Super great people super great prices I think everybody in town should go there.

PROS: outstanding customer service,as well as helpful and friendly staff.Angela is unbelievably knowledgeable about the products offered in the store and is ready to answer any questions you may have. If she doesnt KNOW the answer to your question, she never gives you some bs answer, instead she will find the answer!Ricky has also provided wonderful customer service any time Ive interacted with him regarding sales or questions.Theres another lady that works there, I hate that Ive never asked her name (she has shorter light brown hair), but she is always wonderful!!CONS: 1) very limited options for disposable nicotine vapes, not terrible, but definitely limited compared to other VAPE stores in the county. **note: I DO realize that this store opened long before the disposable vape was a big deal and has always been primarily a shop for old school vapers.**2) pricing. I realize that prices are based on those of the wholesaler AND pricing to make a profit, but a difference of almost $5 more on the exact same disposable vape from others in the county could determine whether someone shops here or elsewhere.3) lastly, store hours. Other stores in the county open relatively early(between 7am-8 am) and I have personally witnessed those stores between those times do quite a bit of business. That being said, I feel like that may impact the potential for the continued business of those who need to stop first thing in the morning on their way to work because they didnt realize they were out of juice or needed another disposable before work.All in all, this store has always been great, as far as staff is concerned, and its always great customer service if i have to stop here.

These guys are are great to have the same merchandise as everywhere else in town but that better deals on pretty much all of it all the time I personally never go into the store anymore my wife does but still good vape store

Angela was very polite and helpful! they didnt have a vape flavor I liked but she had a lot of knowledge about flavors and matched me up with a perfect flavor. Every time I go here they are talkative and kind its nice 🙂

Really great people, with much more reasonable prices than the other Vape shops in town. The owner really cares about their relationship with clients. They have a rewards program where you get a certain percent back for the points you accrue during the month or year. Staff is generally friendly and knowledgable, and they will usually give you an honest and straight answer if you request it.

Great, knowledgeable staff and selection. They stand by the product they sell and work with you should you not be satisfied. They also educate you on various things you need to know. The owner can often be seen running the register, calling you for an order placed or waiting on customers. Employees care more about honesty thank they do about making a sale. Keep it up!

Quality Products would love to see hyde in strawberry creme flavor tho. Ricardo was Very knowledgeable and passionate about every single item I asked about and answered my questions by going above and beyond in a way that I felt in the end I understood the product more than when I came in. Very friendly staff and absolutely love the aquarium inside would be cool to see some cool lights and a pool table lounge area overall great experience and will be my go to vape shop from now on.

Changing my review from before. Staff has been extremely helpful in the previous months. A couple employees know what Im there for when i come in the door. Its always great when they take customer service up a notch.

Came in for juice and I didnt even have to ask for help. Staff was very knowledgeable and kind. How the place was decorated and set up was just amazing. Many varieties of juice. I will definitely be a frequent flyer in this shop!

Been long time customer since they opened. But I wont be returning. Never had issue with mods till now. Bought mod 2 weeks ago. And it shorted out. It had a pen tip size chip barely noticeable so I was told they couldnt do anything. Recommend going to asheville vapor they slashed price of mod madly just so I wouldnt have to go without. They will have means a customer permanently. Sad Ive spent so much money into this place and poor honor is whats lost me.

Customer Service is on point here. Toby and Zac really took time to discuss my options for an upgraded piece. My girlfriend and I initially went in for coils. Note* I knew I wanted another vape, but other shops were very short with information and it seemed like such a task. I didnt expect any different here. I mean I try to make informed decisions (crazy, right?). HOWEVER, after talking with these two, I had answers, friendly service, and a vape Im very pleased with. Thanks guys, Ill be back!

By far best selection in Hendersonville area, maybe best selection in Hendersonville/Asheville area. Guys are vape junkies so they definitely know what they are talking about unlike most of the other local vape shops. Great recommendations and they do keep both the good stuff and stuff for beginners, they have a nice lounge and it’s a very relaxing setting. Prices are the best of any vape store from Greenville to Tennessee. If this isnt where your going for your juice and coils, your messing up. Brandon is the man for everything vape when you go in, and the owner Skip is pretty much always around and happy to talk to any customer, what else can you want from a local shop???

Jeff and his staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Of all the vape shops in Hendersonville and the surrounding area, Vape On is by far the best. All prices are reasonable and they even have a Used case to help sooth the sting of expensive mods and RDAs. I will always go to Vape On for any vaping needs.

I was in Hendersonville doing a job and forgot my vape at home. I stopped by here and spoke with a Jack and Angela they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It helps me out a lot and I really appreciated all of their help.
