I started vapeing about 3 years ago but fell off because I could never find a juice I enjoyed a few months ago I came in to vape city and met Ali who helped me get a new vape to start back up again and helped me find a good juice to start with. I keep coming back and getting new vape stuff and juices that Ali suggests. Hes always willing to help you out if you cant find or dont know what you want. Ive spent lots of money here because Ali always has good stuff and makes me want to come back for more. He has a great staff that isnt afraid to just sit there and talk to you if your not sure and they always help you find what your looking for and what you need. Heres an idea of all Ive gotten from them at really good rates you wont find anywhere else.

Drove here today @ 1:30am approx 30 miles away from my home to purchase coils & ejuice was told that only 1 person was allowed in store for unknown reasons; And the associate assisting me was rude & told me I had 10 minutes to select and purchase anything when nobody was interested going in the store at the location. Overall pretty rude customer service experience would not recommend shopping here especially if its the last shop open in town.Also when I was selecting which coil to purchase I told the associate I would like the Geekvape coils he did not even bother asking which coil type was available, also told me that I was able to use my Fivestars account to redeem my points etc and when we got to register for payment he told me that Im not allowed to use my discounts.🤦‍♂️ Never again.

BUT I WILL SAY THIS ABOUT THE 1ST Vape shop that I had FOUND MY VAPE @ is the VAPE CITY ON NORMANDY HAS!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The gentleman by the name of RON HAS BEEN UNPLEASANT EVERY TIME Ive been in there!! Which the shop is ways away from where I live, BUT IT USED TO HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! BUT NOW ID RATHER drive clear across TO THE OTHER SIDES OF town, too get DECENT SERVICE!! I will go to the Vape City in Pearland, South Houston, & or Pasadena!!

Loved how caring the young lady at the front was when my My truck broke down. I went in there to let them know. Told them if I could leave it for a few hrs up to the next morning. With no hesitation, they said yes and also asked for my number to call if anything.

None of my local vape cities had what I needed so they recommended me here. I called first, girl said that they had everything and Id need to come check them out. So I wasted an hour to drive out there and they had no adapters whatsoever that they said they carried when they could have just let me know over the phone bug I guess w as lking 10 feet to check your own inventory is too much to ask for.

Great and honest workers who are loyal and care about there customers. Ive never had a bad experience there and I always go whenever I need new juice, coils or batteries. There juice selections are phenomenal and they have only the best. I left my debit card on accident and they called my bank to freeze my account and waited for me to come back for it. I was preparing to order a new card because I wasnt aware of it and had no idea Vape City held onto it for me so when I walked in they all informed me of the act of kindness towards me and gave me back my card, but little did they know I was just coming in for a new cool. These people are awesome and there owner takes great care of his employees from what I can see. Thank you for your great services, see you again in about a week.

Ive been to this head shop a few times now and every visit is better than the last. Very reasonable pricing and nice selection of glass, e-liquid and kratom, among other herbal extracts. Excellent customer service from everyone there, even the owner introduced himself to me. I can really respect a business that put customers first. Easy to get to as its right after an I-10 exit ramp, and not to mention 24 hours.

This place is right off the freeway, easy in and easy out. The owner is kind, and the staff is courteous. I drive about 15 minutes out of my way to come in for their selection and excellent service. I have bought my Mod, and my wifes, from here. They are open 24/7 for us night owls.

Prices however some things are pricey while others are well priced so in My opinion youll spend basically the same as if you were to go to several different places not to mention the extra time spent in making the extra stops. I love Vape City in general and this location has a lot of stuff, but they are overpriced on liquids and the customer service at this location on east frwy was not good. I’m always pleasant bc that’s the energy I want back from people, but they had an attitude with me here. Felt like I interrupted something and they wanted me to hurry and leave, so I did. I’d go back but I’d try another one of my usual locations first.

Came here as a last resort to get a very very specific coil after calling 10+ stores to no avail. I described the coil in question and they asked me to come in and show them what I was talking about. I first spoke with Shelby when I came in, who was an amazing help by the way, after showing them what I needed they recognized they had the pen, but not a spare coil to sell. So another guy working there said hed sell me the coil inside one of the unopened models for $8.99. I was so elated and happy. Great looking store, great helpful staff, and an amazing selection overall. This place deserves your business, if I lived in Houston Id probably only shop here!

Was having several issues with the vape that I purchased at this store and the owner upgraded my mod with a much better model at no cost to me. Even after I stated that I would be willing to come back another day to pay the difference, he merely said that there was no need and shook my hand. I will not go to another vape shop after todays experience. He has earned my business for years to come. Thank you for your exceptional service.

Would put no stars if possible. Just walked in didn’t see anyone. Cool waited a few moments nothing , called out and nothing. Waited 5 min before someone came out and asked what we needed. Asked for wraps and he said to give him some time …we already waited but fine okay …comes back out like we’re inconveniencing him. we tell him which ones we’d like and i ask for a brand they normally carry because i don’t see them and he says he gots what he gots all in a huff . Then when we try to pay cash he said card only because they are closing. But the signs says 24 hours ??? It was midnight on a Saturday . After waiting almost 5 min to even be talked to , then another 5 while we heard him count money , the attitude when i asked a question, then the no cash this is RIDICULOUS. If you were gonna close a 24 hour shop randomly and could take only cash you could have said that the FIRST TIME you FINALLY came out and greeted us so we knew ahead of time. So i apologized for trying to give vape city my business and we go to leave he starts saying i needed to understand blah blah!! I’m not mad you gotta obviously get out of there but you DIDNT have to do that whole thing the way that guy did.

I have only been here twice but both times they were very helpful and patient. It has been a few years since I have vaped so I am not familiar with the newer juices and stuff. I came in the first time just for juice since I already had a vape and the lady that was there was very helpful with finding the juice I would like best. The next time I came in to get coils Ran knew exactly what coil I needed just by a quick glance of my tank. I got to looking around at the juices again cause why not lol. He helped me go through several flavors to find one I really liked, all while helping other customers too. Even though he was multitasking with a few customers, I didnt feel like he was ignoring me. Very helpful and has a great vibe there. The only complaint I have is that the juice is a little pricey.

Picked up an Escobar on my way home, turns out its fake. I compared it to the Escobars I have at home that are same flavor. Flavors didnt match, the label is upside down, its much more light weight then the real one. The box it came in was a much darker color then the real ones. It was supposed to be a strawberry cream flavor and is instead a menthol, not even a hint of strawberry. Also when you take hit, it feels like its going dead. Plus the cost was much higher then all the other smoke shops Ive gotten them from. I wont be stopping by here again.

It was good Business at first but then the owner hired this inexperienced foreign guy who doesnt know anything about vaping.Who in fact tried to charge me to much money after it was ordered by the owner over the phone to me half price. Now the Caucasian male and female that works there are very knowledgeable and helpful and knows how to take care of good customers. And if youre a good regular customer they would even ask the owner to give you a discounted price .Long story short when you are serious about vaping you want to do business with someone who appreciate you bringing business to them and being a regular is far more beneficial than $2 extra

I needed a new box mod, wanted something to get me by until one came in the mail(Damn China) bought one and a couple of batteries for a little over a hundred. I will say this it is pretty, but the product sux!! Battery life was OK but it started giving me funny error messages so i took it back to the store, same kid who sold me it looked at it said that nothing was wrong with it. i will not be going back to the store ever. not even to return the product because i would most likely get mad and throw the box throw the display case!

I absolutely loved this place what’s crazy is I found it on accident and fell in love the customer service was fantastic they were able to direct me to exactly what I needed and also recommended great flavors of juice, overall the way they carry themselves is definitely a plus very vibrant caring attitudes, with peaceful calm music, definitely a place I would recommend everyone to go to, they have wonderful deals and can get you whatever you need.

Love the huge selection of hardware and juice. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the price. Many of the hardware items I checked out today where at least anywhere from 50%-75%, maybe even 100%, above MSRP and online prices. I couldn’t bring myself to buy anything even though I’m desperately trying to replace my vape at the moment.

The ladies who work on the Smoke side need to inform customers of your return policy and your two week time period to be able to exchange products or products that don’t work properly. 3 different ladies failed to inform me of your policy’s nor you have signs.

Not much knowledge on products they dont carry but, with that said. Great service I came in with broken glass tanks and they tired to match one but didnt have it. They did have one for my tfv8 cloud beast. One of the guy threw in to free tank protectors. Which saved me $1.50, only vape shop Ive been to where they try to help the customer. With all that said great vape shop.

They have a good selection of items but the only problem is they overprice everything I highly recommend eBay for a lower prices. I bought a bottle of candy king batch 100ml for 32$ at this vape shop and Ebays price was 15$. I could have got 2 bottles for an extra 2$.

I purchased a Smok Prince Stick Tuesday night, after using it for about 5 minutes it began to leak out juice from the vents. I returned to the shop within the hour to have them look at the mod, immediately upon arrival the manager began to repermend the employee for flooding the coil! Now granted this is my first vape I have little to no knowledge about this device but I do know I paid decent money for my juice and my vape, it leaking isnt cheap. The employee changes out the coil and tells me its a bad coil he shows me what to do the next time it happens. Now Im already at 1/4 of a tank after the spillage, he refills it again and I go about the rest of my night. I get home put it to charge for about an hour or so, I then go back to grab the vape and what do you know, the entire tank is depleted! I left it standing completely straight up, how in the hell is it still leaking? Im not okay with spending $100 just for the tank to keep emptying out. I will be going back on my next day off in hopes theyll give me a new device to replace this obviously bad device and at least sell me a new bottle of juice at a discounted price. I will say customer service was great, just dont like having this many issues with a device I just purchased. Someone make this right.

Cool store, and employees help customers when questions are asked. From what I saw they carry alot of Smok products. They didnt have coils for my Paragon tank. Juice was a little expensive for me.

Had a bad experience. SMOK MAG i bought from there lasted me 5 weeks. A bit disappointed they didnt offer a swap or a cheap alternative. $69 for a the mod itself is a tad too expensive when you can find a starter kit online for only $50. To add to this, most of the coils I bought were duds. Just overall bad QC on their products. The people are very nice however, I would think the SMOK product line is the culprit. I wouldnt go to this place for mods. Good place to grab some juices though.

This is the best place ever!!! I hadnt bought a vale in a few years bc no one would explain all the newer models so I just decided to keep smoking cigs I finally decided to stop by here and check it out and my boy Ali explained everything worked with me and treated like I was family! This is the only place I would reccomend to anyone and this is the only place that will get my business!!! My actual overall rating for this place is 100 🌟 plus bc of how they treat you plus the selection is ridiculous !!!

There was a young girl named Alexis, she helped me with everything I could find, she knew exactly what I was looking for. Also a discount was added to, there was good music playing, and just a chill vibe 🌙🙂

Good selection of juice, as many different colors of Smok Aliens as there are colors in the rainbow. Good slection of Naked 100 which is always 👌 Ali was very helpful and the whole staff was on the ball helping my friend find a good starter setup. Always glad to see a Vape shop that enjoys their product and is knowledgable on it. Glad I stopped by.

Best Vape place I have ever been too. Its like 40 minutes from my house but all the drives were worth it. Got my second Vapor from here and since then this is my official vape shop.

They sell fake Puff Bars. I just went in and bought four for an overpriced total of $48 and some change. I went to my car, opened one and tasted it. It tasted horrible so I went to Puffbar.com to verify it and they were all fake. On Puff Bar’s website it had a big red “X” and said invalid code. I went back inside and I was told there is nothing they can do. So I’m out $50 and stuck with four fake puff bars that I will not be using.

The morning staff are just as friendly as the overnight staff I found this place only a month ago and I refuse to go anywhere else they help you find what you need they make great suggestions they know about their products so they are very informative and they have great deals. Hands down the best vape store Ive been to and Ive been vaping for four years now.

The employee on site named Alex was very helpful & made me feel very comfortable when asking questions about certain items! Very great worker and knows what he’s doing.

They have a lot of stuff to choose from but over priced on liquids. Other then that the staff are good people and they take care of you. Please consider having other cotton besides cotton bacon for your RDAs and wire.

While the juice is at a decent price, unfortunately the service wasnt knowledgeable. Long story short I made 2 trips just to get coils that werent the right ones.

I left my previous vape shop of 3 years, after I had a vape emergency on Thanksgiving and my shop was closed. I had never been here, but they were open so i went in. Not only were they open but have taken great care of my vape needs. This is my home store now. Best decision I ever made. I no longer shop my old store. Do not buy vapes from this place!! they will not uphold the warranty even with receipt. I bought 2 different kinds of vapes at the exact same time both failed with in warranty period and they wouldnt exchange.

Clean shop, good selection, but way overpriced. 30 ml nasty Ballin passion Killa was $34.99. Ive gotten this across across Texas multiple times for for around $18 a bottle. One single T8 baby Beast coil was $6.99. ridiculous. You could find the same products for way cheaper close by.

This Vape shop is broken into two separate stores. One side has all the nicotine and tobacco products and the other side has all the pipes, baggies, and novelty items.
