R’Destiny first rating was good because I loved her work, she did a great job on my Brazilian and offered a major discount on some body contouring in time for the summer. I felt like it was a good and figured that she would do a good job because she showed me pictures and jumped at the opportunity. She charges me $400 for the sessions and I paid it through PayPal. I now wish that I would have never found her on Groupon.She is not professional at all, lied to get me to pay her through PayPal and then said that she did not receive the money and told me to bring in cash. She told me that she submitted the refund because PayPal flagged her account for fraud (I know I should have ended it there but I wanted to be supportive and gave her the benefit of doubt). I paid her $400 cash and she told me I should have my money back (this was March 5th.. today is June 29th) and I’m now out of $600. I completed 2 of the 5 services because she then started canceling the appointments with random excuses (forgotten doctors appointments, taking grandpa to the doctor, water disconnected at home due to plumbing issues, etc.). I went in on Saturday after receiving two confirmed text messages and waited 10 minutes at the door before I called. She answered the phone still in bed and intoxicated (slurring words, talking off the wall, laughing) and said that her 9 year old was over booking her appointments and should have scheduled me for 1:30 instead of 10:30. I told her that I was waiting for her and she told me that she has her own appointment and could see me at 4:30.I asked her again about my money and she said she thought I had already gotten it back (lies… we’ve been texting about it for over 3 months now). I told her I didn’t want to do anymore services and just wanted my money back. I contacted PayPal who said that she denied the refund that they requested and was definitely paid when it was sent. So now, I’m out of $600.80 and 3 body contouring sessions. I wanted to support a black owned business but this is unacceptable and I am out of my money with no services and she is not responding back to me. She told me she submitted my refund in March and PayPal confirmed that she received payment and was still active but she continued to lie to me. I just spoke with PayPal again at 8:05 a.m. and they confirmed that she has yet to issue my refund and it’s not July 6th. AVOID!!!! RUN!!!!

I love the welcoming that I get when I walk-in the office very clean and sanitary as well very organized also she has a great personality a.nd professional

Great place and great customer service I receive the teeth whitening and I love it I will be back for other service Thank you guys.

My friend attended to this establishment not to long ago and the owner treated her unfairly and very unprofessional. Do not recommend.
