Cal is always in such a good mood he puts a smile on face as soon as I walk in the door! Easy to talk to about what Im looking for or need and he always directs me to all the right products! you also cant beat the prices here! Shop or just stop in and hang out this smoke shop is where its at!

The beautiful kind young lady behind the counter was so informative and helpful..she had answers solutions and understood exactly what I was looking for...the store is clean and well maintained I would recommend anyone in the area that the experience and the quality are worth taking the drive ..honestly if I was the owner I would give that woman a raise ...her charisma knowledge and caring nature definitely made me feel more comfortable!!

The cute employee Steph usually helps me with all my supplies and I purchased a water pipe from her and she gave me a discount. I also get my Kratom here it’s always fresh and good quality

They let me check out their products and were very attentive and helpful with everything I needed. I bought a brand new Hookah and some coals and the hookah is easy to clean and use! They also have a huge selection of shisha, more than I normally see in smoke shops! Im definitely coming back for more!

I live nearby and decided to check out the shop on a whim. I ended up leaving with a new dry herb vape and some great quality thca hemp flower. Steph was very friendly and helpful. Id definitely recommend checking this shop out if you get the chance.

Be careful. They sell expired vapes. I bought mine yesterday and after a couple of hours it started to taste burned. I came today to check the expiration because the lady yesterday opened the box and and wasn’t able to check the exp. Now I just checked and it’s expired. Also she adopted a really bad attitude and I was trying to be as nice as possible. Awful place. Awful attention.

Professional staff, huge variety and good prices

Went in late recently about 12:15 am or so and Sarah was working! And I’m so happy that she was she helped me out and gave extra attention to make sure I was comfortable with the items I purchased! Amazing

This place is great man. The ladies, who are mother and daughter, are a combo. Feeding off each other like a comedy duo act but its all natural. They know their stuff and have great rewards type deals...discounts for buying certain products...just looking out cause they know how much of a crazy concrete steelkungle it is . Down to Earth people, like myself who seem to understand all about the struggle with todays time

Staff and inventory are both top notch. Staff goes out of there way to be helpful and are good people on top of that. I prefer these guys over the larger corporate places in the area. They give that extra little something that you dont get at the big brand stores.prices are better to. To be honest I have many places that are easier to get to, but I go out of my way to shop her because I appreciate the Staff, and I get the feeling that my business is appreciated, and not taken for granted.

This is the second time Ive had a bad experience here. I visit every two weeks. I spend around 200$ a month. I expect, as any other establishement would, a replacement for a defective product. I paid in full, I expect a fully working product. There shouldnt be any questions, any retort. I dont want a %off, I want what I paid for. I was treated like a miscreant. As if I was trying to steal or swindle the store. I guess that wont be a problem for me and my friends anymore. This isnt even the first time this has happened. The first time, I didnt take the percentage off either, but reluctantly came back to the store. Save your money, theres a better smoke shop on Hudson and little. Also, if the owner is reading this. Try to keep your store, its employees and products off of Only Fans. Its a little unprofessional seeing the things that were done in your store. Not bashing OF, its just not clean. Especially when you have young children in the back.

The young lady who helped me out was knowledgeable and friendly. I was in and out in 5 minutes, the store was very clean and welcoming, and the service was top notch.

50/50 VERY IMPERSONABLEbarely ever a hello before I’m asked for my ID. I understand the procedure, but the lack of customer appreciation is over-apparent.i’ve been a regular for almost 6 months, previous visit was told I don’t need to show my ID anymore as they know who I am. The Younger employee told me this, however the older lady has told me the same thing (however she still cards me before even saying hello.) However this morning, I walk in and am immediately turned around and out because I do not “look 21”I understand there underage kids, but I’d assume you’d have some sort of retention when I’m there AT LEAST once a week.

My fiancé and I just got a house in Hudson, so we went in to ask if they were hiring there was an older lady who is the store managers mother, who told my fiancé they were not hiring and then proceeded to ask him questions about his knowledge just to degrade his answers. Had to step in and say something because it was hard to watch she was interviewing him when she told him they already aren’t hiring and he wasn’t qualified for the job. Very inappropriate. We then proceeded to call the other stores they have in Newport Richey to find out the owners name just to let them know about what’s going on in their store in Hudson. We then get a call from the Hudson store Manager telling us that this interaction was OK and normal simply because it was her mother very unfair and we were customers as well. I would not shop here.

Where should I start......cheep Chinese defective Glass, kids running around the back of an 18+ head shop, Owner Stephanie being Rude when selling me a quarts piece, finding out its glass in my car in front of the shop and declined refund 3 minutes later. I will most definitely be passing this shop in the future to avoid conflict, dissatisfaction and disappointment again. There are much better and safer establishments in the Hudson area.

Super friendly and helpful staff! I purchased the last bottle of a certain product I always buy, so I asked if theyd bring more over from another location so it would be there the next day when I came in. They happily agreed, and that next morning when I walked in it was there and waiting for me! Would give 6 stars if I could!

Love this smoke shop! I have been going to this shop for a year now, they are literally a block from my neighborhood, and open later than most head shops!. They have nice unique pieces, they always have butane and the owner, Stephanie is awesome, as well as her momma- I usually see her when I come in. Definitely check them out, also...store is clean, smells good 🙂

Hookah sensation at this location is by far my favorite smoke shop. Not only are their prices phenomenal, they are also super friendly. Its a happy environment and they just make you feel welcome and wanting to come back. Loved yall so much we had to break our first one to come back for a replacement. I promise its not because the new girl is hot.

Always has good prices on Lost Mary and elf bars. And theyre always friendly.

Sold me a list Mary out of the box and rapper. Asked me to try it. I said it taiste like trash. She says whats wrong with it. I proceed to say its not working. She calls lady in back whos got scabs all over her arm says we have a complaint. She asks me whats wrong I said taiste like nothing is in there. Proceeds to tell me she cant do anything if its the flavor I dont like. I said there is no flavor it taiste like its empty. She says I can pull out the scale and show you .... I said I just want one that works. She says I cant do anything for you. Screw that place and there shady business. Ill never go there ever again. And I recommend you dont either theres a better place north from there. Wont half lost karys but will have selection my question is why was my package tampered. Why was I asked to try it and make sure I like it. Only to be told no

I honestly think I encountered the worlds most inadequate employee today. When I walked in nobody was there, a few seconds later a kid came out, she was not remotely interested in offering any help. I asked where dab tools were?, she acted like she didnt know what I was talking then directed me to a bowl of stuff, I tell her that Im looking for nectar collectors etc, I say I need a nail and carving tool. This lady acted like I was a burden. Every question I asked the more irritated or disinterested she seemed. The end game is she sells me wrong thing and now I gotta a headache instead of....

I went there to get items, only had 36 on my card. Clerk rang the purchase, cleared my card, and when i declined the purchase, he failed to cancel it. Poor customer service, extremely expense. I found the same items at another smoke shop for 25 dollars, where they charged 41. Hell of a difference. I will never grace thier doorstep with my shadow again.

By far one of the worst customer service I have ever had the lady was rushing me out of there Im in a wheelchair with two broken legs stopped while helping me help two other customers like they were more important I spent over $200 in the store within 2 days and the lady is nasty I believe theyre even living in the place I think they should be shut down

Their sign on the window is false advertisement. The sign says their kratom is $5.50 per ounce but its more like $10 per ounce. Will never come back to this establishment.

Nice lil shop with something for everyone. Came in a few minutes before close and the guy there was still super nice even though he cleaning.
