Avoid....high drug activity 11 pm -5 am. Absolutely horrible place, over stressed septic field, sewer fecal smell, constantly burning garbage fire pits, racist rebel flags everywhere. The landlord (Art) is absolutely great for showing up to collect the rent on 1st of month.

This property is beautiful and when I called to ask about prices and primative camping the man in the phone was very kind and helpful, will definitely be going soon!

Inside the quiet Florida Naturist Park is the occasionally loud Sunshine Beach Club. It has a beautiful white sand beach on a small lake. It isnt a resort style night club; its more like a homeowners association clubhouse. The facility is humble but well maintained with a sound system good enough for a 4-piece rock band (inside a screen room - as a resident that is annoying). The only real bummer aside from the occasional volume control disorder, is that the road in could be better. It is paved but its narrow and starting to pothole.

This place is for people who like it peaceful and dont chasing after attractions and entertainment. There is a pond but I personally wouldnt go in the water. Its clothing optional so you dont have to get dressed everytime you step out of your camper. Close to the pond is A building with a screen room, restroom and a shower. Membership is $ 150.- per year and can be paid in 4 payments quarterly. The rent is the lowest of any campground I know, I believe $ 300-350.- per month and lot

I love this place, I love the secluded and the private area and trails. It’s not really a place for younger folks tho so if your thinking that there are young people running around… well no not really. But it’s a good place with nice people and it’s just very cool and free if you’re into that type of thing.

Not much here but $25.00 for two months is a good price. A good place to get some naked sun without a crowd. Too much sun then bring a lawn chair and sit in the shade under a tree and read for awhile. No pool or anything but if you like peace and quiet and some alone time outside in the buff then this is a good choice.

This is a place, that is not for everybody. The people that live there are nice, and have never given me problems. It is a nudist colony so take care when going there. You will see people naked.

Have property right next to this reserve. Its absolutely beautiful out there!

Lots of seaweed so much it was dry and sliced my pups little pad. There really is not a beach area to amount to much.

Empty and desolate. Doesnt look like they accept tourists much. I was welcomed with a What are you doing here? Kind of attitude. Its located in a low poverty area. It is exactly what you see in the pics. 😒

Not worth the time or money. Zero maintenance, zero activities, zero infrastructure, zero everything. The owner and administration wants you to pay to be able to walk nude (that is it) . Is better for a few $$ more go to Caliente, Eden, Lake Como or the other +30 naturist resorts near by. Stay away from this one.

Nice place to get some sun, otherwise nothing to do or infrastructure here. A pond, not recommended for swimming. BTW if you go, bring plenty of ant spray, the place is full of them. The beach make sure to look were are you stepping. At the benches, fumigate before sitting down or using the tables. 0 maintenence.

Every one here in the park are very caring and the place is absolutely beautiful.

I enjoy visiting here the people are very courteous and helpful . I would go back to visit again.

This is a very quite place no partys no noise no Hangouts just. Nudity and relaxation.
