First time at this spa and oh my goodness I am absolutely speechless! I have had massages done but this one tops it! I had Noel massage me and wow! Please book with her if you really want to experience a good massage! Starting off, the receptionist was already so sweet and amazing! It was a last minute booking and said she is going to try to get me in and she made it happen! The place is super clean and luxurious! I am super pleased thank you Emena Spa!

This was the most warm and wonderful spa day. I sent my husband in for some well deserved TLC and the staff was amazing, kind, and welcoming. Daniel was the therapist on staff and he was terrific. He knew exactly where the pain was coming from and got all the pain spots worked out. 10/10 we will be back!!

Had a girls day and it was a wonderful experience. Location is on the beautiful beach and the views are out of this world. This included a beautiful robe and spa slippers along with use of very clean showers and a coal heated sauna. 50 min deep tissue massage with Daniel was euphoric! If youre looking for someone who understands how to relieve tension and knows pressure points and lymphatic drainage then hes your man. Already scheduled my next massage. Thank you for an excellent experience.

I came to this spa with a travelzoo voucher for an 80min facial and the service was very well done. The spa it’s self is very basic. No real complaints but I would say it’s on the more basic end of spa amenities. There was a sauna but the pool access was on a different floor and the pool does not have a bar or ability to order food. I would come here again but unlikely unless I had a deal.There were great views from the ladies locker room. otherwise it was totally enclosed.

Wow what better way to spend my last night in Miami! Romana & Michelle are the absolute best! Both were not only professional but exuded such a warm presence and beyond welcoming! My experience was even better than I had hope for. Not only was the spa top quality and immaculate it was completely relaxing, exactly what I was looking for! My husband and I had a wonderful time at the spa. The masseuse was amazing, perfect firmness, found the right spots and I really appreciated the stretching and joint rotation as well as that is not as common. The amenities were great!

Michelle was amazing, I get plenty of massages and I can saw Michelle is in my top 3 of all time. I let her know that I was having shoulder pain from work stress and she worked her magic. I feel like I am floating on a cloud. The staff helped secure a last minute massage slot to surprise my mom for her birthday! Trust me... you need to come here.

Emena is a lovely haven from start to finish. Nestled on the 9th floor, the facility offers a beautiful view of the beach that truly sets the scene for a wonderful experience. I recently treated my mom for her birthday here, and we were treated to the exceptional care of Ms. Michelle and Ms. Angelina, who delivered a truly amazing hot stone aromatherapy massage. The experience left us feeling beyond relaxed and utterly pampered. We are already looking forward to our next visit to this lovely retreat.

My friend and I each had Swedish massages scheduled and were immediately greeted warmly upon arrival by Tracy who checked us in with robes and a sauna before our treatment. Michelle and Jelena brought us into separate rooms for our massages and the overall experience was so nourishing and relaxing. We really appreciated the way they both asked about our preferences and the environment was so serene with music and the pace of the massage. In the end, we left feeling newly enlivened, integrated and super zen. Highly recommend!!

Husband and I went for facials since we’re getting married this weekend and I was very disappointed. We booked the organic facial which includes “mild extraction”. My husband did not get any extraction treatment done, which was the reason I booked there. The “extraction” I received was an absolute joke. She barely squeezed anything for a total time of maybe a minute. I don’t think any of my pores were extracted. We both got 2 different versions of the organic facial. I wish I could put 0 stars. Now it’s too late to get another facial before our wedding.

I booked a sound healing and added the salt therapy as listed on website under sound healing section. The sound in the sound healing booth went off and didn’t work. It plays off an iPhone thru speakers in the booth. I sat and listened to salt machine instead. I stepped out of the booth to get my phone to record that there was no sound so they knew it really didn’t work. I was told after the Wi-Fi causes this. They did not charge me for this. I think the salt mist came out but it was extremely light if so and I actually stood up twice to look at it to see if it was working and filled with salt or had run out. My usual salt therapy I do you can taste the salt mist in the air. I felt like I sat in a booth for 20 minutes for nothing. I love experiencing luxury spas and it’s a part of my monthly self care. The website listed the salt therapy at $50 on the bottom of sound healing section which is where I saw it. I was charged $75 (less a 20% discount that was kindly offered). It should have been $50 with a 20% discount. After a polite disagreement they offered my money back which I refused then ultimately accepted the refund. I wanted to start with a small service to see if I wanted to schedule additional massage and facial. I’m glad I started small. There are no amenities offered with the services. The locker room with sauna is an extra $50 for an hour I was told. The experience was very disappointing, not relaxing, and lack luster. Not what I’m used to for a luxury spa.

AMAZING! 5 stars mostly because my therapist Michelle was outstanding. She listened and was very aware of what my body needed. Friendly helpful staff. Lovely quiet rooms. Very pleasant experience from the moment I arrived.

I had a massage on 3-30-23We were greeted by a friendly hostess. The facility is very clean and relaxing.Michelle was my therapist and was ultra skilled and professional. It was one of the best I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back when I’m in town again.

This was a great way to relax during our vacation stay at the Hyde resort (we LOVED Hyde). Booking the appointments was easy; we even received a call the next day to confirm exactly what we wanted. The spa is located in the Hyde resort and was very easy to access. Very clean and professional; they also have a sauna, hot shower, etc. Everyone who worked there was wonderful and easy to work with (very accommodating). The massages were wonderful; we will definitely visit again when/if we make it back to Hollywood.

For the past two years I have come here and never had a bad experience. The customer service is always outstanding. The staff is personable and makes you feel at home. Massages and body scrubs by Malena leave your muscles relaxed and skin glowing. Facials by Elly make you look ten years younger. I love this place, and tell all my friends about it. I will continue to be a repeat customer.

I called so so many spas looking for the right place for a special gift for my mother following my fathers passing. From the moment I was on the phone with Nicole I knew I had found the perfect place. Technicians were amazing. Both of us enjoyed every aspect of this experience. We typically go to a luxury spa in North Carolina but the weather was going to be bad so we flew to Florida. This maybe our new tradition. I cant say enough positive about our survives.

I had the pleasure of visiting Emena Spa yesterday. Elly and Nicole assisted me and made the experience so relaxing and special. I received a 80 minute facial, and was so incredibly happy with the results. The spa and changing room is very clean, and has everything you need to ensure you have a relaxing spa day. I have zero complaints, visiting the spa is a must if you’re in the area! 10/10 recommend.

She helped me through every step of the way both days I was there with each service. My masseuse put me in the most pristine state of mind I have been in in YEARS! My esthetician gave me clear advice with every product she put on my skin & listened to my concerns so well. I tried red light therapy for the first time & just after 20 minutes, my mind, body, & soul feel on top of the world. Thank you so much Eména Spa for the best experience of my life, I will be coming back every time I am in Florida!! 🤍🤍

Honestly I don’t even know where to begin. I booked this super random spa day as a self care day for myself and now I’m going to come regularly and I’m bringing everyone along. Nicole was great as soon as you walked in making sure I was taken care of to the tea. My esthetician Elly was nothing short of impeccable. Great job ladies. From the start to the finish and thank you guys for rejuvenating my face!

Best relaxing massage and face cleaning I have received so far! 100% recommended. I did with nicole, she is amazing, super professional and the products she used are incredible and gentle. My face is super sensitive and every time I do a facial cleanse all the products burn but this time it didn’t happen. I really recommend this place and her!

A wonderfully relaxing experience! I received a 50 min organic facial with Elly and the products are heavenly. Elly is absolutely phenomenal, you can tell she puts in the effort to make every guest feel well taken care of and provides an atmosphere to relax and feel safe in. What a great experience we had! My wife and I got facials, and let me tell you, Elly was amazing!She has the angels touch. So nice and professional. I would give 10 stars if I could, super relaxing! Will go back with Elly again for sure!

I really wanted to enjoy the full experience here but for the prices, I expected much better. Lounge area while waiting for our massages was a hallway with chairs, people walked by and you could hear lots of noise. No champagne, just tea from the employee lounge area, or water from a very dirty water dispenser. Not very relaxing. There were no amenities in the locker room. Just a dirty blow dryer and a dirty hair brush full of someone else’s hair. Pretty sure the soap in the shower was liquid dial soap, not spa soap as advertised on the bottle. The showers were gross and covered in old hair, muck, and mildew. The shower I used didn’t drain well and all the dirty water collected and drained out onto the locker room floor. Three stars because we had great massages and facials, but the facilities need a significant amount of attention to be up to par with their prices.

This is by far the most beautiful spa location in all of Hollywood beach!! I booked an appointment for my mother in law to celebrate her birthday and she absolutely loved her spa day. She did a 12 Layers of Bliss Facial by Carmen and an 80 minute Okeanos Massage by Jessica and relaxed after her massage in the private ocean front balcony. All the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The location is gorgeous, clean, and filled with good energies. Will definitely come again.

The atmosphere is amazing. Beautiful spa ocean front view. I always have the best service when I come to get massage, nails or my hair done. The receptionist is the most helpful person she always knows how accommodate my appointment at last minute. All the personal is very professional and they know how pamper you. You will always feel special when you come, I recommend 100%. 🙌🏼

Great Ambience. Used to like it for massages till I came to know their sheets washing abilities. They don’t seem to clean sheets properly between massages. Oil was getting old on sheets that they went rancid. I point this out to the specialist and she defended it instead of bringing fresh/clean sheets.

We had a beautiful couples massage. The therapists are very Kind and knowledgeable! The atmosphere is tranquil and everyone was attentive to our needs. A definite wise choice for a beautiful time ofrelaxation and rejuvenation!

I accidentally booked a facial for the wrong day, but Nicole was so wonderful and helpful in getting me sorted out and cancelling it and then helping me select the right kind of massage for me instead. Michelle did a marvelous job of targeting my most stubborn muscles and told me a little bit about each thing she did to help the muscles in that area. I got the 50 minute emena massage with hot stones, and I felt much better/looser by the end. Also, it was helpful that gratuity was added at purchase, so I didn’t have to calculate it! Wonderful addition to vacation.

I didn’t get a massage I just got rubbed the whole time with oil. I told the masseuse I wanted to focus on my back and all she did was rub my back the whole time. I walked out feeling the same as when I walked in. My husband and I paid for a hot oil and stone massage and he never even felt the stones. His masseuse said she only used the stones on his feet? This was the worst and shortest massage we have ever got. When I told the host we didn’t enjoy our massage she didn’t have anything to say nor did she care. The massage was horrible and a waste of money.

I booked a 80 min couples massage for my 2 year wedding anniversary and honestly 5 stars can’t even equal a fraction of quality of the service we received. From the impeccable customer service to the super relaxing ambiance of the spa itself, I really couldn’t have expected one extra detail. I really want to send out a special THANK YOU to Joseph,Christina, and Catherine for really making my anniversary that much better!! Will definitely be returning and referring all of my friends and family!

Had the 80 minute couple’s massage with my hubby for our wedding anniversary- what a treat! My masseuse Catherine has magical hands! We upgraded to the aroma and hot stone package and so happy we did! All the knots are out, feeling super relaxed and topped it off with some hot tea and delicious snacks while overlooking the ocean. Highly recommended!

Be careful of the receptionist THIEF* (short/African) at the end of your service.She automatically charges a very high gratuity without asking or telling you, gives you the total amount with marked up prices and high gratuity. I’m not a tourist, so I confronted her, she couldn’t even look at my face, she corrected prices and removed the ridiculously HIGH gratuity (tip).I feel bad for tourist that just swipe cards not knowing they are being robbed. I always tip the person directly in cash that carried services.Nothing special also for the price, under staffed, appointments mean an over booked appointment with one hair stylist going from side to side with other people, dragging your appointment for hours. Laughable.

Came here for my anniversary. My husband and I had a massage and facial and both services deserve 5 stars. They were very accommodating as we booked last minute and the experience was amazing from The greeting from at front desk to champagne On the oceanfront balcony, to the services themselves. Melony did a great job the price is worth it’s value. Great spot to visit while on vacation. They have a shower and sauna you can use after your massage. I got a full body deep massage and everything went great and the knots are out of my back.

This was the best experience I have had at a spa. It was my first time here staying at the Hyde and coming to the Spa. Joe and Christina provided an unparalleled experience with their hospitality and state of the art location. They were able to fit us in last minute with a great massage and manicure services. We will definitely be back!

My girlfriends and I decided to go to the spa due to the weather. Best decision ever. My masseuse was Christina and she was incredible! I’ve never had such a great, deep and thorough massage. I work, mother of two elementary aged girls, juggle being our home chef, secretary and the list goes on, my husband and I’ve got custody of my mother. Needless to say my stress gets packed on daily. Christina has an innate ability to get stubborn knots out. I apparently was covered in them from head to toe. She has a medical background as well. The spa staff at check in and check out were extremely helpful and always had a smile. I will definitely go back for another massage in the future.

I visited the Emena spa for a manicure and pedicure and Thamara assisted me. The spa was very clean and the customer service was outstanding. I came back a few days later and had the Emena massage. I spent a few minutes in the sauna before the massage. I can truly say the what I was worried about when I arrived was not on my mind when I left. My therapist, Cristina, was truly amazing. The aromas were refreshing and music was soothing. After the massage I continued to relax on the balcony with an awesome view of the ocean. I was in Florida, visiting for the holiday but would definitely visit again. The host at the front desk, Gigi, went over and beyond. She not only made me comfortable but provided suggestions on what beach to visit and other places to check out. She did not steer me wrong. If I could give more than five stars I would . Its a wonderful place to check out. Thanks again for the excellent service.

Top notch service from beginning to end! I had the 50 minute deep tissue massage and I was concerned that it was going to be too short, but it was not! My husband gave a me a gift certificate from thsi Spa and I was very excited to try it. First, parking in the hotel is 50$! No one warned me about it so I needed to park my car in the nearest public parking lot I found. Then you need yo go through security at the Hotel before being able to go to the spa. The service was ok, nothing special for 250$, it was supposed to be an hour service and lasted like 45 min. On top of everything, they automatically charge 20% for gratuity!!!!! Unbelievable! There are many other places in Miami that offer similar services with more quality, and are more welcoming as well.I won’t go again and I definitely don’t recommend this place.

Great massage but the spa itself is lacking the relaxing atmosphere. The treatment waiting area just seemed like an afterthought, being that its tucked away in a back hallway. I could hear the road noise and people talking loudly in the hall during my treatment. The bathroom/locker room could have been cleaner.

I visit North Miami frequently for business conferences and I always make it a point to book Emena Spa as my last stop before heading home to release the tension of sitting in seminars and boardrooms for 8 hours per day. Nothing releases the tension built up more than the 80 minute deep tissue massage while taking in the gorgeous ambiance of the beachfront view. The staff is always happy and welcoming, and nothing beats my post- massage routine of having a cool refreshing cocktail on their private beachfront balcony. I am a client for life.

Best facial I’ve ever had hands down. Michelle was absolutely amazing and I had the detox facial. I feel so relaxed and my skin is glowing . Worth every penny

I was very disappointed with this spa. The massage therapist was excellent and the place itself was aesthetically appealing and well maintained. However, they are deceptive in their promotion tactics. They had a sign that clearly stated that the Swedish massage was on sale for the summer. I called to book the special and made sure to mention the specific massage on sale. When it was time to pay, they automatically charged me the regular price and informed me “that was what was booked.” This was blatantly incorrect since I had made it clear on the call that I was interested in the promotion. It’s a shame because it was a very pleasant massage experience but the unscrupulous billing practices are no way to attract new customers...I will not be returning.

Both my husband and I had a fantastic experience with Jessica and Svetlana for a couples massage. We requested very deep massages and they both did not dissapoint. In fact these were the best massages we’ve ever experienced and we’ve been to several spas in the area including the Fontainebleau. This spa is more boutique and personable, highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing experience.

Terrible customer service. Was quoted one price then got charged another.. The quality of the hair was terrible, there was never the consultation to recommend the proper service. The hair then fell out in the same night and there was no money back or responsibility for the rip off service. Do not recommend to anyone. On top the owner was rude and showed zero humility.

I came to do my hair for my BIRTHDAY and payed $130 for a wash and dry and they did so horrible like i wasn’t expecting them to not know how to do extension hair styling. It took over 2 hours and i even had to tell the woman to fix my hair like twice she was leaving it so ugly and I’m never coming back here again. I even specified it was a special event . Worse prices worse workers didn’t even give me a discount for my troubles and wasted time. Never again. Would not recommend.

These beautiful ladies were so wonderful to me today! I had an amazing experience from the moment I walked in the door.. the environment was clean and sanitary, well organized and beautifully decorated. The women who worked there were friendly, welcoming and super nice.. I definitely recommend!!!

Took my girlfriend to do her hair here, thinking that it was 5 star place. The hairstylist was very inexperienced and didn’t leave her hair how she asked. Very disappointed with them. They did my nails amazing though, but her hair was so bad..... and overpriced!!

I just want to say that my experience in contacting the Spa to book my appointment, and my time actually spent at the spa, was absolutely one of the most enjoyable days of pampering I’ve ever experienced. I will definitely be back!!
