True Massage & Spa

My fiance and I got couples massage here. This is defintely a hidden gem. It is in a small trip mall store front, unassuming but the interior is sizable and clean. We both agree we each had great massages, the right pressure, love the hot stones. Very relaxing! The pricing ia very reasonable and well worth the service. If I lived here I would go regularly and I will definitely go back next time I am in Pensacola Beach.

Went twice while on vacation, once as a couples massage and once by myself. I would highly recommend this place they did a great job

Went for a 90 minute massage tonight and the ladies were very nice. She asked how hard and checked during massage that everything was a good pressure. Nice music and great addition with head and feet being massaged also.

Great place & the owner/manager is very friendly & professional. I noticed the waiting room was very clean (even though I didnt have to wait) along with massage room & restroom. I have a very bad back from back surgery about 20 years ago, after an hour of having my back & shoulder muscles worked out, Im like a new man for a few weeks. Then Ill be back to do it all again. Great prices, great people, & excellent service. What else can you ask for.

I made an appointment a week in advance with a specific time. No one was at the facility when I showed up for my appointment. I called them. They acted put out that they had to get ready and come out. I should have left based on how they spoke to me. However, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt that they were hvaing an off day and maybe things would improve once they arrived. However, they demanded I pay upfront. They ran my card then DEMANDED a $30 tip on my card and charged me a $5 card use fee. I had planned to tip $10 on my card and an additional cash amount if the massage was quality. I have NEVER been told I would be refused service or told what the minimum expected tip was. They insisted it was a good massage so they would not accept less. It was inappropriate and unprofessional. But, I allowed myself to be bullied which I regret severely now. Once the massage started the pop rock music outside the room and loud laughing and talking made it impossible to relax. Also, the massage technique were not bad. The massage itself would have been okay had I been able to enjoy it. I left feeling very ripped off, disappointed in myself for ot walking away before I was bullied into giving them money, and like it was the worst experience Ive ever had at a spa or massage parlor. The place was clean and the decorations were reasonably peaceful. But, I will tell everyone I know and leave reviews everywhere I can because it was the worst experience Ive ever had. Do not recommend.

Terrible terrible terrible they will try to rob you terrible terrible terrible. Demanded 40 dollar tip when I said the sign says 60 for an hour. I will give you a 20 dollar tip they said no and turned me away. Horrible business. Don’t even know how they’re there. Demand I pay 100 dollars for a one hour massage!! Insane!!! False advertising they should be shut down.

Worst experience ever! In the first 6 minutes of my massage, the therapist left me 3 times to argue with another woman on the phone. The last time, she actually left the building, leaving me alone in the building for 15 minutes, waiting for my refund. If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible.

This was my first ever body massage! First thing I noticed is how clean and organized the facility is. The therapist gave me a deep tissue massage that hurt so good! Professional all the way.

This is the best place in this area for massage. Her handwork is magic. After the session my stress is gone. The place is very clean and the music is very soothing. Everything is great. Definitely will go back.

Asked and paid for (prior to start) a deep tissue massage. Was one of the softest massages i’ve ever had.... mentioned it didn’t feel like deep tissue and nothing changed, the young lady simply wasn’t strong enough.

They have you pay AND tip before the massage! I will not pay for a service and tip for it before I receive it and know it was good quality!

She even cracked every toe- I hurt for several days after, but talk about an adjustment! Amazing...
