Not gonna gaslight anyone. Been dealing with alot of other shops for a long time and this is the coolest group Ive dealt with yet. They always try to keep their stuff in stock and good quality products at that. If they dont have it they will go over and above to get it for you. I use to build my own mods and wanted a more streamline user friendly setup and they went over and above helping me out and explaining the new equipment. Support your local shops people! Super awesome place. After today we will not go to any other shop. VERY VERY knowledgeable about everything. Took well over an hour to go over and show me and my wife different options and products he carries.

Came in on the second day of of my vacation, an was told to come back the next day for a special that only runs on Tuesdays an would get a much better deal, she was so pleasant an knowledgeable of the products in her store, an when telling her the types of juice flavors preferred she recommended flavors exactly to my taste, she also remembered us from the day before as soon as we walked through the door... highly recommend an would go back!

Great vape shop. The owner is always helpful and willing to assist in finding/ordering those hard to get e-juice flavors. They even have an in store brand of juice that they offer along with all you vape needs from coils, batteries, to new mods and tanks.

Very knowledgeable staff, was able to advise me about products. Excellent customer service. I will definitely return. Store is clean and organized, very streamlined. My experience with Vape Stores is that they are often messy and cluttered and buying disposables is a pain because the products are hard to see and request. Not the case here at all.

Im originally from Jacksonville but came to this location because beach day! Beth was super friendly and knowledgeable. Best experience Ive ever had :) Definitely coming back more often!

Stopped in to get a bottle of vape juice for my vacation as I had left my extra bottle at home and experienced first class customer service. Not from this area, but I wish my vape stores at home were this knowledgeable and friendly.

Store was selling the exact same Escobars disposable I bought for $22 at another store ($19. online) for $35.. I understand how business works but I also understand how price gouging works. wont shop here again.

I decided to go check out the madvapes shop in sneads ferry and see what they had to offer. I was immediately greeted by Kathi, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of all products. She answered all the questions and made recommendations based off my wants. Would highly recommend this place and def ask for Kathi!

I think this was the first vape shop Ive been in where I dont feel totally awkward or weird, and didnt feel the urge to get my stuff and get out quick. Forgot the name of the lady working, but very professional. And they ACTUALLY have inventory.

So I googled it and called the first one on the list and asked for help about there location ( what stores they were next to) and whoever answered the phone said I dont know. Thats weird. I bought literally the last 510 thread battery they had but it didnt work right and looked to be slightly used. Store policy is apparently no returns. Sucks because as a local I chose to do business with them instead of online where I would have saved $20 on a $30 purchase.

I stopped by today for a bottle of juice. Air factory juice! I was charged 41$ for 1 bottle. I new that was way to much! Got home and looked and you can buy it from the factory for 15 to 20 bucks a bottle. Wont go back their!!!
