Well I want to be honest so here goes…. I was somewhat a little disappointed. I have been coming to massage envy for years . I really enjoyed Ricky ! Great personality and customers service . When I would see Ruthie, she always massaged my arms, hands, head /scape , shoulders and even would push her hands under my back and massage my upper back by putting pressure on my back while bringing her hands back up . Ricky did massage my shoulder area and neck . I just missed all the service I received with Ruthie. 🙁 I will say that I’m not really sure I’ll be back . Paying the price I do there compared to what I can pay and get the same service I received yesterday . I continued coming because the price was well worth it.

Kayla was great! Super calm and spoke to me about different points I was struggling with. Being 7 1/2 months pregnant it was great to have some relaxation. Once the massage was over she shared an example of a stretch that would be helpful with my back and hips! Will be returning to her! 🤗

Kacie was great! I did my first prenatal massage with her at 13 weeks and she explained everything beforehand and made me feel very comfortable with the process. She used light-medium pressure and asked multiple times how I felt and if I was good with what she was doing. It was very relaxing and much needed! I plan to go back to her once a month until I deliver!

Not usually one to leave a negative review but I was told that the manager would call me back about my experience back in May and they never did so here goes. This was the worst massage Envy experience I have ever had. They provider was 30 minutes late starting my appointment, the room I was in was not conducive for a back facial (it did not have a face hole so my neck was cricked to the side the entire time) and was incredibly uncomfortable, then the provider said that another provider had used their extraction tool and they needed to go get it from another room which made me very concerned for the cleanliness of the tool, then at the end of the session the provider made a comment about cancerous spots which was incredibly shocking as I do not think this person was at all qualified to make such an assessment… all in all, my husband could have provided a better back facial experience at home for free. Especially considering the prices at Massage Envy these days, I will be opting for a more reputable spa in the future for nearly the same price. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy.

If you need deep tissue Eric is the one! He knew exactly where my back and neck needed work on. I highly recommend him! However, Massage Envy is very expensive! I know they have better prices if you are a member but some of us can’t afford to be a member.

I have a membership and come in for monthly massages. Lori and Chris are both wonderful massage therapists! It’s easy to find a therapist that has the type of pressure and experience that you are looking for, and the front desk can give recommendations.

I had my second appointment with Joshlyn this week. Both visits were really great. Joshlyn took the time to understand my history and any preferences, and I could tell she was really listening to my feedback. I’ll definitely be back to see her again!

I had a great experience with Grace. She was very professional and relieved a lot of tension I had, especially my neck, shoulders, and back. She made sure to ask areas she should focus on and used firm pressure. I am truly grateful and I will definitely book more sessions with her in the future.

Had the most amazing facial. She was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. It was so relaxing, she had to wake me when it was over. My skin looked and felt years younger.

My back feels a million times better after having her work on it last week. My shoulders & neck needed more than I thought…..I now have better motion.

Got a massage with Monterrica yesterday and it was AMAZING!! She did an excellent job working out the tension in my neck, shoulders, and back!! If you’re looking for an excellent massage therapist, Monterrica is the one!!

This location has a great front desk staff along with the best massage therapist. I saw Kelly today and she was amazing. She listened to my request and focused on those areas doing an outstanding massage. I love the Hendersonville team at ME!

My stretch with Kayla was amazing! I have been using a different provider for stretch until I moved to White House and found out Massage Envy offered stretch sessions. This is my new go to for stretch. The stretches were so much better than anything I have had before. Kayla is very knowledgeable and professional.

Kelly was wonderful. The first Massage Therapist I went to see I believe her name is Jocelyn was good, but she had actually aggravated my sciatic nerve and three days after the massage I was in quite a bit of pain. When I went to see Kelly, I explained to her what had happened previously and that I did not want my glutes worked on just my shoulders and my feet and she was wonderful. My shoulders felt great afterwards and I hope to have her again the next time I’m there.

Amari was amazing. It was a great facial with the feeling of a face massage. She really paid attention to my concerns and not only worked on them but gave me advice for going forward on facial care.

My facial with Amari was fabulous! It was such a relaxing experience as she gently massaged my face, neck, and shoulder areas throughout the session. My skin felt so cleansed as well. Amari was very conscientious of my skin needs and shared her knowledge of what I can do to help with that. I will definitely go back!

My wife had a facial by Amari in Hendersonville. She said it was the best one shes ever had. She came home glowing and even more beautiful than ever. If youre in Hendersonville I definitely suggest booking with Amari! Shes the best

My experience at Message Envy Hendersonville was amazing. Kacie did an awesome job. She gets a 5 star rating.

My massage was well done- efficiently and professionally. My only disappointment was that at the end of my session, my therapist stated that we were done and before I had time to thank her, she was out of the room. I wanted to ask a few quick questions but after I dressed she was not outside the room, in the hall or in the lobby. She was done and that was it.

I asked for firm - she said I dont do firm, it hurts my body and I have to wear gloves because Im allergic to the creams. If you want someone who uses the pressure of running in sunscreen and want a relaxing rub then she is great at that. Just felt like a waste of time for me.

I was looking for a place close to where I live to get a facial. So I gave Massage Emvy in Hendersonville, TN. Amari my estaticion did an amazing job. My face never looked or felt so good. Shes very knowledgeable and highly skilled. Thanks Amari for a wonderful experience. Definitely booking a return visit.

I love LaMyiah! She took such great care of me! She listened to my problem areas and took great care to help me relieve shoulder discomfort and I felt better when I left!

Unless you have a wide open schedule I highly recommend NOT getting stuck in a contract. The therapists have all been great but the lack of customer service at this company is astounding. The booking is challenging with only having two months open at a time, and often I couldn’t even get my appt scheduled within TWO months of the charge. On top of that I had THREE times where the massage therapist cancelled on me an hour before I was supposed to arrive. Then the general manager can take two weeks to get back to your email, and will not take requests in person. This is a scam and is totally not worth it. I would much rather support a small business and do individual massages. The membership here ended up costing more than if I had just gone to a more experienced small business due to the number of massages I paid for but they couldn’t schedule me for.

Scheduled an appointment for my wife but unfortunately she got stuck at work and I attempted to reschedule only to find out the have a 50% cancellation fee with no leeway. The person on the phone seemed to be heartless and without care to the situation cause why would they it’s not their money who cares about helping people out.

It was a good massage. He attended to my concerns. My rating has nothing to do with his skills. Rather, I prefer at least a small amount of petrissage to warm the tissues before diving into the restrictions.

Went for a massage three weeks postpartum and Lori was fantastic—she accommodated my positioning needs and managed to provide some much needed neck and back relief despite the fact that I couldn’t lay on my stomach giving her limited access to the problem spots. I’ll be coming back!

I was very disappointed with this massage. I explained my troubled area, and she worked on other areas longer. I was told she was firm pressure therapist, but she was medium at best. She recommended a Thumper to get pressure, a good suggestion, I can do that at home. She was very nice but I was not satisfied with my massage, and will not use her again.

However, I have noticed some changes this year- new people and different way of treating their clients- and it’s very positive. Especially, I think Patty very highly. She always greets clients with smile and helps us clients when we need with good attitude. She’s patient, sweet and professional. Its been a while since I have gotten a massage and I unfortunately went with a pain to fix. All I can say is that I feel better and my pain is reasonably less that it was when I walked in. It was wonderful. She was sweet and knowledgeable. You can tell she has experience with what she loves to do.

Samantha is excellent. I go every month and it keeps my muscles relaxed and free of pain. The best money spent. If I can’t see Samantha I will wait until I can. Place is friendly and well ran.

Zachary was so great and gave me the most relaxing massage after having a long stressfulLast few days of working 16 hour days. He even made me so relaxed I fell asleep for a second which I try not to do during massage so I can enjoy them but I was just sooo relaxed!

I had a great experience. My masseuse Paige understood my issues and worked on the problem areas for max relief and relaxation. Ive also used Kayla who is intuitive.

I have gone through many many massage therapists over the years and Lori is by far the best. She works on my issues and listens to my expectations. Her trigger point work is a blessing from God!

I made an appointment online Sunday afternoon for both myself and my husband to get a massage the following day. I called the next morning to verify that I could transfer a credit to him, and was told that would be fine. After we both got our massages, the woman at the front desk told us that since my “home location” is not in Hendersonville, they were unable to honor the credit transfer and made us pay out-of-pocket for his massage. I moved to Hendersonville over a year ago, and I have tried multiple times to transfer the membership to Hendersonville. Now I’m just going to cancel it entirely and lose my 10+ unused credits because that’s how unpleasant the experience was last night.

Long time member of the Hendersonville Massage Envy. The staff have always been courteous and accommodating with getting me scheduled. My therapist Jessica is professional and takes the time before each session to discuss what areas need work. Kudos!

5+* for Monterrica is Always a 5*O for Massage Envy because they make ithard to get appointments. My husband and I are both long years, Charter members since you opened. Now, if you don’t call on one specific day each month, you don’t get an appointment that month or even the next month. We have been skipped 4 times. Regular paying members should be able to book as long ahead as they like, and never be left out. I see other members have quit because of this new corporate? policy. This should be rectified. We are considering changing places for our 2+ massages per month. If it weren’t for Monterica, we would have already left. Looks like you prefer new maybes over seasoned members.

My step mom told me about massage envy program and gifted me a hour massage and I had Monterrica as a message therapist. At first I was hoping she would go even more firm but as soon as she was done I felt so great. I literally went to get up and my whole neck cracked out. Which my neck and shoulders are my stiff areas and cause a lot of suffering and are always so tight and knotted up. She did an amazing job loosening up my neck which is what I wanted and getting out the knots.I have been pooping out the past two days. I just called and decided to become a member there. Kayla the receptionist was very friendly knowledgeable and nice. I’m already excited for my next massage!

If I remember correctly Stephanie gave me my 60 minute massage and it was my second time ever and I had the best experience. She immediately made me feel comfortable when I told her what I did and did not want massaged. She helped me relax and I was able to vent her about a few things and I felt like we were old friends. I recommend Stephanie for sure!

Never had a bad experience there. Monterrica is the best at this location hands down. I had to cancel my subscription because scheduling became difficult for me and I need to put those funds elsewhere. Great 2 year ride though.

I have been with massage envy for 2 years and have always had a terrible experience with scheduling leading me to cancel. I own a business and typically only have a week to 2 weeks heads up to schedule. At the hendersonville location in TN there booked for the whole month. I am constantly given the wrong information about gifting points and now it looks like I have to eat 5 points or 300 dollars. I would not recommend this place to anyone as for the way the business is set up you will at some point lose money.

Always an excellent experience at Massage Envy/Hendersonville. From the friendly greeting when you first walk through the door, to the consult addressing any questions, concerns, or special needs you may have for that particular session, the staff always goes above and beyond. My wife and I have both been happy with our experiences here. Keep in mind that this is a busy location, so you may have to schedule ahead of time. Ask for Casey; she is awesome.
