I have had over 12 massages at the Miami lakes location. The place is always sparkling clean and cozy. I have to say Luna has been heaven sent. She will go above and beyond to work your body and help you look your aboslute best. You can tell she he loves what she does. She is always in a great mood and makes me laugh so much. My Experience with Sapphire therapy has been nothing short of wonderful. Natasha schedules the appointments promptly and really keeps a tight schedule, even letting you know when you can come a little earlier than expected. The facility is extremely clean and the Lymphatic Massage is amazing. All the therapists seem great but I am blown away by Monica, she has such a serene relaxing energy. She is gentle and extremely knowledgeable and WOW you can see such a huge difference in swelling immediately after the massage. The facility is also super clean and you leave feeling relaxed...I started coming here two weeks after lipo! Definitely recommend

I just had my 9 week follow up appointment for Lipo 360/ BBL on 06/28/2018. I also was scheduled for breast implants on 06/29/2018 my Surgeon said I still had a lot of swelling and suggested that I get some lymphatic massages after my surgery. With the weekend, holiday and my flight to return home on 07/05/2018. I was having a hard time finding a good place to get some massages from because everyone was booked up or not open. Thank God for Sapphire Therapy! Not only did they give me same day service but they also catered to my schedule and gave me a excellent rate for 5 one hour sessions. So far I’ve completed 2 sessions and I can already see awesome results and was able to sleep like a baby. I highly recommend this place especially after having plastic surgery.

Let me tell you that Luna is the BEST!! She got me together real quick! I had lipo touch up to my abdomen two weeks ago and her hands are magic!! She’s very knowledgeable and knows exactly what she’s doing. I’m also grateful to Sapphire because they are super quick to respond via text and they’ve accommodated my last minute appointment requests.

Yiter is the BEST hands down she is literally a gem , her professionalism is impeccable. She knows her stuff she is not rough and she takes her time giving the body the full massage especially after surgery !!! I had a bbl 6/10 my mom recommended this place due to her last surgeries so I went and YITER executed hands down . I booked a 10 session package and with each massage I seen a difference My results are amazing thanks to the help of yiter . Listen ladies book yiter she is great !!! Ask for her she will get you right .. the place is clean , and relaxing they dim the lights and I literally be sleep getting my massages . If you looking for post op care book yiter .the only thing I don’t like which has nothing to do with the Masseuse. It’s the booking you have to call after each massage to see what time they have available I wanted to stick with the same time each day but they couldn’t do that which was kinda weird to me because sometimes I would forget to call to hurry and book my morning appointment I feel like if you book a package your time each day should already be setup at the time of the package being booked . But other than that I like this place and everyone is nice and caring .

I had liposuction done on 3/13/16 and booked 7 sessions with Sapphire Therapy. Cristina did 5 of my massages and she is great! The whole staff is great! I am about to be a month post op and I am already healed, no bruises, no swollen. They are wonderful and I recommended everyone to them!. Words cant describe how pleased I am with them.

I had a lipo 360 and after the disappointment of the massages in the clinic where I had y the surgery I search Google and I find this place , and I must say that I am more than satisfied, grateful, I go to the Miami lakes branch and since I started the Attention is first class, all the staff are very professional, Yeter is my therapist and I love her ! U can tell that she has a lot of experience and is very good at what she does, from the first massage I felt the difference, the prices of the packages are reasonable . I really recommend it 100%

No respect for client’s time and money. You’re obliged to give a minimum of 4 hours notice to cancel an appointment otherwise there are penalties but they do not do the same. My appointment was confirmed the night before only to find out when I arrived at the facility, they had cancelled it (!!!) Lucy who’s responsible for the appointments said she sent me a text message cancelling 1 hour before my appointment – that I didn’t have the time to see obviously- because my package had ended and I needed to pay. Obviously, I need to pay. Why she didn’t require a payment or a deposit when confirmed my appointment in the first place? Why confirm a client only to cancel them within an hour of the appointment?? Price of the packages are good but they do not respect their clients. The only star in this review is for the masseuse Yiter at the Miami Lakes location, who’s a great one.

I can not be any happier with my results. My therapist was Marlene . She is very friendly and kind. She knows her work very well not enough she works wonders .I have done a combination of cellulite treatment with lymph drainage and also butt vacuum therapy.My results only after one time it’s incredible. I can’t wait to come back in a couple of days and redo it again. The more sessions to do the longer it lasts and the better it is. I’m absolutely satisfied and can only recommend Marlene to everybody out thereI’m very thankful :)

I have a huge problem with this place. Ill explain what I mean. I found them through Google after a procedure that had formed a lot of fibrosis. From the day I walked in and met Luna, she put me completely at ease. I was worried about the amount of fibrosis & the incredible swelling. Not only did she answer all my questions. But as a medical massage therapist, I guarantee you THERE IS NO ONE BETTER. That says a lot seeing how Ive seen so many massage therapists across different countries in the last 20 yrs. She is kind, sensitive to the patient, an amazing human being, Very very knowledgeable, her expertise is unparalleled. But the biggest thing is that she really enjoys what she does and she really cares for the patient. You cant teach someone how to do that. They either have it or they dont and thats what separates her from anyone Ive ever seen. Honestly shes literally like a God sent angel. 🙏🏼🤗Then theres Justine who is like the invisible person. You speak to her, text her, but never see her. 😂 She handles the scheduling for all the locations and is also just a beautiful soul with a great heart. She does her best to accommodate everyone and works so incredibly hard. Shes even replied to me on weekends.🤗Ive also met the lady who is the owner and she is the sweetest person too. So welcoming, so pleasant and always with a big smile on her face.Lastly the facility is absolutely top notch. They have all the devices and tech that are needed for post surgery/lipo/BBL/plastic surgery massages. Their prices are very affordable compared to other medical massage places. One of the biggest things is that this is all they do. So you know youre getting people who are certified with drainage & lymphatic massages. They really know what they are doing.💯So you might ask me why I have a huge problem with this place? Heres why. They raise the bar so freaking high for customer service, for excellence, for making you really feel at home, for helping you through the pain, for treating you in a way so as to optimize your recovery the fastest.After all this... I CANT BE HAPPY WITH ANY OTHER PLACE. GOING TO ANY OTHER MASSAGE PLACE (Medical or relaxing) WILL JUST NOT FEEL AS GOOD AS THIS PLACE. And thats the only problem that I have with them. 😛 Theyre just so freaking good they make everyone else look bad.THEY ARE THE BEST IN SOUTH FLORIDA.🔥Go here, dont even bother looking elsewhere. Great communication from when I first inquired about their services. Scheduling an apt was very easy and convenient. Whoever the person on the other end scheduling i believe her name is Lucy is a sweetheart. Upon going to the actual massage they were genuinely kind and attentive. I went there to try them out after my liposuction for lymphatic massages and ended up buying the 10 package. Highly recommend.

I wanted to love this place. The massage & cavitation by Monica were great. The problem here is scheduling. I wanted to buy a package of massages w/cavitation but trying to schedule is so difficult, they never have enough available appointments especially for ppl who work. They seem to fill up fast and way in advance. Hilda at the front desk told me I should have booked them in advance the first time I came (not to mention she has an attitude). Well when I finished my first massage she was gone for the day. On my second visit I tried to schedule in advance and it was way too complicated. Not to mention they have a strict cancellation policy. You have to place a deposit to book. They have two locations but once you start at one you can’t switch. This should be a place to come and relax, make it simpler and stress free for your clients.

I am a patient who traveled from Georgia to Miami to have surgery, prior to arriving I set up to have lymphatic massages done. Ms. Lucy was so helpful from start to finish and my therapist was the Absolute best. Their prices are reasonable and the service exceeded my expectations and Im hard to please. When Im back for follow up I will definitely be using them again. THEY ARE TOP NOTCH.

I had a mommy makeover on 3/5/18 and have been coming religiously almost every other day since 4days post op. The office is clean, cozy, and never busy. The hours are also convenient. Scheduling my appts with Lucy is easy. She is great, always fits me in at whatever time I request. I have had the pleasure of getting massages from Monica, Yiter, and Mari. They are all very professional and sweet. I do not have a favorite they are all excellent. I highly recommend this place. They are top notch. I also recommend buying the massages in packages as its a lot more economical. Trust me you have invested so much money in having surgery. Invest in your recovery and come to Sapphire you will not be disappointed!!

Life after Liposuction is difficult but Sapphire After Lipo Therapy makes recovery a breeze. I have been to many massage centers and I find this one to be my favorite. The owner is a doll and professional. Ive made appointments and I never had to wait. They always start on time.Lymphatic massage is VERY beneficial and is a MUST after liposuction. Marleidis, my favorite therapist is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Her amazing hands & technique were able to significantly reduce swelling, pain and stiffness in my body.I come weekly for my lymphatic massage and always enjoy the friendly, courteous customer service that is above and beyond.The staff here are knowledgeable, friendly and professional which is instrumental to a relaxing massage experience. I recommend this center to all my plastic surgeon clients when Im in the office.

This place is a hidden gem, the communication with Ms Lucy who handles all appointments is extremely fast and efficient. They text as a firm of communication which I think it’s very modern I enjoy texting and dm better then phone calls just me . The receptionist was very nice the lounge are smelled good it was cute looked clean . Cleanliness is very important in this type of field . Monica was my therapist she was very pleasant explained everything she also showed me how ultrasound works. She applied the perfect pressure to all my needed areas I felt so great during the actual massage I didn’t want it to end . I also like that they offer packages to make your massages more affordable. I’m so impressed and in love with this place thank god I found you !!!!! Highly recomend

I came in 2wks post op with a serious case of retaining fluids all over my body. When I tell you I have been in pain for the past 2weeks and no one has been able to help me until I booked an appointment with sapphire. So attentive to detail. Great hospitality. In just one treatment , they were able to succeed at what was a challenge to others. I am grateful to have come across their company. Due to their professionalism, I was finally able to walk without pain. Highly recommending to friends and family.

I’m very pleased with the experience here. My therapist Christina is very knowledgeable on the type of procedure I had. She was able to answer my concerns regarding the healing process. She has practiced the ultimate care with me and Im very satisfied. I truly love her kind care and spirit. I would definitely recommend her. But not only that Nastaha provided reminders to ensure my prompt arrival. ( certainly have a busy schedule and that helps)

I did enjoy my 5 massages in fort Lauderdale a month ago, so I said let me do another massage with them while while I am in the area again to keep my massages going. I do not appreciate being looking like a fool. If I booked with you days ago and your price on Sunday is different you need to mention it. Dont be advertising that you are open on Sunday like it is business as usual and when I come you are telling me Sunday is extra. This should have been mention on my day of booking. I am a very professional person I drove 25 miles because I thought service was great. But after today Ill definitely get my services elsewhere. Deuces.

I went to the Miami Lakes location. My massage lady was Marleydis. She is a sweet heart. Super nice and has hands of an angel. After each and ever massage I felt better !!!! After lipo I’ve had some bumps on my belly and I’m happy to say they are GONE! Sometimes I got to my massage appointments earlier then scheduled and if she didn’t have anyone she will take me in sooner without hesitating!!! She’s the BEST! 💕

I just completed my 10 post op lymphatic massages with my therapist Yiter who is the reason why I’m leaving this review. She is amazing and basically did a great job in making me feel very comfortable and very professional. I am very happy with everything so thank you Yiter I loved your work. To the appointment coordinator Lucy thank you as well for making my appointments easy by being able through send a simple text. I know someone had complained about texting appointments. But this is 2018 and don’t know where she lives but all my appointments here in Miami like dr, hair, nails, my kids Pediatrician etc. Are all via text. So With that being said thank you to the staff in the Miami lakes office in which I highly recommend. :)

I went for lymphatic massage today at the Broward location, I must say I was very impressed. The staff there was very pleasant. The place was nice and clean. My therapist was AWESOME. She explained step by step what she was doing. She was very professional and carrying.

I had a bbl done on last Friday and had a post op massage at the place I had my bbl done on Saturday. It was so painful, I literally had anxiety going back. Bought a 3 pack massage at the clinic and they couldn’t schedule me until Tuesday even though the doctor recommend a lympathic/drainage massage every day for the first week.Thank God for Sapphire therapy, not only could they service me right away, they are super gentle and make sure to get your swelling down without being so rough. They take their time with you and make sure you are ok as you go through the process. I booked another massage until I leave Thursday afternoon. I highly recommend them for any type of post surgery massages! They are amazing!!

Came here when I was 4 weeks post op and now I am 6 weeks post op of my bbl surgery. I decided to do 3 sessions of the lymphatic drainage massage. The massage its self is wonderful. I would have given 5 stars but every time I come on time I still have to wait over 10 minutes for my massage. Love the work they do but someone needs to work on time management skills.

I’m attending to the location located at Miami lakes. My therphist is MONICA. Wow she is the best. So sweet, so gentle. I had a liposuction done two weeks ago with breast implant and she made me feel comfortable. She got pillows and put it in my back so I could feel comfortable.Last year I had a tummy tuck done, which the surgeon left what they call “dog ear” which is one side if my stomach wider than the other one. This time I had lipo to remove that extra fat but still wasn’t enough. Monica told me to put my faja on with a folded pillow case in that area which I did and now that puffy side is completely flat. I’m so happy! Best service ever. (Btw I got 10 sessions of massage )

I had massages from 3 ppl here LUNA is the Only 1 iwill recommend she was great , by time she came from vacation I got her 1 time she’s so nice and know how to set the mood … iGive her 5 stars , the other 2 were horrible not very knowledgeable with post op drainage my 2nd day out of surgery the lady did not open my holes to properly drain them causing my healing to be longer and whatever u do , Do Not Go to BECKYS I’ll give her 3 negative stars … if it was not for Luna iWould have Disputed my Card Transaction and got my Funds back because No ma’am …

First time visiting this site and. The truth is I was very happy, they treated me very well, all the girls were very kind and the one who gave me the massage. Marleidis really has very good hands and gives the massages very well. Thanks to that girl I felt better since I arrived with pain in my back and came out better.

Very happy with the service and results.
