Ka’Lea does an excellent massage and is very friendly and personable. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable. She def gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. The front desk was very nice and knowledgeable. This place is always very clean and peaceful ❤️

Purchased a massage as a birthday present to myself😀 at Elements Massage in Hbg. I received an awesome and satisfying massage by my masseuse Michael....I feel great!!😆😊😃...decided to sign up for their Wellness program...thanks Mary Jo for all of your assistance 😀😊!! UPDATE... Unfortunately Michael has been sick since September....had to reschedule several times until finally it was suggested I make an appointment with another masseuse. Going with Anthony R., hopefully he will be as good or better.

I cannot recommend Ben enough. I’ve had some underwhelming experiences at elements but Ben was top notch! You can tell he really understands muscle anatomy and listened to problem areas well. I felt very comfortable and will definitely be back!

My mom is a member there and likes Lazarus and Tori for her regular massage therapists. I had a massage with cupping with Anthony and it was excellent! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and we recommend this location.

My aunt (member) didnt want to cancel her appointment and offered to me. Thankful for it as my back was screaming in pain. I am terrible at remembering names and unfortunately forget my therapists name. She was amazing! I was almost crying out trying to lay down because my back hurt so bad. By the time I was getting up I only had a slight pinch of pain. Her technique was not one I have had before but was amazing! She had me relaxed and virtually pain free in no time. She also added a hot towel foot wrap that was unexpected and truly a wonderful treat

Everyone at this location is so friendly I signed up to be a member for at least 90 minutes a month. Ask EMILY for her special TRIPLE E deep tissue move. Hold on tight as shell get the knots out of you with just a few swipes with that move. Im about 61 250lbs and it was the best and deepest massage ever...see you all soon.Props to Tori for my first visit and making it such a great experience I could not say know when she asked me to become a member.Bob S.PS. - Sushi afterwards in the same lot, how can you go wrong.

Tory is AMAZING. I’ve been going here for about 2 years now and this is the first time I’ve had her and I will forever go to her from now on. She’s so sweet and listens to what your problem areas are and makes sure your problem areas are no longer a problem at the end. She takes her time, not rushing to meet the time limitation. She went in depth of every area. She somehow made it feel like a massage and chiropractic work at the same time, amazing isn’t even close to the right word for it . She was very knowledgeable about anatomy as well. I’m not exaggerating, when she was done with the massage I felt like the inside of a toasted marshmallow. I was in a dreamlike, relaxed more than I’ve ever felt in my life state for almost an hour after!I wanted to tip her more but forgot my purse, so if you’re reading this Tory, please know I’m giving you more to that tip next time i see you!Words can not express how amazing my experience was with her!

Friendly and courteous front desk staff. Clean and relaxing environment. I got the 90 min session and it was great. Reasonable prices. I was so impressed that I joined their membership program. I cant wait for my next session, I am going to add the hot stones next time. Jess the massage therapist gave me great tips on stretching and pressure points. Very good experience.

Everyone was very welcoming from the time I walked in the door. This was my first professional massage and was worth the wait. From the time I walked into the room, Julie made me feel comfortable with everything. She listened to what was bothering me and designed the massage around that. Ill definitely be back!

I had booked this as a couples massage but the Harrisburg location doesnt offer it. Luckily, I called them 2 days before to check. They were kind enough to accommodate my husband and I. Both of us were in two separate therapy rooms.Anthony was a great therapist. He was attentive to focus areas that needed the most help. I walked in there stressed and knotty, we both walked out of there feeling our most relaxed best.Thank you. We will be back again.

From start to finish, everything was amazing! From the time I walked in, the two women at the front desk were nice as could be, and so informative & eager to tell me about what they do there. They were exception. My masseuse Anthony was also exceptional. We kept great conversation the whole time and he worked out all of my knots. I havent felt this great in years! I am planning to make it a monthly thing I believe. I cannot wait to go back.

Elements is reliable and friendly and Anthony is an amazing masseuse. I went in hoping for help with neck, shoulder and back pain and the massage was so incredibly helpful. A lot of the pain is gone and I’m so appreciative.

With the price for my massage, I cant say that I expected great. I expected a mediocre massage and was just happy to get some me time. I couldnt have been any more wrong. Im 9 months pregnant and the massage was amazing! The customer service was fantastic, Karin (who did my massage), had magical hands and fingers and had such a great personality too. It really was an all around phenomenal experience from start to finish.

My very first prenatal massage and the women there were so helpful and outgoing to make sure I was comfortable as I am 30 weeks pregnant. The woman who did my massage was absolutely wonderful. Made me think of going at least once a year to get a one now

Clean, warm & welcoming environment with excellent customer service. My therapist (Anthony R) listened to my issues and delivered a top rate massage. His pressure range is 2-4 and I can attest to the fact that he skillfully uses this range to address each and every problem area. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him.

I have been to a few massage therapists and I wasn’t dissatisfied...but after 2 visits to Elements, I now understand there to be a huge difference in services rendered. Both Karin and Taryn were amazing! Love everyone here from the ladies that greet me to the ladies that find and make history every problem area my body rises to challenge them.

I loved my massage here. The atmosphere was nice and peaceful. Dedra Baker was wonderful. They text and call to remind me of appointments. I think the Wellness Club is a great deal. I already get a massage on a regular basis, so this plan is a great savings.

Visited for the first time yesterday from out of town and the place was very relaxing to walk into. Everything was very clean and well organized. Reception and massage therapists (couples massage)were very friendly and professional. The price you pay to have your stress melt away is also very affordable. The only reason why Im giving four stars not five is because I wish they played different music and had a scent in the room, other than that I loved it. Highly recommend.

Bakari is the most amazing massage therapist Ive ever had. Not saying I do this a lot, because I dont. However, in my book, he just set the bar... and its very high. Also, the front desk staff was fantastic. Ive shied away from massage places that offer memberships because I dont like to feel pressured into something. I had a bad experience once and it left a bad taste (it wasnt at an Elements Massage franchise location). However, the other day there was zero pressure. I never felt uncomfortable. Thank you for that. Pair Bakaris out of this world service with the pressure-free membership pitch, and I ended up buying a membership! Thank you Elements Massage! I look forward to seeing you monthly.

Overall quality of the massage was great. Manager doesnt care about the customer, only about the money. Had to cancel my membership due to recent visit to physical therapy. When I called in to cancel, they told me it wasnt within the 30 day notice and I would still be charged for the next month even though I cant use it. A dissatisfied customer will tell between 9-15 people about their experience. Around 13% of dissatisfied customers tell more than 20 people.

I had an appt with Karin. This was my 1st time attending a massage in over 15 years and my 1st time at Elements Massage. This was hands down the BEST massage I have EVER received. Karin listened to all of my concerns and made appropriate suggestions to help address each concern. I also tried aromatherapy for the 1st time and was able to smell the scents prior to selecting one (Sweet Orange was a very refreshing, light, citrus scent). I was pleasantly surprised when my appt concluded that I was provided with suggestions of things to try at home and recommendations for my next appt should I choose to return. I will DEFINITELY be returning and HIGHLY suggest choosing Elements Massage for any 1st timers or anyone else looking for an AMAZING massage!!!

The appointment booking process was easy and professional, the facility was clean and relaxing, my therapist Nicole was the best therapist I have ever had the pleasure of getting a massage from. The front desk staff was friendly. I’ve already booked my next appointment in two weeks, as well as one for my spouse for Nicole’s first available this week. Very kind and funny technician . she was very skilled I am still feeling significantly better. I am two days migraine free which is rare for me. I liked the environment and the options . I liked that there were extras offered but nothing was pressured onto us. I liked that there were prices shown for all add ons everything was all upfront.

Front desk staff were very pleasant, decor was nice. Darryl did an excellent job at reducing my issues that other therapists have not been able to accomplish. In addition he recommended exercises that would help to limit the recurrence of these issues since they occur due to my repetitive motions at work and in the gym.

I love going here! Theyre great about taking last minute appointments which Im guilty about doing almost monthly. During my pregnancy, I had a go-to therapist that did wonders on my back pain and headaches from neck stress. Post-baby, there are a couple of therapists I like to switch back and forth between. The receptionists are also always kind and informative!

I enjoy their professionalism and their membership program, but I booked a couples massage for my man and I, and no one bothered to tell us that they dont do couples massages there. They separated us into different rooms, so our date night event for that evening was spent separately. The massage was wonderful for both of us though, so def still a 4 star.

I can honestly say that I have not felt this good in years. Elements Massage is a hit, and Michelle was professional and very good at her job.

I loved the eucalyptus essential oil used. It made me relax and the scent stayed with me the remainder of they day. My therapist was very sweet and kept making sure that the pressures were good for me. It is a very clean and calming atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door and all of the staff were very friendly.

The questionnaire made it feel personal and customized to my needs right from the start. The staff was superfriendly and my massage therapist was excellent at focusing on the spots that needed more attention.My only complaint is the room where my massage took place was waaaay too cold. I wouldve frozen solid if not for the heated bed. Brrrrr 🥶 Its hard to relax when your trying not to shiver....

I absolutely love coming to Element Massage! I started going for a gift to someone else, and then I realized that I really loved the atmosphere, the staff was really nice, and it felt amazing! I have gone a total of three times now and I feel amazing every time I walk out of there!

Easy to book appointments online. All staff I’ve interacted with have been friendly. Bakari is a wonderful therapist! He made sure to work on the areas that needed the most attention first before doing the rest. I recently moved to Harrisburg so I had hard time finding good message place, this place was my first hit. As a guy who usually does this once or twice a month, this was the worst massage I ever had, I dont remember her name but all she did was pour me with SO MUCH oil, and then she just rubs all over and no profession at all. I came here to relax, but I left with disappointment... I had 2 hr massage, wasted my time and money.

My massage with Jess was absolutely amazing! I left feeling as though all the stress that I came with was left on a pile on the floor. I cant remember the last time I left a massage feeling as good as I did. The massage and Jess were wonderful! I will be back! Renee

Clean establishment with helpful, friendly staff. The therapists always try to determine where my trouble spots are in order to try to get me as much relief from tension and pain as possible.

My masseur, Bacari is the best! He relieved all of the tension in my calves, which is very important for me. Everything from my neck to my toes feel so much better after he massages me!
