The farm animal behind the counter that struggles for air with every breath is the rudest imbecile Ive ever encountered. Never a thank, never any help, sighs and huffs when asked to get up and provide assistance with any product, doubles juice prices on certain items, doesnt honor discounts. Zero stars.

This Vape Shope is my favorite. The store is big and roomy. They make their own line of juices. In my opion the bottles they use to put the juice in are the best. All the staff are friendly, eager to help you with anything vape related. From just buying juice to helping you learn about and find new things to try. They will even help you out if your having trouble changing a coil. Jesi is very helpful and knowledgeable. Its the best vape store I think. Ill travel out of my way to go there.

Great shop with a huge selection of juices. Great people and atmosphere. I prefer their house line because it is made fresh while you wait (or you can call ahead and have it ready), it is mixed to your exact specifications (vg/pg, nicotine level, sweetness), has more flavor than most other brands, over 140 flavors available, and a 100 ml bottle is less than $22. Im not from the area and only get to the store about once a month, but Ive started ordering from their online store.

Wonderful Vape Shop. I have regularly purchased e-liquid and atomizers here, and from their sister store. Recently bought a mod and it had a manufacturers defect after a few weeks, but Exiled Vapes took care of it, and helped me out.When I bought this mod(it being my third sub-ohm and first with rechargeable batteries) they helped my find everything that I needed. They even sat down with me in the shop and showed me how it was different from my previous mod.They really are great there. I am a dedicated customer. Thanks so much. Just turned 21 and was my first time going in, needed to pickup a new disposable, and a maybe from new glass for my water pipe. dude was awesome, nice, and helped a lot. definitely will be coming back

Came in wed night. The girl working was super sweet. She got busy. But, acknowledged and helped everyone. Made me a special flavor not listed. And its amazing.

I love this place. I don’t come here much because I have closer vape shops to my home with everything I need. But to be honest, I was blown away when I walked into this place. It’s huge. They have a great selection of EVERYTHING. I am not exaggerating. They have a whole wall designated for e juice. On the other side they have all their hardware. Sub ohm tanks, all-in-ones, drippers, coils, box mods, squonkers....you get the point. If you want it, they have it. And whatever you are looking for, they have multiple of and of every color. Nothing frustrates me more from a vape store when they don’t have the color of tank or mod I want, so I settle with something that I “kind of” like. Prices are very reasonable and similar to other brick and mortars in the Cincinnati area. I haven’t had much contact with the employees so I can’t speak on their behalf. Overall, I highly suggest Exile Vapes. They have a great selection of everything. I’m not kidding.....EVERYTHING. If you’re in the area, stop in and check it out.

This place is the best vape store I have ever been to thus far. They have a great selection, excellent prices and a very knowledgeable staff. The only negative is that I will have to race to get there after work since they are only open until 6PM. Other than that, why shop anywhere else?

Employees were knowledgeable and friendly, excellent experience. Tried their home brewed Haloberry and I’m quite impressed. Can’t remember what all fruits they said were in it but each hit has brought out a different flavor. Loving it so far.

WOW! Ok so I walked into this place and it was HUGE. I was immediately worried that I would have to spend an inordinate amount of time trying to find what I needed, but the salesperson that greeted me hen I walked in took ownership of me and helped me find what I was looking for immediately. I ended up buying some coils and 2 bottles of their house flavors. When I told him what type of fluid I wanted, what strength, and what flavor, he was writing it all down on a scratch pad, which I thought was unusual, until I found out that they mix up all their own juices fresh on the spot when you order them! He was taking my order! I paid for everything and he sent my order to the back room, and a few minutes later I had 2 bottles of the best tasting vape Ive ever puffed. This is my new vape shop. I cant say enough good things about the man who took care of me, he was very friendly, informative, outgoing, and not pushy at all. Actually a really funny guy and I hope I meet him again next time I stop in.

Nice shop with a huge selection. I have tried hundreds of juices from all over the country, and grapeberry is my all time favorite juice. Please add this to the pre packaged berried line so I dont have to drive an hour to get it.

Everyone is helpful. They listen to what youre looking for and have it. I love their juices They make them quickly right there and they taste exactly like they should. And the prices are great!!!

This place is so nice! Brand new building, huge selection, really cheap prices and best of all- they make your vape juice fresh with more than 200 flavors to choose from! I won’t be going anywhere else, ever.

Best vape shop I’ve ever visited, with great service and some cool people working there. Trying to quit smoking (yet again... haha), and they hooked me up with exactly what I needed. Will be bringing some friends and family in here soon, and would recommend them to anyone!

Tried going there this morning. And nobody was there, but says they open at 9:00. Found out it was just a family emergency. Things happen. I hope everything with that persons family is okay.

Only place I know of that has Big Red, poor inventory on other brands/flavors and service is o.k. attitude is poor
