Bought a vape mod and it doesn’t work. Won’t get refunded. Manager are “don’t work at that this location” . Sales girl doesn’t know anything about what she is selling. Is a child at that …Story time …Went into buy a mod (only my 2nd ever) the sale girl didn’t really know how to answer my questions . Had to called her co worker several times to answer them for me . Couldn’t find the batteries for the mods …. The batteries were later found but none of the boxes had there match…. Put the battery in and put it to charge in store to make sure it works right …. It’s not turning on at all…. Finally turns on after a few minutes and it works so I buy it whatever I was there for 40 minutes NO LIE. So I was ready to just buy it and leave . 2 days later I finally get around to using it and it never turned back on… the screen turns on when on the charger to show battery percentage and that’s it. My negligence for needing a new mod and not seeing the red flags of an ignorant employee but please hire employees that know what they are selling. Won’t refund me and I lost $100 on juice mod and batteries. Sad … didn’t even offer a replacement… zero stars

The lady working there was very friendly, and helpful. I have been looking for a place to purchase Delta 8 vapes in person other than my usual brand online. I purchased an URB blueberry live sugar here, and it was $45. Its $30 at every other store and online. I was in a hurry and purchased it, but from this interaction, this place is overpriced. $15.00 is not a small price difference on a vape. Establishment is clean and well stocked.

The general manger Neil didn’t want to refund me money because sales are final. Which was never told to me by the same sales associates that sold me product with missing items and incorrect packaging! They need to retrain their staff for one, and secondly be more considerate to your customers! What a waste of over $300.00 and 3 trips of gas! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE!P.s. They also beg you to do a review to get 10% off! That’s when I should’ve known to take my money and leave!!!

This store has some okay products (no selection of gars), but the management is awful.I went to buy a disposable vape from someone I knew who had worked at this location. They told me their manager would be back with more flavors and to come back in a little while. So, I leave the store to come back later, and I get told not to come back because the person I knew got in trouble for me coming in and NOT BUYING ANYTHING. Mind you, I was there to buy something and visiting for less than 5min.I myself am in management and cary myself professionally, and would never cause problems in another business. I feel that I was treated this way in an extension of how employees are treated. WITH TOTAL DISRESPECT. I’d rather spend my money and time anywhere else.The manager and owners think that they are so far above their employees it’s sad. Most people work one shift per week it seems, and most of them could go. However, these people want to keep 15 people staffed and fire the ones that have CRUSHES on the same people the MANAGER has a crush on (or just people she doesn’t like but work 100% well). Completely unprofessional and everyone including customers can see.An example:This review was 100% ACCURATE to me:This store only issue is the Manager. Some 18 year old want to be “ghetto” girl who is extremely rude to customers, she also has a TERRIBLE attitude. She has some growing up to do thats certain. Extremely unprofessional, The owners need to find a new Manager for this location because that is just totally unacceptable. I’ve never seen this at their other locations. WARNING**FAULTY PRODUCTS* *WARNING*Firstly I want to note that I’ve been to the Westheimer Rd Smoke Shop before and had a great experience, the staff was very informative on their products which I appreciated because it was my 1st time trying vapes cartridges. I ended up purchasing two carts that day and enjoyed them so much that I decided to return to their business.However, this second time was not a positive experience for me. I purchased two new cartridges, and immediately after the purchase I went to my car to try them. The 1st one worked effortlessly fine, but the other cartridge didn’t pull at all. I don’t even like to be confrontational but I called the store to see what they can do, they told me to come back so they can have a look.When I got back to the shop the guy who previously assisted me in my purchase tried the cartridge himself and it still didn’t pull. After so many tries and him talking to the manager otp, he allowed me to exchange it for the same flavor. I tried the new cartridge right away in the store but this new one also wasnt pulling. The shop employee then tried it himself and after so many tries it eventually pulled for him so I was optimistic that it would work for me but when I tried again it still didn’t work. So now I’m sitting in their parking lot, writing this review while extremely upset by this whole experience because I feel like I wasted my money on a faulty product. I most likely will not be returning, and if I did then I would avoid purchasing their vape cartridges.

I went on the website to find out what products where available in store. Found what I wanted “Bumblebee Kratom 300 count for 29.99”. When I got to the store and asked for the item I had a picture and price for I was told that it was over twice the price. Ask why and the guy said something about handling but it didn’t make since. This place is wrong to post their prices on the net then jack them way way way up in the store.
