Vapor Maven

Was traveling through town for work and needed some new juice. Saw some recent reviews and thought i would stop in. Katelynn was knowledgeable and helpful on what would work best with my rig. The store was immaculate! Im use to the west coast stores that are kind of like casinos where the windows are all blocked off and its dark, cant read anything. Ample parking available in the lot and all in all a great place. Katelynn greeted me professionally and was interactive with me asking questions on what flavors I liked and brands that I liked and what was comparable. Whatever yall are paying katelynn, it isnt enough. If it was possible to give more stars I would. Some of these PNW shops could use some training from a store like this. 👍👍 highly recommend.

Went in to get a replacement glass piece and immediately greeted by Katelyn. As far as customer service was concerned she should teach a class. Impeccable customer service. The store was cleaned and well stocked and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely stop in again when I pass through there.

Absolutely love this place. The employees are always amazing and are very friendly. When I don’t know about a product they even take the time to explain and are continuing with great service.

They have a reward system now. I noticed anytime I buy over 50$ for some reason I’m never asked for my rewards yet they are typing and typing. Came to find out employee was not notifying customers of reward system so he could use it on his “side” account. I’ve had probably over 500$ in points stolen from their employees. Way I found out is I bought 120$ worth of stuff and then right when I was about to pay I mentioned my rewards and he asked for my number and then “typed” it In and said I wasn’t fully enrolled for rewards I’ve had this “rewards” for a year and use it regularly. He just wanted to the points. Super unprofessional and customer service will say email them or contact them. Nothing ever happens so I’ve given up on them

Ive never had a bad experience at this Vapor Maven location! The staff is always super helpful, kind & patient! I literally never go anywhere else! Theyre also very knowledgable!

Katy knows exactly what shes doing and makes a great costumer experience.Made a repeat visitor out of me real quick!

I just moved to Greenwood and WAS looking a for a new place to buy my vape needs when I found Vapor Mavens and Katelynn Croddy! Katelynn always has a bright smile, very helpful and friendly which is so lacking these days. Sometimes I just need a friendly face and she never disappoints. Excellent selection, highly knowledgeable and friendly staff. You can come in here and feel like youre a regular customer from the start.Ask for Truent, Im not sure how to spell the name but he is professionalism personified.

First impressions are lasting impressions. I went in for a coil that they did not have. I understood when they said it would be a week to get it in, no problem. I gave them a chance to order it, to which they never did. It would have been nice to have a good functional store in Greenwood but it’s off to Fort Smith for me I guess.

Will be losing future business from me. Location carries items without carrying replacement coils for merchandise being sold. Bought a Randys Grip, was told at the time of purchase they had extra coils, however, they could no be located. Went in today a couple of months later went in for said replacement coils and get told the same thing. Im someone who does not order online as the postal service is unreliable.

Chris was helpful and very nice guy. Love the selection of the stire and the knowledge that Chris has. My questions were answered without making me feel like I was stupid and should know... Will be back! Gained a customer for life

Vapor Mavin is the only smoke shop that has what I was looking for. When I called I spoke to the most kind , helpful young man that had manners instead of attitude as most do these days. Bravo to your parents 👏 young man . You are an asset to Vapor Mavon or wherever you may work in the future

Had a great experience at the new Vapor Maven. Came in for a coil and some juice, found they had very competitive prices and a wide range of choices. They also had a great selection of glass that was prices very well. Incredibly happy Greenwood finally has a place like this and sincerely wish them the best

Had my coil and dont have to go to Fort Smith just to get them. Prices look really good for the juices, so that will be my next venture of trying them as well. Very friendly and awesome staff, and very nice establishment going in.

Had a great trip up at vapor Maven tonight and actually turned around and went back in and bought something else because Dylan was such a great salesperson.I really enjoyed my hour that I spent in there and ended up buying way more than I wanted to or meant to but very happy with my purchases!!! looking forward to my next trip the next time Dillon works so that he can help me with a few other items that I think I might need!:):)😛

Im a regular customer there and never had an issue until tonight I called to ask a quick question if they had an item in the store before I drive down there and the womans response was I dont know its hard to understand you and I have customers in the store but she didnt have a problem understanding when I told her ok I just ask the manager tomorrow did not appreciate that at all

Come here every few weeks and they always recognize me. Jamie Stoufer and Wesley Weaber both helped and sold me on upgrading from disposable products to an Argus and I dont regret it! Definitely my new regular spot to get new juice and products, six out of five stars.

We went in needing help with alot of things and the guy working immediately helped us find everything we needed and was so kind and super friendly. The place was clean and organized. There were alot of selections and Id recommend this shop everytime!!

I went in to buy the gal in there could not sell anything on top shelf and when questioned about her doing her job she said she is refusing to sell I would give them a zero but that’s not option asked who the owner was and she said she didn’t know wow bad business hope owner sees this and contacts me

Terrible, they sold me 2 wicks that was the wrong size, I told the guy that and he argued and insisted they would work. Get home vap would NOT work.so put in the other one I bought, vap would NOT work either, took the back up to vapor Maven in Greewood and with receipt they would not take the 2 wicks back. Even tho it was there mistake so $11 down the drain and vap wouldnt work. They sold me another one, I change wick right in front of them and it was too small it wouldnt even screw onto my vap Right in front of them and even then wouldnt take back their mistake. So the have no idea what they are doing, they know nothing about their products. And sell stuff and lying pretending they know what the hell their talking about. So Im without and cant use my vap.

The woman in there has no manners and doesnt know what she is selling sold me the totally wrong thing with no return policy will never go there again and will try to warn people.

Recently bought two vape pens from here, both of them with dying batteries shortly after the stores 14 day warranty, out of the money and never going back. This stores sells faulty products with no remorse.Edit: The Manager Jamie went above and beyond to help us, but its the company itself that is scum, not its employees.

The staff is great…but if corporate or whoever doesn’t help these people get their internet to consistently work…they will go out of business.

I initially gave it a five star but over the years they have really gone down theyre very overpriced and never have anything that I need for my vaporizer in stock they are no longer a legitimate vape shop would not recommend you should definitely go to Vapor World in Fort Smith better prices I can get the same bottle of juice at Vapor World 5 to $7 cheaper

I do not know why there so many negative reviews for this establishment upon walking in I was greeted in a friendly manner and treated to a wide selection of vapour products. Ignore the haters this place is worth the visit and avoiding fortsmith.

Went in to get coils and am always given the wrong coils...went in today 5 min before they close while the little guy behind the counter was checking out other people he tells us that he has already closed down the cash drawer....I will not go back ever again.....not only does the guy that works their not have a clue to what he is doing he closes before the time they are suppose too!!!!!!!!

The girl who works there is so fine 🥺👉🏻👈🏻 Literally just shop there cause of her keep it up. Hmu too if you see this 😏
