Wow! What an amazing expirence, first of all the store looked immaculate. The place was literally liter free and everything was free of finger and hand prints smudge free. Very well lite. Kelly was the lady who helped me and she put this expirence over the top. Very Very warm welcoming friendly knowledgeable. I was looking for a place to buy vapes where the staff was more knowledgeable and could help me choose a better vape than the one I currently use. I stopped by tonight on a looking for a new spot and am so glad I did. Kelly was beyond helpful and knowledgeable and not to mention friendly and made me feel comfortable. She helped me choose a new vape and now will continue to come back here because of her. Awesome experience!

I had a horrible experience I paid 130 dollars on a vape and the staff couldnt help me set it up he said he didnt know how then I go to leave and open my vape and there was no batteries when the package said right on the box that batteries where included he then informed me when I went back in the exchange it for one that had batteries he then told me no refunds or exchanges. So by this time Im very irritated but nicely said can I buy batteries he then said they where out of batteries so I had to leave with a non working vape. I went back a couple days later and a red headed female employee was working and was very rude and not friendly at all this vape shope has horriable cotumer service. I dont recommend going here to anyone

Edit: I have recently quit smoking and Isaac and Kelly have been very instrumental in me being successful. They always are so dang helpful and patient and both give me good insight. I always only go to PuffPuff for my Kratom that I have to have because it’s the best quality but now they are my only go to for my vapes. Thank you so much you guys, I always recommend your stores to everyone 😉Every location I’ve been to has been amazing and they carry in my opinion the best quality kratom

This shop recently got new ownership and i love how they turned it into a one stop shop for all customer needs. The lady who works nights at the Burnside location has the most impressive customer service skills. She always has a smile on her face and does her best to keep customers coming back. Ill never shop anywhere else.

Large selection. Great service. Heavy on the fruity low/no nic juices. Will probably find what youre looking for here.To get 5 stars, youll need a better selection of non-fruity, high quality salts. As it stands you only have a few. Still far better than any other similar shop in the area.They really do care here, and have consistently been as courteous and helpful as they can.

Im not sure of the womans name who was working on 5/11/22, but, when my wife and I came in looking for something that they didnt have in stock, she called around to other shops in the area to help us locate it. Ive never seen a store attendant that was that customer forward. Well certainly be back to purchase simply because she was amazing.

I’ve never wrote a review but, I was incredibly surprised when I went to vape life Oregon. These guys spent a great deal of time and effort trying to fix my device. Everywhere else I went they didn’t care to take the time to explain anything to me or try and help me!!Best store in town. Don’t waist your time going to these others Gresham spots.

Really great shop, awesome staff havent met one that wasnt nice and helpful yet. Not a huge selection for juices but a good selection. Think they are still working on expanding on everything, but overall would visit often.
