Amazing Customer service! I havent been here in a while but Came in with an issue I was having with a vape from a different Shop, and I forget the name of the gentleman you guys had working tonight ( Im sorry 🤣). But he did amazing job hooking me up with a new vape and juice that I am 1000x happier with! Will for sure be here normally for now on! 🤝🫡😁

Was a loyal, frequent customer for 2 years. Then today, I bought a product that I didnt realize was a cannabis derivative (which I cant take) took it back in, 5 minutes after purchasing (product unopened) and they refused to exchange it for another product...which was stupid since now thatll be the last product I ever buy from them. Hopefully they read their reviews and will take me out of their system because Ill never be back. The point discounts are much better at Cloud Jammer anyway.

Great place and amazing staff. We were clueless to mostly everything but had quit smoking and needed to replace the hand mouth fixation. Josh helped us and knew exactly what devices would best suit our needs and showed us the cheaper options also. Very honest and well priced. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great vape shop. Very friendly and welcoming. They also make their own juices there so there its nice to have someone be able to tell you exactly whats in it all.

Everyone is really helping and have a very good knowledge about their products and alway have a suggestion. Definitely my go to place. Keep up the good work

One of my favorite shops locally.Its been almost a year of going here for all my Vaping needs. Josh who is there almost everytime I go there is one of the most down to earth guys I have ever met. His knowledge of the products they carry is amazing & his overall knowledge of the industry is on point. Ive worked in this industry and the best ones working are always learning about it. I sent this in a message a year a go but Ill just update my review, since no one responded.Ill tell you why it wasnt a five star experience, it was due to the fact while I was in the shop it was my first time there, whoever sold me my coils and juice didnt give me the coils I ASKED for, they gave me . 3s instead of the . 6 like I asked for and then tried to say I shouldnt be using the . 6 with salt nic and yadda yadda. Ive been using the . 6 mesh with my drag since I bought it, theyre my preferred coil and if Im going to spend twenty something on coils I want to be sold what I asked for.

Best vape shop on the east coast to go. They have everything that you could want or need including multiple different juices.

I dont review places, ever, but I couldnt leave the parking lot without writing one for this place. A very good experience and upon accidentally purchasing the wrong pods for my KoKo Prime, (with a card) the man more than happily refunded me with cash back immediately, even after I spent 20 minutes asking him about almost every juice in the place. The GREATEST customer service, hands down, and a great and affordable selection as well. Smooth Vape is my new go to!

I went in on 1/5/18 & I had a great experience! They were more than happy to help me pick out what flavors I wanted and test them for a quarter! I came in at an inconvenient time & they still worked w me and had tons of patience! Josh and Mike were super helpful!! & the prices are AWESOME!

An absolutely excellent experience. I wasnt able to get the gentlemans name that helped me and my girlfriend, but he was an excellent salesman, knowledge and friendly. Too bad we were only passing through, or we would be regulars. Prices were reasonable too.

I have worked with Fallon and Michael and they are both great!Most recently i was having problems with my current mod and tank. I needed help deciding on a new set up. Great shop. Staff is very pleasant and patient. I stopped in this evening and I didnt know anything about vaping. The gentleman who waited on me(Michael I think) was so helpful. He helped me pick out a mod and juice. He walked me through step by step on how to set it up and how to work it properly. I thank you very much and you have gained a customer for life

Love this place. The selection is good, the prices are good, and usually the people are very informative and friendly. This is my usual stop for more fluid. They also have their own line of juices which Ive only tried one so far but wasnt wildly disappointed, so thats a good start. Ill be back there soon.

One of the best vape stores I have ever visited. The atmosphere is great with excellent employees to match. Great selection of flavors and accessory. I Had a slight issue with my Mod and the guy working fixed it on the spot with no issues or hassle. Would recommend this store over all other. !!!

Came the whole way up from Carlisle and this is now my forever vape home. They have MORE than just house juices, which are amazing btw. Nice laid back environment. Warm and welcoming employees! Micheal, was super amazing helpful. I Like to change my flavors up a few times a day and not only was he absolutely patient but gave me his recommendations as well (which, were amazing too!) For sure worth the trip across the river. Easily accessible. Easy and safe parking. Close to the mall as well. OH AND! their prices on juice and hardware are great. This was a shopping point I was looking for as well. They are comparable to online prices and this way you get to try before you buy! I love a good deal and hate waiting for the mail. Found everything I was looking for here.

12/22 was my first time visiting this shop and I can truly say I was amazed with how up-to-date these guys are with everything to rdas down to cotton. Customer service and great, very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend the shop and will continue to come back!

Cool shop. Good selection, friendly and helpful staff, fair pricing. Can be a little slow sometimes when overwhelmed with customers but thats the only complaint. Not going to stop me from going back

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they have a wide variety of juices, coils and mods. Pretty well a one stop shop for all your vaping needs. I have been going here since they opened doors and never am I disappointed, there house belend juices are in par with all the major brands and all their stores are clean and well stocked. Staff was nice enough, worried more about the juice. Think there is something off with their labeled nicotine levels, nothing crazy but enough to be gross if you dont want nicotine or not enough if you are trying to get off cigarettes. The flavors arent horrible but there are about 7 shops in the vicinity that have better quality juices.

Been here a good number of times. Employees have good product knowledge and great customer service. Very diverse product section as well, you won’t be disappointed. Talk to Ryan, he’ll hook you up.

I went Into Smooth Vape with low expectations from the same old annoying experiences at all vape shops, BUT they gave me the complete opposite. I was immediately greeted, asked what brought me in, and filled in with the most amazing knowledge. I was given so many samples of flavors as I had admitted I was usually just disappointed in them, and the employee working, Josh, went above and beyond to make sure I had found something I liked. He educated me on everything they have from the ABCs to the nitty gritty. I will be back and I am recruiting friends from all over. As a retail manager I was BLOWN away by Joshs passion, customer service and knowledge. New favorite store easy. I will be keeping them in my weekly errands. Thanks for such an amazing experience, quality products, and even fabulous prices. Super stoked about my newest device and new oils.Thanks Josh!

The owner John is a great guy and has excellent customer service! I came in looking for a certain coil for my fiance and he didnt have it at this location he brought it from his other location for me and was so nice and genuine when helping me.

I only gave a 4 star review bc some of the employees seemed to just be standing around talking to people sitting in chairs Im guessing theyre regulars but it made me a bit uncomfortable like I was a party crasher. The people who have helped me have been super cool to deal with and patient with my 500 questions. You have amazing juice and a wide varity of options and ill def. Be coming back often.

I had error in giving stars that was not illustrative of the service received. Somehow I clicked 3 stars. This was in error.I was only in the shop once. My girlfriend was interested in CBD and the employees took time to answer her questions and helped her make an informed decision.I am well versed in CBD and the employee was spot on and was not giving sales pitch.I recommend this shop fully.

Very good customer service, though you might have to wait a minute for the one guy on duty. Understandable that they have to keep staffing costs low with the huge PA vape tax, so I dont fault them for that.

Josh was awesome! Solved my issue and addressed my concerns was also informed correctly on a juice company which updated there formula so now I’m a happy camper once again! 😁

The house juice Rubble Rocks is one of the best “E-liquid” flavors I’ve ever had.

I visited the shop again today and had a wonderful experience. I am not a vaping expert by any means, but I have been vaping for a couple years. I generally have a lot of questions regarding new products, and the gentlemen always take the time to answer them and/or provide explanations in a professional and respectful manner. They have a wide range of juice flavors, mods, coils, and much more. If you’re more shy, indecisive, or looking for something new - there is a detailed menu (on paper and an iPad) that describes each juice flavor in detail. If you prefer the old fashion way, the gentlemen can help guide you in the right direction depending on your tastes and preferences.

Michael was amazing and very knowledgeable! I had a great experience! If you have any questions or just want to broaden your knowledge this is great place and atmosphere to learn in!

Absolutely the only place Ill be going from now on. Amazing selection and staff. Wanted to move to an rta set up and its the only place that Ive found that not only has them in the area but is very knowledgeable. They set me up with a dead rabbit rta, tools some prebuilt coils and even some delicious new juices.

Fantastic VAPEI recently moved to the Harrisburg area with my husband. We have been to many Vape establishments in DC, NY and PA. I have to say I love this Vape store! I purchased 3 vape flavors based on reccomendations from Mark a wonderful staff consultant. All 3 flavors are amazing! Mark was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. There is a huge variety of flavors and so so reasonably priced. There is no need to look any further we have found the Vape store that well be returning to.

I was in and out, got there on Sunday the 27th at 12:50 PM, the dude there was very helpful, i tried just a few of their many juices they have available.I ended up up with their 70%/30% -Jolly Rancher Apple e-juice.
