This was my first time at this spa. I didnt know about it until I received a gift card. I did the Body polish, its a body scrub followed by moisturizer. I aslo dodmid facial wax. My skin feels so soft now. Diane is so nice. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I am looking for ward to going back for the body scrub/polish and facials. Everyone I spoke to there were really nice.

Lauren was wonderful to work with when setting up my hair trial and hair style the day of my wedding. She was flexible and accommodating to make sure our needs were met. The hairstylists she sent to our house were professional, talented, and wonderful. Lauren holds her salon to high standards, and it did not disappoint. I would use her again. Thanks so much!

I have been using this salon for over 2 years and have nothing but good things to say. You walk in and are greeted by the upbeat receptionists and then taken for a wash (if you want one) and then on to the cut. My stylist is Karen S. and she delivers an amazing haircut each time. And to top it off I can drive to the shop in under 5 minutes from my home. A home run ! I would HIGHLY recommend this shop.

This salon is amazing! All the stylists are friendly and professional. They listen to what you want and make it happen. I started with seeing Kathleen for a color melt and she made my dream of feeling beautiful come true! Theyre true artists everyone at the salon I love my new style and cant wait to keep going back! Best salon experience Ive ever had and wouldnt dream of going anywhere else!

Received very great service today, my husband got me a spa package included massage, facial and hair styling. As a mom of three little ones and my own business I don’t get very much quiet time. But I was there for 4 hours and it was amazing. Very relaxed atmosphere, very knowledgeable and great staff. Will be back for sure!

I was so happy to see Kathleen today. She gave me my life back 👱‍♀️. It had been 7 months since I was last there. My roots were so grown out, and my ends were frazzled, but I do have to say, her cuts always last forever. People say to me all the time, did you just get your hair cut?, even when it has been months since my last cut. Something about her cuts just make my hair so full and bouncy. Before, I could never let my hair air dry without it looking lifeless and straggly, but with Kathleens amazing cuts, Im able to better manage my hair without always having to blow dry and use heat to style it.And the color and highlights....omg...WOW... My hair is beautiful and vibrant, and it doesnt feel damaged by the bleach... its so soft.I always feel like a new woman after I see Kathleen.

Since the closing of Dazzles in Fishkill, Ive been looking for a great local spa. For me, this is the one. Staff was considerate from the moment I entered. Susan handled my spa treatment, which was excellent. The spa area is upstairs from the salon and therefore quiet. Great experience.Update: After dealing with the ups and downs of the new normals for over a year, and being blessed with a job/income the entire time, I decided to splurge on the Spa Indulgence Package at Lauren Elizabeth. This is an experience worth saving for. If I had a choice between a weekend trip and the 5-1/2 hour treat me like a princess package, I would likely take this package. Shout outs to Morris for an excellent Swedish Massage, Diana B. for an indulgent European Facial, Nina for a sociable and yet relaxing Mani and Spa Pedi, and Cindy for a fun wrap up with styling my already short hair. (The package comes with wash/cut/style but I just donated most of my hair so I had nothing left to cut. B-) ) There was also a great person doing the shampoos, but I didnt catch her name. Sorry. Also of note, they ordered a healthy grilled chicken salad for my spa lunch, included with this package. This was served in the peaceful spa waiting room.Lauren Elizabeth must be incredibly good at selecting professionals. Everyone here was exceptionally friendly. They appeared to be supportive and friendly to each other as well as to clients. Each person seemed very experienced in their area of service. Everyone had great communication skills.This place is always clean, but they have stepped it up a notch since the last time I was there, making sure that clients can feel safe as we continue to deal with COVID. Of note if you are not vaccinated: masks are currently optional.I went into this hoping to just relax, and came out relaxed and rejuvenated! Save up and give yourself this gift just because.

The staff there are super friendly and skilled! Also if you donate your hair you can get a free haircut! (Though tipping them is still appreciated) My stylist was Cindy and she did a great job!

Dropped off my very tired and overworked mother here for a birthday treat (first time). Everything was great. I made the appt 4 days beforehand and the woman who helped me was great. My mom was skeptical about spas but when I picked her up she looked so refreshed and had nothing but good things to say.The pricing also isnt bad (especially on the college students budget).I might even come here myself before leaving for campus again. Definitely recommend.

I called at the end of the day on Wednesday begging for an appointment for color correction after another hairdresser destroyed my hair and they got me in within 3 days! My hair dresser totally calmed me down bc at that point I was scared my hair would fall out. She was great. I found my new salon/hair dresser

Michelle did my nails; she is wonderful. Friendly, clean spa. $50 for a pink and white fill.... already have my next appointment booked. PS everyone speaks English ..

Just had my hair cut on Thursday. I am a mom of a toddler and I have a ton of hair that was quite long. I asked for something to my collar bone with some layers and even a long bang. Something that could look put together easily, but could also go in a ponytail. The stylist told me that I had to crawl before I could run marathon and thats why she wouldnt give me the layers/bangs I asked for. She was gave me a good blow out and I didnt hate my hair when I left, however after washing and drying my hair myself I look like a big mushroom. Its a bad bob and not at all what I asked for. Im so disappointed.

Had European Facial with Diana- best facial I ever had. In addition to skin feeling great and no redness also given best massage with a facial- totally blissful.

Second time here. I went because I got a gift certificate. Very good massage and facial. The manicure and pedicure were really expensive and the nail polish was sloppy and chipping within hours.

Everyone is very polite and so very helpfulThe stylists listen to you which is fantastic. A clean friendly place to relax and enjoy pampering. Massages are out of this world

Had a European facial and micro dermabrasion with Diana. Cant wait for the next one. Highly recommend
