Clean place and good pedicures, the lady up front os super sweet. On the other hand the guy with blonde hair has zero customer service skills and should not work up at the front. When i go and the lady is there or the younger boy the experience is great, when he is there, it almost feels like you’re going in there and asking for a free service with the way that he treats you, He always seems bothered and in a bad mood, Every time I come in and he’s there I leave feeling like I could have spent my money elsewhere. I decided to go in today because they had a special for 15% off if you came in before 2 PM. There’s no point in offering 15% off, but still up charging for services to not lose all of your money. I have came a few times and the times that I come they always charged me five dollars per each toe overlay, I got the $44 pedicure with $17 shellac $5 nail fix and what should have been $10 overlay, they charged me $15 when I told them about it, I was just told that it’s Five dollars and up not five dollars when I pulled up their own website they asked me if I wasn’t confusing them with Soho nail spa Even on their menu, which has five dollars, not five dollars and up like their other services due even then they chose to not honor the services. Five dollars is not a big deal and this was not a dealbreaker as Lucy is Good and I will be returning with her, but I just want to know what I am paying upfront. I don’t want to come back and have different price points. Customer service is very Important especially the front desk as they are the last point of contact with the customer luckily they have great nail technicians. Otherwise I would not return fully based off of the front desk person.EDIT: The manager up at the front called me back and said that upon further examination they had overcharged me the five dollars and that they would be adding a credit for my account for next time I came in, She is lovely and as I stated prior, Lucy is very good and I will be returning. I’m looking for her and I guess just hoping to run into that manager and not Gentlemen with the blonde hair. I did voice my concerns to the Manager, but not much was said in regards to him all she said was oh, Nonetheless We were able to solve my other issue and call me back at the time of the incident. The manager was busy and I let her know that she could just call me back at a later time when she had time to examine. I didn’t think that she actually would. I am so happy remembered me as she was the one who helped me the first time I went to visit the salon.

Awesome service! Great gel mani-pedi! Hot stone massage and hand massage so relaxing!Requested a small flower on 2 nails and the artist gave me a beautiful, elaborate flower that was over and above. It is a tiny piece of art I get to admire for two weeks 🥰First time trying being new to the area. My nail salon now!

I‘ve loved coming here multiple times in the past. I asked to get a simple French tip, and the lady wasn’t able to do them all the same they were coming out all different. Tried making it easier bc it toke so long and decided to just stick with the nude power and glitter on top. The results were horrible all chunky and messy. She also left the French residue. Looks like I painted them myself at home. So disappointing never coming back again. Please let the customer know if you can’t perform a specific style of nail saves both customer and clients time

Had a wonderful experience today with Thuy and Ivy. Both were very professional, followed hygienic protocols, and friendly.Atmosphere is calming. Highly recommend this salon. .

I love this place and will continue to get my nails done here... however i will never let the tech with the feather tattoo behind her ear do my nails again... my nails are now all shapes none of them are the same length. The guy at the front desk was a little rude didnt want to accept the fact that his tech did a horrible job to the point that another tech had to come and TRY to fix them which she really couldnt make them better so the end result isnt her fault. I ended up getting a discount even though i still think 35$ was too much...the tech that messed up my nails asked me not to complain since she is new and would get fired ... she also did a crappy job on my daughter nails a week before which i didnt know it was her until after describing her to my daughter. 65$ dollars down the drain on my 200$ and some bill ... Im going to let this junk grow out a little bit then go back and try again with another tech. Ive never had a problem with any other tech everyone is very nice even the tech with the feather tattoo until i started to call her out on her work... Im sorry but she said she has 30 years under her belt girl big nope! ZOOM IN ON THE PICTURES!

Nail tech took 2 hours to do a simple dip manicure. Not sure why she took so long, she kept apologizing but two hours is way too long. I didn’t even ask for a design, just one solid color.My cuticles are all raw and bleeding the next day since she cut them too much. The square shape I requested, was not provided, she rounded all the nails out. Looking at them today, there are lumps in the paint and edges not completely finished with the gloss. very disappointed.

I am so glad I found this place! Out of the other 3 or 4 salons in the area, they were the only place in the area to take me in at the last minute for a pedicure without any hesitation. And even though it was past closing time, they did not rush or skimp on service and quality. The facility is well kept with a luxurious spa feel, and the employees are all attentive. They have the usual nail salon services plus more at fair prices and offer complimentary drinks. Will definitely be coming here from now on!Be sure to ask for Holly😊

I booked an appointment last minute and they were able to squeeze me in. This place was amazing! It was so clean and quiet and relaxing. John did my nails and it was the best manicure Ive ever had. The attention to detail and the quality of service was top tier and everyone was so nice. John even held my drink up to my face so I could take a sip while my nails were soaking off. They definitely have a customer for life now. This place is a hidden gem!

Pedicure was so good and relaxing; done by Holly. The inside is pretty. They have a returning customer in me. 6/20 ♊️ 🥳🥰was cool as hell 2 other people with the same birthday was here today at the same time. Thanks Tina for the jelly pedicure

Update:I wanted an appointment with either Macy or Hannah who were suggested to me at the front desk last time I was there. They were not available so I asked if they could just assign me whoever was available to do a pink chrome set.I left pretty disappointed. I arrived around 5:10PM and left around 7PM without what I wanted.The nail tech who worked on my nails had a very hard time applying the chrome. He would apply then take the chrome off certain nails then reapply again. I’m not really sure what the problem was. I had a dinner to be at 7:30 so around 7 I told him to forget the chrome and leave them pink.In the end they gave me a 25% discount for the inconvenience.I would like to give them another chance but just not sure.I have attached pictures 4 days after having them done.Very friendly staff! I went for the first time to get only a soak off and the front desk guy was very nice and not pushy towards me to get a new set. I’ve gone to many places where they’re not as attentive or even seem annoyed because I’m getting only a soak off.When I was done I inquired about how much a certain style would be and they were very knowledgeable about the trending style I asked about. They even wrote down suggestions of who there could do the design.I would give this place 5 stars but I’ve never had my nails done there so I will come back and update this once I do.Thank you Soho Nail Bar!

1st visit and I’m very impressed with this salon. I was a walk-in at 4:00 on a Thursday, and the front desk person asked and listened to what I wanted before promising an appointment. I did get seen immediately by Emily and she again asked and listened to what I wanted. That makes such a big difference and I felt so relaxed! I am a total perfectionist and like very thin extensions. I didn’t realize just how gorgeous my nails were until I got home. FLAWLESS!

Tips are all sizes, one hand they are wide, & the other thin. I hate the tips! I didn’t feel I was the right race for them to care. Now I gotta find another nail shop! Ugh

I enjoyed the service and the nail techs. However I did not like all of the $5 up charges. Especially the $5 charge for the shaping of the nails. If you are getting nail extensions, they require shaping.

This is my go-to Salon when, I need my nails done during lunch. Normally, they are efficient and on point with their nails.However, today I went the Nail Solon and was very disappointed with the lack of customer service, unprofessionalism from the receptionist named Jon.My nails are not done properly as I mentioned in the beginning of my service. Manager and Nail technician tried their best but, still didn’t like them. Some nails were shaped uneven and were not consistent throughout my whole hand. They apologized which, I accepted and willing to provide me a 15% discount. I did refuse to pay due to this type of service - charging me an estimate $50 and request to take them off.At this time, the manager was taking them off and stated to them that I’ll go somewhere else and I should have went to the mall to get my nails done and very disappointed of the service. Then all of sudden, the receptionist named Jon walked all the way to the back where the manager and I were at - which he then asked, “why didn’t you go back there”. I told him, because this was closer and had my nails done before without any issues. I was so furious and left with the manager taking my nails completely off.I was left disappointed, upset, and embarrassed for the manager there - She had to continue to apologize to me because of Jon’s lack of professionalism and customer service.Lastly, requesting to speak with the owner regarding this incident and will not be going back at all.

Decided to give this place another try. If you want to leave wasting your time, you found the place. Id rather not get my nails done by someone who has to run the check ins in front and do my nails. Got yelled at that I should know what I want (even though I provided photos) Appointment was at 2:00pm got free from that place by 3:30pm with nothing done but my nails left with residue and cut super short. I had to raise my voice to have her take what she started off and stop lecturing me.I feel a nail tech and customer paying for a service should have an understanding. If I didnt like the size because you kept getting up to handle other things, I should be aloud to voice it. The tech also had forgotten to even start on one of my nails during the service.

Today was my first time here and I had an amazing experience with Amy & Lynn. I am pretty picky when it comes to my nails but they did a great job. I also left home with a few prizes. I will definitely be going back and also bringing friends and family with me.

Dont be fooled by the strip center exterior. This is a large, nice place inside. Excellent service, reasonable prices.

Came here for the first time since moving here about two weeks ago, and not only is the place spectacular, but so is the staff. Hannah was amazing and got the shape just right for my hands and absolutely killed. It definitely will be my go to place.

My new favorite nail salon in the Spring Valley area. Great customer service: honest estimated wait times, prompt service, and friendly staff and management. I had a gel manicure performed by Doni during my last appointment and she was so detailed and a perfectionist. Excellent technique and products. I had my manicure done on 12/2 and today is 12/26 and my nails still look nearly perfect and I have been traveling, lugging suitcases, opening lots of cardboard boxes full of gift deliveries and barely a chip or break and no cracks in the polish. The salon is clean and modern as well. As long as service and quality remain consistent, I will be a regular customer.

The service is always great and I love the honesty.If there is a five minute wait, they tell you it’s five minutes. If it is a 15 minute wait, they tell you it’s 15 minutes.Some of their competitors tell you it will be 10 minutes, and then, an hour later, you were still waiting. The others except your reservation, but if 10 minutes before your appointment, someone walks in, they squeeze them in in front of you, so that they don’t lose revenue.These guys are great … and honest.

I don’t get to come too often either my busy schedule but I do love to come for the mani and pedis. Being a cosmetologist and a busy mom, I like it when people are efficient. I love being able to get in, get what I asked for, and get out and continue on with my day. They are clean and quiet in there.

I went in for eye brow waxing and it was a great experience! Everything is very clean! There’s a small seating area upon entering, you check in and they call you when they are ready. You then go into the salon behind these big doors and it is very quiet and peaceful. Definitely the place to go and relax. I went into the waxing room they have, and I could still over hear the music which made the waxing very peaceful, also it was quick and she was very gentle. I was happy with the results. I will definitely go back.

Ive been here about 4 times now, the staff is pretty nice. However, each time the quality of their service goes down and the prices go up. After I left the shop this last visit all of the shellac color on one of my toes came off. Its just not worth spending the $100+ for this kind of service. Its unfortunate, I thought I found my go to nail salon but will continue my search elsewhere.

Terrible customer service very mediocre pedicure and manicure. Feels like they’re rushed the whole time even when there are just a few clients, they time the massages which makes it not relaxing at all and the foot and hand care is minimum, maybe they’re good in colors and styles but the actual removal of dead skin and pampering is pretty poor specially for the price. I wouldn’t recommend it. I hope they improve the customer service.

My nails came out amazing and I truly loved them.Only thing is that I think I was overcharged for my services (looking at the price list online for my services and using the 25% discount, I should’ve been charged about $10 less than what I was asked to pay.)

Ive been searching Houston for a consistently high-quality salon and SoHo is absolutely it! Ive been getting dip powder with Jane since Oct and Eva did a pedicure once. All times, their service was 10/10 and the salon atmosphere is also 10/10. I love them!

Emily did a great job with my acrylic nail set with gel polish on top! She is friendly and easy to talk to so she knew exactly what I had in mind as I was explaining what I wanted 😍 I appreciate that she takes her time and makes sure everything is to your liking! Highly recommend
