Super helpful over the phone, had a great selection and then incredibly pleasant as I didn’t really know what I wanted.

They refused to tell me any pricing on vapes over the phone because....some people like to play games with us and ask prices so they can competeThey told me that they wouldnt give out pricing unless I came into the store.It was very rude and unprofessional and I was slightly offended that he immediately assumed I was calling because I was trying to compete with them....When I just wanted to know the pricing on their vapes before driving 40 minutes away to their shop.Seemed sketchy and I will not be shopping with a business that assumes its customers are competition just because they asked what price they are.Which by the way, every other place in town told me pricing and what was in stock.Ridiculous.

Stopped in from B’ham today and loved that both the employees working (around 9pm) were really nice, welcoming, and informative about the products sold in the store! :)

Very unprofessional, we are from out of town went In to buy a vape and the battery was low on the vape, so he asked to exchange it and the worker told him “f you, get out of my store you “f” pu//y. And even threatens to call law.

Smokin Lion is the best smoke-shop I have ever done business with. They have an incredible selection with nearly everything you could possibly need, including glass, paper, and disposables, friendly, helpful staff that will, and have, done everything in their power to make every interaction exceptional, and reasonable prices. Everything that they have is priced far more affordably, and with better stock, than any other store I have been to. The staff is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and keep the store well-stocked and very clean. In the two or so years I have been coming here, I dont think Ive ever had a problem that they couldnt fix. And I certainly have never walked away unhappy. I would give 10/5 stars if I could, they have certainly earned it.

Immediately greeted and asked if I needed any help upon walking through the doors. Both of the gentlemen working this afternoon( July 18, 2022) were incredibly helpful and kind. They both eagerly answered any and all questions while showing me an array of products to choose from. They even looked up product information for me as they did not have the answer but wanted to be sure I was satisfied. I chose a Ghost brand THC disposable that works impeccably. I spend a lot of money here and this is the rudest customer service and they do not back there products. My husband went in and purchased me a vap for 150 dollars and they made him open it and make sure it worked and it did but it was the wrong one not the one I want so I went right back up there and asked if I could just exchange it for the one I wanted they refused to help me. Then today my husband came in and bought a cheap vap and they again made him try it in the store and this vap tasted burnt and could barely get smoke out. He wouldn’t even exchange it they told him he already use it. I’m sick of this place I spend about 100 r more a week in here so where is the customer service to at least ur regular customer. The assistant manager and the short fat guy need to lose there jobs I will post on here everyday to let people know this is a terrible place that doesn’t care about the customers and laugh at you when ur upset about the service and need assistance..

This place is awesome! I was helped by a taller guy I think is named Hassan or Sean, but he helped me find my new vape mod with every requirement I needed for it! I will always be coming back because of him and this places prices being extremely reasonable.

I have worked here for almost a year and my experience has been great. My employer treats me like family and is always flexible if anything comes up. I have not had a bad experience working here ever. The pay is good and my hours are consistent. The selection of products is amazing. I don’t know who all the other bad reviews got behind the counter but Craig was super helpful and friendly. Made sure I got what I needed and gave honest advice and thoughts on some of the products. I bought multiple things just because he was so helpful and was able to get me the things I needed.

I went in to buy a vape and they did not have the flavor I normally get. I asked the dude if I could try this new flavor and if I did not like it, if I could switch it out for a different one. He agreed. I hit the vape and it tasted like SMOKE, very burnt. It does not hit right, seems stopped up. I looked at the dude and stated it tasted burnt and he said he could not swap it out after agreeing to it. False advertisement??? I am truly upset and will let everyone I know that that place is a waste of money and not to go there because all they sell is fake, burnt vapes.

Everyone who works here is so friendly, informative, and truly helpful. Up to date on many new products, as well as having your older favorites. Afforable products, clean store, so many options. Husahnn is one who helped me today and may have just helped me find my favorite vape and flavor! He was very polite and informative, and even helped me pick flavors. Some people will tell you something tastes good just to sell it to you...not these guys, they enjoy their customers leaving happy! Thanks all yall for your suggestions and help! This store is incredible. I’ve never received anything but amazing customer service and quality products. They have everything you need and even take special requests. There seems to be a battle between a disgruntled former employee and current employees, however, the manager here, I know from experience, cares for his employees as family and cares for his customers the same. This shop is the best in the area.

I visited the smokin lion thanksgiving day and the man working was so helpful & very knowledgeable about all of his products. This is the kind of guy everyone needs at a shop like this- he answered all my questions and helped lead me to my decision that I (clearly) needed help with. And to be working on thanksgiving- that’s a wonderful work ethic! I can’t remember his name but this guy really went above & beyond to help me and the other customers that were there, thank you!!

Huge selection. Bright, clean facility and displays. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Adam, Haley and Summer were all extremely helpful with hands on explanations of new technology, recommendations and even after sales support tech questions, free maintenance or help. One item was returned without hassle when it did not fit properly. They were more than patient and in fact very energetic in explaining new and old tech alike and using their experienced knowledge base to best fit my needs. Sure internet sales are cheaper but the big selection of many brands along with the ability to feel and compare them hands-on with demos, suggestions, and recommendations of the experienced staff more than offset the price. Additionally they have free samples of new consumable products and offered me to try one in ensuring my purchase worked to my satisfaction before I walked out the door. A very enjoyable store and staff who worked to make me happy.

This place by far is one of the best shops in town. Most they exceed expectations in customer service and are so helpful in recommending and making sure their products work for their customers. If you are in the market for any of their products this is the place to go.

I absolutely LOVED working here. I ran this smoke shop for 2 years 2016-2018, boss man pushed me, motivated me, worked with my full time school schedule and made sure I finished school so I could move on into my career. It was honestly the best job I had before starting my career, and believe me, I had many jobs. No owner of a business has looked out and treated me as well as they have. That place has grown so much and I’m truly proud to say I worked there and am close friends with the owner to this day!!!

Went it. Bought a vape. Hit it once in store. Got in my car sat in there 2 minutes and hit it a couple more times. I realized it didn’t hit right. Went back in after those 2 minutes. “Sorry once u go out the door we cant exchange. I wasn’t gonna argue but I go here 2 times a week and spend 30-40$ for the past 2 years. I’ll start spending that money somewhere else that recognizes a valued customer looks like and I’ll be sure to let my friends know.

Staff is a hit or miss depending on who’s working. Prices are really high, with my military discount AND store rewards I can still buy the exact same product cheaper from other places. How is that possible lol?

These guys have always been great, they have an incredible assortment. They are great at setting up your Vape for the first time, and making sure that you understand what you’re buying. The staff is friendly, and I have always enjoyed doing business with them.

Just bought a vape pen from smoking lion on 02/17/2023. Pen is defective, will not turn off and over heats. Called the store and they will not replace. Now I’m out over 50.00 for a pen they should refund. First time a store wouldn’t replace a defective one bought the same day. Disappointing

I’m visiting out of town from Austin, Texas and man this place was awesome! I wish I asked for the employees name. She had glasses and black hair, with a leg tattoo. She deserves to be recognized for her customer service!! She walked me through the process of my setup, nobody will do that for me in Texas. Unbeatable prices too. This will be my go to spot when I come to visit.

Personally, Ive had zero problems at this store. Treated me with respect and helped me find what I need. Suggestions and even know the answers to your questions. Along w their excellent customer service, they have a wide variety of pieces to choose from. Ive been here in Florida for about two almost three years and this is the best head shop Ive been in where they care about the customers experience and are willing to help you until you find what youre looking for. Between big pieces and little pieces, papers and hookahs. Dry or wet they have what you need. ❤️

I Went in there, tried a vape in front of them, had no flavor. A vape I get every time. I go in there haven’t gotten this flavor in about a month really excited to finally try it again and it has no flavor. I let them know and asked for another one, and they said I had to pay for another vape even though it was their product that was messed up. I stayed in the store the whole time, read the sign that says to stay in store and make sure it works. I go to this store a lot and have spent a lot of money and they treated me very rudely. After asking to talk to there boss they claimed they were the boss I then asked to speak to the person higher up then them and then they gave me a new vape. Without letting me talk to their boss.

I went in yesterday because I forgot my charger attachment for my vape pen.  I purchased a pen with charger attachment from them.  I charged the one I bought from them and then tried to use it.  No go.  Lights come on but it will not get hot enough to vape.  I used the charger attachment to charge my pen that was dead, and no issue it worked just fine like always.  I went  back in today to exchange the pen that did not work.  I was immediately asked if the rep from yesterday informed me that the pen may not work because they are not very good,  I said no and then asked why would I have bought it if I was told that?  I then was told they would get in trouble if they took my pen back and they could not do anything for me.  So on top of charging me twice as much as any other place for the pen, they then would not back up their product with any type of customer service.  Stay away and find somewhere else to go.

Best place I have ever been employed. Working in an atmosphere with a boss who cares for his employees like family is a win. Even though I am no longer working for smoking lion, (due to personal reasons) I am still treated like apart of the family... The hateful remarks about this establishment shocks me. Of course there will always be hateful people, however lying about what goes on in the store is wrong.

Extremely nice staff, prices were high but exclusivity and convenience in an area can carry the prices. Going back today for CBD oil. Internet purchase is always recommended when you have the time to order something you cant touch before you buy or buy from someone you dont know and cant take legal action if necessary. And crappy customers usually get crappy service.

I shop there all the time and the reason for the prices is that the quality is far better. They dont give you Our own Mix of liquid! That I have found is never the same at other places. I love the people as well. Going today actually.

I’ve been going here about once a month for the last year and a half since I moved to gulf breeze, spending $40ish each time on a bottle of nic salt and pack of nova pods.Never had any problems til today when I asked if they would replace a nova pod I purchased at my previous visit because it was burnt out when I tried to use it. They said no and if I wanted them to ever replace one I needed to fill it in the store and if it didn’t work they would replace it.I mean that’s great and all but terrible customer service, and maybe this is coming down from the owner either way it’s bad business. if you have a customer that’s only bought from you for over a year and never complained once and you’re willing to lose that customer over a pod that probably cost you less than a dollar...no problem. LolYou do the math.The blonde girl (who told me I could fill it in store) has seen me in there numerous times, I didn’t recognize the red headed guy. I won’t be returning.

You are why people dont buy local. I was at that big starts with an A second day shipping website but then decided to get in my car and buy local. Mistake. Was sold something that due to a small detail cannot possibly be used for the particular purpose that the shop is themed around, but only for something that we can call less mainstream. I returned with the unused product and receipt 20-30 minutes later, and with an embarrassed smile explained the misunderstanding. The previously polite woman mentioned something about how the product is labeled in her catalog, flailed about in self-contradictory fit of indignity, called me rude, went into making-a-point-of-it-bureaucracy-mode telling me there were other customers more worth her time, and made some canned remark about seeing me next time. I left with the useless-to-me product, threw it away, and wont be back. While I certainly own some of the responsibility for the situation by not noticing that small detail of the item, come on. We used to buy local to get human customer service and rational nice people. Strange how these days we are more likely to get that from a faceless online giant than from our neighbors.

I had the best experience at the Smokin Lion yesterday. The staff is super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about vaping. I learned so much and all my questions were answered. Great products and super customer service. They spent close to 2 hours helping me make my decisions. Ignore the negative reviews, I almost didnt go there because of a couple and I am thankful I went anyway.

Ive had two bad experiences here. One is where they tried to sell my sister a vape kit that was $65 OVER retail. He got mad when we tried to take a picture to go price it elsewhere. He made up some nonsense about how vendors get mad if customers take pictures. To be clear, I do not believe he was telling the truth. This is highly scummy behavior imo.The second experience was today, a Sunday. They were the only place open, so I went to buy some vape liquid. Most of their liquid was overpriced. Not worth the convenience, to me anyways. I dont wish them ill, I just wont go back.

What’s the difference between one shop compared to another? For me, it’s always the staff. This is the reason I choose to come back time and again to this shop. If you have the opportunity to stop in, see the girls who work here, you won’t be disappointed.

Tristan and Hassan were great. They were on it the second te door opened, helped find exactly what I wanted, total knowledge of the products. and fun.

While visiting from out of town I ran out of vape juice. I am super leary of going into different vape shops due to bad experiences in the past with customer service as well as quality of products. The employees of Smokin Lion made me feel very welcome in their shop. 10 out of 10 recommend any people who vape to go there. Will definitely be back next time I am in Gulf Breeze.

I went into the shop because I was trying to surprise my wife (her vape went out on our trip to Pensacola) and bought an E-Leaf TC40w with Temp control on the store clerks suggestion. Once I got back to the hotel, I looked up some additional features that were used as an incentive to purchase that specific model; what I found out was that nowhere online has it for sale for more than $50 when I was charged $130 plus tax. I called them right away to see what was going on and told them I wanted to return it- it had been a total of 20 min since I purchased it. The young lady said that not only could I not return it, but that you can always get things way cheaper on the internet! I feel completely scammed and would not recommend this place to anyone. I was wrong by not looking at the reviews for this shop, but at the same time these people are scam artists and have no integrity in their business. BEWARE!!!

Walked in with NO face mask told me I had to put one on then said there is a big sign outside that said if no face mask limit your time in store and they said ya but the small sign says you have to wear one. May want to have correct signage on your doors for customers and make a decision mask or no mask!!

This is the only vape shop Ill go to. All of the staff are great, especially the manager Adam. He knows exactly what I want and when I walk in he grabs it and already has it at the register for me. He takes the time to explain any product, and this store has the best juices and vaping decices,etc.I love them!

The staff is very kind and helpful. They never make you feel uncomfortable or awkward in any way when inquiring about one, or more, of their products.

If you are afraid to be open, dont. Last week I was told I could not go in without a mask. I returned today with a mask, and was denied entrance again. And might I say not very nicely from what I presume was the owner from the bed of his truck. I understand people are scared, but take down the sign that says entrance with mask because evidently you pick and choose who you allow inside.

Came to smokin liontoday while on vacation to see if they could fix my vaporizer and the guy behind the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable he fixed it and convinced me to get a new Yocan which I love.
