Steve was amazing, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He helped me select three flavors of juice and grab just the coils I needed real quick. Fatboy Vapors have great products, great prices and stellar customer service provided by Steve. He made my day and you guys made my day by being open and having the best store for vaping products Ive ever seen and had the pleasure of purchasing vaping juice and coils from. Ill be back next week for my new twin 21700 Geek Vape mod.

Just informed they dont carry RPM 3 coils, and never have...and this is one of the most popular coils-several SMOK pod mods require these.

Employees have always been helpful and nice. They have a great selection of juice of various nicotine levels, especially lower mgs (e.g., 3,6) and all the gear - coils, tanks, etc. They said they are going to start carrying more 18mg, and we’re hoping they actually do.

This has been my go to shop for a while. I felt compelled to to leave this review because of the the great experience I had the night of 10/21. I was in need of an all new setup. I know the basics but I’ve never been an expert. After asking a few questions the gentleman working that evening helped me pick something that I really liked. I left and went to my car and tried to set it up. I thought I had the wrong batteries so I went inside to ask. My problem was that there were adapters for the batteries in the box but I wasn’t even aware that was a thing. He was kind, patient, and friendly and helped my out quickly. I was set up and ready to go. It feels like these days retail experiences are a bit more rigid and transactional. This shop makes it welcoming and I’ll gladly continue to use this shop.

Great place to get juice, coils, vapes, whatever you need. Just bought a little Valyrian vape from one of the reps who helped me figure out which vape is best for me after my last one broke. He was informative and very knowledgeable about vapes

Nice enough place. A little higher on prices compared to other places in the nation, but I think that goes for most anything in the Portland area. Was excited to see white grape from lost art there. Havent seen it in forever which for me makes it a must stop when Im on the North West

Needed a last minute battery and was super confused on what to buy.. like a lot of other reviewers I tried the competition 1st and was less than thrilled so made the drive over to Fat Boys, and thank goodness I did.Shop was upscale, spotless, staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me choose an affordable battery that is far and away the best Ive had and Ive been vaping 5+ yrs. now. Will definitely return for juice, and so glad I found this shop last minute!

I have been going to this location pretty much since they opened. The employees are always friendly and helpful. They have a good selection and are well stocked. The store is well maintained and clean. The only downside is that their shared parking area sucks. Always super crowded and hard to find a spot but nothing they can really do about that. I think that Fat Boy is kind of the standard that other vape ships should strive for.

Tried to return a malfunctioning product just purchased a little over a month ago. Was denied and told it might be the charging unit I bought from them causing the issues. I wonder how many bad charging units they sell. Never going back and wouldnt recommend to anyone.

So I recently relocated to the area and looking around at the local shops. I was astonished at the amount they had to offer. First go into the store took a minute to get help but thats understandable because of how many customers they had at the time. Quickly though I was helped not pushy, very informative and helpful. Even helped me build my first mechanical mod. After going there several times and even checking out other stores I like them for two reasons always having what I am looking for or able to get it and second they take time to help you and walk you through how things work. Definitely earned a repeat customer as long as I am in the area.

Well I have always thought that the customer service at Fatboy Vapors has been great, but today I have to say was the best! My vape was not working for two days and I was going absolutely nuts without it. I brought it in just now and the wonderful Sebastian took a look at it and took it apart and fixed my vape in just a few minutes! I was ready to buy a new vape if I had to but that wasn’t necessary and I am so very grateful! There was no charge for fixing it and I knew that even if it wasn’t fixed, that I would have been helped and happy with my service. Thank you again Sebastian!

The people in this store are very Knowledgeable. I didn’t know exactly what I was looking for or even what it was called. They were very courteous and were able to help me right away. They are now my go to store when I’m in the area

Great shop, Have been shopping here for years. Staff is great, always extremely helpful and willing to bend over backwards for their customers.I have seen complaints about the shop asking for I.D., this is the LAW in Oregon and any reputable shop in the state does the exact same thing.

The clerk was pushy and not interested dealing with a customer standing in front her, prices are a little high but for the area they are decent. Wont go back unless I am completely out of oil.

Amazing customer service! 💙 went in to get help with taking apart my vape mod because the button was sticking. Couldnt fix it, button was broke. But the manufacturer had sent them a mod without a back and they gifted it to me! Absolutely made my day. Will never go to another vape shop again

Great place, they always have the vapor I need and their prices are better than most other vape shops. The location is a bit tricky to get in/out of and the parking lot is a little dangerous (the spaces are way too close together). But I think this place is worth it. They always have great customer service, too.

My fiance loves the juice here! He only buys from them! I dont smoke so I cannot tell you how it tastes/smokes. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

I went in today to ask for help with my vape... Sabastian was super friendly and completely helpful so I was able to open the tank and change my coil. While I was there, another customer came in and he greeted him by name which impressed me. After all my problems were solved he invited me to come back again and to call if I had any more problems. My experience made me decide that I will do all my vape business at this store. Plus the shop is super cute and organized.

The service was sub par, the selection was decent. The staff left sometbing to be desired with overall service. Unfortunately with the new law they super impose ID checks to anyone in your vehicle as a store policy.

Honestly I felt like I was approaching the cool kids table back in middle school. This place gives off that chill vibe. My visit was ultimately better than the analogy alludes. My beginner questions were answered, I was treated well despite my nervous rambling and I walked away with two new flavors! Definitely the better vape shop in town. My only regret is that I didnt go here first!

Pretty decent juice selection, not the greatest prices, but comparing to other shops around here theyre right around the same price points/ml. The employee that helped me was nice, and seemed to know plenty about all the juice options they had to offer.

Previously had a great score for them. Not anymore. Tried returning a faulty vape which they would not return. Poor service poor quality products. What a racket. Dont shop here, better quality and prices online. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Theyre absolutely awful.

Awesome Vape Shop! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, they can recite ejuice flavors by memory and can even tell you what the most popular flavors are. I have yet to buy a mod from them, but I frequently go in to get a liquid. They also appreciate veterans, which is a huge bonus.

Ive been going to this place for almost 4 years since I moved to Oregon and this is by far the best shop around I just wish theyd expand their inventory a bit

I have been a loyal customer for more than a year now with no issues before now. I had a product that didnt work out, hadnt been used, with a receipt for purchase and they refused to return it after it was explained to me that I could at the time of purchase 2days earlier.

I love these guys. . . Full of knowledge customer service is amazing always helpful. . . Always well priced. . . Always trying to save you money. . . And get the best out of what you spend for you.

Well they seemed helpful at first. My wife and I wanted to get coils for our vape, we tell them what kind of vape we have and they give us a 5 pack. We go home and try it and it is not the right coil. Go back to the shop and try and exchange it and they say no returns or exchanges. The employee was the one who told us what we needed!!!!! I have never left a review but I am now. Please do not use this shop! Also the employee was treating us like we were stupid.

My husband and I have been using Fat Boys for the last past 5 years customer service there is phenomenal they really go above and beyond there is one employee that actually remembers you your name and what you normally get and he can actually have it on the counter ready waiting for you youre always greeted with a smile and you leave there feeling happy and that goes a long ways with me

The juice is very expensive compared to other places but its a nice place and the employees are great. The parking lot is terrible, very small spaces so if you dont want a door ding park somewhere else and walk over.

The customer service there sucks. The guy that was working had a major attitude. He made me feel as if he was inconvenienced by having to walk over to the counter where i was wanting to smell the different vape juice flavors I was interested in buying. Then let out a big sigh when I asked him about the different coil type they sold there. I ended up walking out and not buying anything because of his bad customer service and his attitude towards me. It seems like all they wanna do is go outside and vape or go in the back lil room they have there and do whatever it is they do back there. They definitely dont want to provide good customer service to the ppl in their store. NEVER GOING HERE OR ANY OTHER FAT BOY STORE AGAIN even though they have my favorite flavor, Joosey Fruit. Ill order it offline or find another local retailer.

Scammed me out of 25$ smh. My fiance walked in looking for coils, holding the vape, knew the exact name and brand and was still given the wrong ones but no refunds. Thanks for scamming us out of 25$

We stopped in here to get some liquid for our e-cig. As it is a new vape only shop and close to our house we were excited to check it out. There was one other person in the shop when we arrived. As soon as we walked in we immediately felt unwelcome. Any questions we had were answered with disdain and annoyance. He seemed exasperated dealing with us little people. We are not experts at vaping. That is why we go to where we expect to find knowledgeable people. At one point I looked at the man puzzled and actually contemplated asking if he had a problem with us being there. Thats never a feeling you want a retail location. As they did not have the flavor we were looking for we moved to the taste station at which point the man made his way over as well and then sat behind the taste shelves and smoked his own e-cig which he repeatedly blew into our faces as we attempted to distinguish the flavors. At that point we walked out. Clearly we werent being helped or even wanted there. After our experience I will never go back. I would rather happily drive someplace I feel welcome then ever spend a cent there.

With the new 21 and over law this wonderful gem of a store decided to change their store policy to go above and beyond constitutional infringements regarding privacy. They now ask to ID people in your vehicle and if they are below 21 they won’t serve you for the entire day! Well unbeknownst to me that these white knights had taken such a laborious task of being the world police on their shoulders. I was turned back from a store the first time with my brother who just flew in from Idaho to enlist in the military with me and join my unit, I came down to support him in his enlistment and see him off before I went to my training for the month, I came to buy a buttload of juul pods and a charger which is a transaction I’ve done with this store many times. After I was kicked out and told not to come back for a day because of this “store policy” I came back the next day (my last free day before training) with a friend of mine in my unit who is about to be 21 and doesn’t use any nicotine products. They said they would have to ID her in the vehicle too and kicked me out again. I cannot begin to describe the blatant disrespect that was worn on these employees faces, but one stood above the rest. A ginger giant, who has never had a bit of power in his life now exercising his new ability to invade everyone’s privacy and decide if you’re selling ejuice to kids and let me tell you that’s definitely the only thing he has ever exercised in his life except maybe his right arm. Anyway, I hope this comes as a helpful warning not to have anyone under 21 with you, if you decide to solicit this sad excuse for a store, but you don’t have to take my word for it! What the hell do I know, I just wanted some ejuice and a charger. I did find cheaper JUUL pods at this great store known as all stop and they are only 15$ there! So if you wanna avoid the virtue police going through your entire lineage, definitely pay them or literally anyone else a visit.

Probably one of the nicest vape shops around PDX. They have an excellent variety of e-juice and an excellent variety of hardware to support everyones needs. The people are always friendly and very knowledgeable. I only give 4 stars because of two reasons.Their hardware prices just arent competitive with the internet. When you pay upwards of an additional $30 or more for a mod or than if you ordered off the net thats a problem.Due to lack of ventilation in the place it just feels sticky if you visit in the late afternoon. Science folks, vapor is water and makes the place feel damp. Thanks to all folks at Fatboys for providing a great place to buy vapes in Gresham.

Positives :(+) Currently my go-to shop, with(+) Knowledgeable staff, and(+) Slightly lower prices than other shops.(+) They have a vape-bar for testing flavors.(+) They have a rewards/points system, and(+) Most of the Staff addresses me by name.(+) Indoor Vaping, and lounge area w/TV(+) Selection of liquids is decent, and is always changing.Negatives :(-) Still missing many big-name favorites/brands such as Cuttwood, etc..(-) They fail to stock certain items - for example, they sell the Aspire Triton tank, but they dont stock the matching new Triton coils (only the Atlantis ones), nor do they stock the Aspire Pegasus mod that Aspire themselves pairs together with the Triton tank.. Etc.. Etc..Conclusion :(=) Aside from a few picky small things, Fatboy Vapor is a great shop, with very knowledgeable and friendly staff, and plenty of selection to choose from (juices, as well as devices, etc.) - and if you want to kick back and watch a movie on their flat-screen TV, they almost always have something playing, for those times when youre waiting on a build - or even if you just want to chill out and blow clouds :)Side note :(*) Thanks to everybody at Fatboy for such a friendly environment, and all of your patience with me.. I plan to remain a Fatboy customer as long as youre around.Hope this review helps someone!

The juices are in heard of and tasteless, despite the large quantity of them. They lack any variety and are incredibly behind in what they stock. Do you guys have the new Kanger coils? ( which literally out of the 5 shops I visit all had. Response ha, I wish! Umm, order them? Would you like an ego one or a small selection of rdas? Or we have lots of juices that all taste the same and are basically samples we decided to sell, weve got a ton of terrible tasting yogurt flavors!My advice, go to division vapor or EVl, I even met a guy outside of the store who worked for them, talking about how they were experimenting with devices and blowing them up by putting that batteries in wrong, or using mechs in an unsafe way. Cool guys, nice work.

Went in at on a saturday around 2pm and got helped pretty quick it had a very chill atmosphere they were very knowledgeable but what i liked the most was they were just as excited about the vapes as i was, showing me their own vapes and they ones they liked on display. i will for sure be going back

Sold me a mini volt and told me they would have all the replacements for the vapor and guess what no they dont they just wanted to sell now that I need a part they cant help me, will never come to this location EVER.....

Bought vape at Fat Boy Gresham when I opened the box I Noticed that my new vape was the completely wrong product. I went to Exchange for the one I paid for 30 minutes later the man working did nothing would not exchange. Worst Customer service.BUYER-BEWARE!!!!!!!
