I have been coming here for 6 years. The service at the front desk girl she is kindly .very clean and comfortable SPA in Miramer the best experience. Milke is the best choice. She always has a sweet smile and good service attitude. She is a well-trained worker. , I like this style of decoration very much. The quiet environment of the spa makes me relax! Highly recommended to everyone if you are also liked clean of warm welcomed ! This is the best place for you!price is reasonable and trustworthy!

I’ve been coming to this place for way over a year now. I have been trying out different practitioners, but ultimately stuck with Iisa for a good 8 months now (coming here every 2 weeks). I usually get the 60mins deep tissue massage and it’s amazing! At the beginning of the massage, Lisa always asks if I have certain areas I want her to focus on and to let me know if I’m uncomfortable. My massage is slightly different every time but always she the perfect spot. She really feels what my body needs that day!Definitely recommend!

I have back pain, I did a 90 minute therapeutic massage! It’s one of the greatest places I’ve ever been and the pain subsided. Very clean and quiet. she gave me excellent service. It’s highly recommend it.

We made an appointment last week for 11a for 3 people. We received confirmation, only to show up and be told that they cant accommodate 3 people at 10:57a. There was no apology or care about the lack of customer service. Very disappointing. Wouldnt recommend this place at all.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! - Booked a facial online for a bday gift for my bf. He went there and they had no clue of him having an appointment. (this is after I got 2 confirmation emails and 2 text messages). They started 25 minutes late and cut the facial in half. I booked a GENTLEMANS facial and they said, he has a beard so we cant do anything else... WHAT????? - they also didnt give him the head and shoulder massage that comes with it. She just decided to give him an express facial, WHICH IS NOT WHAT I BOOKED! she tried to give me 30 excuses because of his beard smh! NEVER AGAIN. Save yourself the headache and money and go somewhere else. She wasnt apologetic about anything.

I called on a Saturday and was surprised I was able to get a massage the next day on a Sunday. The location is very clean. Everyone was really nice. I had an athletic massage and her hands were so strong. I needed it. I will definitely re-visit

I took the special package of $100 for massage and facial. The massage was for 30 minutes. Nicky did well. She focused on my upper back as it was the most stressed out area. I prefer a hard massage so she was good. If you want a lighter massage you have to let them know. The facial was not worth the price. There was no facial massage. Just some cleanser and a mask. They also charge additional for using Amex card. This was my first time. The place is clean and the staff are friendly.

This place is the simply the best. First off, Kim ,the receptionist is very polite and kind over the phone and in person. Then, Linda the masseuse is a gem for this place. She is simply the best!!!!! She knows where to put the right pressure. She is also very kind and listens to your special request on where to focus as needed. She knows her stuff, super experience and does not waste any time. The place is super clean and welcoming. This is a five star.I would say their service is worth every dollar you pay for and more. I am so glad I found this place. Definitely,, I will be going back!!!

Wow! Helen is the balm. She walked on my back, twisted my body into a great stretch and massaged my entire body to relaxation. If you want only a massage, this is the place. If you want to get into a bath rob and shower etc, this is not the place. But to go in quickly and out, bingo!

Im giving this place a 2 star because my experience was just ok, but it didnt meet my expectation. I paid for a one hour massage, but I didnt get a full body massage. My issue was with my neck and shoulders. They did ok working in those areas, but they mostly use bed sheets to rub and massage those areas. It didnt feel good. I had to ask them to stop using the sheets and I had to ask the therapist to use the massage oil as well. The second thing they didnt do, I didnt get a full body massage. I asked the therapist if she was going to continue and she mention that she was finished. I got dress and I mention to the manager my displeasure with the service. The service is average at best and the staff is just average. My overall comfort level while being there was just average. If I was going to recommend this place, I would say dont have any high expectations. Im not sure if I will return for another visit.

My husband and I did a 60 min couples massage here. It was our first time coming to this spa. The masseuse did an amazing job. Very relaxing and professional! We will definitely come back again.

Very professional staff, they know how provide a therapeutic massage to reduce pain and muscle strains. Helen gives the best deep tissue massage. helped improve my back pain and flexibility. They provide a variety of treatments including deep tissue, hot stones and cupping. Great place. Clean. Friendly staff.

This was my third visit. I think the service is good. It is not great but good. My only observation is that I booked a 90 mins massage and I got 70 mins. I thought the hallway outside of the rooms were too noisy during the session. I would recommend but there is definitely room for improvement.

The worst experience ever ! . They were so unorganized. I booked couple massages with facials when we arrived they told us we could only do messages. After 10 minutes of waiting tells us only one person can get a massage ! I never like to put negative reviews but please if your considering booking here save your money.

Very strange place… type of place that seems like there are all sorts of “happy endings” occurring. Reviews were great so I went and instantly regretted it… also the man who did my massage was extremely weird.

Love the express massage and facial combination. Therapists here are very strong and thorough and the facial provides instant results. I’m always able to call and get a last minute appointment. So glad to have them in my neighborhood! Nothing fancy - just wonderfully effective.

LINDA IS AMAZING!!! I came in with horrible knots on my back and so much neck pain but I can truly say that she healed my whole body including my problem area once I was out of there. Great services, without breaking the bank! Ive been going to this place for years. Great massages, great facials, great customer service. The place is always clean and I always leave renewed. I have recommended this place to my friends and family and they all have had a great experience.

My experience was absolutely horrible. I asked if they accept walk ins and they took me; cool. They allowed me to wait inside instead of outside; cool. I requested a full body massage. The guy asked me to take my clothes off and proceeded to give me a massage with a towel over my body the entire time. Never got a full body, never got any oil, never got the hot stones. I finally got a face massage in which I fell asleep. I was about 30 minutes into my massage. I guess the guy left me sleeping for another 30 minutes. When I finally woke up I waited for 10 minutes to see if he would return and he never returned to the room. I put my clothes on and left the room to find everyone gone and he was on a massage bed sleeping with a worker across from him. He Stated THAT HE DIDNT WANT TO WAKE ME!!!! They tried to make me pay full price but instead of 55 dollars I paid 35. Worst experience in my life. It was not a massage it was a feel on my ass (excuse my language) session.

This is my second time coming here and I feel very elated with with the treatment I have received. This is my second facial and my face is looking better and healthier! I recommend this spa to anyone!

I’ve been coming here for years, it’s great to get away, unwind, and be treated to a wonderful massage, they really cater to your needs, I am a Licensed Massage Therapist so I’m really picky about whose hands are working on me, especially when I requested deep tissue. 💙🙌🏽🙏🏽They have great therapists.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Extremely unprofessional environment. I booked an appointment for a day for my wife and I to get a couple massage. I show up on time for my appointment and the associate told me, I tried calling you to confirm your appointment and because you didnt answer we took the walk in and cant take you. My appointment was at 1pm, the lady called me at 12:40 while Im getting ready. Smh worst experience a company. Made me go to a different place. Ill never step foot in a eden spa.

Very rude attendant on the phone who would not let me book my Groupon massage.They recently added a time limitation policy of only weekdays 10am-1pm (while everyone is at work because they don’t want people to actually use the Groupon), but I purchased this voucher BEFORE they had changed their policy. I am holding the Groupon in front of me and there is NOTHING about time limitations.

My wife treated me to an hour message on my birthday, and it was fantastic!! The staff are very professional and listened to me. Best message Ive had in a long time, and I highly recommend anyone looking for the best messages to come to Eden Spa of Miramar. I will be a regular from now on.

I have chronic problems with muscle knots in my shoulders, and the massage therapists here are very highly skilled at getting out knots and relieving pain. They recently moved and had been closed for about 7 months which was very distressing to me. I tried 4 to 5 other places during that time, sometimes 4or 5people at the same places, and I found only 1 person who had the same skill level. My favorite massage therapist anna, she is highly skilled at getting knots out in a way that will relieve pain, not create more!

Horrible, bought the wife a gift certificate. When she went they told her place was sold and did not want to honor the gift certificate, meanwhile the place still has the name. Ive read that they do this often, the place should be burned down to teach them a lesson. Lord know a place as shady as this has no insurance. No one should used this place, there are many other legit places in the area.

This was my first body massage and it was great. I am a male, and never thought id ever do a body massage. I will visit monthly. 🙂

I went to get a mani pedi and i was led into a room. She was nice prepared the pedi tub, soaked my feet, removed my nail polish, cut my nails, then suddenly someone else came in speaking another language and removed the pedicurist. 3 mins later someone else came on the room and asked me if i called to make an appointment, and i said no. I informed the receptionist that it was my first time and i didnt have an appointment. She said im sorry but i cant do your pedicure because someone else has an appointment. I told her that she already removed my nail polish, she said its ok but she cant do my pedicure. They made me leave on the spot. Wow never thought that would ever happen.
