here. I went in today with my sister because I have social anxiety and she spoke for me. I have panic attacks when I have to speak publicly. So the lady let my sister order for me but when we rung up she asked for my sisters ID .. I didnt understand because it was for me and my sister was just speaking for me. The lady was rude and said she was going to get her manager. Wont be going there again. Thanks for the horrible service.

This place is ridiculous. They never have the coils I use. They don’t keep good inventory. 3 times in the past month I have been in there. All 3 times I have walked out of there with nothing. I will never go in this place again.

This store has the most variety of any tobacco store in the area. Their staff is friendly, cordial, and very willing to help with any questions you might have. Theyll have a steady customer in me for as long as theyre in Greenville.

They nvr have what i need. I ask if they can order it and they will spin u. Everthing here is 50%$$more.so i just order. Save yourself the hassel.

Dont waste youre time with this place, their staff does not know how to order inventory so they will be out of the coils you need consistently, and their store hours listes are junk so you might show up to find the store closed.

If I could give them zero I would don’t ever come here they carded me (I am 21) and she look me in the eye and told me that I can buy it because it’s a fake never go to that place

I usually stop at the Beltline store, but Greenville is closer. However, the tobacco is stuffed in the rear corner by the stockroom door. Narrow as it already was, they stacked the empty shipping totes there too. Truth be told, with all the pipes, it looks more like a head shop.
