Often times going out with my boyfriend we receive looks as an interracial couple but I felt completely respected and valued as a customer coming in. She also surrounds herself with positive people. For example, her friend Kim who offered to cover part of our pay! I thank him for that. We also were able to make an exchange when my boyfriend was not fully satisfied with one of the products. I came to this shop for the first time today, the customer service was great! The vibe the worker gave off in the shop was very comforting and lovely to be around. The employee there to help me was Jose, he is very respectful yet also very relatable and keeps a conversation going if you talk to him while making a purchase. He was very expressive of his gratitude for me just thanking him for his service. 10/10 recommend this shop!

I found this place accidentally and loved it! Became a regular, the employees were always kind and sweet (whomever was there at the time). Never had an issue until today! The lady that was working smiled, but never asked if I needed help. She stood there flirting and talking to some random guy for at least 7 minutes while I struggled. Eventually she pulls out a sample of what I normally buy (because this USED TO BE MY GO TO PLACE) and points to a vending machine. Mind you, you have to pay before you can select what you want! I had to swipe my card because apparently you can only purchase one item at a time. I made my 2 purchases, told them to have a great day, and left. Before I could reach my car, she runs out screaming at me, asking if I paid for both items. I literally had to pull up my bank account for proof (since the vending machine doesnt offer receipts). No, apology or anything.. Maybe if you tend to your customers instead of having paid, personal conversations, you would have seen my every move. Which by the way was 1 and a half arm length between where I was and where they were. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!

This hands down is the best smoke shop I ever been in!!! Its super clean and has everything you are looking for.I was looking for a new G pen and got something better. I was also able to get screens for my pipe as well.Customer service was great!! So good I didnt wanna leave. Will definitely be going back to this location.

I just recently heard about this shop so I decided to check it out. I am very glad I did cause now this is my “go to” smoke shop. The shop is clean and well organized with a nice set up. I like that every item in the shop is priced, it saves me the trouble of asking the price of every item I’m interested in. The owner is very nice and cares about what her customers want or need. Same thing with Teresa, one of the employees. Teresa is very helpful! Her energy and customer service skills are on another level. Long story short, I get a good vibe every time I go to Kushionz. But, she made it her priority to accommodate me as a loyal customer. And she actually went out of her way and replaced my vape with a brand new one from their warehouse!!! Best smoke shop Ive visited this far. Soon as I entered, I was welcomed and treated as a guest in a home. Couch is open, tv is available, music is playing, and most of all.. The prices are the best Ive seen !! Definitely returning for a water pipe I fell in love with !

I called on saturday morning (march 12) to see if they carried a product. The young woman who answered the phone sounded under the influence and when she said the product was unavailable, was not inclined to tell me what they do carry. I worked at a smoke shop in my early 20s, once youre rude to a customer, there are 20 other smoke shops to go to.Train for customer service.

Bought kratom from here. I usually ho to 2 other head shops but they were closed. I wasted my money. Their kratom is a knock off. It had to take 30 green of their product to get the same effect of 3 green if malay.
