STAY AWAY. This place just sucks. Horrible sound. Bad concert experience here with Enjambre, they deserve much better. Dont book your show here if youre traveling or at all! Please book a show elsewhere or experience a concert at a real venue in Houston.

9pm to 1245am and nothing ever happened. The DJ did his best and at least he kept the vibe as best as possible for as long as possible. Sound checks happened but the band never played . Worst show i have ever been to. 🐁

Please listen to the reviews and don’t waste your money here. We waited over 4 hours for the band to come on stage and they only played a few songs and called it a night. We really paid $50 for that…

My Experience in this Club has been Phenomenal always with Concerts, The Sound System, Lights and All the Screens.Metioning all of it , Gives you a Unique experience when you see a Concert , That you wont get in a Other Club. “Thanks for all the Beautiful Moments.

Vertigo club is notorious for their exorbitant cover charges. They charge way too much for what they offer. Youre better off going to a different club with better value for your money. Not preferred

I always have a great night when I come here! The staff does a good job when it comes to keeping the crowd safe. I came here with a couple of friends and was able to get drinks for a good price. I always come here for Latin music concerts and never regret it! Definitely will come back for my birthday🍾

!!!!STAY AWAY!!! If I could put zero stars I would. Was my first time to this location for a meet and greet on 2/5/2022. The tickets never gave an exact time at what time the meet and greet would be, just stating doors open at 9pm. Waited 4 hours for the guest to show. Once he showed they had no control over the crowd. He was only on stage for less than 10 minutes and then they had us form a line for the photos. There was no line whatsoever just a whole bunch of people bunched up together with no sense of personal space whatsoever. They let whoever move up to the front even though they shouldve sent them to the back.The staff was incredibly rude, and unable to control the situation. The photos were taken in a little room by the stage. The room was dirty and did not look pleasing whatsoever. By the time I was able to get a photo it was close to 3AM!!!!!! It was the worst event Ive ever attended. UNORGANIZED UNPROFESSIONAL AND A WASTE OF TIME. If you value your time and money, stay away from this place. No celebrity/performer is worth it, TRUST ME.

My experience of this venue all the concerts that have been spectacular the place has the best sound and lights it is one of the best clubs in Houston.

This place is awful. I went last night for the first and last time for a concert. I ordered a Don Julio straight and it was cheap vodka instead. This club literally pours cheap vodka into top shelf alcohol bottles instead of paying for and actually serving good alcohol. I’ve never been to a club that has done this, but on my life, this is what they do. This place is a joke. Don’t waste your time

I came to this club August the 9th for the Pedro Capo concert. This was my very first time here at Vertigo and it was a awful experience. We wanted to have a great time so we request VIP service. VIP service they give you a table upfront by the stage and you have to buy a bottle so we paid for all this. At around 1am they announced the singer Pedro Capo will not performer tonight. This is the only reason we came to this club. It might not be the clubs fault that he did not show up. But nobody from the venue said anything they did not offer a reimburse us or if we could like a refund. This was so unprofessional from the venue and the singer. And by the way the charge 20 dollars for parking. This was just a bad experience for us.

The mafia parking lot.I was going to have a drink and listening to some music, as I walked towards the entrance I was asked by the bouncer if i pay to park, i said no, I parked in front of the supermarket and there was no traffic cone in front of it, at the point the bouncer and the parking lot mafia gang told me you make a decision. Is $10 to park.So i moved my car near burger king side and i start walking towards the club when I was approached by another young mafioso parking lot gang member.And told me you really going to take chances.In little words if you dont pay you may not found your car.Very good customer care.

Came here for a concert, was not told we had to pay for parking before hand, and when we arrived the “parking attendant” threatened to beat us up if we didn’t pay for the parking, we asked how could they rent out the ENTIRE lot that was half empty? The attendant just yelled at us and told us he would trash our car basically. Terrible service. Not worth it at all, this place is tacky not worth the ticket price or parking really.

Went with friends on Saturday night. We stood in line for 3 minutes to get our wristbands after having flashlights in our face for parking. We walk in and the guy says No. Turn around and go pay. I asked about the promotion of getting in free before 10:30 and he puts his phone in my face and says Its 10:32. Go pay. We go pay the lady with the bad attitude, sit down and order drinks. They didnt have the beers we wanted and they were stingy with the alcohol when I ordered a different drink. It looked ghetto and nobody was dancing, the guys all have staring problems too. We left 10 minutes later to a different club. We wont be back here.

Came Saturday night and will never come back. As soon as you get to the parking lot you’ll be harassed with flashlights in your face and the men demanding immediate payment. We got here at 10PM and they still made us pay $10 parking + $10 each cover for men and women.. the place was dead when we got there so we ordered some drinks. $30 for a bucket of 6 Coronas and $10 for a frozen margarita in a plastic cup. Lol. I would understand these prices if this was a high-end place, but it’s ghetto... Ended up leaving at 12AM and went to Crocker Bar in Montrose where I was served 2 cocktails for $8. Much better atmosphere, way better crowd, no cover. Vertigo is a hot mess.

Overall this is a good club, but it’s overpriced. The parking lot can range from 10 to 20 dollars and the entrance is 10 dollars. The music is not one of the best. I wish they would put more variety of musics for all nationalities.

Worst concert experience of my life. Terrible audio, extremely disorganized, and I was threatened to pay for parking. One of my favorite bands came to Houston and as soon as I saw they were going to play at this place, I didn’t even bother to see the date or price, I wasn’t going back to that venue.

We came early party of 5 , I parked by Burger King so long distance from Vertigo, since not been busy parking guy saw me and still want charge me 10$ for parking, he said where ever I park inside of mall is 10$. Well we decide not come inside and left to La Boom 1 mile down the street, they dont charge for parking in La Boom only VIP parking. Never come back again.

This is a dead club. There were about only 7 to 8 people at midnight on new years night. $ 10 for parking is just another way to make money its a huge public shopping center and they shouldnt charge. The lady at the counter told us $ 15 at first when i was about to leave she said ok give me $ 10. Bartender was rude, and drinks are over priced overall horrible experience ruined our new years.

Friday nights are not as crowded which is good. I parked really close to the entrance. They charged $10 for parking. FREE COVER FOR WOMEN on Fridays. The drinks were okay, but not the best.

Saw Rata Blanca here. The restrooms were neat, clean, and no cracks through the doors! They were like its own little room. The venue its self was clean.

Great music, great atmosphere, great ppl. If you are a minor and they catch you drinking, the night is over for you, youre getting kicked out. Overall one of the Top latin clubs in Houston.

This is my first time here and let me tell you IT SUCKED! I was suppose to see Ivy Queen and got there at 10:30. After 2 and a half hours of dancing and having a couple drinks, she still dont come out. WTH !? I left and aint coming back, I suggest yall to do the same damn thing. Then while walking to my car they post flyers to see the featuring artist of next the following week, I said F*uck that! threw that flyer out my damn car!

I love this club! the environment was very energetic and welcoming. They always have my favorite groups there. I would recommend this club to any friend.

Not a good place, I was there it was about 400 guys, all around. One of them was taking video under women skirts. There were only 23 women, I pay $20 bucks to go in and I was there for 5 minutes. They dint give me my money back total waste of money.

I went here on my birthday a few weeks ago with some friends, and we now have all agreed to come here for all our birthdays! The service was amazing , and everyone was so nice!

They charge for parking in a public parking lot, Drinks are a little overpriced,Cover 20$, and music extremely loud.

About 7 fights when I went to see Plan B and it took awhile for bouncers to get them under control.

We went to see a show and the sound was terrible, also on one occasion they stopped the concert due to sound problems, bad lighting and there were no chairs, they were only for VIPs and you had to consume alcohol to use them, the parking was in a center outdoor commercial and charged $20 for surveillance. Later when we left there was no guard and some cars had been stolen. They just said that they are not responsible. Honestly, I dont recommend this place at all. Totally disappointed

First and last time I go... I love the effort they are making to bring artists from Argentina and I think it is spectacular that they continue to bring more, but the problem is the place, not the groups.We left the Los Cafres concert feeling down because the sound was terrible. We tried in front and behind where he was playing and the truth is that we need some speakers in the back and to configure better with the band/singer in full.I never thought I would pay and leave early at a concert but thats how ugly it was.Surely those who are in charge of these reviews are going to see what Im leaving here and are going to deny or try to fix my comment...I invested a little in two speakers further back, a person who knows how to configure speakers so that it can be heard well, and changes the DJ please, the guy ends everything he says in “dad”Thanks again

The event last night, September 29, 2023, was the worst thing we could have seen, with my husband we have attended previous days but this time, it was a shameless robbery to pay to listen to the DJ and lets not talk about the terrible music, the group came out To close, I mean, not bad. If everyone who attended joined with a single voice, the truth is that among all of us we would demand a refund. The truth is that yes, it is what I would like the most and the best thing they could do to say... At least they accepted it and saw that everything was bad.

My experience was horrible. We went this Friday for the first time to see binomio de oro. I reserved and paid for a table for 300 dollars, which we arrived and the women never found my table, they took us from one place to another and they never got it together after half an hour they told me that they dont have me on the list that I do want another table🙄 to which I accept because we were already there. We ordered a bottle for which the price was exaggerated to take into account the place: $310 dollars for a bottle of bucana 🙄. Where all the clubs that I have been to before do not exceed 110 dollars. Horrible, I will not go to this place again nor do I recommend it.

Gentlemen of Vertigo, it is a shame that you have to wait more than 4 hours to listen to a musical group. (Rata Blanca) a refund of tickets would really have been preferred, since the show was not even enjoyed due to the exhaustion and fatigue of waiting, paid parking without surveillance at the end of the event, without advance preparation of sound and lights... The worst of all the places in Houston, my experience and that of my husband was terrible. We bought tickets to see Jerry Rivera, we decided to arrive early so we could have access to a table and we were one of the first to arrive, but our night was not going to end well, a waitress named Silvia served us and told us that of course we wanted a table. I told him yes and he told us that in order to sit down we had to forcefully consume a 320 dollar bottle of liquor and I told him that we did not want to consume liquor, just a few beers but he told us no, if we did not consume a drink we could not sit down. The fact was that we went to the bar for a beer while we were thinking about what to do. After a while we looked for her to insist that she sell us beer because my husband doesnt like liquor and he told us no, so we had to buy it. a bag of buchannas for 320 dollars to be able to have access to a table which seemed supremely unfair to us because after about 10 minutes of having brought us the liquor he started selling only beer to those who were at the tables and when we asked him why not He could have sold beer to us too and to everyone else. I went to the white rat concert on October 29 and it was the worst concert I have ever attended, it was very poorly organized, only a couple of songs were played with a horrible sound.

The worst club I have ever visited, it is a scam. The event coordinator does whatever he wants and does not care about the opinion of the artist or the visitors. I dont recommend it. We went to a concert by the Francos from 🇬🇹, they were charging 70 for admission and the security people let you pass faster if they gave them extra money. The group left at 10 and they kicked us out at 12 for exceeding the limit. of people and the group went for about 1 hour to rest, in the end we paid 70 for nothing, the drinks are very expensive, they take advantage of people, it is not advisable to go to vertigo club

Dont come here so they dont steal your money, these people are not serious. I came to see Tego Calderón, the man gets Bravo and left, the club apologizes a lot but where is my money. I understand the security in the parking lot and I have NO problems with paying $10 per ticket, or paying $10 for valet parking, what happened is that they charged me an additional $10 in the parking lot but I did not receive the service.Be careful with the parking in this place!!! I went to the Swarm and The Blind Worm concert and it was the WORST concert I have ever been to in Houston. People started arriving at 9pm, and the first band didnt play until 12am and only for 35 minutes. The second band started playing until 1:10am and the smart people at Vertigo had already turned on the lights at 2am. Ahuevo they wanted us there for more than 6 hours to be consuming beer.The audio was TERRIBLE, my ears still hurt because of how badly it was configured, voice, guitars, drums, what they did to the great band of Enjambre is a MOCK.I will NEVER return to that improvised party room as a “disco” or “venue”. A tremendous ridiculousness

Hello, good afternoon. Last Thursday before buying the tickets for the presentation of Rudy Scala and Pastor Lopez, I called to get details of how things worked in this place. Of course it was my first time, the lady says to me, maam, are you going to buy the tickets? The lady answers me if you only want to drink water, soft drinks and regular drinks, thats fine, you are not obliged to drink alcohol, well, Friday arrived, the first thing that when we arrived some men supposedly from security told us to park it is 15 dollars and if you want more near the entrance it is 25 dollars, what kind of abuse is this, my husband got angry and the very rude security told him that those were the rules, whether he took them or not, well, my husband got angry, he said to talk to the manager, my husband started to speak to him in English and the man told him I dont speak English, perfect, my husband said, I speak Spanish, this man said that he was in charge of the parking lot that they charged that because it was the law, I would like to ask all of them if those who have parking Will these places benefit from this type of charge? The place is nice, good lighting, music for all tastes but the sound when they have live artists is terrible, I dont know, maybe its their sound engineer who doesnt know how to get the best out of the equipment they have.

I went to this place to see the walkers and it was more fake than a $3 bill they shouldnt fool people like that and make them pay so much.
