Very nice staff usually only customer in there but thats all fine by me. I love the rewards program for every ten bucks spend but if you spend say $39.86 dont get any credit for that almost $10 I just spent and wont add odd amounts together to get a punch on the card total crock of you ask me...... and they are pretty much the highest pricefy vape store in town

Bought a product that didnt work. Went back 30mins later for an exchange and they wouldnt. P.s. they have used disposables in there cases for sale. Dont trust these staff members especially when they seem under the influence. They high of there own supply and sell THC -0 after Dea shut it down.

Young lady that was there was very knowledgeable gave me a bunch of information that helped out a great deal. Since Im new to the whole Vape thing. I would go back and buy the stuff that I needed and not think twice.

I love the studio vape store they have a large variety of selections on e cigs an flavors an all kinds of accessories to choose from if you dont vape walk in to that store an I put my life on it that you will be vaping when you walk out. Purchased a broken vaporizer from this place and they wont refund or give me a loaner while im trying to quit tobacco . RIP OFF! 1 DAY I HAD THIS THING WONT HOLD A CJARGE FOR 20 MINITES! I EVEN OFFERED TO PAY FOR THE NEXT BEST THING BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE AN EXCHANGE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!
