I get massages here regularly with Chloe as my provider and they are always excellent and cater to wherever I hold tension. I recently had a baby and continued my regular appointments throughout most of my pregnancy and Chloe was great about accommodating me with a top-notch prenatal massage in lieu of the standard therapy. Now that I am going back on a regular basis postpartum, I find my experience even more restorative. In my experience the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. It has made a huge difference for my well-being and I always look forward to this me-time.

I really enjoy going to Muse. They are very professional, but also very nice and welcoming, and the massage is always really good. The package deal is also unbeatable, so I have been coming back regularly for several years now. I feel really fortunate that they are so convenient for me, and parking (right across the street) couldnt be easier.

I started going to Muse with Tiffany after purchasing on Groupon. I was so happy with the results that I am now a regular customer. Tiffany has hands of a goddess. She works my sore muscles thoroughly And efficiently. The atmosphere is very calming and the staff is extremely friendly. I highly recommend.

I love Muse natural spa and use them regularly! The staff are friendly and their massages are great — I always feel refreshed, rejuvenated and relaxed afterwards. Their prices are reasonable, they’re very accommodating on scheduling and are just great for a neighborhood, no-fuss, friendly, regular spa place. I’m so glad we have them here in Hastings-on-Hudson!

I have the BEST massages here. The caring staff at Muse is truly exceptional! I go faithfully once a week, and each and every masseuse is expertly trained to release muscle strain and stress. The atmosphere, including the background instrumentals, is calming and comfortable. Its immaculately clean, and most importantly, my body feels completely rejeuvenated! AND, on top of all that, its incredibly affordable, too.

The friendly staff at Muse have always provided a professional, relaxing massage that has soothed both the muscles and mind. Very accommodating as to the type of massage and the intensity of the massage, accompanied with wonderful oils and aromas, and serene music. Facilities are clean and tidy. Exactly what one would want in a massage experience. Appointments are generally timely and have never been shorted!

Ive been going here regularly for about 2 years. I do not any complaints. They take their time. I go there about once every week to 2 weeks. They fixed my shoulder and lower back pain. I exercise regularly and their massages help keep up my recovery while pushing to newer goals. I highly recommend them. They are also reasonably priced and offer packages that are budget friendly.

Ive gotten better massage. I dont recommend this spot for a deep tissue massage. She decided to cut my time 90 min to 3:43 to 4:30pm as you can see in the photo. A lot of hitting and tapping. I couldnt relax at all. Didnt like the massage wish I can get a refund. When finished she asked me for tips and and gave her $10 dollars and she said minimum $15 tip I was like girl I didnt want to give you anything in the first place because of the previous event. Place was clean though.

I was called while I was on my way to my appointment just to be informed they wouldn’t be able to take me because Ive used a group with them 2 years ago. When I informed them that on Groupon it shows I could purchased this Groupon three times if I wanted to. The owner went on to say she didn’t care and that they wouldn’t be making any money and those Groupon are for new customers only. She went on to tell me to cancel and to take it up with Groupon. She was so rude about it and if that’s the case they could set it up that everyone is only able to purchase one time and one time only

I am very please with Muse. They are a text away. Appointments are easily made. Daisy knows exactly what my body needs. Everyone here is professional and friendly! I was so happy on my first visit that I bought a package.

My sister purchased the Groupon for my brother-in-law, who was never able to use it while he was here in NY. I gladly accepted the Groupon and got a massage. I just got a regular massage and It was awesome so before I left I was offered a a package that was very affordable. I use it and try to get a massage once a month. They also threw in a facial with my package that I also loved, my face looked great for days. I dont give out reviews that I dont believe in, if you see my other reviews theyre all honest. This may not be like a fancy day spa type of place but if youre looking for just a great massage or a great regular facial for an affordable price this is the place to go.

I have been going to Muse spa in Hastings for a few years and it is quaint, clean and peaceful. My masseuse Daisy is amazing! I always buy a package of swedish hot stone massages and I go as needed to relieve the kinks and stress.

I have been getting monthly massages for a few years and always leave feeling refreshed. They have really good deals and a kind, dedicated, hard working staff. I highly recommend this place! Update 1: Still a customer and still receiving a high level of care and ease of appointment scheduling. I highly recommend Muse Natural Spa.

After my first visit I purchased a membership at Muse Natural SPA, and I buy their gift cards for my friends. I love their high quality massage and relaxation, and I feel a positive effect of it for my whole body.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I got a Groupon from a friend as a gift and when I tried to schedule I was told I can’t because I had been there before over a year ago. The woman I spoke to was extremely rude.

Great massage. Skilled massage therapist. Very nice and very little pressure about the tip. I think the massage therapists name was Chloe. She was good. The only issue was there was a lot of noise coming from upstairs. It sounded like construction was taking place- hopefully it wont continue much longer after today. The floors above the spa were also thin so you could hear people walking around. At times it was hard to relax but the massage was so good I still fell asleep. I would go back.

Ive been going here for a while, and its always such a great treat. Sally has been my go to and has tackled the knot in my neck many a time, but honestly everyone there seems great too. A cupping every once in a while has really helped reset my shoulders when I’ve gone through a stretch of stress at work. Definitely worth it.

I gave my coupon deal to my husband as they would not honor my coupon because they said I was not a first time client ( even though it does not say that in the Groupon deal) long story short my husband ended up in the ER because the therapist used such strong force that they moved a nerve in his back which ran into his seaticia nerve and he was severe pain. Out of work for a week because of this.

I never ever, write reviews but just had to share this awful experience. a friend just recently gave me a gift certificate to muse spa for my birthday. I called to make the appointment and was asked If I had ever been there bofore. I said I wasnt sure (I got a lot of massages and cant remember every place id been to). The woman said it is ok. I said I have a groupon someone gave me as a gift. She said ok not a problem. I drive the 20 minutes over there, pay to park my car (only $2 but worth mentioning) go downstairs to a gross basement. The woman greets me and asks again if I had been there before. I said it looks familiar but cant be sure. I was being completely honest. she says its ok she can look. so she looks it up and turns out I was there before. Her records indicate 2021 which isnt true bc I did not get any massages during COVID. She proceeds to tell me I cant use the groupon my friend gifted me because I already used a groupon the last time. I said again its a gift, how is the person who purchased this deal supposed to know if I had been here before? her response was they should ask. Seriously, someone wants to buy someone a gift they should ask if they had ever been somewhere? I told her to GTFOOH and walked out.Now, if that is your policy-and someone states they have a groupon. instead of asking if the customer had they been there before what they should immediately do is automatically look it up if that is the case. instead of making customers waste their time driving 40 minutes round trip.I got home and looked up my groupon deals; turns out I was there in 2019 which is 4 years ago. Now I could understand if someone is only allowed to use one a year but its been 4 years since id been there.Utterly ridiculous experience. an unhappy customer is no good for business-you should all remeber that

I purchased a Groupon about two years ago to de-stress from working as a nurse during the pandemic. I have continued as a client ever since!! I look forward to my weekly appointments. Muse Spa is definitely a hidden gem.

Got a Groupon, it was hard to make an appointment because they kept changing the times. The massage was decent however at the end she tried to sell me a 225 dollar package which I declined she kept trying and even asked if I wanted to charge it to my card. I didn’t have my card only 5 dollars in cash which I wanted to tip with she responded with tip is 10 dollar minimum, like excuse me? Than said you want me to charge it to your card. I just left there are plenty more massage parlors around.

Excellent staff. Professional and accommodating. Great hands and was able to get the knot out of my neck. Bought a whole series of massages. Cant wait to go back.

This review is for customer service, not for the actual services - because I was unable to get to that point.I scheduled with them over the phone, which was its own difficulty, but they cancelled on me for weather. It was drizzling that day for sure, but not torrential downpour, storms, or dangerous weather and it ended up not even raining near my appointment time.However, I was understanding because some of them may be from outside the area and uncomfortable with driving in the rain. I obliged and rescheduled. I had to cancel the rescheduled appointment because I was running 10 minutes late, and the woman said that I might as well just cancel (understandable).When trying to reschedule, they complained to me and reprimanded me for wasting their time. I ended up just finding another massage place. Im just looking for relaxation, not another headache. Please consider training employees on professionalism & customer service. I will never return.

Found on Groupon. Made an appointment easily via text and had a decent massage. The lady was nice but the massage was a little too rough for me. Also it was done over a towel with gloves on for the most part which was odd. I prefer skin to skin bc I feel they can feel for knots and other areas that need more attention. Massage area was relaxing and dark but no walls so heard everyone’s conservations or upstairs noise since it’s in the basement. Will try again maybe in the future with another coupon

Muse is amazing. I showed up early and they took me right away. So relaxing and peaceful as soon as you walk in. The massage was great and relaxing I started to fall asleep. They are really nice and helpful. Already made my next appointment.

Do not go here! Very rude and horrible customer service!! The massage itself was ok but I’ve had better and the facial sucked. My husband purchased a Groupon for us about a year ago for a couples massage. For the price it wasn’t bad so we purchased another massage and facial that day through them. Second time was horrible and the massage was painful. I recently wanted to get a massage and facial so I figured I give them another shot, especially because they are so close to me. I purchased a Groupon (my first time purchasing one) for a 60 min massage and facial and scheduled my appointment. The day before my apt they text me telling me I cannot use the Groupon because it’s for new customers only. Not only does it NOT say that it also says limit of 4 purchases per person. They were nasty and rude and told me to find another spa. Do not go to them! There space is also in a dark scary basement and the ceiling leaks.

They were wonderful. I had Daisy and she was especially attentive and careful with certain physical problems that I have. I have an injured shoulder and she was very careful. It was a world-class massage. I highly recommend!

I bought a Groupon for two. I called for an appointment, and they answered the phone like they were home. When I told her I had the Groupon for two, facials and massage, she told me I had to wait a month because she couldnt accommodate two people for two hours. After the month I called her again, and she said shed call me back, and didnt. I called a third time, and she told me to get a refund if i didnt want to wait. I called a fourth and final time and not only did she not pick up, she didnt return the call.First off, she had the worst attitude. Second, why sell the services, if you cant perform them. And lastly, I have to stress the first point. SHE HAD THE ABSOLUTE WORST ATTITUDE..I wish her the best, but I will never try her again, nor will I refer anyone 💯

Great quality service! I am very happy with my experience at muse spa. The masseuse was very professional, communicated with me every step of the way since I told her I had never had a deep tissue massage or cupping. I will definitely return soon.

This was my first full body massage experience, so I don’t have a lot to compare it to. However, it bothered me that there were not separate rooms; each room was separated only by curtains. At one point it was so noisy that, I felt like another customer was in the same room as I was!Furthermore, at the end they tried way too hard to sell me gift cards and memberships, and I had to say no several times before the lady gave up. Last, although the massage felt decent, part of the time she did it OVER the towel. Maybe I don’t have enough experience with massages but this seemed odd...I would have preferred it directly on my skin the whole time.

I bought the Groupon during valentines for me and my wife got booked 2mos after. Forgot to refund and just got a call a day before reminding me about the session. We got there a little early and they still made us wait for about 20mins or so. We got in the couples room and my wife got started while they put hot stone on my back because my masseuse was not yet ready. The massage was terrible they charged us $15ea more for deep tissue and the lady just oiled me up and rolled some pointy thing up and down for 40mins. I dont know why, but the lady keeps leaving the room during the massage for 4 times that happened. The massage feels like she was in a hurry keeps rolling that car like with pointy wheels on my back. It made my back feels like a race track afterwards.The facial though was really decent but they charged another $50 if we wanted the deep one.so all in all ill never go back again and would really not recommend the place.

So good! Found this gem on groupon and went today for my 60 min Swedish massage. It was amazing! Staff was super nice. I booked my appointment through their website. C was my masseuse and she was great! went right into my knots I had and knew exactly what to do. I will definitely be going back. Besides Swedish massages, they also offer aromatherapy and reflexology. Theres a parking lot right across the street from the spa which was super convenient.

The lady who worked on me was very good at her job! I did not catch her name, but she kept using honey to address me, which was endearing and sweet. She did a great job and would recommend her. There is a parking lot across the street (50 cents per hour) with a 2 hour max (I think), but for sure free parking after 6pm. Dont quote me on that...I did not have to pay. You walk in and go downstairs. Its quiet and peaceful down there. Dark and with light soothing music playing. However since there are not individual rooms down there, rather just dividers, you can hear the other clients and the other masseuses talking, and when they check out and pay, you hear the spiel about the membership. So I heard it 3 times before it was my turn haha. I did not mind though, the massage had me very relaxed and happy. They are so thorough, head to toes. I recommended this place for the great Groupon deal. Thank you! :)

Facial was good. Massage was a mediocre. Theyre always running late, between 15 minutes to half hour late. Its only street parking, maximum of two hours. I had a facial and massage, of course I had to rush it cause my meter was up! Never again

I got a lash lift and you could not tell in the slightest that I did. My lashes looked clunky and unlifted, and after a few days all of my eyelashes started falling out. I have had lash lifts in other places and was always pleased with the service and outcome. This felt low quality. I wasn’t given advice for after-care, and was almost tricked into buying a $200 package from them on my way out.

Absolutely Horrifying and terribly traumatic appointment booking process. Upon calling, immediately directed to send a text message in order to book an appointment because they are “busy” atm. Very scarce responses, very limited in context, and not helpful at all. No attempt to actually assist in scheduling an appointment, the only phrase they know how to say is, “no, booked sorry”. No effort put forward to actually find an opening or suggest a day or time. Takes forever to actually find an open slot and book an appointment, which I was never able to actually accomplish.

This place is very calming & relaxing. Its kinda small but put together nicely. I got the 90 minute massage which put me to sleep a few times. They have an interesting membership drive going on... guess theyll be seeing a lot if me.

The facial was good but the massage was okay. The massage hurt more than it was relaxing. I told the lady to please massage a little softer but she kept going rough. It was more painful than relaxing.

I had such a great hour long massage!!! I truly was relaxed for the first time in forever. I felt the difference in tenseness from the beginning until the very end.

This place is the worst place I’ve ever encounter I’ve tried numerous times to schedule an appointment, left voice messages , text messages requesting an appointment, no reply for over 3 weeks. When they finally respond to me, they were very rude, aggressive, unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or energy there’s a lot of better and nicer places.
