Since I began my “stopping smoking cigarettes” adventure recently, I had checked out at least 3 different smoke shops BEFORE House of Pipes in search of the perfect vape and juice that work for me. I was wanting something that didn’t create large smoke clouds and MOST IMPORTANTLY a juice that would create almost a slight burn in the back of your throat that I would get when smoking a cigarette (u can only relate if you were a smoker) and let me tell you….ALL THREE OF THOSE SHOPS WERE A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! I came to House of Pipes as my last attempt at finding what works for me. Afinatie suggested I get the NOVO2C (not a ton of smoke like I want) and the NIC SALTS juice with FROST being that I smoked menthols and it creates that little burn sensation I had to have. Afinatie has saved me as I was ready to give up! Not only Amazing customer service she demonstrates but also more importantly HAS GREAT KNOWLEDGE ON THE PRODUCTS that your store offers and really takes the time to pay attention to what you are looking for so she can MATCH just that! You guys really hit the jackpot when you hired Afinatie and I hope she is around long term, I WILL BE FOREVER A CUSTOMER especially if Afinatie is there! Thank you House of Pipes and Afinatie for solving my dilemma!!

I’ve been shopping at various House of Pipes locations for years now. The selection, quality, and prices can rarely be beat.The inspiration for this review, however, is the excellent customer service at the HoP Gresham. Everyone that I’ve been helped by here has actually been helpful!The manager, Kyle, remembered me and even the products I was shopping for after my first and relatively brief visit. He cut me a deal on this Zico torch lighter when I was a little bit short on funds. Then he filled it with butane for me before I left, and I didn’t even have to ask. ⭐️ Another employee was also quite thoughtful when he warned me to be extra precautious as I was leaving the store late one night. (“The tweekers can get kinda wild this time of night.” 😆)Unlike some smoke shops, I’ve never felt like the folks here didn’t really want to serve me and couldn’t care less if I took my business elsewhere. I highly recommend the House of Pipes Gresham to anyone who smokes (whatever your pleasure 😉)!

Stopped in for a pack o onion skins, and was drawn to a nice piece... got to rapping with pj about it, and since it was so reasonably priced I swooped it up. By far best service Ive had was given from other fella named bo I think.... he followed up with me next day to see if I was happy, and sure was. So I totally recommend this location for all your puffin needs, not just for selection but amazing customer service. Nice work fellas.

Lovey lady working the front desk always helps me with what I need and lets me know of new products I might like! She helped me get the right vape for me on a time crunch before work. I am almost 8 months cigarettes free and come here a lot for juul pods, with the ban its been difficult to not crave cigs (no more mint), she showed me new puff bars (like a disposable juul) and they are awesome! I really loved them but they werent for me. Glad I came in wanting to look at the mods and she pointed me in the right direction! Very satisfied with the customer service I receive here, prices, and will continue to come here in the future!
