Massage Green SPA

My husband scheduled a couples massage for us on a Wednesday evening….and I have nothing but good things to say about Massage Green Spa (Pembroke Pines), from the staff which are very professional and deliver excellent massages, to the tranquility of the rooms, everything was a treat. Delilah the manager has outstanding customer service and really cares about the experience of each customer. The spa is clean and welcoming, and this marks my 3rd visit within the past month because of the good service. My husband and I will definitely be returning customers!ThanksChar

Isabel was amazing. She massaged the stress points so well that I felt as if I was in massage for so long and not just an hour. She is a very sweet and full of positive energy. I will definitely come back to her.

Since Dalila has become the manager, this place is the best. She really cares about the customers and staff and is very professional and friendly. She even cleaned the AC vents, which were very dirty. I have asthma and I appreciated this very much - the air now smells so clean and the whole place is nice and clean. she is much, much better than the previous manager. Had another massage last week and while waiting in the reception area to be called, I noticed that the area rug was different - it used to be black, but now was different shades of brown and looked nice, so I asked if the rug was new, and was told it was the same rug but was cleaned! It sure smelled better too. Another improvement from the new manager.

I love this place the atmosphere is amazing, and prices are good. I use to go to another massage place but they increased their price to an extreme for the same service. Massage Green is not cheap but isn’t too expensive for the service they offer. Would definitely continue to come here.

Worst experience, signed up for an hr facial and was finished quickly within 25 minutes, no change in clothing, the person doing facial hardly spoke a word of English.Tried to speak to manager and failed to help instead argued , had left my card for deposit which they charged more money then it was suppose to be.Tried calling corporate office with no luck.DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!

My first time going to get a facial at this place was amazing but this second time experience was deplorable. I was left with a painful face as expected but also no extractions and no deep cleaning was done. When I asked, I was told I didn’t need extractions and to my surprise when I got home, I realized my face was in almost the same condition. I contacted the location and spoke to the manager who was very nice and understanding, who offered a complementary massage for my disgust. I’ve called the place at least 6 times to book my massage appointment and either no one answers or I get placed on hold to then be hung up on. I had real high hopes to turn my experience around, but now I know I will not be going back to this place since they do not appreciate my business.

Just finished up an appointment with Lucy. I paid for 1 hour and after finishing and getting dressed I look at my phone to notice she only did like 45 mins. When she called me back it was 2:05 (not to mention after that it took some time to get undressed) and then when I left the place it was 2:55. The massage wasn’t awful but it definitely wasn’t great and felt super lazy. She even used a massage gun at one point. She also said my neck was tense and massages it for no joke like 2 minutes. Kinda disappointed and probably won’t be back

This place is the absolute worst in customer service. I had a gift card to which I had set an appointment but had COVID at the time. I called and spoke to someone and explained that I had tested positive but didnt want to loose my certificate. They advised I would be ok but if I had tested positive it was best I didnt go. They never offered to reschedule my appointment.In December when I decided to try and finally get my appointment, they told me my certificate had been used due to cancelling my last appointment.There was no manager available, I have called and emailed corporate i dont know how many times and left message for no one to return my phone call or emails.

Some businesses ignore than having good customer service is as important as offering a good product and can make or break the experience. Today I received a text message with an offer for 15% off a massage which I saw online was $59. Text said to call or go online to book, no other limitations or disclaimers. I always prefer to book by phone to make sure Im getting the right therapist for my needs. When it was time to pay the manager refused to honor the offer because I was not a 1st time customer and because he claimed it had to be booked online; he got downright confrontational. Nowhere did it say that was the condition. Whatever happen to the customer is always right? The difference was $10 but I really dislike businesses being gimmicky and out of principal I will not go back or recommend this place. He lost a good opportunity to please a customer and make it right. I notice other reviewers complaining about poor customer service at this location, so Im not surprised. They made an extra $10 today but lost a customer for life. Thats what happens when you are not the business owner and just a low-paying employee who doesnt care about return business but just a paycheck. It totally ruined a good massage experience with my therapist, Yazmin, who was very attentive and targeted my problem areas. Sadly, I will not be returning to this place.

This was a gift purchase to celebrate my significant others birthday. The scheduling process went amazingly! The young lady whom I spoke to, suggested a couple upgrades. The upgrades were reasonably price thus I agreed to them. She was also very pleasant when checking us out after the massage. The location was easy to find. The entire place was well decorated, a pleasant atmosphere and it smelled great. The massage therapist that worked with us were AWESOME! I could not give it five stars because two of the front end staff members need more training in customer service.The day of the appointment, I received a not so pleasant phone call indicating my massage therapist had an emergency. Her emergency was not the issue, it was the tone of the individual on the other line. Her conversation with me was more or so, we have to change the person working with you, Things happen! take it or leave it. When I arrived, on time mind you, one of the older ladies was very rude. She was rushing us to fill out paperwork and speaking with a negative tone. She seemed to imply we were causing the massage therapist to wait. I had to speak up for myself and specify that we were sitting outside for sometime before coming in. Thus if I was advised to come in sooner, we would have gladly done so. I enjoyed my massage, however I will not be returning to that location. I will try another location in the future. We get massage often and this is not the interaction I need from my experience. I will spend my money elsewhere.

As always, this place never ceases to please. They are very attentive and always treat you like a celebrity when you walk through their doors. The staff is highly trained in all aspects. The facility itself looks like it was just opened yesterday, and their pricing puts a lot of the nearby competitors to shame. This has been a go-to massage spot for me and will continue to be.

I had the gentleman he was great I could of used a bit more pressure and it would of been nice to have my towel given to me with my robe prior to going into the sauna

Ive been coming here for a few months now and my experience has been the best! I wont say who does my massages because she is the bomb and I dont want her to be booked all the time! However, this wonderful lady is AWESOME!! Very nice and she makes me feel comfortable. Just know that I usually dont stick around with memberships, but Ive kept this one just because of my masseuse! The location and the ambiance are excellent. I love Massage Green Spa PP!! :)

I’ve been a member for 3 years now. So my honest review: Staff has always been respectful and courteous. I’ve never had an issue with a massage. I’ve never really liked facials since, I can literally do the same thing at home and I have a mirror, I can see I have black heads, I know I need to eat better please don’t rub it in my face. But on the massage part wow, amazing. I’ve gotten Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology massages, sports massages, etc. I’ve scheduled with all of their masseurs at this point and all of them have their own style of massage. But they are all good. I’ve gotten good tips for maintaining my carpal tunnel. Always recovered faster from exercise, my soreness and inflammation has gone down. I’ve not met a masseur I did not like over the past 3 years. Being a member has perks. I never have a problem booking an appointment. The specials are always fun. The environment is clean, sheets are all washed and new. I always come out feeling rejuvenated. Happy to be a member all these years, the staff has always taken care of me and always took away from my stress.

DO NOT GO !!! WORST massage spa I’ve ever encountered. On the website it offers a 120 minute massage which I booked online. When I arrive at the spa, I was told by the receptionist that they don’t provide 120 minute massage because it’s too long and I would have to do the 90 minute massage. After I told her that’s not what I booked and desired so I was leaving, she assured me I wouldn’t be getting charged. But the day after they charged my credit card $80. Trust me corporate will be hearing about this early tomorrow morning.

If you want to get scammed... this IS the best massage place for you. I did an upgrade for CBD and ends up being that they do not use 100% CBD. They mix the CBD oil with their own oils giving you the minimum (if any) CBD benefit. Waste of money! Once your massage is done, they also provide you with the CBD oil bottle. It was 95% full. It was such a waste of money! I expressed this to the manager (Mario) and all I got back was thanks for the feedback. He was very rude and careless. Terrible customer service. If I can give them a 0 stars, I would. Any other massage facility, if you upgrade to CBD, they ONLY use CBD oil/cream. Another thing to note, you dont sign any consent forms. Id say: RUN! Do not book here unless you want to get scammed. Spa doesnt even smell like a spa. They dont even offer you anything to drink.

I have been a member at this location since they opened, years ago. The past few months, no one answers the phone when you call and they dont return any voicemails. I have called 9 times today to make an appointment because the website has been giving me an issue and no one picks up the phone. I am mindful enough to call at times where they are not checking clients in, and still no luck. I shouldnt have to drive to their location every time I need to make an appointment!!! When they first opened, if you called and didnt leave a message, they still called you back to try and book you. If you tried to make an appointment online and left the site without scheduling, they called you. What happened to that level of customer service? I hope the owner/manager sees this and takes action. I understand that it is hard to find employees in the current job market, but there is no excuse for not calling your valued clients back.

Went for a couples massage and it was good but nothing crazy. The masseuses we had were quick moving and it was difficult to communicate with the language barrier but it was still enjoyable. We tried the inferred saunas and they were fun as well but could’ve used some music :) Overall, I would still go back!

This is a wonderful place to come an relax. The staff in the front are very kind and nice. This is my second time to the place and again I was satisfied, wonderful smell and very relaxing music. My therapist is Jasmin and she is very kind and excellent in dedicating the necessary time needed in the area that I most need to get done. She is very well on point in asking how is it going and asking if the pressure points are ok. I give it a ten and feel brand new again till the next time!

Love this spa! Amazing massages for a great price. I have been a member for years now and have always had a great experience. They’re all great but my favorite is Carmen 😊 The ladies working the front desk are always kind and helpful. They know people by name and make you feel very welcome. Highly recommend!

I went to this place two weeks ago and there is not good attention from the people in charge and they do not even offer you water or tea in the massage process, bad attention to the public, apart from this when I arrived they took me about 15 minutes of my massage making me sign things and talking, then I went to the massage place and changed what in total was like 20 minutes. Despite all of this the massagist was very professional and good at her job, about her I have no complaints at all. I think everyone goes to a spa to be well cared for and relax, but personally I got worse by the treatment of the staff in the front.

This was my first experience at massage Green SPA and it was horrible! I usually go to Massage Envy, but was recommended by a colleague to try this place. The booking process was great, which I was able to do online seamlessly. The problem began when in first arrive. I was greeted by the front desk receptionist. I was expecting a warmer welcome being that it was my first time there. I was not given any paperwork to fill out with medical history which is typical for any massage center. Two other patrons who came after me were taken back on time to have their massage. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since they appeared to be regulars. I was finally take back several minutes after my massage was suppose to begin. As for the massage experience, my masseuse was great. If it wasn’t for everything that occurred, I would have definitely booked with him again. My only gripe there is that my 60 min massage was cut 10 min short. It was the checking out process, which put me over the edge. As I was waiting at the front desk to check another lady walked in behind. The front desk receptionist looked right past me and ask her how he could assist her even though I was clearly standing in front of her. He looked right through me like I wasn’t even there. I wanted to believe it had nothing to do with my skin color, but being the fact I was the only one black person there, it was hard for me to think otherwise. I politely stated that I was waiting first when the front desk receptionist snapped back and told me he just walked and didn’t know who was there first. There was no apology. I was appalled, I have never been treated like this in a place of business. It was clear that I was not welcomed there. Prior to all this happening, I also overheard him telling another patron that they have offer a monthly plan, which was never offered to me as a first time customer. I’ve lived in Pembroke Pines since 1993. We have grown into a city with a diverse demographic. In 2021, I would have never walked into a place of business and expected to be treated like this. I will take my money elsewhere it is welcomed. I guess it’s back to Massage Envy for me, where I have never been treated this way. I was just trying somewhere new. Never again!!!!

The initial appearance is lovely. The initial contact is welcoming. However, the spa room was slightly smelly in a negative way. The rooms do not have an essential oil diffuser so you do not get that spa smell experience which was a negative point immediately. The blankets did not have a pleasant smell and the towels were bad quality-very rough. Also, the lotions used were not a pleasant smell. My masseuse was sweet but was rushing in the last 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I will not be returning or recommending. Hoping service improves.

I recently visited this establishment. I had purchased a groupon and was very excited to try something new. Setting up the appointment was a pleasant experience, however changing that appointment was a nightmare. I am a healthcare worker and just happened to be on call the day of my scheduled massage. I got called in with prior notice the night before but was unable to reach anyone due to the hour. I tried to message the service with no answer. I had to wait until the spa opened so I could call and talk to someone. Unfortunately my appointment was only 2-3 hours later. I spoke to a gentleman who claimed to be the manager. When I told him my situation he informed me that because I had paid with a groupon I had to call them and ask for a new access code because he was unable to move my appointment without one. You would think a manager would be able to accommodate such a request. Especially since I wasnt cancelling all together and only because I had to work last minute. So I was polite and thanked him and proceeded to call groupon. Well due to Covid that process was not very easy and neither them or my credit card company could give me any kind of resolution. So I then called the spa back and wanted to see what else could be done....and at that point after all the back and fourth, the manager begrudgingly agreed to change my massage date and was not very nice about it. I should have listened to all the reviews prior to buying into anything here. I had also purchased a facial and sauna treatment as well. So when I went in for my facial the front desk girl and the lady doing my therapist made up for the horrible management or so I thought. A week later I had my rescheduled massage and sauna session. I enjoyed my massage but once I went back to the front desk to inquire about the sauna I was greeted by that not so lovely manager again. He didnt ask how everything was, just told me I owed money for the services I had already prepaid for. When I told him I had already paid via groupon he told me he didnt have that information and in a very rude tone. I had to show him my phone with all the information and afterwards he just said ok your good to go. Didnt even mention anything about the sauna service that I had paid for. At that point I didnt want anything else to do with this place. As enjoyable as the services were I would encourage anyone and everyone to steer clear of this establishment. If you have anything you need to adjust or change the management team doesnt seem to care about making money or keeping people happy. I will gladly make sure to tell anyone who asks about this place that it is not worth it.

I was comfortable there and left very relaxed. I appreciate therapists who check with you to see if the amount of pressure is enough or too much. Appointments are punctual. Its easy to add services that increase your total cost but some are hard to pass up, like aromatherapy. Groupon coupons are often/usually available and I probably wouldnt go there without having one. Go and enjoy.

Love it here! I went to a different location previously a while ago with a friend for a couples massage and my therapist was amazing, so when I stumbled upon a groupon for this location near my home, I jumped on it. The front desk staff (Barbara) was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions. My massage therapist (Reina I believe) was amazing!!!! I got a deep tissue massage and it was exactly what I needed! They have membership options but don’t pressure you to join, but I’m seriously considering it!

The misuse was amazing and super attentive to my needs. I can’t say the same about the receptionist, i had called for a Groupon she didn’t even ask which one so I assumed she knew as I wasn’t ware there were different ones. I had only found the one, she didn’t even offer me a voucher for the sauna or anything for her mistake. I paid for a combo of sauna and massage and only got the massage. I will never go back to this place due to the incompetence of the receptionist and her lack of empathy to resolve the issue knowing I couldn’t stay.

The spa itself is clean and inviting however, I was not impressed with the massage therapists. I had a couples package and they did not explain the process clearly and their English was poor. We were specific as to what areas were to be targeted for the massage session but this was lumped in with a casual massage. It was not terrible, but I definitely had better experiences elsewhere. It has the potential to become something great, but not quite there yet.

I came here because of a gift from a friend, when booking I asked for a Swedish with light to medium pressure. The therapist was sweet but it was more so of medium to deep pressure had to tell her two times to go more light. She also made a comment and apologized for the lack of towels which is weird because spas shouldn’t run out of towels..the towels felt more like rags and a little rough. The place is nice but I couldn’t use the sauna, due to it being “busy”. But no hard complaints just my feedback.

This was my Mothers day gift and I loved the 60 minutes massage. It was so relaxed and happy with the service. However I didnt receive the positive vibe in the front desk.

I get massages 3× yearly. Maybe more. And when its time to get them, I always go to massage green spa in Pembroke Pines. I love the location and everyone seems nice. There has never been a problem reserving and their masseuses are great.

I started coming to this location from a Groupon that my daughter purchased for me. I decided to purchase the membership. I NEVER purchase a membership anywhere but this place is worth it. Customer service is excellent! I call and all of the them know me by name. Mia is normally who I talk to and she is always so sweet and books my next appt right away and sends me a reminder.The masseuses are all wonderful. The prices are very reasonable $50 a month includes a massage or facial and your family can come with you for $40 each. My husband, daughter and son come with me.

First time going to massage green, I was in back pain and I love going to massages regularly but since Covid I stopped so you can imagine aferre a year I much need it!! Love the go there in time and they didn’t make me wait everything was puntual, all very clean, relaxing environment and light. The masseuse receiving so kind and ask my needs, and the time came OmG I just enjoyed it so much, I really missed having a massage. She just put the exact pressure I needed and prioritize where I had pain. Came out totally renew. Day after no more pain !!Coming back definitely!!

I had the couples special which I found on Groupon. It’s the massage + sauna + facial. The massage and sauna were ok and this would be a 4 star review if that was just it. But the facial was that impressive it made the entire experience much more - 5Star worthy. Our aesthetician was fabulous: she was knowledgeable and gave us advice on skin care that we plan to use for the foreseeable future.

I am a regular at Massage Green and I can truly say I love this place. The front desk staff is very welcoming and pleasant to deal with. My Therapist Mari is amazing she goes out of her way when explaining any questions or concerns.

I went in for a facial with Connie and she was fantastic! Not only was she very sweet but also very knowledgeable. She walked me through each product she used and made recommendations for my specific skin type. I will definitely be back as I became a member instantly and will be sure to see Connie again!

Amazing massage! Great customer service! I worked with Esther who was awesome and really catered my massage to what I needed. I use to be a customer of Massage Envy but after a TERRIBLE experience I was in search of a more customer-centric experience and so far so good here at Massage Green Spa. Completely recommend!

I was very pleased with my complete experience. Monica from The from desk was very welcoming and professional as well as friendly. The facility and overall atmosphere was very nice. They run on time which is very important to me. My madsage therapist Levis was excellent. I would recommend massage green to family and friends with no hesitation. 😊

Very pleasant experience at Massage Green in Pembroke Pines. I called and they got me in same day for a massage with Sergio. Cant say enough great things. Relieved a lot of stress and pressure out of my back and shoulders and neck and focused on what I requested that he focus on. Will be going back soon.

Cant say enough on how great this place is. Ive tried several massage spas and this one by far has exceeded all of them. Starting from the front desk in especially Monique the staff was friendly and welcoming. My therapist was Carmen, she was EXCELLENT!!!! She worked my problem areas and listened to my request. I will definitely be returning.

I have been a few times to get a massage at this location and the girls in the front desk are truly helpful and have great customer service. Monique was especially awesome during my last massage appointment. I have had the same massage therapist for all my visits, Lucy is the best!!!!!She is sooo good and knows exacly all my trouble spots without me even pointing them out! Would def recommend this location and Lucy!!

Worst massage i ever got. I never write reviews on business if they are bad but this was absolutely terrible. The front desk people were nice and helpful. Very nice girls. They did there job good. Lobby smelled good and relaxing. But the massage itself was terrible. I filled out the paper that pointed out where to focus (neck,shoulders,lower back) but she literally didn’t focus on any of them. She included those body parts in the massage but she didn’t specifically focus on them. The massage bed was extremely hot, i was sweating. Berta ( the massage therapist), barely spoke English. She didn’t ask me if i like deep tissue massage or anything. She literally just started massaging. The massage was very weak and she kept doing the same strokes. It was a complete joke. Don’t go here. There is better places.

Horrible customer service from the manager. Was refused to use my gift card that was purchased in another branch although they advertised you can use it anywhere!! Gave a customer number that no one answers or lets you leave messages!

Susana is the best masseuse, do not underestimate her hands she will definitely get you right.. amazing hand pressure and made me feel brand new..Also, my wife and daughter got a facial from Latisha and were extremely delighted with her service. Very professional and detailed. Thanks alot Latisha and although it was first time my wife had her she definitely exceeded expectations. Definitely would recommend the Pembroke pines location!

The spa itself was very presentable, clean, and the employees were very nice. I got a massage and a facial, neither of them were great. The massage was basic. I paid an extra $10 for a sugar foot scrub and all he did was put it on and take it off. Very poor job. As far as my facial, worst facial I have ever received. She simply applied things and took them off. Extractions were non existent, she didnt do anything. She also talked too much, the facial was not even close to relaxing. Needless to say im never coming here again. I always go to Hand and Stone and they are SO MUCH BETTER. If you are looking for a great facial see Linda.

I came here once because I was waiting for my car to be detailed at the Shell across the way, the minute I walked in I immediatly got a good feeling from the place. I spoke to the woman up front and she explained their monthly subscription and pricing. I loved how reasonably priced they are compared to Massage Envy and other placed I have visited and the fact that theres no contract and its a family plan! All of it was wonderful and they are always so nice and welcoming when you arrive. Ive only been a few times and they already know my name and not one experiance has been negative so far. I reccomend them to everyone that asks me where they should get massaged.

Staff was friendly. My massage therapist Bertha was super great even though at times the language barrier was difficult. I gave them 3 stars because I was disappointed that they do not give you spa shoes. Even with the dark carpet it just didnt feel sanitary. I also had to carry my clothes from room to room as we were having several treatments. No lockers. No food or drink allowed. It would be nice to have a cup of tea or grapes, cheese and crackers. If they offered these I would be happy to give 5 stars.

DO NOT GO HERE! My girlfriend went in for a massage here today and was molested by her masseuse. This is how it all went.First off before the massage started he walked in without knocking on the door and she was naked. After screaming for him to get out she said he walked out very slowly and still looking at her. She was already creeped out by this but decided to continue the massage because she is very shy and didnt want to make a scene about this while her mom was there. She also thought there was a chance that it might have been a misunderstanding. Although it proved not be.As the massage went on she said he was doing a good job until she noticed he was working his way very close to her bikini line under the towel. He then passed his fingers very quickly between her legs and she sprung up and told him that she felt what he was trying to do and he acted like he had no idea what she was talking about. As she walked out after the massage she could see him staring at her through the reflection of the glass by the door as he waited for his next client.Again, she did not say anything because was extremely embarrassed being that her mom was with her but she did leave a complaint to the business on their site.I took it upon myself to go speak with the owner in hopes that he would handle the situation accordingly. As Im telling him what happened I didnt want to be so vulgar as I too was embarrassed about the situation and I said the masseuse touched her private parts and signaled to the area with my hands. He then asked me to be more specific and I said you know down there and pointed with my fingers. He said, you know a woman has a lot of private parts, did you know that? I then got very upset and said: you know what Im talking about and what difference does it make, he touched her in an area he wasnt supposed too! He then started walking away and told me to leave as if he didnt care.Dont settle for a cheap massage from a place with such a bad reputation. These are the types of places that try to lure people in with there low prices. There is a reason why high-quality massages are expensive. $49.95 for a massage is extremely cheap and now I know why they charge so little. Please stay away from here!!

The moment I arrived and gave my number and told Renee I had an appointment she automatically loudly in front of another customer said that my appointment was cancelled because I had not provided a card number to them over the phone when they called me. I felt it was unnecessary and she was extremely loud. Coming to this place is suppose to be a peaceful experience. This is not the place to be rude to your customers. I have not experienced the message as of yet because I am writing this review waiting to be seen. The customer service experience has been rated as zero.

I was a member, being charged monthly and stacking up massages that roll over to the next month. After two months of them charging me during the pandemic I called the bank because I couldn’t reach the Spa to stop them charging me. The Message Green Spa is now are saying I don’t have any of the massages I was rolling over. Maybe even more annoying is Manager didn’t try at all to save my business after being a loyal paying member. This is a time to support local businesses that care about the locals.Anyone think I’ll find another massage spa which will appreciate my business?

First visit - 2017 I liked the sauna session. Unique. Just wish the different types of sessions were explained a bit better. There was a sign that stated do not touch settings, but there was a tablet with apps and a leaflet about being able to possible choose music. That was confusing.The massage was ok. Im still achy. Not enough pressure or focus on the problem areas. Other places I have been you can really tell the difference of the before and after. The tecnique is different than everyone elses. I like the traditioanal technique better.I dont think she was able to do the deep tissue and most people feel the have to be softer with women. The cream infused with the essential oils they used to massage you makes your skin feel very soft afterwards.The session felt rushed. And it was, as I saw the time as I was checking out. She was very nice and professional.The Aroma Thereapy part was very disapointing. It was just her pouring oil ans telling me to smell it. I assumed that there would be a diffuser plced under your face to breathe in the essential oils. That wasnt worth paying additional for.The Foot sugar scrub was alright.I think I will give it another go when it is not so busy and with a guy to see if he has stronger hands and I would like to get my FULL hour.**** My 2nd experience****This time I requested a guy. I made the appointment for a time I knew I would be free. Didnt consider a traffic Jam from a car accident to cause a delay. It wasnt my fault. Life circumstances. I ahead to see if I could reschedule. Not get a refund. not cancel, but reschedule.They said no because they have to still pay the masseusse as if their lack of cashflow is the customers problem. When you pay people hourly, you as the business should have the cashflow on hand to pay your employees. Even doctors who charge for no call no shows make exceptions for situations that are out of the control for their patients.I asked if I could take the spot of any others who may cancel after me. First they said they would have to charge me. I asked why if the other person is has to follow the same missed appointment policy. Your trying to get paid twice for the same appointment slot? Then she said we will let you know by 5:30pm if someone cancels. They billed me as soon as we got off the phone. I tried to block the charge, but they reduced the price so it would go through. POOOR customer service and not very professional at this location.

It was my first time at a spa and despite the broccoli shake that it smelled like in the lobby. The massuese was really good. I really enjoyed my massage and I was ultimately relaxed for quite some time after that I missed my exit on the highway but was still calm. So thats a plus for a place like Miami.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST!! My wife surprised me with a massage and facial for our anniversary and it was AMAZING! It all starts when you walk in the door. The smell of lavender and soothing oils enter your nose and it feels like a wave of relaxation has hit you. I walk up to the counter to check in and the three young women who I believe were Barbara, Renee, and Raquel, all greeted me with smiles on their faces. The atmosphere was welcoming and professional at the same time. I had my massage with Christian and it was AMAZING!! Christian is so nice and he gets all of your pressure points to help relax your tensed muscles. I also received a FREE aromatherapy just for following Massage Green Spa of Pembroke Pines on Instagram. I chose the lavender scented oil and it was so relaxing. Christian is honestly one of the BEST therapists there. After my amazing massage, I had a facial with Connie. CONNIE IS THE BEST! The facial was so relaxing when she opened my pours and put on these different types of products on my face that made my face so smooth. When she did the extractions on my face, I barely felt a thing. After the extractions, she put another product on to seal the deal and it made me look as if I were a teenager again. To the men out there that are thinking about getting facials, I 100% recommend this. At the end of each session they brought me a cup of water to keep my skin hydrated and smooth. All in all, I would give this place 10 STARS if I could!

I was impressed by the high level of professionalism, the cleanliness of the property, its easy to find location. The staff, all nicely attentive. It is a well decorated environment. The flow of service and the affordability of it all, with no contract, was completely appealing. You are not compromising on the quality here though the price is affordable and the rules are flexible. Infact It makes it more appealing to me and I will be attending regularly. Monique was amazing getting me up to speed and my therapist Christian had the right touch, ill keep him for every visit... The sauna was really very relaxing and theraputic in so many ways. The plans they offer dont disappoint. Love everything about the culture they ve created. Highly recommend the brand, easy to see that all the amenities are working well, Ill be trying out all the services, and will be spreafdng the word about how lovely this place is.

If I could give no stars I would. I purchased a gift card for my daughter for Christmas and she called and scheduled her appointment and when she got there they said because she was not 18 that she needed to have an adult with her. I hurried to get there but by the time I got there they said that half an hour went by so they were going to deduct half an hour. I explained to them that when she called to make the appointment no one mentioned anything about having to have an adult there if she was under 18 they basically said they didn’t care and still charged her the half hour.

I went for the infrared sauna! Absolutely amazing, and Dalila super nice and very courteous. Super clean place. I recommend this place to my family and friends

After being a loyal customer for 3 years my membership at Massage Green Pines was canceled with no prior notice. I had a negative encounter with a very unprofessional masseuse and filed a complain with Renee at the front desk for the manger Barbara to give me call. To add insult to what was already a very nauseating situation I had to reached out to the spa manager Barbara regarding my complaint and was then told that I would not be getting a call back. While this response came as a surprise to me that longstanding customer would be treated this way I must say its not outside of Barbaras character. She is extremely condescending with both internal and external customers often belittling the employees with customers present. She is an embarrassment to the Massage Green brand as she is always poorly attired and seem to have a lot going on personally. I also brought other instances of disrespect to the owner Jackies attention with no resolve. I would not recommended anyone going to this location I just sharing their recommendation for me which was to find another Massage Green location for my spa services.

I visited this location on different occasions, the moment I walked in I felt relaxed and at ease. From the staff to management with excellent service making me feel welcomed. Each visit was something to remember and made me feel brand new, and cured. I definitely recommend this spa location. I definitely want to come back, thank you so much again.

Have a PREPAID MASSAGE MEMBERSHIP, called and booked a couples massage for our anniversary and they cancelled our massages regardless of the fact that they were paid IN ADVANCE. So much for customer and loyalty appreciation!!!I travel internationally for work and the bank periodically replaces my debit card as fraud precaution due to international charges. This was explained SEVERAL TIMES over the phone. Each time the CC information was updated and subsequently successfully charged.BUT IT GETS BETTER!! The manager calls back afterwards, offers to fix things and requests THAT I DELETE THIS REVIEW. Rebooks the massages for a much later date, and two days later, even my card was charged, I get an email stating OUR COUPLEs MASSAGE WAS CANCELLED AGAIN! I forwarded the email to the manager that booked the appointment, but with such great service, she never bothered to respond. Needless to say, it was easy to take our business somewhere else and we have started to enjoy our monthly massages elsewhere and with much better massage therapists. You can see other reviews stating poor massage therapists and you can find other reviews of customers annoyed because massages were also cancelled.

I wanted to put negative rating but as there is no option, rating with 1. I had a deep tissue massage with them on 19th January, very bad experience. Lot of time, he was applying oil, no relaxation of massage at all. He pulled the skin at neck very tightly, it caused me severe muscle pain at shoulder, I’m still suffering with it. Very pathetic experience. I had a similar massage from diff place, which was really good. By looking at the rating, I visited these guys, learnt a lesson, if I remember it correctly the therapist name is Chris.

Just What I Needed! I’ve been a member here for a couple of years and have tried several therapists. I’m never disappointed and enjoy the therapeutic relief in this relaxing setting. The front desk staff are friendly and professional (thanks Monique for going the extra mile!) and they make you feel welcomed.

Do not buy from this company, they don’t stand by their products. I bought 4 gift cards from them which clearly state that you can use on any of their locations but when I tried to use my last two on the location of my preference they stated that I had to talk to the headquarters and that I couldn’t redeem my card there since I bought it in one location that went out of business. These people are not serious, they do not fulfill what they advertise. I tried several times calling the headquarters number provided by this location but they never picked up the phone. I also created a consumer complaint with Broward but never got an answer.

I’ve had a gift card here for a year and a half and have never been able to use it. It’s for a couples massage. They either don’t answer the phone when you call or are always booked with no availability. The customer service isn’t so great either and I’ve heard they’re not the nicest in person.

Upon walking in my boyfriend and I were greeted by a very friendly and cheerful sales associate who gave us paperwork to fill out prior to our massage. They had a lovely blueberry tea we drank prior to our massage. The environment was clean and modern and the massage room was comfortable and well-kept. I had Joy, she gave me a wonderful Swedish massage that I did not want to end. In a seperate room, my boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his deep tissue massage. Afterwards, we were given info regarding the membership and were able to politely decline without being pushed (I would have gladly Joined but Im moving out of state). I would definitely recommend Massage Green Spa Of Pembroke Pines and I hope to be back there soon.

I have been going to message green since they opened. Barbara is one of the best she is so kind and cares about the customers . I love going to see her because she knows so much about the products they sell also. I will and have recommended message green to all my friends .

Basically felt like I was getting oiled up. There was no pressure even after I requested more pressure. I also requested a perinatal massage and the bed was not accompanied for my 6 month belly. So yes I was laying on my belly for a whole hour. 1 out of 10 starts. Definitely the WORSE massage I’ve received in my lifetime.

Went here because I gifted someone an hr massage. They really enjoyed it for their first professional massage. I believe the masseuses name was Audrey. Hopefully next time I can do a couples massage

I showed up to my appointment and the therapist that was supposed to do my message wasn’t there the receptionist then tell me that Monica my therapist is on the interstate stuck with a flat tire .... why is it that i wasn’t notified that she would be running late . I should receive a complimentary message for this inconvenience. If you book a message I suggest you book with someone else.

Best massages and facials EVER!! The check in is very welcoming from each of the girls where you can add enhancements (my fave is hot stones.. ONLY $10!!!). After my first time I joined the wellness plan which is very affordable and no contracts which is what caught my eye. I’ve tried several massage therapists and have never been disappointed. Facials are amazing and there are so many treatments from microdermabrasion to a variety of peels which I have done and have helped my VERY acne prone skin become glowy & youthful again. I go every 2 weeks to a month because I just cannot get enough of this peaceful environment.

When you put the complaint to the manager, she gives you a bad attitude and tells you that she is the manager and that is the case and there is nothing, what to do.The masseuses for the complaint, they did a massage that far from being relaxing was super stressful and painful without caring about the ethics of the profession.definitely not a spa that neither my wife and I ever return nor recommend .... much less buy a giftcard to look bad with the person to whom we give the gift

Let me say that I have never before had a complaint but, never before any staff had treated me so poorly. This was my first interaction with this manager as well.After having a membership for one year, on Oct. 18th, this store manager Renee, exhibit poor judgement in the handling of my questions, raised her voice and overspoke me when I was trying to explain what I didnt understand and instead of deescalating a situation, she just continued to defy me, escalating the situation to the point that I canceled my membership on the site and she did not care the fact that she was loosing a customer. This is not good business for the owner. This is an independent owned franchise and certainly you can take your hard working money therefore, your business, somewhere else where your money, that contributes to their profits, is appreciated.

I have been a member of P.P store for years and have over $300 in services due. I recently made an appt. and was told by Carlos the manager they had no record of this and gave me corp. Phone # . When I Call corp I was referred to a voicemail which was not taking messages. When I called Carlos back (he would not give me his last name)he rudely told me he couldnt help me, and hung up on me. I also tried to email corp and was told the email was invalid. Beware!!

This place is the worst spa on earth. Their staff are he definition of incompetent. We made 2 appts within 2 months and they somehow didnt have the correct # on file to contact us to cancel because they tech had an emergency both times- but had he correct # on file to call and text me to confirm appts. Management- you need new staff and if you dont realize that youre incompetent yourself. Avoid this place if you dont want a headache.

Please please do not go to this location or ANY Massage Green locations! Stores are franchised and rapidly going out of business. If you have gift cards, you WILL loose your money. Corporate does NOT answer the phone or give customers any solution when a store closes. And the other locations WILL NOT take the gift card. Stay away from this SCAM place.

Its cheap from a South Florida perspective but you do get what you pay for. Therapists all seem to have too light of a touch and seem to gloss over everything on a 60 minute massage. Not the worst, not the best.
