Tranquil Garden Massage Spa & Salt Room

Today , I went for a Swedish hot stone massage and foot massage. Jim was an excellent masseuse. Remind u I had a gift card and I also paid separately for my foot massage . The lady who took my card and gift certificate didn’t think my tip was good enough and she told me I should give him more ; which I did. My problem is that I don’t mind leaving a tip for anyone wherever I go but, don’t tell me or suggest that I should leave more. Any other massage place that I go to they are grateful and appreciative of what u leave ; regardless if it’s $ 10 or $20. I will be taking my services elsewhere from now on.

This was our first visit to Tranquil Gardens and we will definitely be back! At my request, my wife booked us an hour couples massage for Fathers Day. The place was nice and very clean. I had a combination of Deep Tissue and Swedish massage by Sherry and she was amazing! She immediately found my knots and worked them all out. She was very attentive and kept checking to make sure she was using a good pressure. Looking forward to next visit!

My fiance got me a massage here for my birthday, and I must say I was impressed.I had a deep tissue massage, and usually people arent heavy-handed enough, but here they did an excellent job.I was very pleased, and will be booking another.

I absolutely love this place. The first time I went I got paired with Jim for a deep tissue massage and it was by far one of the best massages I’d ever had and I’ve probably had over 100 massages in my life. A month later I went to a place closer to my house and even though it was good it was pretty lame. So, I went back and luckily Jim was available, best money you can spend! Great staff, spotless clean cool rooms, good lighting, professional, not salesy, no distractions& above all VERY talented massage therapists. Two thumbs up!

My husband and I had a couples’ massage today with Sherry and Jim, and we both agreed that they were the best massages we have ever had! I had so many knots in my back, and Jim used perfect pressure to work them out. The room was so nice and relaxing; it was hard not to fall asleep! We will definitely be going back!

This place was amazing! We received the couples deep tissue massage. Definitely ask for Sherry as she is amazing and does exactly what you ask for during the massage. I can’t remember the man’s name but he was also amazing. She can apply the perfect amount of pressure and seems like she’s been doing this forever. Very skilled! You won’t regret going here. Myself, sister and niece went for Swedish and foot reflexology massage sessions. Starting with the massage, I had to tell the therapist at least 4 to 5 times to hard. She would cut back to very light and then she kept increasing until I had to say, to hard, The massage was not relaxing; it kept me tense, anticipating pain. My sister and niece also had to keep telling their therapists the pressure was too hard.> I informed the therapist about having tarsal tunnel surgery on my foot, Achilles tendon surgery on my ankle, and my knees are bone on bone. I was so upset when she pushed down with all her weight on my ankle. Then she did the same thing to my knees. Now I am waiting for my orthopedic doctor‘s office to open so I can schedule an appointment because of the pain. My knee feels like it wants to give out.> When the massage was finally over, I was so weak and dizzy. That lasted about an hour or so. I had to find a place to sit and rest for about an hour. I could not even walk a straight line.> When the massage started there was a knock on the door, I heard a mans voice. Then I looked over a few minutes later and noticed the door was left halfway open during the whole time of my massage, that was not relaxing. I told the others about my experience when we got to the car. They had the same unsafe practice of the door being left open. Also they put them in the same room even though there was another room available.> That night I could not sit back on a chair without hurting. The next morning my husband noticed all the bruises. I have bruises from head to toe. This was a horrible and painful experience. My husband took pictures of all the bruises to share if need be. My sister also has bruises.> When I went to pay after the massage the therapist held the receipt down to show me and tell me twice the amounts of tips. The therapist held the receipt while I filled in tip and signed. I was extremely intimidated, and the painful service did not deserve any money. I will have to pay more for doctors to fix the damage.> I called yesterday to speak with the owner, had to leave a massage. If I dont hear from him in a week, I will definitely look into other options. I do not want this type of care to happen to anyone else!

Worst experience. The women who gave me my massage was on top of the table. When I told her the pressure was too strong she continued with the same amount of pressure, telling me she was releasing all the toxins. My neck and back have been bruised for 4 days now. Would not recommend to anyone.

Tao is an amazing therapist, always checking in making sure I wasn’t in any pain.She did an amazing job.I have to warn you though she as many therapist will straddle you during the massage. If you’re not comfortable with this let them know before hand. It’s just their technique. Honestly I almost said something but the massage felt so wonderful I didn’t want her to worry.

Lives up to its name. Wonderful atmosphere and fabulous service from both Anna (deep tissue massage) and Sherry (body scrub and Vichy shower), ensuring my first experience with the spa will not be my last! Loved it!!

I was having some lymphatic drainage issues, after surgery, and Sherry was amazing!! I’ve been 4 times and I’m like a new person. Can’t sing her praises loud enough!!

Made my first visit to Tranquil Garden today for a sixty minute massage. The place was very clean and well decorated. Seemed very welcoming. Sherry did my massage and she was excellent. I will be back and will ask for Sherry again.

I do not recommend coming to this place at all. To begin, I received a gift card for Mother’s Day and scheduled a 90 minute hot stone Swedish massage over the phone. I had to ask my massage therapist if she was going to use the hot stones which we were already an hour and 10 minutes into the massage. So when I came out, I asked the guy at the front how long the hot stones were supposed to be used for and he told me only 20 minutes and if I’ve had it done differently then they did it wrong. He was talking to me very condescendingly and began to get extremely defensive. I asked him his name and if he was the owner and he said his name was Craig and that he was. He asked if I wanted to complain and I said all I want to do is pay. He raised his voice and said give me your card. I pulled out the gift certificate and he snatched it out of my hands and said bye. He was extremely rude and I will never be going again. I will also be telling all of my friends and family not to use them again either.

I normally wouldnt write this review, but I was little annoyed by the customer service. I was about 10 min early for my appointment (pregnant by the way) so it was a prenatal massage. And the gentleman at the front desk told the lady next to him that she had a prenatal. They proceeded to argue.. she needed to eat lunch and wasnt ready. So I waited about 20 minutes for her to finish lunch after I was asked if I would see another provider... after I agreed, the man at the front desk then came back to me telling me that he didnt want to put me with him because he doesnt do a good job ... so I sat there waiting... Now listen, I dont want to complain about waiting because I am pregnant and I was READY to get my massage.. but, I was charged for an extra 20 minutes on my bill... which is ridiculous because the waiting was not my fault. I should have spoken up at the appointment, but I didnt look down on my receipt til I got in the car. I was very annoyed by the situtation and probably will not be coming back due to the awkwardness of the first 20 min of me walking into the door. My massage was pleasant, but I felt like I was a burden to the woman who conducted my massage.

I am a 911 dispatcher so I look at 6-8 computer screens every night. My upper back and shoulders were so tight. Jim did a great job and was amazing. Definitely coming back

If you’re already here, book it! Extremely clean, great staff, no sales pitch or add ons, very quiet and zen, super professional and just an overall great experience. I am so glad to have finally tried it out. I had my session with Sherry and it was absolutely fabulous! I hope everyone gives this place a try.

The massage therapist was very thoughtful checking to make sure i was comfortable or needed anything the entire session. I waa a nee customer and they made me feel welcome. The place is very clean and inviting.

I bought my wife a $150 gift certificate for Mothers Day. I was excited for her to get a little time to relax. When talking with her after she was extremely upset because she scheduled a 90 minute hot stone Swedish massage and they only used the stones for 10 minutes on her, after asking the therapist to use them. When she came out, she asked the man at the front about it and he began getting extremely defensive and talking down to her. He snatched the gift certificate out of her hand, raised his voice and waved her out the door After reading the reviews it seems that customer service is a major issue at this place. We will not be using them again and we will not recommend this place to any one else.

Today was my 2nd vist to TG. I got the Deep Tissue massage with the hot stones. Sherry was my masseuse. She is PHENOMENAL!!! I had NO idea that I had as many knots in my back as I did. I will be returning and I will most definitely be requesting SHERRY!!!

I hate to leave this review because my massage therapist was very sweet and checked in on me regularly. I also think she worked out some knots I’ve had for a while. However…I’m still laughing at how rough this massage was. I just walked out of there thinking, “what in the world just happened to me?!” 😂 I’ve had many massages in my life. I love a deep tissue massage. The hard pressure doesn’t bother me. Being jerked all over the place does. Although somewhat effective, there was literally not a relaxing moment about any part of that experience. I spent the whole 60 minutes wincing and trying not to laugh because it was so bizarre. If you’re looking to get your knots vigorously jerked out of you, come here…if you’re looking for tranquility, this is not it. 😬

In 25 years of getting massages this was the WORST experience! The lady twice my size climbed on top of me & popped my back like she was a chiropractor, she then pulled my left arm in such an awkward position that I now have a torn rotator cuff & will be having surgery. The language barrier was horrible, I left in pain & fuming!

This was my first time at this span and it was an ok experience. I booked online and my appointment was scheduled with Anna. When I got there and got checked in the woman I’m assuming was Anna began my massage and then a man came in a they began to what I assume was an argument about who was doing my massage. Then without any explanation the man began to do my massage. I didn’t mind a man doing my massage but some explanation definitely should’ve been given. Other than that my 30 minute massage was 7/10.I may go back in the future but I’ll explore other options for now.

This was my first massage experience. I had always hesitated to get one, fearing I wouldnt feel comfortable. However, I agreed to join my daughter for her birthday, and I was pleasantly surprised. I felt completely at ease and had a wonderful experience.

Absolutely the best couples massage we’ve ever had! From the hot stones, to the peppermint aromatherapy…everything was flawless! I contemplated even writing a review, but here we go. My mom and I both received gift certificates for spa packages for Christmas. It was my first time being able to go to any type of spa or self care place since having a baby in 2022, so to say the excitement was there is an understatement. My mom and I arrive and the older man at the front desk had acted like he had never seen a gift certificate before. He could barely hear, so we also were having to nearly scream yell just to even give our names. Once we were checked in, we sat down in the lobby and waited. We ended up not being pulled into a room until 20 minutes after our appointments. Massages were first, and we both made it known we were strictly there to relax and wanted extremely light pressure. Well, throughout the entire massage, the amount of ow and lighter, please that was said was easily over 30 times. My back was red and sore for multiple days after, and I usually have a pretty high pain tolerance. After the massage, I was sent to the body scrub room, and that was easily the most vulnerable, awkward, weird experience I have ever had. Its a cold room with a porcelain table in the middle of it and youre essentially just sprayed down with a water hose and then rubbed with some sort of scrub. The woman just kept continuing to say relaxed? your husband is so great for doing this. Theres no music, no outside noise. Just you, a garden hose, and the sound of water dripping onto the floor. Finally when that was done, my mom and I both had a salt room appointment and sauna. I was never taken to the salt room, so I cant speak on that, but the sauna was nothing short but underwhelming. Typically you are able to lean back and relax in the sauna but the walls were so unbelievably hot that we had to just crouch in the middle of the seat. We ended up getting out just over 10 minutes because it was so uncomfortable.My husband spent $300 for this experience and it was easily the worst experience I have ever had in my life, not to mention I didnt even get all of the services that were paid for. We left with sopping wet hair, and tender backs. I will never return, and I will never recommend anyone to return.

Massage was so great that I was already thinking of making this place the regular spot I go to but the experience with the front receptionist after ruined it all for me. Me and my friend were leaving since we had already paid. He stopped us rudely and stated that we need to pay with an attitude and sarcasm. I told him it was already paid online. Turns out they were just forcing tip when the tip was already given in cash.Here is another tip. If you want customers to continue going there get rid of the older man in the front. After I told him it was paid online he was like you have to pay that’s how it works in a rude way. And then the lady asked out loud in front of other customers how much did we tip. I know that tipping is the right thing to do and I did but that is none of your business and even more none of the other customers business!Also I did notice in my receipt you increased the $190 I paid for the services to $196 for no reason. So I’m guessing that was to add more tip as well even though we also tipped $10 extra through you at the front desk since it was forced.You lost two customers and will not be coming back

I have been getting massages for over 30 years, tried hot stones for the first time and it was amazing. Jim who is fantastic takes the stone and actually massages your muscles with them, it really helps get into those deep areas and feels so good. I will never get a massage without them ever again. I also was reading some of the reviews, I have been here multiple times and have never had one issue with them ever. As far as the review that stated that the person assisting them was hard of hearing and they had to yell to be heard, they should be a bit more understanding of someones disability, I have dealt with this person before and he is always kind, respectful and tries his hardest with his disability to help, I myself am deaf and have no difficulty with dealing or understanding him. As far as the other issues that have been mentioned this facility has been very receptive to issues and if notified of issues with problems I’m sure would help to resolve them.I used a gift certificate today that I purchased on one of my previous visits and the gentleman that served me made some adjustments for me as I didn’t use the 30 minute foot massage, but had changed my 60 minute massage to a 90 minute massage, he just used the foot massage in place of the extra time and I still have a 60 minute session left. No issues with the certificate, he was extremely accommodating.I am extremely satisfied with my experience and overall treatment from this company.Blessings

I have been miserable for months from neck and shoulder pain. I booked a 2 hour deep tissue massage with Sherry. When I got up from her table I truly felt like a whole new person. Hands down the best massage that I have ever gotten! If you are suffering from neck and shoulder pain or if you just need a nice massage to relax, then Sherry is your go to girl! The spa was very nice and vibe was very calming. I will be back!

This was an extremely professional massage service. My therapist’s name was Jennifer. She is obviously a highly trained LMT. The amenities that are offered here are state of the art. I spent time in their sauna and in the Vichy shower. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Tranquil Garden.

Appointment was at 10:00. Shop did not open until 10:10. Therapists did not follow use mild pressure, had to ask to back off. The cost for couples massage wound up being $400.

I booked an hour session of deep tissue massage after a friends recommendation. I booked the appointment via the phone, the process was extremely easy & simple. Front desk was very friendly & greeted me right away. I arrived 10 minutes early, the room & masseuse was already ready for me! The experience was excellent, the environment was clean & quiet. My masseuse Sara was communicative, gentle but skillful, felt extremely refreshed after the massage! Highly recommend this place & Sara!

This is my second time here and both times have been wonderful! Did the hot stone add on this time and it was so worth it! As a mom of a two year old and a counselor my muscles were incredibly tight, Sherry did a great job focusing on my problem areas and using enough pressure to release the knots while also making sure she worked on every muscle. I experienced one of the most relaxing afternoons recently at Tranquil Garden. It started with an amazing facial with Jodi Lynn followed by a massage. If you have never enjoyed a foot massage, I highly recommend it along with the relaxation massage. Wrapped up the afternoon with some salt therapy. And even though there were other clients at the spa, I never felt rushed and the tranquil atmosphere was perfect for relaxing. I enjoyed my spa time and totally recommend Tranquil Garden.

Im always skeptical about spas. I needed some immediate relief and some relaxation due to the death of my father. My neck and shoulders were extremely tight. Jim managed to release some of the pressure with just a seated massage. The reflexology was amazing. Once we were done, I felt lighter and relieved. I was able to turn my neck with little to no discomfort.I will definitely be back.

This was my first time here and the husband treated me to a prenatal massage for mothers day. The process was quick- intake paperwork took less than 5 minutes to fill out and the masseuse was ready for me right after. I felt like she utilized my full time (60 minutes) accordingly and did not make me feel rushed at all. The lobby was clean and staff was professional upon arrival.My massage was done by Sherry and she did a wonderful job! I liked how kind and attentive she was during my session. I personally enjoy small talk before beginning a session, but if that isnt your cup of tea then definitely let your masseuse know. This was a very relaxing and thoughtful mothers day gift and I look forward to future appointments!

Was looking for a place for a last minute massage. Overall a good experience. Everyone was friendly. I do think the intake form ask for a little too much info. The room was clean and nice. My only small complaint was the room was cold. Needs to be a little warmer in there or have heated tables! Sherry and Jim were great and did an amazing job. Thank you!

Was looking around the area for a spa day with my boyfriend after a stressful work week, came across this one because of the reviews & let me tell you, it was 100% worth it! We did the 90 minutes Swedish couples massage, our masseuses Sherry & Sara was very attentive, I told Sherry I had knots on my shoulder and she was about to massage it out! And she spend extra time on spots that I had problems on. My boyfriend rarely gets massages, but he said Sara did a great job and he enjoyed it also. We had our private room, it was nice and quiet, the beds & equipments were clean. Definitely coming back for more!

We went for a couples 60 minute Swedish massage with the hot stone add on and loved it! My husband keeps looking for a massage place and this is it. We had Sherry and Sara and they paid attention/asked if the pressure was too hard or the stones or towels were too hot.

Sherry was amazing. She was incredibly professional in a very clean and calming atmosphere. I never had to express were issues were in my back. Facial Services - JODITranquil now offers facials. I’ve been coming here for a while for massages and the infrared sauna treatments. I decided to try out a facial service. Jodi is AMAZING! I’ve been to her a few times. I have eczema and she did a great job asking questions to understand my skin and reaction. She also does a great job massaging product into the skin. She’s knowledgeable and very pleasant. I always enjoy my service.

The first visit went well except the massage therapist pushed my next aggressively forward. My neck hurt for a week. They assured me wouldn’t happen again. Came back and bought 2 packages as gifts and when they went to use the gift package they were told they had to pay an extra hundred dollars. Another employee had to step in while it was going on so they could leave. So akward! Will never be back!

I was able to make a same-day appointment for back pain that I was experiencing. My therapist was Jim and he was excellent. I have had many massages over the years at several vacations spots and spas. I can say Jim is at the top of my list now and will return and request him.My husband also had a massage with him awhile back and expressed same level of satisfaction. We highly recommend him.Spa is clean and organized too.

Everyone was so sweet from Stephanie at the desk to Jim who do my massage. Jodi is by fair the best in the world. I only received a 30 min facial but her shoulder and neck message has loosened the knot in my shoulder. She has became officially part of self care day for me each month.

We had a couples massage and it was Sara and sherry from hint kong. I don’t usually like massages at all but felt very comfortable and the price was reasonable. I feel a lot less tension and muscle pain after and have already booked for next week as well. Hoping I can get rid of the many many knots I have in my shoulders. Sara is tiny but very strong and effective. Looking forward to a weekly massage now

My wife and I had a couples massage and then she had a facial and eye brow tinting in addition. All services were great. The packages they have for multi services are a great deal. The staff was friendly. I read a few reviews noting pressure - my advice as a seasoned person to receive massages, communicate during your massage if you aren’t satisfied with the pressure. They won’t take offense and why pay for something you aren’t enjoying. Massages are for enjoyment. I had asked for med pressure but once he started it was more firm, I chose not to say anything bc it is what my back needed. They are professionals. They can feel your needs but if you prefer to relax vs release future pain, just say that and they will let up. Communication is key. Just like in anything else. We will be back. Great experience overall.

I had the most AMAZING experience at Tranquil Garden Massage and Spa today! I was having a lot of back, neck & shoulder pain. The gentleman who answered the phone & greeted me at the front desk was super friendly. Sherry met me at the desk as I checked in and made recommendations based on my complaints. I received the most amazing massage from Jim. He was able to work out deep/tender knots with precision, while keeping me comfortable at the same time.Per Sherrys recommendation, I added the hot stone and cupping treatments. The combination was EXACTLY what my body needed! Sherry was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to immediately put me at ease and explained everything, checking the entire time to ensure I was comfortable.I left with my body feeling better and more relieved than it has in so long! They all made me feel like family instead of a client. Everyone was so positive, proficient and kind! This is now the only place I will go for a massage- thank you all so much for today! First time visiting Tranquil and I will never go anywhere else again! I’m a hairdresser and have trouble lifting my left arm completely up. I usually get a massage every month (at other, more expensive, spas) to help with the pain and mobility. I got a deep tissue massage with Sherrie today and this is the first time in almost a year that I have full range of motion in my left shoulder. Thank you!

I originally scheduled an hour and a half massage. Decided I only wanted an hour. Hours before my appointment, I called and asked if I could change it to an hour instead. Receptionist said yes, and that she changed it. Great. Get there. Asked receptionist if it was for an hour just to make sure. She said yes. Then the massage therapist comes to the front and she told him 90 min. So in total I had to ask to change my appointment three different times. Ridiculous.So then I get the massage (supposed to be medium pressure) and he was pressing way too hard so I asked him to lighten the pressure and he said ok and then didnt lighten up at all. Might have been a language barrier but a massage therapist should know about pressure of all things?!? He went so hard that I legit have bruises on my back. The massage itself was almost unbearably painful.Even though I hated every second of the massage and was praying it would be over faster, I still tipped. Tipped in cash. Went back up front to check out. Receptionist asked if I wanted to tip, I said I already tipped in cash. She asked how much I tipped and proceeded to charge me the tip amount on my card when I JUST TOLD HER that I paid in cash.Got home, saw the charge, called back and the receptionist answered so I asked to speak to a manager. She said ok one second and didnt even put me on hold so therefore I heard her say this girl wants to speak to a manager in a horrible tone.The literal only thing good I have to say about this place is that the manager did refund me the tip charge on my card immediately. Otherwise I think you should consider hiring some better staff. I will Never go back there even if it was the last spa left on earth. Horrible. Disappointing. Terrible experience. No way in hell this place actually has 4.9 stars. Abysmal.

I received a thorough consultation going over the skin care I already use prior to a 90 minute facial from Jodi. From start to finish it was fabulous! Jodi is highly knowledgeable. I booked a 90 minute couples massage. It was the absolute worst massage I’ve ever had. I paid for the deep massage and never once felt anything deep. My therapist didn’t speak to me but once when she said to flip over. The therapist massage technique was not that of a professional as she was continuously hitting me in the head. I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism during a massage. I came in with 100 shoulder knots and left with them. She tried to do my face when my sheet specifically had not to do my face for recent dental reasons. I will not be back to this place. When I told the receptionist it was the worst massage I’ve ever had he said “oh sorry” extremely disappointed in this place and the service I received.

I had lipo two weeks ago on my flanks and I was told a lymphatic drainage massage would help my recovery. I am so thankful I found this place. Jodie (who is the skincare guru of the establishment) kindly helped me get checked in and gave me your. Once Sherry (my massage therapist) finished her last session, she placed me in an infra red blanket for 30 minutes afterwards spending 90 minutes gently helping my body heal itself. I have never enjoyed a massage more. I woke up today feeling better than I have in years and cannot wait to go back. I have already scheduled my next appointment. I feel lighter and my waist is much smaller today, as well. 1000/10 recommend and worth every single penny.

I received chair and foot reflexology massages from Jennifer recently. She is a great therapist and was able to relieve nagging pain in my neck and alleviate plantar fasciitis pain in my feet that had been bothering me for weeks. I would highly recommend her as therapist and will be a repeat customer myself.

My boyfriend and I got a couples massage with Jennifer and Sherry and they were absolutely amazing. They also were very thorough and attentive to our needs throughout the massage. Went for a lymphatic drainage massage as there arent many places that I could find online with that option. My massage therapiat Sarah was really polite and friendly and we discussed how the hour I booked would be divided. She worked on my face first. It was a very relaxing and light touch, but I dont think it encouraged as much circulation as I was expecting. When working on my body the pressure was fine and I was glad the massage was a full hour.There was a lot of noises happening outside the room that were a little distracting, but not the end of the wprld for me

My new favorite place. Very clean, consistent and various menu options. I have had the Swedish, deep tissue and hot stone. All very relaxing, each masseuse was just as good as the last so it doesnt matter who you get you are guaranteed to leave better than you came. I have booked using the online app and by calling in. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend and will continue to make this my preferred location.

This was our first massage experience. When we booked we booked a Swedish massage. At check in we did a medium amount of pressure on our paperwork. Having done research because both of us wanted to know what to expect, we knew that at points it was not going to be relaxing and there was going to be pressure. But we didn’t know that there was going to be more pain than pleasure! Both of us are pretty introverted and if you are an introvert you will understand. So when the message was super painful I personally didn’t say anything but my boyfriend did. I’m fine but didn’t enjoy the experience. My boyfriend is laying next to me with crazy muscle spasms and he’s never had back pain in his life. I again have no massage experience but people I talked to about the experience seemed confused with the experience I described. So based on my perception I will never be coming back.

After having Lipo 360 done mid-September and waiting around several days post surgery, I really needed a massage. I contacted Tranquil Garden and asked for the first available therapist, Sherry, absolutely amazing. She provided recommendations after each massage to ensure proper healing. I had a lot of areas in my lower back that were hard, she was able to release the fluid with little pain. I recommend her for lymphatic drainage massages. My only negative feedback is I wished they offered a massage package!

Jennifer is great!!! She was able to release many of my tight back and neck muscles. Towards the end of the massage, I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep.

Every time we go it’s a great experience. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean (obviously this day and age that’s very important), and the massages and other services are exactly what you pay for. I am not afraid to set my expectations when I am paying for a service but with the massage therapists I don’t have to. The MT will ask about the pressure and use varies techniques to achieve the results… if it’s hot stone or deep tissue or lymphatic I am happy with the services. I particularly enjoy the infrared sauna before the massage, and with my schedule I need flexibility and AVAILABILITY so it’s helpful we can book online as well. Overall, great place and I’ll continue to come here.

Went there as a gift for a birthday to get a massage and it was the WORST massage Ive ever gotten. The little Chinese lady was up on the massage table with me on all fours and was giving me the hardest massage the table was shaking. There was no way I was able to enjoy my massage. Went there to get a nice calming/relaxing massage and ended up getting straddled by the massage therapist and left feeling worse! Will never return or recommend them.

I loved the whole experience of the Tranquil Garden Massage Spa and Salt Room. It had a very calming and friendly atmosphere. Jennifer was an excellent Massage Therapist. There are 3 women and 1 man Massage Therapist. I left feeling rejuvenated. I already booked my next appointment and cant wait.

I got both a dermaplane and eyelash lift and tint. I’ve never had either one before but I was honestly expecting a little more than what i received, maybe I just had too high of hopes. The ambiance and music was amazingly peaceful. I thought the lady was very sweet and talkative. However, she tried a new powder tint that did not get on my lashes hardly at all and she ended up using a liquid on top of it. I honestly thought it would make me look like I had a couple coats of mascara on but it looks like I have slept with mascara on overnight. I also thought there were some places missed on my dermaplane. Overall the people were super nice and the experience was cool but I received less than I expected.

I decided last minute to find a spa that had an opening for a massage. Tranquil Garden had one, and I booked it. When I got there, I asked if I could change my appointment from a 30 minute massage to 60 minutes, and they accommodated me. My massage therapist was Jennifer and she was great! Very nice lady and she worked my muscles with just the right amount of pressure. I can’t wait to go back for more!

I was in desperate need of relief due to tension in my shoulder and back area. This place is definitely going to be my new to go spot. I appreciate the punctuality of this spa and its variety of scheduling opportunities. It is a clean friendly environment with professional staff and highly trained LMT’s. The gentlemen who was assigned to my Swedish massage and cupping procedure was considerate in the pressure he applied and maintained consistency on my targeted tension areas. If I had known I was going to get such relief from just the massage I probably wouldn’t have booked for the cupping therapy. I’ll be trying other services they offer and look forward to my next visit.

It started from the moment I called to see if they had any availability, the lady at the front was super sweet and helpful. I have been struggling with fierce neck and back pain for quite some time and NEEDED relief. Sherry made sure the pressure was perfect (very strong for a little woman) and also very relaxing. I walked in knotted with a headache and walked out feeling like a million bucks. I still have many sessions to go but it was definitely worth the 30 minute drive in traffic. Everyone there is nice enough. That’s where my positive feedback ends.I was gifted a spa package, and called to make an appointment. There was no “for what service?” Discussion, it was just “ok come in at this time”. Which I already felt was a bit odd. So I come in at the agreed upon time. I get my massage (more in that in a moment), and then am called into the estheticians room for the next part of my package. She does a short intake questionnaire, but then leaves and comes back once I’m already on the table and states that there was a scheduling issue and I wasn’t actually down for a facial and I was excused from the chair. Annoying, but if that had been the only issue I would chock it up to poor front desk management.Sadly, I have more to say. About the massage. Parts of it were fine. Other parts of it were questionable at best. The modesty draping was extremely lazy. I was never fully exposed, but there was no secure tucking and a lot of pushing the sheet a little farther than felt reassuring. My therapist also kept leaning on me very awkwardly. She leaned on my head multiple times, crunching my neck in an uncomfortable way, and several other times I couldn’t tell if her navigation around the table was just lazy or bordering on inappropriate. I was very uncomfortable throughout the entire process, but this was a gift and there were other women in the spa while I was and I was really trying to give it a fair shot. But then the hot stones came out. There was no massage with the stones. She circled them around my body using motions much like you would if you were giving a body scrub, rather than going with the musculature of the body. There was nothing beneficial about the add-on whatsoever, and usually it’s a favorite of mine! Consumer be advised as well that you will need to tell them specifically not to massage your face if you don’t want whatever oil they use for the massage on your facial skin. I almost told her to stop, but I figured if I was getting a facial after anyway it would get cleaned off. But you know how that turned out. Seems odd that a place offering esthetician services wouldn’t know to check if there are certain products you can have on your face or not.Overall, I left feeling physically exactly how I did when I went in and with my anxiety slightly higher. Never again.

Just had the best massage EVER. I came in after my usual massage therapist was booked. I thought I would give it a try and I am so glad I did. My neck has been bothering me for weeks and I have been having headaches which I never have. The therapist s name was Jim. He worked magic on my neck and back! I will definitely be back. And, no headache for the first time in weeks! Thank you Jim. If you want a GREAT massage, give this place a shot!

I purchased a 90 min deluxe facial. The description on line states it includes infrared treatment. My tech started to wrap up at 1 hr and 15 min with no mention of the infrared treatment. I asked her about it and she said “I’ve done research and it’s not good for pigmentation. You should come back for a blue light treatment”. I told her I wanted the treatment I’ve paid for. She leaves and comes back and tells me “we don’t know where it is” then put me in an infrared sauna for 10 min. They knew they did not have the infrared when I scheduled but did not tell me ahead of time and was going to end 15 min early. So I would have paid 40.00 extra for 15 min.

I’d like to give some praise to my aesthetician Jodi Barlass she’s the best!!!I’ve had multiple services done over the last year, and I have enjoyed each and everyone of them. I started with a back facial, and then moved up to a facial facial, and then just recently, I added derma blading to my series of treatments. Not only does Jody have a great, feel and touch she does excellent work. I feel well taken care of and my skin has never looked and felt so good!!!

I get the best treatment from Esthitician, Jodi, whether Im getting a facial, dermaplane, or a lash or brow procedure. She is knowledgeable in skin care and describes in detail what shell be doing to make sure I feel relaxed. I cant recommend Jodi enough if you want to treat yourself to the services offered, Ive had great results every time.

Phenomenal! I got the package 3 because I wanted to try the salt room but didnt know if the value was there. Its a very valuable feature! The salt room is worth the cost and that salt is very expensive its a whole room of Himalayan mined salt.

This was one of the best massages I have ever had. I did a medium pressure Swedish massage and felt fantastic. I dont get massages super often, so there was a tad bit of soreness, but nothing out of control. It was super clean, relaxing and everyone was very polite! I would recommend!

Jennifer and Sherry both did an amazing massage.I recommend them both. Lymphatic and deep tissue massage was for me. I walked in tense and left refresh! I will be returning asap! Happy happy happy 😁

Despite a bit of noise from the ice cream shop next door, my experience here was wonderful. I booked a cupping session and a deep tissue massage. Sheri was incredibly attentive to what my body needed and spent a little extra time because she cares. I will definitely be going back!

Sherry was my massage therapist and she was amazing! She listened to what I needed and is very very good at her job! I feel revived and I would recommend her to all of my family and friends- very overall good experience!

I was very disappointed with the massage I received from Mike. I have never received a massage as rough as this one. I asked for a 90 minute deep tissue with hot stones. I’m not new to this kind of massage. He would ask if it was too hard, and when I responded with “yes it’s too hard”, he wouldn’t let up any. He wasn’t really massaging the muscles but rather rubbing them. I felt like I was being thrown around. He wasn’t gentle at all. When my arms and head was moved into a different position, it felt like I was being yanked around. Very unprofessional. And to top it all off, the massage oil was cold as well as the room. I left with a raging headache, not from being dehydrated because I had drank plenty of water before and then after. Going against holistic health, after 2 hours of having a bad headache I had to take pain medication. I would have said something when I went to pay but there were other customers in the waiting room. I would not recommend this place but especially Mike as I have never received such a bad massage.

I thought I had great massages in the past(i’ve had seven or eight massages in my life) But, that all changed once I came to tranquil garden! I had a nice lady named Ms. Sherry, and boy is she great,(enough that I sit in my car afterwards to make sure I wrote this review immediately) Every part of my body feels better, especially the problem areas I pointed out prior to my appointment. Ms. Sherry is great at her very demanding job(I couldn’t do it it’s too demanding) Thank you so much, I know what I’m asking my wife to purchase for me for Valentine’s Day!(if I can even wait that long)

Best massage I’ve ever had! Ms Sherry made me feel so relaxed and worked out tight knots I had in my neck. Also the facility was very clean and spacious. Will be back again!

I asked for a deep tissue massage and that was the deepest tissue massage I’ve had! It was great. Sherry was sure to ask how the pressure was to make sure I was comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

I woke up with a frozen shoulder this morning and needed a massage ASAP! They got me in, same day and Ms Sherry was my therapist. Boy did she work out the knots and knew exactly where I was hurting. I most definitely need to go more often, as I carry all my stress and tension in my neck and shoulders. Thank you Ms Sherry, it was a fabulous massage and I will absolutely be back again.

Ive had a lot of deep tissue massages in my life but none better that the one Jennifer provided. Id give 10 stars if I could! Highly recommended!

Jodi is without a doubt a 5 star Aesthetician. She has a calming touch that will leave you and your skin feeling fresh and beautiful. Jodi went out of her way to make room for me on my birthday. She is a step above the rest in the area working in an absolutely beautiful spa. Get in quick. She is booking fast.

I went in for a 70 Minute Body Wrap W/ Vichey Shower with JODI. It was amazing! Jodi made me feel so comfortable, and the whole thing was so relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this spa, but especially this body wrap and Jodi!!!

I’ve been coming a couple times a month for a massage but tonight I chose to also get a facial. Everyone here is first class. Rooms are cozy, tables are heated, and everyone is very skilled at what they do. I will be back many more times in the future.

The people here are very kind and friendly. The place is very clean. Sherry was my masseuse and she did such a wonderful job getting to the main areas where I had aches and pain. She is superb. Omg!! This was by far the most relaxing, pleasant experience Ive ever had! My husband and I went today for a couples massage for our anniversary! When I say that we thoroughly enjoyed it, that would be an understatement! The place is very clean! Nice soothing music! Both masseuses were very professional and nice!! The massage was EVERYTHING! We will be back to try their salt room! And we cant wait!!

Enjoyed my day at the spa. Went in stressed came out fully relaxed. Staff was accommodating, the massage therapist and esthetician exceeded expectations, and the sauna and salt room were the cherry on the sundae. I will be back!!

Had the pleasure of receiving a wonderfully relaxing facial and comforting neck massage from Jodi. She also tinted and curled my lashes. Almost as good as a vacation!
