Pretty good service.The therapeutic massage was relaxing.I was not thrilled that my therapist kept taking phone calls and even stepping out of the room. That part of it definitely ruined the experience.She was apologetic each time. But still.She did a good job with the table bodywork. And the foot massage was fantastic. I wish it could have lasted longer.The green walls kind of surprised me that moment I walked in to the room. But I got used to it and it actually felt pretty relaxing to look at.The room walls and doors are thin. I could hear people talking in the hallway and next door, which wasnt very good for relaxation.Everyone I dealt with here had very broken English. We worked through it.Pricing was higher than expected. I requested 30 minutes of table work and 30 minutes of foot massage, a combo which is listed on the website for $70. But they charged me $83.

This was the strangest experience I have ever had. First time coming to this place. I booked an appointment for a one hour massage but when I walked in and told her I had an appointment she pointed to the menu and said how long in broken english(clue #1). She did not have me fill out a form, waiver nothing.( clue #2). She takes me to a room with two tables and says 5 minutes. I guess my wait time for the therapist. The table had a thin sheet on top and a thin sheet folded at the end of the table. Got a little nervous so walked out to ask if my therapist was female(was a little nervous). She said yes, so I got ready for massage and used the thin sheet to cover myself. There was no where to put my clothes but on top of my purse on the floor(all this clue #3). Therapist comes in 10 minutes later and immediately starts massage, doesn’t ask me anything and LEAVES THE DOOR CRACKED OPEN!(clue #4). I lift my head and say please shut the door, she doesn’t understand me, I repeat it. She grabs her phone to clearly use translator app, so I lift up and point at the door and say close! She understood and shut the door. She then proceeds with the massage. It wasn’t horrible but it was aggressive and because she was so little multiple times she got on the bed to work on my back, which wouldn’t be bad if she had let me know ahead of time that she does this when doing deep tissue. The whole hour was my back side except for the last 5 minutes she had me flip over and she massaged my face while asking if I want more time. When she left the room she did not close the door all the way. I quickly dressed and went to the front to pay. When I got out my card, girl at front said no cash? I said no I don’t have cash, I think she was trying to help me avoid the $3 charge to use a card, but who knows. Overall just a very unprofessional massage experience. I won’t stray from my normal therapist again.

My experience at this establishment was less than desired. The therapeutic massage was decent;my displeasure was the environment and customer service.Starting off, other massage places I’ve been have provided a thick, weighted, warm blanket to cover up with during the massage. Amy’s gave me a thin sheet as a cover. The room was cool and when I mentioned being a little cold, no other blanket or sheet was offered. Much noise was happening outside my room throughout the massage.My main complaint, was that not only did my massage therapist have a phone on her that vibrated twice during the massage, she also had the business phone on her, that she answered and talked to other customers five times during my massage! I was not a walk in customer, I had an appointment for my massage. This was completely unacceptable and she offered no apology for the distractions. Needless to say, this was not the relaxing experience that I needed and had wanted.

Ive been here several times and Wendy is my go-to gal for a preferred medium-pressure massage! Its well worth the $100 for 90 minutes, with the first (facedown) hour dedicated to the back, arms, and legs, then I flip over and she spends 15 minutes on each foot, ankle, and calf. Shes courteous, professional, and great at her job, so tip generously if you book her :)

Friends and I just went today and it was great! I made an appt for all four of us to get foot massages. Those were so good all decided to get another service. Will definitely come back.

Had a great experience. Wish I knew the ladies name so I could ask for her again. Did an hour that turned into 90 mins with a table shower. Have a pulled muscle in my back so asked for a light massage which she did a great job at. Other than that, I cant wait to go back and cant recommend enough. Just ask for names because I would love to get the same person next time.

I wasnt able to book an appointment at my regular place, so I decided to try Amys. I realized that it was an Asian massage location when I walked in and was greeted by a lady that spoke broken English and asked for payment up front. I normally walk out of these establishments at this point, but I had been driving all morning (to Cookeville and back) and decided to stay. I picked the 90 min massage and was asked twice if I also wanted the table shower. I refused twice and paid with my debit card. I was asked twice if i had cash because there was an extra $3 fee for using my card. This also means there is a tax record of the transaction and most like cash to avoid this. During my session, the lady dozed off while sitting on the stool, doing the front of my left leg. I literally had to shake my leg to wake her up. She then stood to finish my right leg. At the end, she grabbed both feet and rotated them inward to stretch my ankles. At this point, my right shin cramped severely and I had to stand up, wrapped in the sheet, to flex it back out thus ruining my experience. As I was leaving, I was offered a bottle of water by the masseuse and I handed her a $10 tip in spite of my experience and she chuckled. Embarrassed to ask for more because of the cramp she inflicted. I thanked her for my water and limped out. As youll notice, this is a 2 star review because the other 80 minutes was decent. Not great, but ok.

This is my first one-star review and I’m unhappy I feel so strongly about leaving it.I made an appointment with Amy’s Massage for this morning and was genuinely shocked at how quickly I decided to actually walk out.My appointment was at 10am and as with any other new service provider I arrived 15 minutes early expecting to complete a new client form, or at minimum, a waiver of some kind.Again, this is a service provider, not a retail business, so I was shocked when the facility was closed. I returned to wait in my vehicle and watched, at exactly 10am, three ladies from different cars, walked up and one unlocked the door. I walked up right behind them as they turned on lights and the “Open” sign.I proceeded to the front desk and introduced myself, telling the woman I was there for an appointment. It was immediately clear she spoke little English as she pointed to the services menu. I pointed to which I had an appointment for and she gestured for me to follow her.She showed me to a minimalist room with a chair and table. She conveyed that I shouldn’t disrobe and lay face down on the table. As she walked out, leaving the door wide open, I realized the table had a thin pad, (which looked like a furniture pad and not particularly clean), and an equally thin sheet. No other sheets or blankets seemed to exist.I called her back into the room and asked her about a cover sheet and or blanket. After returning to her car for a (her?) phone she gestured for me to speak into the phone. I did and it was clearly to use a translation app. Finally! Now we’re getting somewhere.We reentered the room where she picked up what appeared to be a small cloth from the foot end of the table. Once unfolded it was another thin sheet. She again motioned for me to undress and lay face down, this time saying, “ take off, lay down”. At this point I was frustrated and tried asking another one of the women for help in letting her know a thin, transparent sheet wasn’t enough, especially since she once again didn’t close the door behind her upon exiting the room. I’m no prude but expect a base sense of privacy and security. More so when I’m fully nude and the facility serves women and men. The other woman didn’t speak English either and, exasperated, I gave up and left. I believe it is crucial to be utterly comfortable and able to communicate with your masseuse so that you get the exact help you need where you need it.

Kevin and Helen give hands down, the absolute best massages I’ve ever had! I have gone back to them monthly since they’ve opened! They work so hard and never disappoint! Not like any franchises. They are committed to helping their clients!

The people are always friendly and courteous.The rooms are clean, and the massages are relaxing. There is never any pressure to tip a masseuse.

My favorite place to get a massage. Good atmosphere, professional. Wendy is my favorite, she listens to where my problem areas are a d know just the right pressure. Very patient and doesnt cut session short. There is a language barrier but she uses translator app for words she may not understand. 5 stars

Absolutely terrible experience. My best friend and I went for an hour massage. NOT relaxing at all. Hurt my back a couple times and never once kneaded my back. Also pulled the sheet down uncomfortably low. Then when we went to leave, they looked at the receipt and said “only $10.00 tip.” Will NEVER go back there again.

Paid for 90 minutes.10 minutes wasted on other people, 20 minutes of massage in shoulders and neck, 30+ minutes of lower back rubbing, and -30 minutes for the rest of the body of rubbing. I mean “massaging”No chest, no feet and no facial pressure points.My masseuse left 7 times to the front end to handle customers that didn’t have an appt. Even though there was a employee up there. I’ll estimate ten minutes loss.Over 30 minutes on lower back and sides with some glutes. My lower back and spine are sore from the repetitive rubbing. My arms got 5 minutes each of rub downs. Legs 10 minutes each.I’d put one star but she manage to use her elbows to get into my shoulder blades to get some deep knots relaxed. And the rub down was pleasant minus the multiple times I just wanted to get up and leave after the 4th time she left. I can’t justify ever going back.I still gave her a very nice tip. I’d hate to find out she only works off of tips kind of situation if I hadn’t.You’re forewarned.

Best massage ever! I had been looking for a masseuse who could relieve the pressure in my back and neck. Her name is Angel and Ive found her. She is definitely Heaven sent. Amazing massage and completely got rid of my back pain and can turn my head properly now!

Angel with Amys Massage has managed to sort out my pain levels when I wasn’t exercising at all and when I was exercising too much. Now I have found a happier medium – but my sciatica and back pain return cyclically (discogenic and various accidents) and Angel always does the right massage for me. I wouldn’t have anyone else, Ever!

The worst massage ever. Back only 2 therapist tagged out. Talked on the phone while giving massage.. never flipped me over ..the worst experience. Would never recommend this place.

I’ve pushed off leaving this review for 2 months now because my experience here was so uncomfortable and unprofessional. Not only is there no waiver to sign, no consult, no blanket to cover up in but I also felt violated.

Room was dirty. Massage was okay. Not returning. Are the masseuses just working of tips? Very pushy to tip, even though service was average.

Go here regularly, book with the same woman every time so far she’s the best. Highly recommend
