I just moved to Harrison and was looking for a place to get my usual Hard Gel manicure (not many places do it). So I walked in and was immediately greeted by all at the establishment. I asked if they provided the service to which a nice gentleman (Jason) replied that they do. I came in with 6 week old hard gel and needed a lot of TLC! I received the BEST service I have ever received in a nail Salon today at Cocoa!!!!!! Staff was super nice, respectful, kind and ATTENTIVE!!!! Jason took his time with my nails and made sure they were perfect! I am so in love with my nails, the service, the cleanliness!!!!! I am even more in love with how close to home it is!!!! They have a rear parking lot as well with a rear entrance so if Halstead Ave is busy no worries they have more than enough parking! Oh and let me not forget the complimentary massage to die for!!!!!!!! Love love love it here

I was recommended by a friend. The staff is very enthusiastic and the service is very good. They chat with you enthusiastically, so that the process of manicure is not so boring. The fingernail are particularly satisfactory and the price is right. I will come again!

Loved my experience here. its relaxing, so clean, and everyone is super friendly. Lee is amazing! tried chrome for the first time and love them! he took a lot of care in making them just right, and talked through a more complicated design that I want to get next time. his detailed work is amazing! HIGHLY recommend!

I cannot stress enough how amazing of a place this is. They are incredibly attentive and take their time with your nails. I see Lee when I go, and he is absolutely phenomenal. I will continue to come here regularly. This is my new go-to nail salon.

New Management! This is The Best salon. I need hard gel manicures (CND) and Lee is by far the most brilliant and efficient technician I have EVER had the luxury of managing my nails. (I work in NYC/New Rochelle and have had hard gel nails since 2006.) I have worked with many manicurists and again, Lee is hands down the best of everyone. He’s gentle, thorough, and exacting. The salon is spacious and peaceful, there is a tremendous array of nail color options (neatly organized!), and the pedicures are also great. LOVE this place. Jhoana and all of the new technicians are also lovely and very talented. You can go elsewhere but you’d be missing out. I can’t believe I’m sharing this secret. Too valuable to keep. I’m bringing my husband with me for pedicures for my next visit….

I been doing nail few years. Compare to other story its much cheaper and the much pretty. All stuff r very kind.

Great experience at this nail salon! Went in for a gel removal and manicure. Mariela who helped me did a wonderful job. Prices are very reasonable and the location is beautiful and CLEAN! Super happy to have a great nail salon in walking distance to me. I’ll be back soon!

Walked in on NYE @ 5:30PM and wow... I was hand-held escorted to a table, immediate complimentary back massage, and did I mention Rosa yet? OK. I saw the reviews on this place so I decided to give it a try because my usual nail place was jam packed. (like I said, it was NYE @ 5:30pm! ) I am VERY specific when it comes to the shape of my nails and I definitely let Rosa know that. Not only was she really sweet and conversational but she finessed my nails!! Also, another tip, Ruth is AMAZING @ pedicures and super sweet. I will be returning (sorry old nail salon) and bringing my family and friends.

I wanted to love this place. Its relaxing and the staff are kind. However, I got a french powder gel manicure and it chipped after two days, I went back and they fixed it. BUT then it chipped again after three days. I went back again and asked them to remove the french and paint them all one color in hopes I wouldn’t have to return for another two weeks (paid for a color change)…unfortunately they just chipped again after another 3 days.I wouldn’t come here for gel/designs. Its far too expensive to be chipping after 2-3 days. I’d stick to regular mani/pedis.I have a desk job, so there is really no rough use of my hands.

Jackie was great! Love my nails so much. The shape is beautiful and the place is so clean. Also got a great massage while I was getting my nails done. Highly recommend.

Went here for a manicure pedicure with my best friend for her birthday. I called 30 minutes ahead. When we got there, we were sat immediately after getting our color and our temperature taken.The staff was very friendly. The simple mani/pedi was a great spa experience. There was not much cross talk between the staff so it was very relaxing here. The pedicure chairs were adjustable and had massage. The manicures were good.Drying experience was nice as we got shoulder massages as well.I liked it here. I live around the corner so I will definitely be back.

All very professional.The salon is beautiful and immaculately clean!My Manicurist is Rosa. She is extremely professional, excellent work and very friendly. Very experienced and puts much effort to please her customers.I find Cocoa Nails to be a rewarding experience each time I go there. After struggling to find a nice nail spa place I can definitely say they are clean, quiet calming aura in the store. Everybody had masks on. I did a gel cocoa spa pedicure, I was very pleased. I sure will be returning and telling all my friends.

I was reluctant to get a much-needed pedicure because of Covid-19, but went to Coco Nails despite my fear. I was really pleasantly surprised at their cleanliness and diligence. First, you cannot wait for your turn inside the salon, and when you enter you better be wearing a mask! No mask, no entry. Next, they take your temperature and make you fill out a paper with your name, address, and phone number.Plexiglass dividers were strategically placed at the appropriate areas — between the pedicure chair and nail tech, as well as between the manicure chairs and nail techs. They only seated clientele in EVERY OTHER chair and sanitized diligently. I was VERY impressed!Cece did my pedicure and it was one of THE BEST pedicures I’ve ever had! The 10 minute foot massage was fantastic, and she was meticulous. I also got a free 10 minute neck/shoulder massage while my toes were drying....it was heavenly!Coco Nails is not cheap, however, if you want a great pedicure while staying safe and protected, this is the ONLY place to go!!!

The regular pedicures are done very professionally unlike in some other places that want to sell spa pedicures and extra for callous removal. A regular pedicure with a twenty minute massage just hit the spot today. Recommended highly!I visited again and would recommend that while paying in cash make it a practice, whether its Cocoa Nails & Spa or some other place, to count the cash right in front of the person taking the cash to avoid any misunderstandings.One more recommendation for the owner - workers should have their nails trimmed or else they could scratch clients.

Hubby and I went for our first time at Cocoa and we loved this place. He’s not exactly a fan of pedis or any pampering really.... but he went as a good sport.We needed good pedis after going so long without. Covid and winter hasn’t been kind.... Called a little ahead and they welcomed us to come. We got to sit together and had a super relaxing sesh. Our ladies were incredible. The place felt very clean and safe against covid measures as well, which has been big concern to us.Will return for next foot spa day!! Cannot wait and highly recommend! It might sound cliche, but ladies, I swear, i really do, bring your husbands and get them pampered too during these stressful times if you can!5/5 will be back. Thank you COCOA!! I just came back from getting a manicure and pedicure. The person I got was so good (wish I knew her name, looked young). She gave me a massage which felt so calming. I was impressed and it was only my first time here.

This is the second time I have gone to this nail salon and the second time I have had a terrible experience. Today was even worse as they injured me by scraping my trying to smooth my calluses and they scraped so much skin off my foot I am having trouble walking. I addition both times I had a ten minute foot massage and both times were awful. I can not even tell you how much my foot hurts. I will never ever go back there again and would highly recommend against anyone going.

Cocoa Nails has a huge selection of nail colors to choose from. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Everyone is genuinely nice. Prices are fair too.
