Was around the area for a vacation and this was the right store for my vape supplies. Great spot with huge product variety. Friendly staff. Great prices

The employees are super friendly and helpful, they also really know their stuff. The shop is always clean and very well organized. Amazing variety, and the quality of their stock is amazing. Very reasonably priced, and overall an amazing store.

This is a mixed review. On January 9th I bought a Vincis with batteries and 2 juice for over $100. The guy who helped me couldnt have been nicer. He showed me how everything worked and was patient. I give him 5 stars.Today however, I went in because the unit itself shows that its charging even if its not plugged in. He told me there was nothing he could do. If it broke in 3 days then he might have been able to do something. I own my own business and I am 52 years old. I always buy the newest gadgets and was honestly looking forward to being a customer here. I cant now. I cant do business with someone who doesnt back up their products. Now I cant recommend them and it makes me a little sad. Bad decision.

Great shop very friendly staff and the prices were good. They have a rewards program and you get 15% off your next purchase when you sign up, BONUS! The only reason I did not give 5 stars was with the massive selection in juice the was 0 selection of CBD juice. I have already recommended a friend but he shops there as well.

If i did not get attitude everytime it would not be a problem. I have had issues in the past and i always call to make sire they know i had an issue and they just give mr attitude for trying to be nice. At this point if the product fails i will refuse to go back. Sucks because 2 out of the 3 were very nice but problem solving sucks.

Wraps are wayyyy overpriced. $20 for a 5 pack of backwoods is ridiculous when the smoke shop on the other side of the plaza sells them for $9

The only smoke shop I go to .. the guys here are always friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I’m always looking for recommendations and they don’t disappoint!! The owner and the staff always make sure I leave happy and if I have a question or problem they help me and make it right. Great customer service allaround and that is the most important thing to me. #shoplocal #yolovapeandamoke

A lot of variety... Store is clean and simple I. Layout .... Prices seem reasonable tho Im new to the vape world. All the workers so far have been helpful and nice.

0 Stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 5 days after i bought my second Smok AL 85(they didnt want to warranty the 1st one) which was only 3 weeks old, they told me if it was a day or 2 they could have helped me. Help is not a word they understand!!! They take your money and say good luck and come back if you want to spend more money, since that helps them, not their customers!!! ABSOLUTELY PITIFUL!!! I wouldnt buy anything from them again!!!!

Yolo vape shop is one of my favorite places to go to buy my vape stuff. Let me tell you they know how exactly everything works, and they have everything you need when it comes to vaping and hooka etc. the guy bashar is the man, he’s a good man and is really nice to his customers, and has the best price compared to other vape stores!. I recommend this store to everyone!.5 stars for this store ! Keep up the good work guys ! Will be returning every week!

Horrible customer service the work don’t knowledge on their product at all nd they are over priced never go here at all nd the owner ups the prices because everytme you swipe its at least 15 more the the price they tell you
