No English which I speak Spanish but that make no difference if the lady don’t know what she selling. And that’s if you get to find parking in there very dirty area with trash and diaper every where.

No, it was good today when I went to buy, very focused on getting out of products without demand and in the end that makes a negative experience for me as a customer, thats why I think the most fair thing is to leave this comment. I asked about a product that was out of the box, they recommended another one. I asked if they had a sample so as not to open the box. They didnt have a sample of the one they recommended. After they opened the box, the product without me touching it or using it, I told them that I didnt like it. If I could take the other one that I liked more and then they told me no, I proposed that I accept the sample one if it was ultimately the same price and it didnt bother me that it was out of the sample box. They could leave the sample that opened first. The focus was to sell the product that has the least demand. What did he reflect here? They are not interested in the customer having a positive experience, they are only interested in getting rid of the products that they know are not sold, I do not recommend them last time I visit this store, I will not go again. This is the final result of the bad decision of not caring that clients have a positive experience, I did not ask for a gift or something out of the ordinary, I did not see a logical reason to refuse. Very evident that the product that I had to take by force was one of the products that are not sold. Anyway, I wish you luck with your sales strategy.
