I had the most amazing facial at here! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The ambiance was serene and relaxing, making it the perfect escape from my busy schedule.The facial itself was absolutely fantastic. Kishma took the time to understand my skin concerns and tailored the treatment to meet my needs. The products used were top-notch, leaving my skin feeling rejuvenated and glowing.I also appreciated the little extra touches, like the calming aromatherapy and the relaxing facial massage. I truly enjoyed my Loving Serenity package. Kish did amazing job on my facial. My face is glowing and looks very refreshing. Clint was very professional with my full body massage and I felt like a load of stress released from my body. He also did an amazing job with the foot scrub! Check out my picture below! I would give this place ZERO stars if I could.This past weekend, I decided to try out BEluxe Holistic Spa for the first time. I had a terrible experience and would not recommend anyone booking with this spa. I booked a Dermaplaning - Glow N Go facial. The purpose of this facial is glow and go or so I thought....The woman who did my facial ended up cutting my face (and the cuts still show 2 days later). She looked down at me and kept saying Ive never seen this happen before. (Referring to the cuts she left on my face) Which to me, implies inexperience with different skin types. My skin was so irritated that she gave me a blue light to help calm my skin, which she emphasized was not a part of this facial package typically. I told her I was scared to look at my face... And the only thing she said was Take Benadryl and put some restorative ointment on my face.I would strongly advise *NOT* booking any type of facial with this spa, unless you want to leave with cuts and bruises on your face. I will not be returning. Please learn from my experience and save yourself the disappointment.

Did a teeth whitening and facial, the experience was very calming and relaxing. My tech was very informative , giving advice on how to also help myself at home when not spending money with them. Plan on returning very soon.

BEluxe Holistic Spa was an amazing experience! They made special accommodations for me to be able to suprise my wife with this last minute Anniversary gift. The space had a pleasant atmosphere and was very clean. They were very professional and on time with our appointment. I would recommend this place for any of your spa needs.

I impulsively booked a massage for my B-Day mainly because I just wanted to relax and destress. I had been googling black-owned spas since I wanted to support a black-owned one. Their prices were somewhat out of my budget but I did not mind since I wanted it as a one-time thing. There were forms I was supposed to fill out, but I only filled out one before my appointment which was general questions. I did not know there were other forms I was supposed to fill out until my massage was over(forms regarding what areas you want massaged). I wasnt aware there were other forms but I wouldve filled them out had I known. I also selected any professional during booking because I only saw 2 options which were both men and I figured if I had selected any professional then maybe I wouldve gotten a masseuse who was a woman since I am a woman and thats what I wouldve preferred.I did not get a female masseuse but that was fine since I mainly just wanted to relax. I struggle with social anxiety so at times it is hard for me to communicate things. I had the hot jade massage and a brushing. The brushing was done prior to the massage and I was explained the benefits. I was not really explained what the jade massage would entail. I had undressed to my Bra, Underwear, and Socks. I was told my bra needed to be removed before the massage. I had removed it since I figured it needed to be removed for the massage to be done fully. Although I did not communicate that I wanted to leave my bra on I wouldve preferred and I thought that wouldve been a given hence me only dressing down to my bra, underwear, and socks. I definitely preferred it if my breast had not been exposed but anyway, we proceeded with the massage. The massage itself was comfortable and relaxing(for the most part). My lower back was focused on more although I did not emphasize that I was concerned about any specific area. I was also under the impression that the stones would be placed on my back and left there for a couple of minutes, they were only placed in my hands and only for a few minutes. My scalp was massaged which I did not expect nor want because I generally dont like strangers in my scalp/hair, especially as a black woman. My earlobes were also massaged which I did not understand the point of that either.Shortly after the massage was over and I was then asked to fill out the remaining forms which I then saw had areas you did/did not want worked on. I didnt check the areas I didnt want to be worked on because by this point my massage had been done already. I left a tip since I was asked about gratuity and I usually try to leave a tip but honestly, the massage left me feeling conflicted. The point of this review isnt to bash the masseuse or the business(especially a black-owned business) but it is to detail my experience as honestly as possible. I wasnt even sure what rating to give, I did not want to leave 3 stars but that is how I feel.I am just now leaving a review almost a month after visiting the spa and that is because I was left feeling anxious a good bit after. The massage was for the most part decent but I did feel somewhat anxious afterwards. Overall I couldve done better in communicating what I was/wasnt looking for and it was definitely a learning lesson for me but I felt the spa couldve also done better at ensuring the client understands what exactly the massage will entail, and what the client is expecting from the massage.Update: An update in response to the owners response. I dont know how it was interpreted that I enjoyed my treatment when the review states otherwise. The owner tried contacting me via phone. I made them aware that I prefer to be contacted via email. They reached out via email, and as you can see by their reply they still insist on speaking via phone. I clearly stated that it makes me uncomfortable yet they still responded by asking me to contact them via phone. They appear to not respect boundaries. I made them aware that I was uncomfortable with the outcome and they insisted on blaming me for how I felt.

I stayed at the nearby Blossom Hotel which didnt have spa services, so booked a massage at BEluxe with Clint and it is hands down the best massage Ive ever received anywhere! I wish I lived in Houston just so I could come back and get a massage like that again! If you are in town traveling, be sure to do yourself a favor after you get off the plane and book a massage to help you get ready for your travels - this was incredible and one of the best ways to start off a work trip!

I wanted to treat myself to a day at the spa from working out so hard this year. Was an amazing day at the spa also booking the appointment and understanding the the services provided on the website was thoroughly explained and your not just left scratching your head on the services thats provided. I was looking for a new spa and ran across BEluxe on google and decided to give it a try…so glad I did! The environment was clean and relaxing and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. My hot stone massage was AMAZING 🤩. My masseuse (I think Clint?) was excellent! Be sure to ask for him. I didn’t walk away I floated out of there.I suffer dry skin and got a facial as well. My skin felt hydrated and soft after. Thanks to the whole team!Will definitely be back.

My girlfriend and I had our first couples facial here and it was beyond what we expected! Our consultations were very informative about what steps we needed to take to reach our desired goals, and the services we received made us feel refreshed and confident. The staff was amazing! I love love love LOVE it!!!!! so much, :) I highly recommend it. The massage it was the best for my mother and I. I feel like we both needed it. Especially her, she was struggling to lift her right arm, so they guy massage her and gave her tips for how to handle at home. As well, the facial tips we need to for our face. My first time going to Beyond Beauty Boutique and I have already booked my next appointment! Kish is very personable and professional. It’d been a while since my last Brazilian wax and she was very accommodating. She’ll talk you through the entire wax, advises you on breathing exercises to reduce the pain, and even cheers you on like “you got this!”

Had a nice experience with Ms. Kish. I got the Brazillian wax and even though I had to sort of shave bcuz I cant stand hair she got it all! My original Esthetician left and I couldnt take it. I found her and was happy bcuz she was a black owned business as well. Went in, got the work done, talked her til my teeth were about to fall out, and I am not complaining about anything. I am as smooth as a babys booty! Will be going back!!! Thank you Ms. Kish!!!!

Excellent massage experience- from the moment I walked in, I loved the decor and attention to detail. Massage itself was great. I enjoy a combination deep tissue and sports massage and got some good hip and shoulder mobility work as well as mild lower back pain relief. Left feeling like I was walking on clouds. I recommend BEluxe for a great massage in Houston.

I went in for a detox facial and I loved it! Ms. Joseph was very professional knowledgeable and communicated what she was applying step by step. She ensured I felt relaxed and comfortable. I really enjoyed my facial with her. My skin feels great and is still glowing. I can see the results and improvements in my skin already. I would for sure go back for another facial atleast once a month!! Don’t wait you will not regret going to her.

I have been to her salon quite a bit and she is amazing at waxing! She is gentle and knows how to wax in the direction your hair is growing. If you are a person of color/black person, youll love it here cause she knows how to get hair out without causing discoloration and dark spots. In fact, she helped me clear up a lot of my dark spots on my face. Book her and you wont regret it!

BBB was an amazing experience! I left the spa weightless. Her presence brings an immediate relaxed State of mind and body. She only intervene s when instructing you on the next procedure. I went here on Feb 18,2022 for a Brazilian and full leg wax and my experience was great. Kish was very professional and we had great conversation. Considering how long it had been since Ive waxed she did a great job. Im not going to lie and say it wasnt painful but like I said it had been a while since my last wax. Kish was very informative and answered any questions I had. I will visit again.

Kishma was very professional and welcoming. With the pandemic still in place, she took the necessary precautions to reassure that her work place was sanitized and safe for me. This was my first appointment with her and so far I’ll be continuing services with her. I got the dermaplane and it was an instant notice. I received a few compliments on the brightness of my skin and my texture.

I had the full monte Brazilian and I’m not only pleased with my results but the appointment was amazing and I was so relaxed and at ease. I literally dozed off twice during the session . I originally tried Beyond Beauty Boutique to treat my boyfriend to a facial for his birthday. However, because of the variety of services they provide, their level of customer service and passion for customer satisfaction, I will be returning!

After my consultation and detox facial, I know look forward to having Kish as my aesthetician for as long as I have skin and am within driving distance of her business. She’s phenomenal.I have some hyperpigmentation marks that I wanted addressed. Kish *actually listened* to what I was saying and offered practical advice. When I went back for my facial, she was thorough and answered all of my questions, before, during, and after. She is very personable and you can sense her warmth, kindness, and professionalism as soon as you meet her. I am very pleased with the reduced appearance of my marks, just a few days after my detox facial.Also, for people who have a bit of social anxiety like I do, Kish is a wonderful provider. I don’t love seeking out new providers for services because I’m always kind of nervous they won’t listen or care. Kish did both!

I received a Brazilian wax. The service was friendly and comforting. The genuine and positive conversation definitely took my mind off of the slight discomfort. She uses a combination of strip and hard wax. It had been a while since my last wax so I’m used to my first one not being as clean but she was much more thorough than anyone else I’ve seen before! I was very satisfied!

I’ve been coming here for 3 months faithfully to get my lashes done and I love them every time! My real lashes are taken care of much better by Kishma compared to when I previously got them done by other places. The paraffin wax facial and hand massage were also great!

I called to say I was running a few moments late and she said my appointment was never confirmed because I didn’t book through the system. She never told me the next steps or what to expect when I talked to her directly!!! When I showed up the shop was closed, and super small. I would NOT recommend

This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax, and I absolutely enjoyed it. Before my appointment, I was instructed on how to prepare for my visit. Once I arrived, Kish ensured that I was comfortable and that the process would go smoothly. She took her time, and before I knew it, it was over. I will be back in 3 weeks. I highly recommend Kish for first time waxers. It’s not half as bad as you think. She also followed up with after my appointment to ensure that everything was well.
