Massage Envy

After a hiatus due to the past management here I decided to give them another chance and they did not disappoint. I Love coming here now, the front staff is always so welcoming but the real draw is my masseuse Yanet. She knows exactly how much pressure you need and is always so gentle at the same time. I highly recommend booking in advance to get the coveted 120 minute massage with her, I always leave fully relaxed and always look forward to going back.

I am a ME member since December 2013, so I have tried many Therapist at several locations. I have Been going to this massage envy Miami Lakes location since 2017. They have had many great therapist but Yanet is my all time favorite. I’ve been going to her for about 2 years, she is Very attentive and thorough and knows how to take care of any stresses I may have through out my body. For maximum relaxation I always do the 90 minute session. (Highly suggested )

We started our appointment with a questionnaire about where we wanted them to focus, and the front desk attendant asked how long it’s been since my last visit. It’s been three months. She then proceeded to tell me that since it’s been so long since my last massage, she would explain the process to me. Like, what? Then the therapist asked me where I wanted her to focus her attention and I repeated to her what I previously put into the iPad at check in. Three spots. She focused on one. At the end she made a joke about how she guesses she will see me again in 2030… again, it’s been three months since my last massage at massage envy. If they were trying to shame me into getting massages there more often, it wasn’t working. Back at the front desk, I was told to have a seat and they would be with me in a few minutes to go over my therapist’s suggestions for future treatment. I let her know that we had dinner reservations and I needed to pay get and going. She told me that I need to manage my calendar better and not “double book”. I went there for a massage not advice on time management. When I stated as such, she asked me to be respectful of the front desk staff. I asked her to be respectful of my time and please let me pay and leave. Why does a patron to a business need to plead to pay and leave on their own terms? I asked if there was anyone else who could help me and she said no. There were at least two other front desk attendants in sight. The massage therapist highlighted one spot in blue and recommended I return in 2 weeks for a longer massage. My teenaged daughter’s ENTIRE body was highlighted in blue. It’s laughable advice and advice we didn’t ask for. I went for a massage. That’s it. I’ve never left a one star review and yet here we are. She asked if we would be returning. No.

I had an exceptional experience with my aesthetician, receiving top-notch service that I would rate as 5 stars. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to my needs. I highly recommend her services.

Andy was my massage therapist. He took his time to explain everything and even gave me some tips on how to do some of the stretching exercises at home to help alleviate the back pain I was experiencing. 10/10 recommend Andy

Sahily was amazing. She released so much tension and stress. Its been several days since my massage and I still feel relaxed! Cant wait to go back again.

I scheduled an appointment at Massage Envy but unfortunately had a family emergency, which required me to leave town abruptly on a 5-hour flight. Since I couldnt notify them to cancel, they charged my card. When I called to explain the situation upon landing, the person on the phone showed no empathy. Despite my explanation of taking an early flight at 8 am, rendering me unable to call before takeoff, the response was unsympathetic, suggesting I could have called at 7:50 am. The interaction was rude and unprofessional. When I mentioned never canceling appointments except under extenuating circumstances, I was cut off with an attitude. When I asked about potential accommodations given the circumstances, the response was dismissive, requiring proof of the emergency. Attempting to discuss further led to being abruptly told Im speaking and hung got up on. The lack of empathy and professionalism in handling this situation was disappointing. Once they have your credit card on file, theyll charge your card with no authorization, even in situations where extenuating circumstances prevent you from notifying them of a cancellation. Additionally, their lack of effort to accommodate customers in life situations has resulted in the loss of two customers..

My facial was with BeatrizShe’s excellent ,she explains all the processes and told me the best treatment for my skin condition.I’m very pleased and recommended her highly.Thank you Envy Massage for having an esthetician like her.

Suylen was fantastic during my 60 minute massage. She focused on the areas I requested. She made sure the pressure was good.

Gisselle was such an awesome masseuse! She went to work on a year’s worth of knots. I left feeling so refreshed and pain free.

My last visit with Massage Envy was the determining factor for cancellation for me. On November 15th, I had a Prenatal Massage scheduled at the Miami Lakes Location. The weather conditions were extremely poor, not to mention there was flooding everywhere. No option to reschedule my appointment was given to me which honestly should have been considering the dangerous conditions with flooding and heavy rain. I didn’t want to lose my hour and a half session because of it so I called them the office to let them know that I am pregnant and will be running late because of the flooding and heavy rain. When I got to the facility, the parking lot was extremely flooded with no available and safe parking spots for me to get. I then called the office once again to let them know that I’m having a hard time finding parking due to the flooding in their parking lot and asked if there is anyway that my time would not be affected by this because the weather conditions are not in my control. Instead the manager stated that the Masseuse needed to get paid and that unfortunately they could only give me the allotted time left. I spent an extra 15-20 mins in the parking lot trying to find safe space because the floods in most of the parking spots available was halfway to my knees. I had no choice but to wait for an available parking spot that was safe for me. I even explained to her that I left my house earlier than I would have when I got there because I saw how bad the weather was but still ran late and ran even later because their parking lot was completely flooded and still no consideration of the extenuating circumstances. Because of the stress that I went through trying to get there safely and get into the establishment safely I could not even enjoy my massage comfortably. Out of 90mins I only got about half the time because they still took the extra 10mins (Which they are practically stealing from the clients) and I lost 30mins trying to get there and find parking in the flooded area. The main reason I scheduled the massage was because I was experiencing a lot of tension headaches and it has been taking a toll on me. Considering that I am pregnant it was alot for me that day especially seeing that the flooding was extremely high in that area. What bothers me is that Massage Envy does not take pride in customer satisfaction at all. No consideration as a pregnant woman and my safety. I could have slipped and injured myself and my unborn trying to get there. Even if they couldn’t reschedule me, at least consider just removing the 30mins lost on that session and allowing me to redeem it at a later time. This isn’t my first experience being unsatisfied but I continued to keep the services in hopes of change. That day just helped me to realize there was no reason to continue paying for services to a company that lacks empathy, compassion, or consideration for their clients. Even the masseuse empathized with me and realized that my appointment should have at least been rescheduled because she saw how dangerous it was outside. If the massage therapist had to leave early because of the weather or any other reason (Which I’ve been rescheduled for in the past), why wasn’t the safety of the clients during this bad time a reason to at least give the client an option to reschedule. I am truly disappointed in the services provided by the manager of this establishment. While I have come across some great Masseuse, Sahily being one of them, I also feel like the bad outweighed the good. I decided to write the review not because I think Massage Envy cares enough to acknowledge or make a change but so other customers take this into consideration when choosing to pay for services to a company like this.

Best they did after double booking and Yanets appt cancelled and was able to get a massage for the time remaining

Horrible customer experience. Staff is entitled to their opinion and do not really consider the thoughts of their clients. Questions are asked, answers are given but at the end of the day; it is their way or no way. Never again.

First time in massage Envy Miami Lakes, they have great customer service, front desk was professional and amicable. My esthetician Ylya did and amazing job, she explain every procedure with details and gave option and tips for my new skin regime. I will coming back soon.

This place was said an appointment for you two weeks in advance, and then the date of they will cancel it. This has happened to me back to back twice not only that the manager Joanna will not reach out to you and does not return phone calls. They don’t even talk English at this place and the manager lets the employees do whatever. This place is very unprofessional, and a manager has no control Over the employees. If you set an appointment, do not count on them keeping their word.

Love the vibe in this location. Yamila in the front desk along with the other ladies that have answered are always very sweet & work around my schedule which I appreciate. I have been coming to this location for years and I do not live close. I hope this helps anyone looking to book a massage or facial.

Amazing therapist, I am an athlete and he’s helped me with recovery and pain and gives the best massage! If I could rate this location 10 stars, I would. I’ve also visited many other ME locations, this one is by far the best. Huge thank you to Hector for keeping me pain free with my active lifestyle.

Was a client of this location for a few years. They are experiencing a higher than normal employee turnover. The good therapist do not stay long. In my opinion its pay or work conditions. Trying to cancel your service contract is not easy. What finally did it for me and my family was a phone call the day before our appointment changing our therapist which we agreed to because we were told she was just as good. That therapist told my wife thr following day that she should go to a doctor to look at a knot she had in a trapezius muscle. The therapist told my wife she would not touch it. Very disappointing. I tried too speak to the owner and was denied access. If your a member try to explore different locations.

New on this kind of experience, the staff was friendly and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Exceptional massage. The therapist Jesus is very professional. With the correct pressure Jesus knows exactly the right areas to work on. I can’t recommended Message Envy highly enough

I had a great 90-minute massage with Sahily in Miami Lakes. She was kind, and careful in working the stress/pain points in my back and sciatica. Her firm massage style was much needed for me on my visit. Definitely will book with her again!

I never leave reviews, but i am beyond thankful for Sylvia. My neck is full of knots and extremely tense. For the past 10 years of getting massages, I’d beg therapists to strictly work on my neck to help alíviate the pain/tension, but of little or no avail. Until Sylvia came along. Each time she listens to my concerns, analyzes my neck, and finds / works on every knot.Finally, someone who accomplished what so many couldn’t. So anyone who experiences the same frustrations, book with Sylvia- she’ll truly change your life for the better ♥️

Do not work here. They WILL watch you, regularly. You think youre alone and theyre actually listening to you from the cameras. It is creepy, it is uncomfortable. I had 5 minutes left of my shift and one of the managers called me because I was talking about something they did that shouldnt have been done. The managers will act like theyre better than you. They are not, if were all humans we should ALL be treated equally. Jennifer and Luis do not care, and there is favoritism. We are not in high school we are adults, do your job and Ill do mine this isnt Mean Girls.The therapists however are great and I love them, they deserve more honestly.This comment is for all the lovely girls that want a job, look for something better! Also they dont hire men unfortunately, guys please look elsewhere.I got a new job and it pays the same with less of the drama.

Julio has been really great! Being with Massage Envy through several locations over the last 3 years, I have gone through some terrible services and some wonderful services, but consistency is SOO important to me and my chronic pain to have a therapist who I can rely on to leave me in less pain when I leave and that is what Julio has done for me, which is priceless. Highly recommend his services at the Miami Lakes location, but honestly everyone at the Miami Lakes location I have had good experiences with. They train everyone well there for sure!

This place is great. You get great service and good care. This was my second experience after going to Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa for the first time and I am glad I switched. No comparison. The dedication and experience is of 5 stars, I had to sign up immediately after my massage ended.

Horrible administration, bad service , I tried to speak with the franchise owner regarding me and my wife’s membership and she denied me the access to him/her. I was really hoping that I can fix the situation but Yoana the manager was very adamant about not giving me a number to speak to someone that can help me regarding my membership because she was obviously of no use or help. We were told that we can cancel our membership at any given time and they lied to us continuously on camera. On top of everything they have barely any availability their front desk have attitude and they have no integrity whatsoever. I strongly recommend to stay away from this business it is extremely unprofessional and have no compassion for any of their customers.

Massage envy at Miami Lakes is fantastic! As soon as you walk in you are warmly greeted. It smells great and its very clean. The ladies and The manager in the front are very attentive and very kind in making sure all of my needs are met. Julio is the gentleman I go to and he is great! Great listener, concerned about problem areas and he makes sure that everything is clean and neatly set up when I walk into the room. Ive had great experience and I have no complaints. I went recently for a full-body relaxation massage and the therapist had no therapeutic etiquette. I went with the intention to relax, de-stress from work, and not feel any pain. I am not a fan of those rough massages. I want to be relaxed to the point that I can fall asleep. If I flinched, she would be like omg but how does that hurt? I can tell she would be annoyed by me sometimes. Did not like my experience at all. Would not go back. One and done.

Zenaida was great but I arrived late (my fault) and my massage was only 20 minutes instead of the hour I paid for. I realize I was late but I would have appreciated someone to offer to reschedule instead of making me think I could still have my one hour . I love this location but very very disappointed and staff. However when I walked in late they all stared at me and it felt very uncomfortable even after I apologized. I would like a free session if possible. I just feel that paying $60 for a 2 minute massage is unfair . It was my first time being late !

I absolutely loved it! Sahily is very professional and she made sure to listen carefully to all of my painful areas. She took the time to add on an extra service when I changed my mind. Didnt complain. She got to it right away and did a fantastic job during the one hour. I would definitely recommend.

I had a horrible experience at message envy today with themanager Luis Alvarez. I arrived 10 min late to my session and he was very rude, unpleasant and unprofessional. He kept screaming at me stating you are late and can either get the message with the time discounted or go home and be charged without the service. Its very dissaponting to see anyone treat customers in such disrespectful manner and even more so coming from the business leadership. I plan to cancel my membership and dont ever come back. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I love this location! I am currently a member at this location and I look forward to my appointment every month! Front desk staff is very friendly and always greet you. If you are looking for an excellent therapist that uses just the right pressure ask for Hope. She has so much knowledge and it is obvious that she loves her job. Jen is great as well. Todays visit was horrible. First, they never mention that the 2nd time I come for a massage it would be $120. I wouldnt have mindpaying but the massage WAS NOT even worth $70 let alone $120. I had to tell her firm like twice, but thats not the reason that Im upset.. Its the manager(murphy) SHE THE RUDE ONE!!!! Very sarcastic, unapologetic and she provoked the situation. The poor staff is afraid of her, I ask them for her name and they wouldnt even give it to me....This location is the WORST!!!!!!

Where is the Manager of this place?? I do not see good management here outside of the calling center and technicians. Just arrived at on a Sunday at 10:30 am for my massage. The place does not smell ok, but smells like moldy. The towels always smell like they stayed overnight wet in the washer. I tell my massage therapist and he apologizes but is something this Manager must secure for technicians to do a good job. Omg the bathroom floor looks like the one in a shady gas station. Evidently housekeeping here needs to become top priority for the manager in this location. If I get smelly towels again for my face, I will never return here. They need to do a rework on the cleanliness and ambiance of aroma for customer experience. I wish this post helps all customers like me to enjoy this place. The technicians are nice but the Manager is nit taking good care of this place for us and is nit acceptable. Can someone do something??

The massage therapist, Ms. Giselle, was incredibly skilled and intuitive, taking the time to listen to my concerns and tailor the massage to my specific needs. The pressure was perfect, and I left feeling completely relaxed.

My therapist, Julio, was nothing short of amazing!Although, I did a deep tissue massage, he managed to work in a little stretching into my session.I enjoyed each minute of my session, fully.Next time, I am doing the 90-minute session instead, as the 60-minute session flew by!

I will be ending my membership when its up in 2 months if the app and website are not fixed. Its To inconvenient to have to call in to find availability or reschedule. Ive had a membership for a few months now and have yet to able to successfully book an appointment online or on the app.

DO NOT COME HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE. Johanna is has major attitude, never makes an experience a good experience. When I called she was super rude, entitled and sounds like she cares more about the money than her employees. Managers have no customer service. I’m canceling my subscription NOW.

I have been going to the Miami Lakes location since it opened. I have experienced good and bad customer service in the past. However this past week was the worst I have ever imagine could happen. The checkout person made a mistake on checking me out and when it was brought to her attention her co-worker just looked at me and said I am sorry there is nothing that we can do to correct the charge. She informed me that her supervisor would contact me. I received a call from Jennifer the next day. She was arrogant and in my opinion has no customer services skills. She was very rude in her explanation that all customers rates were going up in August. I informed her that I was quite aware of the rate increase but we are in July. When I asked her what she was willing to do to satisfy my issue. She told me nothing! I was so upset and reminded her that during the Covid crisis while they were closed they continued to pull my monthly dues which I was willing to help them through this terrible time. It is not the charge that upset me is the unwillingness to satisfy a customer. With this type of service provided I wish them success as they will not see me again.

Shaily gave a new meaning to deep tissue massage. I had to request medium after just 4 passes in my back that made every bone crack. Went in with a headache, neck and upper back pain. Came out new with no discomfort. Highly recommended her🙌

I love the deep tissue massages and my favorite therapists are Sahily and Raisa.For hot stone or Himalayan salt tone massage, my go to therapist Raisa is amazing.

Raisa is the best massage therapist I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend her, at the ME in Miami Lakes (which I shouldn’t because then appointments will be harder to get 😬), but I have to shout our her great service. Pressure is just right but she knows when to apply more pressure, she’s also a nice person.

Jesus is one the the best masseuse at Miami lakes massage envy. I’ve never experienced a bad session with him. I’m always leaving feeling 1000 times better. His massages are exceptional and customer service is outstanding. Thank you!

First massage with Yanet. She was amazing! I was running late, but thankfully I had booked a 90mon massage so I still had plenty of time to get myself a massage. I usually do my massages with two other therapists at this location who are also great, but due to availability when I booked my massage last minute, I went with Yanet. From the very start her energy was light, comforting and positive. Super sweet lady. She definitely helped me relax and her hands were like magic. I walked out of there feeling so much better. Just the massage I needed! She will definitely be added to my list of favorites. :)

My experience with Ylya has been amazing over these past 4 months! She is very friendly, knowledgeable and my skin has never been better! I recommend booking with her, it’s always a great experience and the staff in the front is always courteous!

I went in for a massage because of severe tension pain in my neck, shoulders and upper back. The ladies in the front were so kind and helpful. Jesus, my massage therapist was phenomenal! He worked out all my tight spots. I left feeling great. Even my posture improved.

I have been going to Massage Envy Miami Lakes for almost a year, after trying several other locations. I can say I have been nothing less then satisfied every time I go from the receptionist to my massage therapist Sahily. There isn’t too many massage therapist that can apply the pressure that she can. Hands down she is the best deep tissue masseuse in the area. A must see for yourself!!

Beware!! You will get nowhere with the manager Luis if there is a complain or dissatisfaction other than “you signed a contract and that’s it”. Horrible customer service. Reaching out to other massage places that appreciate their customers and not the money. Its funny that the good reviews get a personalized reply while the bad reviews are all directed to the website instead of offering a sincere apology or a solution. Hold of on signing a contract they will give you every excuse in the book to not cancel your membership. Contact the BBB or Franchise owner info.

Today was the first time I get massage here in years. I made my appointment online and the day before I received a text confirming which was very convenient. I read a few reviews on how the girls in the front desk were rude so I was ready for it but I was very impressed with BOTH girl they were very sweet and attentive they asked me several times if I wanted water and if I needed anything. My masseuses was Edwin and he is AWESOME!! I havent felt so refreshes and untangled in ages. He has magical hands worked every knot I had. He is also very proffesional and explain all the processes before hand. I even made and appointment for my mom and I will definitely be back.

This location has the most friendly & professional staff ALWAYS! The facility is so welcoming & very clean. Ylya is the absolute best! She is so knowledgable & caring. Always making sure you feel comfortable during any treatment & more than willing to explain & answer any questions. I moved from Hialeah to Doral, & even though I have a massage envy closer I will drive the 20 mins for Ylya & the rest of the Miami lakes team. So so happy!

My experience with Ylya for the Microderm Infusion was EXCELLENT! She did an amazing job and she explained clearly about the treatment. Customer service was friendly from the beginning until the end. I ended up signing up for the membership after my first experience.

I went in with lumbar pain and stiff shoulders, very stressed. Hector was great, he worked on my back and I left feeling much better. He is very professional and knows what he is doing. I highly recommend him.

Yanet always does a good job with my massage. My last massage was 10/27 st 9am. Next door, in Room 1, there was an excessive amount of conversation. It was very disrupting and I had a hard time relaxing.

My massage wasn’t an issue in fact it was amazing as well as the customer service; the music was. Instead of the regular spa music it had a mash of country, rock an pop.Which made hard to fully relax.

It was extremely difficult to find appointments at this location, aka my home base, but that is not even a big deal.One, it was difficult to cancel my membership. Two, I was told I was going to be refunded for charge on my card that was made and I wasnt (had to contact them again to resolve it) and on top of that I was told the wrong date for when my contract terminates, thus losing 2 massages that I had rightfully paid for.I am very, very unhappy with my service there.

I went in for a massage due to a pinch nerve on my cervical spine. Had pain on my neck, shoulders and right arm. After the massage I felt relieved and was able to sleep all night without pain. Great experience all around from the front desk to the masseuse.

Ilia is always great. She is the only one I book my Facials with (I’m sure it here’s there are great too) she makes it a point to make my experience and exceptional one each time I go. I always look forward to my monthly “me time” with Ilia at ME Miami lakes.

Janet the masseuse was awesome the only downside of my visit was the noise in the hallway from staff speaking loudly, it made it difficult to relax. And after the massage the staff talks about pricing and membership thats the last thing I want to talk about after a massage. I would have preferred a phone call a day later.

My favorite is Belinda as she has magic figures and has actually helped me reduce my stress level and migraines. I have used other masseuse in this location and they are all great. The employees at the front desk are also very professional and welcoming. Great experience from beginning to end!

Most unprofessional staff I have ever experienced.They will lie to you saying you can cancel anytime then rope you in with auto payments.The manager is not helpful at all if you want to get a massage spend the money and take the drive, to a real spa and massage place this is a joke.

This place is the worst! I called in august to have my monthly payments to be stopped. The young lady whom I sadly don’t remember her name said she would get it done for me. I asked if there was anything I needed to do on my end she explained that I didn’t. I trusted her word! Here we are two months later and your franchise is trying to charge me $130 for a service I requested to be canceled. On Tuesday 9/28 I called again to receive some clarification and the lady at the front desk told me I had to pay the $130 to reactivate the account and then I’ll be able to deactivate it…. It’s ridiculous especially when I paid for months and didn’t even receive the services which was fine and when I decided to no longer be a member it became an issue. I supported this franchise during the pandemic even in the months I didn’t show and this is how I was treated when trying to remove myself from the membership. When I asked to speak to a manager the young lady told me the manager will go ahead and tell me the same that there’s nothing that can be done.I HAD TO END UP LOCKING MY CARD SO THEY WILL STOP CHARGING ME! Even with the card locked their system is still trying to charge me! It’s infuriating!!!!!!

The staff are very welcoming, polite and professional. All the Massage Therapists are great but Yenny was super nice, her massage technique was so relaxing that I fell asleep during my massage; and she worked on the areas where I had more tension with her soft but very strong hands. Truly my experience in the Massage Envy Spa at the Miami Lakes location is always the best; the place is clean, it smells fresh and calming, the music is soothing, the linens are soft and the beds have a nice warm temperature, the lights are dim perfect for relaxing. Now they have a hydration waiting area where you can help yourself to water or tea I believe. Also they have some amazing products for your face, and body, as well as other upgrades or add-on’s to enhance your session. I truly recommend this location; I love it ;)

Sahily is an amazing & professional massage therapist. Focuses on your problem and then also addresses rest of body for a completely great and relaxing massage. She wears proper COVID-19 safety gear which makes me feel safe. I hope Massage Envy takes note of what an amazing therapist she is because once I find a great therapist I would like to keep going to her.

If I could give 0 stars I would, this place is a scam. No professionalism, no Comunication skills, lack of leadership and any further words that follow. Their supervisor “Jennifer” is extremely disrespectful, takes no pride in her job and making unnecessary slick remarks. Their therapist Sajily took it upon herself to cut my service by 30 mins because they were short staffed and had a lot of appointments waiting.?? I took time off work to come and try to resolve this matter and it was a complete waist of time. I asked to speak to The “owner” “Eric” or “Eddy” to find a solution to this matter but his response was so unprofessional by taking his “employees” side who think it’s ok to be disrespectful to an upset client. Word of advise; Stay away from this company or maybe just this location. They appear to be very elegant and educated until things don’t go their way then they try to keep it in house. I don’t know how many clients of theirs have experienced this matter with massage envy and maybe did not turn to the right resources. I can honestly say that if the owner would have been a bit smarter when we spoke over the phone things wouldn’t have escalated the way they did. I had to call the authorities and file a report. I had to take a day off from work to assess this situation. My anxiety and stress levels were through the roof and they are suppose to be the total opposite. I requested service from them to minimize my stress and anxiety and on the contrary it made it worst.In conclusion; Theirs no better feeling than knowing that karma does exist and remember that what goes around comes around.Thank you for the difficult time your company, your staff and owner have put us through and I hope who ever this reaches out to can receive this message as a wake up call to stay away from this facility.God bless.

Went for a complimentary massage and found out this place signed me up for a membership without my knowledge. Spoke to a manager named Jennifer Murphy to cancel and this person was very unprofessional and nasty. Be careful this location will falsify your signature to sign people up.I guess they so desperate during the pandemic they will forge people signatures.

Edward gave me my first massage he was very professional kind respectful always made sure everything was at my comfort level not forceful at all and throughout my entire 60 minute massage with him he told me what he was doing and to always let him know if anything was painful and if it was he informed me what it meant and how I could relive it on my own at home. If I could give him 10 stars I would. And his neck massage he gave me wow ! My headaches went away so quick they we great I would recommend him and the 20 percent tip is not nearly enough to tip this man for his amazing work thank you Edward and the whole massage envy team all great from beginning to end !

Massage Envy are scammers!!! I have over 12 hours of accumulated time which is 12 months of paid massages and they are refusing to book me an appointment unless I have a credit card on file. My card expired and I’m waiting on a new oneSo I don’t have one at the moment. They won’t allow me to schedule an appointment unless they have a card on file even though they won’t be needing to charge it as I’m using my accumulated hours for an hour massage. Every month I make a payment and have very little time to make it in for a massage and this is what happens. Unbelievable.

Ive been going to this location for years and never had a problem until today. Booked a 90 minute massage and only received 70 minutes. Julio was horrible and after reporting my issues, the manager hasnt even called to follow-up. Very disappointing...

OK So I purchased the Membership for a year.. and So Far the massage therapist that i have had (all males) have been Excellent. But I am heartbroken that my Favorite Therapist left. He was AMAZING! (victor) but anyways I did find another one that is just as good. If you like a deep tissue massage ask for Chris.. Hes really good. There is a kick to the membership.. you really cant cxl it unless you have a doctors note or you happen to move more than 25 miles near one. So be absolutely sure that you want to get a massage.. I get them Monthly so for me it was worth it.. But if you only go once in a while there is no sense. There is though the thing that you can rollover from month to month is you miss one and get a 2 hour massage instead of one. And there is a discount if you happen to get massages twice a month. So for me its worth it. Still not sure if i will renew my membership as the pricing will go up.

I’ve been to this location once prior to Sunday Nov 15th. The experience was so enjoyable that I bragged to others and decided to come here with my Significant other for a couples massage. Just as the last time I was welcomed in by Ana who is so friendly & attentive. My S/o went to use the restroom and shortly after I decided to use it as well so I can proceed uninterrupted with my massage. As I open the lobby door 2 of the massage envy workers were approaching the door while laughing & speaking in Spanish. I’m pretty sure they continued to speak because they felt that I didn’t understand them. One went on to say that she had a guy of this size (hand gesturing someone heavy weight) to do next. The other lady giggled. She then said omggggg “pero me toca” & Continued walking. I didn’t say anything. I just went towards the restroom and told my S/o to let’s go because I didn’t want these people touching me. As we are walking out they are turning back in to greet us not realizing that I was the other person apart of the couples massage that they were just speaking of. I told Ana almost in tears because it’s a shame of how ignorant people can be in this day and time. She was very apologetic for the incident & I left. If you are overweight this is not the place clearly. We were discriminated & didn’t even get to enjoy our much needed massage.

Ylya is very knowledgeable with skin care. Very detailed oriented whether I’m getting a facial, microdermabrasion or peeling. Yesterday I had a peeling and she was very caring with my tingling. Huge asset to massage envy.

If i could give this place zero stars i would. The manager here at this establishment Luis, does not treat his staff like they’re humans. I have been a manager at another establishment for 4 years already and i have never talked or treated my employees with little respect like the one here does. I have overheard him talk down on employees and even yell at them. It is very unfair to the staff that has to put up with him.

They are good but the therapists end the sessions 10 minutes before instead of 5 minutes, so Massage will be 45 minutes only!!

If you ever have a Blanching done by Blanche, you will walk out of the Massage Envy Spa - Miami Lakes and request to be signed up as a lifetime member! She is the standard, the measuring stick that the massage industry should measure up to...my life has not been the same since I joined...it has been physically stress free beyond measure.
