Ive been a loyal customer at this shop for years, mainly because its within walking distance. My only gripe is the absence of bulk deals. Despite spending more than 90% of other customers, I end up paying $6 extra for Kratom per bottle compared to online prices. While their retail rates are still reasonable, I wish I could purchase 20-40 at once to last me a month or two. Recently, the house brand schmackerz vapes, which I initially loved, turned out to be disappointing. Issues like auto fire and charging malfunctions plagued all six units I purchased within a day.

Dylan was an extremely energetic and helpful person. It was a pleasure shopping with him. I will definitely be returning. What a great selection!

Manager is such a wonderful and helpful kind spirited lady. Definitely will make this my go to vape store anytime Im in htown.Highly recommend, it is a clean store friendly service. & has just about everything.

Kay was fantastic. Im completely new to Delta disposables and she told me so much information about them! I was super excited to try them with my partner, we got two Loopers and she recommended Torch Prerolls so we got one sativa and one indica (they were all buy one get one half off!!) and they were AMAZING. If youre looking for a good local smoke shop, this is the one. We signed up for their rewards system as well, every five visits you get $10 off! Will absolutely be coming back.

My favorite little shop in all of Houston grader heights, super helpful and friendly staff, great selection, complementary soda and or water.ATTENTION WHIPPET USERS!!!****Attention whipit/cream charger, users, BEST PRICES IN H-TOWN for cream chargers, the regular little canisters are normal price, but they sell the giant Looper canisters for $30 each when you buy two, 2 for $60, I’ve gone through a lot of smoke shops and been charged $60 for just a single canister, furthermore, if you catch them on a good day, they might even saw you three for $90 (at least they’ve done it for me two times now)… if you pay cash sometimes you can bypass the tax anyway, these Looper canisters have more air in them then other brands, and in my opinion, the continent’s are better quality, the buys is better than other most other brands, and I guarantee it will not give you a headache :) absolutely, the most economical way in Houston to use whippets. always use a balloon do not shoot it directly into your mouth or you will burn yourself you’ll get frostbite on your tongue by the roof of your mouth, they usually give you a free balloon.In summary, they sell 480 g Looper canisters, 2 FOR $60… $30 each! That price point is absolutely unheard of, also sometimes they’ll let you get three for 90 if you so desire.They’re on the side of the building around side of the food store, very cute little location, they have some quality glass at economical prices (even in the $20-$30 range. They have some quality stuff that doesn’t look cheesy, the glass may not be super thick like $80-$200 units but, that being said the glass is not paper thin either.Their trays are cheaper than other places, I paid $45 for the same backwoods tray at Glass CityOn Richmond… this shop is selling for $30, literally 30% cheaper :)Most of the staff is extremely knowledgeable on their inventory, if you are new to glass or vapes or anything, hookah, whatever this is the store to go to because of the knowledgeability of the staff, they’ll be able to educate you on how to pick out the appropriate device for your needs and explain to you how to use and care for it.Also, there is a rewards program every five visits you get $10 off.

I’ve came by this shop 3 times now since I’ve moved to the neighborhood and both employees I’ve met have been great. Twice shane’s helped me out and had really great customer service. I’m coming back in a couple days to buy a new device too thanks to Shane’s recs i’ll definitely be a regular!

Came in with my daughter after dinner for a quick look around. Left with a new appreciation of many products I hadn’t heard about before. I love that this store is so careful about their consumable products ingredients! Like other recent reviews the esco bars are either fake or faulty. Was extremely disappointed since BOTH had a burnt taste immediately. Total waste of $40. Not to mention the girl with piercings and curly hair was just obviously in a bad mood, no customer service at all. Stay away

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I am a frequent here for single use Vapes and have been very loyal. But today I went by and purchased an esco bar from them. I tried it in the store like I always do and it did not work this time. The girl in the store called the manager Neil and he said sorry we can’t give you another one. So they don’t cover their products if faulty and they don’t care either. I will never go here again nor will I tell my friends to go here either.
