I love this smoke shop! The attention is amazing as well as the customer service! They know exactly what you would want or need. Barbie is very helpful and patient with you when it comes to finding the fight product for you. They have a wide variety of products that are great! Love it highly recommended.

Leo got the prices right, Aaliyah was very helpful finding good quality tabaco wraps and Barbie was aggressively positive energy. Will return in the future…

This is by far one of the best shops in Miami. Their prices are way more competitive than other shops and they treat you like a VIP everytime. Their inventory is on point. They have what you want and if not they will get it. They have a lot of great qualities but my all time favorite plus about them is their operating hours. They open first and close last. That says a lot.

I’ve been going to Smoke N Toke for years and they never fail to hook you up with whatever you need. They’re fully supplied and if they’re out they’ll let you know exactly when to come back for your goods. Definitely recommend 10/10

Every time I buy a fume vape here it starts staying on after a little. I won’t even touch it and the light turns on, it starts making crackling noises, gets super hot then the light starts flashing and it starts turning on and off. I think they’re selling fake fumes, its happened literally every time I buy one here and I rarely have problems with the fume vapes at the gas station across the street from my house where I’ve bought 10x more fume vapes. When I do have problems with the gas stations vapes they don’t turn on randomly hours later they will stay on a little long fresh out the package but turn off if you don’t hit it. Smoke and tokes fume vapes don’t turn off it’s a fire hazard.

There are a few guys that work there that are really cool and hella funny. But when you call on the phone for info the 2 people that I spoke with are less than helpful and aren’t willing to take the time to help you find what you need. You just have to get lucky with the right person. In store though 98% of the time the service is top notch.

Again and again I am impressed with the management at Smoke and Toke. The employees are friendly and try their best to stay polite even when a customer is acting extremely rude with them. I witness this first hand the other day and drove away thinking “I’m impressed with the employees ability to keep his cool and the manner in which he handled the rude customer” 🙏🙏

These have been my people since i can remember, i haven’t been to any other smoke shop and they have 3 locations different names same owner always a pleasure coming by n getting treated like familyy

In 6/21/22 around 11:40 The guy working that day change the prices of the items Everytime I added something magically for 2 lighters and a fume vape was $55 🤣🤣 even put himself a tip $62 after I left when I ask for my Receipt he was like I send it to your # number he didn’t even ask for my info when I ask him to give me a paper one I have been going almost over 6 years and does new guys now are making a joke of businesses.

One of the first smoke shops in this area, great parking. They offer personalized service when you there and very good prices. In the time I was looking for a product they didn’t have it but they wrote down my name and the product, a week after what I was looking for was there. Amazing!

This used to be my favorite smoke shop until their popularity got into their heads. Their prices were raised by a lot . They literally will hang up the phone on you when you call.Sad bc I was a frequent customer but luckily I found a better smoke shop now.

Had my first hookah here when i turned 18, good experience. Also bought some of my first water pipes and pipes here before they moved the main sales section to the other side of the parking lot. Great employees and overall had a great time with Smoke N Toke

This establishment is not a fan of customers of color and that’s so disheartening. Never in my life have I been so ignored trying to make a purchase and not greated with a smile but witness everyone outside of my color was told “Welcome” while entering.

The hours listed on Google Maps only apply to the smoke shop, not the hookah lounge. It would be awesome if that distinguishing factor were listed online because it sucks to drive up from Doral only to find that the lounge doesnt open for 2 more hours.

The skinny guy who works there I dont know his name but he was skinny about 57 told me he knowed how to work atomizer, burnt my coil and didnt know anything that a beginner would have known like me at the time, this is the shop across the street that works with the hookah place, horrible customer service from that guy, they sell expired juice that tasted horrible until I found out, over priced, had a poor beautiful cat in a glass show case with frogs, yes live baby frogs, the hookah place was good, but, all around the worse shop close to me, thats all

Enjoyed myself until they made us wait forever for service and then tried to charge us for another session, just for new coals. The session is per hour, but we asked for service well before the hour was up. Not sure when Ill be back.
