They were super helpful and had a very extensive inventory of juice options.

This is a one stop shop with hella great variety. They had coils for my fav tank TFV4 . They helped me with my leaky Aspire Athos problem. That I ordered from Aspire. And the vape juice variety is off the hook. This is a must to go and see you will not be disappointed I know were my tax check is being spent!!!!!!!!!😎💨

I had to come and give another review… The review I had before was based off of one person when I first started going there. I kept visiting because of the location. I became friends with one of the guys who is no longer there and have met the owner and he is a really cool dude… he helped me out with my car and I was already having a bad day and after I left there I felt much better. Great service. Great selection of juices and mods. The people behind the counters are very helpful and willing to help you out with any questions you have. Ive been there several times and each time, they are always are willing to spend the time to help each and every customer! That makes a great store to me! They arent just in it for the money, they are in it to make a difference in peoples lives. The regular customers that frequent there are also helpful too! They have a vast selection of regulated and unregulated devices and a great selection of starter kits and tons of flavors. I recommend all my friends to go there!

I needed a new tank. My original Zeus just wasn’t cutting it anymore. Came in, talked to Robby, and he set me up with a new Zeus Max tank. Clean spot with professionals behind the counter, you can’t go wrong here.

Absolutely amazing, first time stopping in! The Gent that helped us really knew his stuff! Recommended a GREAT flavor, when I described what I wanted out of my juice, he didnt even hesitate when he said this is gonna perfect for you! He recommended Hesinberg, The Berg a blue Razz flavor. Super nice guys that work there. For some reason they always remember me even though Im only in once every couple weeks to get a new thing of juice. Always answer my really dumb questions that I have. They make some really solid recommendations to.My mom bought a vape pen there a few months ago and she also said that they were super helpful with everything from explaining maintenance to showing her how to change the coil and other trouble shooting that she was having.

I love this store! I have been to several vape shops around the city, and this is hands down the best. Best selection, prices, and a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The only reason I would ever go somewhere else is if I was in another state.

By far one of the nicest owners when explaining their product. My friend switched to vaping last year and asked me about it and I sent him here. I feel like this store should have an average of a solid 5 star rating. Ive been to 3 other shops aside from this one in Greenwood (didnt even know this one was there since its a little tucked away off 135) and this shop had the most juice choices by far. Already had my setup but it looked like that had a good variety of setups and supplies as well. Prices are very reasonable and the customer service was impeccable. I didnt even gander through many of the other flavors since I had been on the hunt for a chocolate flavor since I started vaping, and lo and behold they had multiple chocolate choices. I was pleasantly surprised as the last shop I had been to said they didnt have it since they couldnt find a chocolate flavor that didnt taste burnt. I didnt try the others, but the one I purchased is very smooth and tastes great (comparable to nesquik or tootsie rolls). Also, I saw a review on here saying their location is small, but I have to disagree - they found a way to have the biggest variety Ive seen on this side of town and make everything appear very neat and organized. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Best vape shop Ive experienced yet. 😎👊

Everyone here is very knowledgeable, when you are being served they take their time and dont rush to make sure you get exactly what you need. Rather a mod, juice, or accessory they ask questions to provide you with what are your best options. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to make the switch or continue on their journey this is the place to be.

Been here twice now First time was treated really good Second was treated like I was an idiot because I wasnt sure about some flavors and had some questions. Maybe it had something to do with not wanting to pay for their over priced juice. Hit or miss on the service youll get. Good selection but their prices are a little ridiculous especially when you can get some juice in a 120ml on ejuicedirect for the same price or less than the want for a 60ml. Online is the way to go I wont be going back.

By far the best out there. I travel 4 hours round trip just to visit them. The staff is amazing, product assortment is wide ranging and they are super knowledgeable, plus customer service is always A+ Check them out and you will be a loyal customer too!

A plethora of juice to choose from as well as friendly helpful staff. There prices on mods, tanks, wire, etc are better than any other shop Ive been to. They have a better selection as well. Ive been a loyal customer for over 3 years now and i cant say enough about this shop.

The employees are always helpful and polite. The location isnt the best as you can easily pass it up without realizing its there but once I started going here I havent gone to any other vape stores.

This is a great shop they have a great selection of juices, tanks, batteries and other accessories. Paid with credit card was given the option of a paper or emailed receipt (I chose the email which was delivered promptly). I travel all over the country and this is one of the best shops I have been to.

Rarely do I write reviews, unless service and product is super amazing, or terribly bad. Today, its a good review. Christian and the rest of the staff at 317Vapers were beyond helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I been a cigarette smoker on and off all my life, deciding to try and quit the habit, I decided to walk into 317 ask questions and learn if this would be the choice for me. After a short discussion, some questions he wasnt legally allowed to answer, thankfully a kind customer also in the building was able to. Thanks again stranger! I was a bit overwhelmed and nervous to walk in and appear to be a clueless buyer. I like to be informed. Obviously online there is a TON of information, but speaking to them, getting a demonstration it starts to all make sense.Anyway, this is a great shop, with a great staff. Went in today after finally deciding to give up cigarettes. I was completely in the dark to all things vaping and honestly not looking forward to the experience of getting started. I almost just bought some stuff online the night before to avoid having to look like a complete idiot. The staff ended up being super helpful and not once made me feel stupid. They talked me through some of my options, giving me pros and cons of each, and helped me find what would be best for me. After I made my purchased they took me aside, showed me how to set it up and walked me through everything I needed to know. It was an extremely positive experience. The staff, and even the other customers in the store were super helpful getting me started out right. If its something you want to get into but are somewhat intimidated over the initial jump, give these guys a try.

This is my go-to store, great service as well as a huge selection of products. Everything from mods, batteries, juices to apparel. I havent been to a shop that has such a huge selection of different e-juice manufactures, so if your picky the odds are theyll have it! Also the owner dedicates a lot of time making sure our rights to vape are protected which I definitely appreciate. My only issue is.... Great place. Had an issue with a mod I bought there. They did their best to fix it, but when they couldn’t they hooked me up with a better one at no cost to me.

Ive said it before, but again i feel like 317 deserves an amazing review. Theu are very knowledgeable and are willing to help you out in any way possible. Best place Ive found around indy to buy vaporizers and replacement/customization parts. No other store than 317 Vapers has had the newer models Ive been looking for.They have a great selection of juice, and you can try anything before you buy it.I think it would be cool if they had more mouthpieces to choose from, but other than that, they seem to have everything.

Got a fake esco bar, they wouldn’t let me get a different flavor from the same brand, just let me get a new vape from the same box but both vapes I tried out where burnt out.

I called to ask about a pod, which they did have. When I ask the price they wont give prices over the phone. Acted like it was way cheaper than I was quoted at the other vape shop. Only $1 cheaper spent more in gas and time going there. Live and learn!

Stopped by here based off of a friends recommendation. Small shop, dark and dingy. Staff was sub-par, I asked about a common RTA Wismec REUX counter guy stated he has never heard of it. No big deal, I inquired about which juice they had was in sour candy genre. He stated he wasnt sure if they had any. Offered me a flavor menu tablet and didnt ask if I wanted to try samples. Selection is minimal bought some juice and left. I try my best to support local businesses but with lackluster customer service, this is why I tend to shop online.

Im gonnabe going somewhere else.. Ive beem coming here for years since they opened and the owners was working in the shop. Ive had to switch brands 15 times back and forth cause they are out of my oil. I am tired of walking in there and they either are out of my vape or they are out of coils.. I am not sure why they dont understand to order before they run out or keep more on hand. I am tried of switching and not being happy with the one I had to switch to because they were out of the one I switched to after then ran out of the other one I used to use. I am over this.. I am sorry to leave and it sucks I have to go, I just am tired of driving from Bargersville and then what I need is not there.

RUDE! Here is my story... Walked in, felt weird, waited in line, stated to the polite gentlemen behind the counter that I had no idea what I was talking about when asking questions... The reason I was there you ask? Because my fiancé is trying to quit smoking (we are having our first baby and Ive already quit). We do not live in greenwood but I was in the area so I thought Id stop by. My fiancé was having issues with the tank he purchased as it continued to leak- so he got fed up and went back to smoking cigs- I wasnt happy.. So I thought Id surprise him today and buy him whatever he needed to make it work again... The tall man behind the counter was a... For lack of a better word. Jerk! Sorry I dont know your lingo, and sorry that I dont have a cool vape shirt on, but Im a paying customer and was willing to pretty much pay whatever I needed to make my fiancé use this mod tank again. You decided to sell me a $20 tank and send me on my not so merry way... Heres my suggestion to the never so polite gentleman behind the counter- dont tick off a pregnant lady, be polite to any customers who walk into your establishment, and help them with whatever they need... Remember the saying happy wife happy life.... My fiancé will know I wasnt happy with you and we will it be returning or sending business your way again.

Cannot remember the gentlemans name, but he was super helpful in not only showing me how to apply a coil. He taught me how to clean my mod and gave me tips. Wonderful place for vapors.

Im a total newbie when it comes to the world of Vape and 317 Vapers was in one word: AMAZING. The owner took the time to describe everything, which of course I felt bad because his shop was rather busy and he didnt make me feel stupid which is important to me a customer. The products he carries in his shop are top quality. As long as Im here in Indy we has my business, in fact this upcoming weekend Im taking my friend who is transitioning from a smoker to get her first Kanger EVOD. Cant wait.
