iVape Smoke Shop

I wanted to give up smoking cigarettes, they were costing me a fortune plus my smoking increased over the years, but the the disposable vape pens you buy from the gas stations and small super markets simply werent doing it for me. I remember always passing by this small vape shop on some commutes and while running errands, so one day, I curiously decided to stop in to see what they had. I was approached by who I now know is the manager of the shop. He sold me my first vape mod and recommended vape juice. I look back now and remember how awesome he was to recommend me the perfect vape mod and salt nic strength at a super reasonable price, and from there on I was a regular. The environment is always friendly and the people who run the shop are so polite and professional. Until recently I had a small issue with some vape juice. Theyve swiftly took care of that the same day. Besides that, I just never had any issues or bad experiences doing business with iVape. Highly recommend their services and products for those who want to look into vaping, they have everything you should ever need.

SCARY experience!When I asked for something to relax, the owner suggested a brand, the. I trusted and paid $25. But unfortunately I had a scary hallucination all night even with taking a regular/normal doze. The day after that, When I was trying to either return or get some store credit or some explanation, he did not do any of those. Not even an apology for the wrong suggestion to his customer. I left the rest of the pack at the store and left for good. Be careful!

❌I had a really disappointing experience at this dispensary.Very rude seller. Not only that, but the advice they offered turned out to be completely wrong and ended up causing me more harm than good. I wouldnt recommend this dispensary to anyone looking for a quality experience.

I went to that store and bought more than 3 vapes, many oils and filters, not to mention on different occasions, then one day the person who attends there, who I dont know if he is the owner or employee, accused me of stealing a head from a vaper who never sold me Just because he got confused, you cant imagine the sadness and embarrassment that this action caused me since there were 2 people there and they thought the worst, I really dont buy from that establishment again nor do I recommend it because of the bad treatment I suffered. In the end I told him to check the camera and he didnt want to end up apologizing to me but the damage was already done. I wish good luck to those who decide to go shopping at that establishment.

Good product selection, and friendly knowledgeable staff. I’ve been to this shop in several occasions, and my experience has been excellent. The staff has really taken the time to educate and help with any questions and repairs to my set up. Their prices are comparable to online prices, and their stock on mods is adequate.

Absolutely do not go to this place. The guy behind the counter is extremely rude. You better know exactly what you want because if you look around the store itll get on his nerves. If you change your mind a little bit, it gets on his nerves. Then why keep the store open in the first place? And then he has the audacity to call us entitled, say stuff like we might steal his things. Id rather drive an hour through traffic to go to any other store that sells garbage products than get treated with absolute disrespect at this guys store. Not going back again.

Great product selection for vapes only. Edibles products dont work at all from this place they are bad. The owner has a nasty language habit and can turn very rude and angry extremely fast. I have been a local customer for over a year now, but the owner seems to be bipolar depending on his mood. Recently I have seen him swear to customers, and have them leave the door for getting on his nerves. Very bad tempered customer service if there is one at all.

I was here many times, I felt he was cool until I spoke to him today. He wasnt happy with me picking up the vape and looking at it. Neither I could ask for recommendations. When I asked, he just said its written here and just read it.Wouldnt go next time here. Neither I would suggest anyone to go here.

They have a decent selection and their prices are reasonable. But what made my experience great was that I wasnt satisfied with the juice I had bought I went back the next day and the owner or manager was there and he let me taste a few different juices and help me find one that I liked. He was very nice and helpful!

Fantastic supply and service! Always has just what I need or want and the few times they didnt have on hand they made a special order and had it so quick. Gave me a free bottle of water while it was hot and all. These guys really care about their people more then anyone else. Ill never go to another vape shop long as this shop is around. Couldnt be happier with all they do and try to do for their customers! Even when I needed CBD they have so many choices and diffrent kinds. Very impressed! I have been vaping for a while and I have been to a numerous around of shops. The owner makes you feel like family and thats how it should be! He cares and has one hell of a juice bar for you to try it would recommend anyone to this shop hands down!

First time going to this vape shop and I have to say the staff had everything I needed. I called before I went to the store and the guy on the phone was very welcoming and helpful. My experience in the store was great, the guy behind the counter was engaging and made me feel welcome. I will definitely be coming back.

They are super nice and polite. Definitely the best store in town. I read negative reviews, but they are all related to specific products...Guys you need to understand that they sell the products not producing them. If you chose a bad product is not their fault. Do research before buying

This my favorite vape shop to go to I walked from south orange all the way to this store for my first vape not to long a go I brought my ma to the same store and surprisingly the same guy from about 4 years ago still there nd remember me… overall this a great shop for your vaping needs

I went to this store to try some flavor, and got sick. The store stinks. The quality of vape is poor.People who sale stuff dont even wash their hands. Most of their bottles have bacteria and virus as they dont clean their hands nor they wipe the bottles.I had to spend $100 for doctor and pharmacy co-pay i thought i would save some bucks but in the end had paying more for sicknessI dont even want to go I would rather buy vape from Amazon which is cheaper and of better quality.Hope people will read this before going to this place...

Vaporizer that was sold to me was awful. The battery dies really fast and everytime I use it I get scorching hot e liquid in my mouth. Also gives out a really loud pop when you first hit it which is pretty alarming. The guy told me you get what you pay for and said if I wanted I can leave the vape with him for 24 hours to see how long the battery lasts and wouldnt let me just return it or exchange for a different model. It was an off-brand mod. I bought another one online for the same price and have no issues! Never again

Ive visited many vape shops around New Jersey and they all seem very nice. IVAPE has something no other shop has. IVAPE understands what the customer needs... whether beginner or novice this store is equipped to supply your demands. Their customer appreciation is outstanding and they have my loyalty as long I keep vaping... and thats not gonna stop. The store owner is a very humble man who respects every single customer who walks into his shop and that to me is important.

Small shop, where they treat you like family, im here at least once a week Update as of 12/19/17. Im here everyday suffice moving to Harrison and this is still hands down the best shop Ive ever been to.

Went in for batteries and asked for two 18650s, the guy gave me two Samsung batteries. Ok cool then i asked what the max continues amperage was he said that all Samsungs are the same.... Ok 1) no they are not, 2) thats not what i asked. This is something that as a lithium ion distributor you HAVE to know. What happens if i were to take these batteries and throw them in my UNREGULATED (the guy didnt know what this ment by the way) mod with a coil that pushes more then the max continues amperage. The battery would explode.... The guy helping me was also extremely rude, i definitely did not appreciate that.. Please have people working here know about these batteries. They are dangerous.Im giving this two stars only because this place has a INCREDIBLE variety in premium ejuice selection along with other product.

Do yourself a favor and dont go to this place. Staff are rude and nasty to their customers. Doors are always lock while a big flashing sign says open, just a waste of time and energy. I rather take my business to Kearny where the service is way better.

Sometimes limited amount of stuff, but if you ask for something they can get it. Prices are decent and make sure to sign up for pts that get you cash!

The vaporizer battery dies soon. Waste of money. The hot liquid splatters.I would have returned the vaporizer and would not even have asked for money back, but i dont want to be rude. I would never buy again from there or recomend anyone.

Looking for oil for my mother who thought that she needed to buy another cigarette thinking hers was broken it was just turned off. The guy turned it back on and gave her a free bottle of oil. Super sweet
