My first visit, the experience and first impressions with the quality of service was not pleasing. I will say, the aroma opening the door was very inviting. It smells amazing inside.Upon being greeted and impolitely being advised only a 60 minute massage was available after mentioning wanting a 90 min massage. Inquired about the types of massages to select one that best fits my needs and being cut off by asking to pay now. There was a language barrier and nastily being told after pay is not acceptable when being asked about Apple pay. Payment would have been made once informed about the different services. Choosing to leave because the service was veryLow Grade and there was no professional intent to service me. Highly unlikely to go back or recommend.

I had to make light of the situation to not be enragedCalled for same day and think it was ok to come in, limited English made it difficult to confirm but I took the chance being so close by. Upon entering a massage is $60, and when charged $65, was told its tax. I just wanted a massage after having moved here 2 weeks ago. I sign the receipt and hand it back and she asks for tip, I told her massage then tip. As I’m undressing the lady walks in with google translate to repeat it was tax. I tell her it’s fine and she advises her boss says pay first then massage. I felt bad and reassured her it was fine, don’t worry. She proceeds to spill oil over my back, and says good massage, then tip. I asked her to repeat.. and decide to just breathe and bear it, massage please! After a few minutes of swooshing oil back and forth like a windshields wipers, the elbow work began. It was so weak, I asked for harder and she did for a moment and concluded no too hard. As she stood in front of me rubbing down my spine with one hand the other hand hung out on my back resting. She rubbed my shoulder but cocked her hand back each time hard enough that she would smack my neck repeated.. 20 minutes in I said massage over and left.. but not before being asked for a tip.It was surreal

The atmosphere was very elegant and comfortable. The massage was most relaxing and relieved my pain. Will definitely go back.

This massage shop I went to was the best massage I felt. It used fingernails, acupuncture points, and hot stones. It was particularly good at treating my cervical pain. I will come back next time.

Where do I even begin! There were some good things about this massage, but the list of things that went wrong were much longer. Let me begin:Pros:They were able to accommodate a couples massage last minute. Price for a 90 minute couples massage was $180 + tax. Parts of the massage was relaxing. The therapist checked in on us a few times to ensure pressure was ok.Cons:There’s zero music playing. The only thing we heard were kids yelling next door at the Taekwando studio. Privacy is next to nothing. You change with the door cracked and then get underneath a towel. They begin the massage by massaging you WITH the towel on! Very uncomfortable! After, they just go all over the place. Definitely no routine. The part that got me was when they hopped on the table. I had lady parts centimeters from my head! Definitely made me and my partner a bit uncomfortable. Our therapist also left the room a few times. At the end when their digital timer went off, they were mid massage and stopped, slapping their hands on our legs to inform us we were done. We never did get our shoulders, scalp, or head massaged while on our backs.Would I recommend? Probably not. This is not your relaxing Swedish massage that you’d get at a hotel.

I went to get a massage the lady was not very welcoming and rushed me the whole time. I paid for my service and the woman stopped at least 3 times during my massage to answer the phone or make a sale for someone who came in. After she pretty much rushed me out but then tried to demand I pay a $10 tip on top of what I already paid. I was shocked at getting such horrible service but then try to pressure me to pay an extra $10 as a tip. Never again

One of the best massages I had. I asked for hard pressure and i got it. She walked on my back and got on the table for leverage. Nothing unprofessional. Price is cheaper than other places. Will definitely go back and recommend it to people. I would make an appointment even though they take walk ins.

My boyfriend and I booked a couples 60 minute Swedish massage. We showed up early for our appointment as we were already in the area and asked if we should come back or if they could take us then. They said to go ahead back and they could get us started. We were having an okay experience (the whole thing felt rushed and the two masseuses were talking to one another the whole time) until the two ladies told us we were finished 30 minutes in, and that “next time we can do a full hour” because they had another appointment waiting. Wishing they would have just told us to wait until our appointment time or they were going to cut our session in half. Very disappointing as the price for 30 minutes is ten dollars less than if we received our full hour. Will be checking out another place next time for sure.

Had couple massage with my husband. The worst experience ever! One of them answered her phone twice and also left to the front desk. The other one left the room multiple times and left the door wide open. When we were done with massage and we were dressing up they left the door open again and one of them was behind it so I could even see her while dressing up.At the end the forced us to give them 20 $ tip saying that it is mandatory. But based on the experience we wasnt in the mood to give any.

This was my second visit and will be definitely returning. I was pleased with everything, very relaxed peaceful comfortable setting. I must say, this visit was better than my 1st visit. My 1st visit I felt bully into giving more with my tip.

Needed a last minute massage on a Sunday night. Against my better judgement I went to Grace massage. They were unprofessional, to the point of getting on top of you to massage. there was no consultation, just asked hard or medium. I picked hard. And I was WRONG to have; I woke up the next morning with bruises on both sides of my spine from my neck to my hips. I cant breath without it hurting. I DO NOT reccomend going here.

I had a great full body massage and she was very knowledgeable about pressure points and joint movements. I would definitely recommend her.

Went back again recently to Grace Spa and had an excellent massage. Jessica is skilled in the trade and has a very pleasant personality. Give Grace Spa a try!

Good massage therapy, flexible hours, they take walk-ins but they do get busy so I would suggest calling for an appointment.
