Massage by Micah

This was my first massage with Micah. I booked 90 minutes and sadly they were the shortest 90 minutes of my life! I love a good deep massage and today was amazing. I told her what my issues were and she was spot on with her work. I really regretted not booking to 2 hour - I wont make that mistake again :) I cant recc enough!

Micah has magic hands! It’s been awhile since I had a massage. Driving across the entire country twice in 2 months, moving, severe stress over children who are “grown” and my expectations were just to feel a little better after our initial session. I’ve had dozens of professional massages. Many of them disappoint because the therapist doesn’t apply enough pressure. Micah is so skilled at massage therapy! She is firm if you want her to be but can ease off if it becomes too much! I will definitely be recommending her to others and will be booking more regular self care days with her!

Micah is great at what she does. If you have knots in your shoulders from sitting in front of a computer all day or scar tissue from an injury she will make sure she helps these issues resolve through massage. Preventative medicine!

I went to a hand surgeon who described how he would make small incisions to cut the constricted tissues of the tendon sheath in my fingers. I wanted to avoid surgery and Micah was able to eliminate my trigger fingers from seizing up by massaging the muscles in my forearm, which was causing me to have trigger finger! She also completely eliminated my husbands sciatic nerve pain! Micah is a Godsend. We are so thankful she cured our pain without surgery!
