My experience at Serenity Massage Therapy & Spa was outstanding. The place was easy to find and immaculately clean, creating a relaxing ambiance. Kelly, in particular, demonstrated exceptional skill in therapeutic and deep tissue massage. She showed her expertise and effectively relieved my shoulder pain. The professionalism and punctuality of the staff were remarkable, making the overall experience truly royal. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Kelly and the spa for anyone seeking top-notch massage therapy.

My low back was throbbing today and I couldnt get comfortable. I started calling around to see if I could get in for a same day appointment and Serenity was that place. It was a very calming environment. Gabrielle was my therapist and she was AMAZING!! I was able to walk out of there with little to no back pain. And it didnt cost me an arm and a leg. $65 for an hour for their new client special is a steal. Thank you Gabrielle! Looking forward to my next appointment.Update: Went in for lympatic massage too. Kelly was great! Very knowledgeable and patient. Listened to my concerns and addressed them. I definitely recommend her.

This was the best massage I’ve ever had! I immediately felt less tension and more mobility in my neck, back and shoulders. Michaela made me feel comfortable, and was able to target specific areas that were causing me pain and stiffness.

While they are reasonable priced, I was left disappointed and frustrated. The room itself was clean and the music was relaxing, but the massage itself was very weak. I asked 3 different times for a deeper pressure (I’m usually a low-medium preference), and the masseuse didn’t adjust. It felt more like a graze than anything and just a waste of money sadly.

This business was listed as open. I drove a half hour to purchase a gift certificate. Door was open, but no one was at the desk. I called hello, but no one came. I waited 5 -10 minutes, then left.

Sent my wife there for a prenatal massage after a recommendation. The massage itself was great, she really felt relaxed afterwards and the masseuse was nice and accommodated her needs.However, it was a difficult location to find and gain access to for her. The building itself is also not welcoming and she felt a little concerned. But once she was in her room, it was all good.Perhaps one day they’ll move locations because that seems to be the only downside. Service is great!

I loved my massage by Tonya! She listened when I asked for less pressure, she was patient, communicated clearly what she needed me to do. The place was very nice, I didnt feel unsafe, as some of the reviews stated, the room was clean, warm, the light ambient and the music relaxing. I really enjoyed my massage and left relaxed.

Great Deep Tissue Massage from Michaela! Never had a better massage!Worth every cent!

I have just returned from my massage therapy appointment at Serenity. Parking is very convenient, steps from the door. From the moment you walk in until the time to leave, the experience is very soothing and stress free. All personnel are very concerned for my welfare. There is soothing music and low lighting as well as a warm table with blankets. Outstanding services provided by Philip. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Serenity massage therapists to anyone, and have done so in the past, and I intend to keep going there as part of my wellness agenda.

First time coming here today and had a great experience with Kaitlyn. She was able to provide both a relaxing and knot-releasing massage. I plan to return next month! It was the most pleasant massage I have ever experienced.

I’ve been a client there for quite a while for massages and other cosmetic related services. I personally have had multiple therapists work on my body and each one of them made me feel not just comfortable but very comfortable and safe. I have recommended this place to all of my friends and all have been very pleased with the place and personnel there. Last time i was there I saw Phillip for a neuromuscular therapy massage and Ive never had anyone perform a better, more efficient massage on me. Not sure where these 1* reviews come from because the experience is not even close to the descriptions that are in there. Thank you again for your services!

I prefer heavy pressure for my massages, I usually get deep tissue or pressure point massages, and Phillip did not disappoint me! Writing this review makes me want to call and book another one! Great service and they were able to get me an appointment on the same day I called.The atmosphere was perfect, the place VERY CLEAN and SAFE and my body feels incredibly rejuvenated. I have seen Kayla at the royal oak location and loved the service. Would definitely recommend. She is personable, professional, and you leave feeling amazing.

I love this place. I had massages here and a few sessions of body sculpting that helped remove 10lbs of my baby fat. The staffs are very friendly and courteous. I have shoulder pain and she showed me some yoga stretches to work on later at home.

Unsettling location. Hand prints all over the walls, super creepy, we could not relax during this massage.

One of, if not the, best massage experiences I have ever had. Tonya was my masseuse and she really knew what she was doing. She worked out tightness in my neck and lower back in ways that I had never experienced before and it made a world of difference. I will be going back to Serenity and to Tonya specifically for as long as I’m in the area.

This is a great little massage therapy place. The parking is super convenient and the office is professional and relaxing. They have good COVID precautions in place and I felt very safe there. It is also very clean and the rooms have a nice ambiance. I also think the massage tables are more comfortable than many I have laid on in the past. The two massage therapists I have seen in the past were both professional and great at listening to me about where my pain was and the amount of pressure used. I definitely recommend this place!

Really fi d their website easy to use. They have a online booking system and all the services they offer are clearly marked. Ive only been seeing one person here and I keep coming back now for a couple months now. Maybe 2 months now? My experience with Kate has been wonderful. Overall highly recommend.

Monet was amazing! She’s professional and personable. My massage was incredible and cared about the quality of her service. She also checks in to make sure the pressure is to your liking.

When I walked in, it didnt take long for Maggie to greet me. She was very warm and understanding and listened to my needs. The room was clean and peaceful! Maggie made sure I understood the procedures she was getting ready to perform. She asked if the massage was to aggressive she could tone it down. Maggie was AWESOME! I highly recommend Serenity! Kate was really amazing to work with and made it her mission to help with my trouble spots, and I left feeling much less knotted up. I was incredibly relaxed and very taken care, she consistently asked if I needed water and checked temperatures and pressures. If you are looking for a peaceful and personalized experience, this is the place.

Katelyn Lane is the best she makes you feel relaxed her energy is epic the atmosphere the soft music and her touches is everything she hits the spots she makes you feel very relaxed as if she knows your body without you telling her shes amazing this place is awesome if youre ever in need please go here! Just moved to the area, glad I found this hidden gem! Good ambiance fair price and my masseuse Monet had hands of a goddess! Worked out every sore spot with the perfect pressure! Ill be back for sure!

Look forward to coming here every month. Kate is always amazing and I walk away feeling incredible. My back pain tends to slow me down at work, but everytime I come here I leave and have weeks where Im more focused and just feel better in general. Kate always asks what areas need attention and always asks if its ok to do something prior to doing it, even if it is a method she has used before. Call them up and ask for Kate, shes the best!

The experience that I had from walking in the room to the end of the service, was excellent. I had massages and also the cellulite and slimming treatment done at this location at different appointments and I have to say that everytime i did go in, i was always welcome and always left feeling like a brand new person. The environment and the staff are all professionals and can trully say they know exactly what they are doing .

I truly enjoyed my visit. Everyone was very friendly. My massage was soooo fricken good. My facial has my face bright and soft. I will definitely go back and definitely recommend!!!

BEST MASSAGE in the area - Philip is a professional, skilled, and intuitive massage therapist. He listens closely and carefully assesses specific needs and tailors her technique. I, as well as most people carry their stress in their shoulders and back, and he skillfully removes the tension while encouraging good breathing techniques. An hour session with Philip will leave you healthier and in a better mood.

Had a great deep tissue massage from Nico P yesterday. She listened to my concerns, did a great job applying the right amount of pressure and checked in to make sure it wasnt too much. I feel SO much better. Parking was free and readily available, over all a very good experience.

I had the a 60min session with CBD oil. Katelyn was awesome, she addressed my most stressed areas, I felt very relaxed after my service. The environment was tranquil and the decor was nice, I 100% reccomend.

Every time I frequent this establishment I have a wonderful experience. This past experience was the best thus far!! I received a deep tissue massage (relaxation) from Phillip! The best massage ever!!!!! Very professional, polite, respectable and knowledgeable about his craft!! I will be returning soon. Great Job!

I had a deep tissue massage from Karen last weekend. The office is very nicely decorated and is very pleasant, calming and clean. The massage I received from Karen was one of the best massages I have ever had. She used the right amount of tension during the massage and used some lovely smelling essential oils. Karen paid extra attention to my neck and shoulders as I asked. She really worked all of the trigger points and released a lot of tension from my body Since I have myofascial pain syndrome and fibromyalgia, I need regular massages and I need a place close to home. I just booked another massage with Karen for next week and we will see how it goes. I think she will be great and I can continue going to Serenity Massage Therapy in the future.

Nico was great! I enjoyed getting worked on, after 2 years of not having a massage! She really worked through a lot of my knots! Thank you and recommend her place.

The office itself is nice, but the main building was locked so I had to call to get let in, and an alarm goes off when the main door is opened, which is a bit off putting and can also be faintly heard going off when you are getting your massage.My masseuse, Tiffany, was great, very attentive and she made sure to pay close attention to the areas I told her had some soreness.

The location is convenient and has a small parking lot as well as street parking out front. They do a good job of keeping a quiet and calm environment in the building. I will definitely be going back for another massage. Serena was also a great massage therapist who knew how to target my trouble areas. I would recommend this location if you are looking for a massage!

Serena was so wonderful!!! I’m a photographer & a nail tech so my back and hands are always in a lot of pain. I booked for a 60 min massage and she gave me a full body but focused on my back and hands like I asked. I had a great experience and will be booking again with her!😇❤️

I went in so tense and came out feeling like a million bucks. The online booking process was really easy and their hours are super. Patricia is a really kind person with a calming vibe in addition to being a very good therapist.

I love this place, I went there for a on time massage and now I am a regular. The place is so nice and clean, people are very good professionals. I have never had any issues. Love it and truly recommend.

Phillip was AMAZING!! He massaged muscles that I didn’t know needed some TLC. He was amazing and respectful, very patient and informative. I can’t wait to book my next appointment.

Waited in the lobby a half hour to be let it. No one came to the door... Called, went right to voicemail. Got a call back stating that the therapist had gotten sick and had to leave due to covid protocol. They stated they had been trying to contact me about it over the phone and had sent an email. I checked... I had no missed calls, no voicemail stating my appointment was cancelled, AND the email had been sent ONLY AN HOUR before my appointment. Sorry for not noticing the email... Then this cat has the nerve to tell me I have to wait until the therapist is back to set up a new appointment. Like I was going to anyway. Absolutely infuriating, dont spend you hard earned money here

Amazing place, very welcoming and Kate is amazing. She has helped me with my migraines. I am also a powerlifter and have recently hurt my arm, she has helped so much in my recovery.

I came for a 60 minute post-op lymphatic massage with Karen.-When I walked in, the room, the oils, and her hands were freezing!- We are not supposed to sit on our butt after a BBL procedure and she had me struggle to sit on a pillow on my back (was putting pressure on my butt) and then left me there in the room to struggle to not only get up from sitting on my back but offered no assistance or instruction on how to even get up when I just had my surgery 2 weeks ago so I’m still pretty weak.- Called me Lauren on her way out the room (my name is Lindsey clearly).-The massage was less than the 60 minutes I paid for and she kept looking at the clock the entire time.Won’t be coming back.

Overall good experience. However, if you have specific areas and need it due to medical reasons and/or athletic injuries, seek the suggestions of your Chiropractor first. They did not read the specific things and areas on the sheet provided before starting. The complete opposite was done. There were specific instructions, none were followed. I receive a full body, when it was stated only one region needed attention.However, it was good overall and I would suggest it for anyone that wants to go for relaxation and self-care.If you have a medical condition that requires specific target areas, this would not be my first choice.Very clean. Quiet. And very nice people.

Had a hot stone massage. Serena was amazing. I felt so at ease and peaceful during the whole massage. And I felt not only physically relaxed after but mentally relaxed which is a near impossible thing for me. I will definitely be back to see Serena.

I have been here a few times and always had a great experience with Ioana and today I was seen by Serena and she was amazing! They focus on my areas of concern and gave me tips on stretches to do at home. I highly recommend Serenity Massage!

My appointment was to start at 215I arrived on time. 5 minutes early actually.I explained to her my concerns and areas to focus on after being brought into the treatment room. I felt she downplayed what I wanted to get worked on bc I was using anatomical terminology as I am a massage therapist and personal trainer back home in Canada.She said to me well therapists here dont talk like that we usually just say I need my neck worked on, but I was trying to highlight the highly specific areas I needed worked on. I.e. my traps,scalenes, rhomboids, piriformis and SI joint.I didnt get on the table until 230.I took note of the time when she knocked on the door before the massage startedI asked numerous times to increase pressure and while she would when I asked she wouldnt maintain pressure for very longWaaaaaay too much oil, so much so that it was impossible for her to isolate my trigger points or.provide any sort of drag on the tissues being treated. There was no trigger point release. She would find one, wiggle around on it a bit and then slide away. My shoulder actually feels more aggravated leaving then when I came in. I also asked for my SI joint to be addressed and she didnt work on it AT ALL. I also asked for my neck to be worked on and she didnt roll me over to supine and work on my neckHer strokes were way too fast. There was no opportunity to allow any areas to open and release bc she didnt spend any amount of time applying pressure to anyone area.Pamela also didnt stop talking. At all. She was more interested in talking about herself and her life then getting to know her client or checking in throughout the masssge to make sure I was receiving what I needed for my treatment.The massage ended at 315 on the dot which equates to her only massaging me for 45 minutes. Thankfully it was a first time client special sp the price was only $60 but still. Ive never paid $60 for a 45 minute massage anywhere.I was so saturated in oil that i had to use the sheets to wipe it all off of my arms and shoulders in fear of destroying the clothes that i had to put back on.All in all I dont feel that my needs were addressed or even acknowledged. I didnt get my moneys worth in time and I am deeply disappointed in the treatment I was provided.

Had a wonderful prenatal massage with Serena. Im currently 34 weeks pregnant and Im experiencing discomfort with my hips and knees. She did a great job releasing tension in these areas and took the time to explain what I can do at home to help relieve the pain. Will definitely be back again!

I was gifted a massage and it was very easy to schedule online, my therapist was ready for me as soon as I walked in the door, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and she did a great job. She even looked up a stretch online while I was changing back into my clothes and demonstrated it for me to help me with the pain Im having in my hip, which to me was Above and Beyond helpful!

I like this place a lot! They offer many different types of services for all your skin and body needs as they also stay on top of current and new technologies/techniques. Ioana is amazing and super knowledgeable with the skin and is very experienced!

I’m going to this place for quite a long time. I started with 60 min now Im up to 90 min and I’m contemplating the 2 h. Love the massage therapy! The best I tried. Highly recommended!

I went to the new ZoShape procedure. The session was a succes. I lost a few inches in just 1 session. And with no pain. What can be better. I totally recommend the ZoShape procedure. The salon is very clean and has a relaxing ambiance.

Lauren was very kind and provided a relaxing massage experience that reset my sore muscles. I recommend her and will be going back myself.

Sidenote: I have never been to this place BUT I had a great customer service experience when making a cancellation.My sister and I had to cancelled out appointments unexpectedly the morning of but we just sent a text to the provided phone number and receive a message back immediately.I will book my 1st massage with this place.

They are great at what the do but they will take your money, happened a two times, not going to do me dirty 3 time, so save you money and time and just book elsewhere. Sad when the steal tips too. Double dipping...

Was waiting on a covid test and told us hours before they had to cancel. Could have told us yesterday to make different plans but decided 2 hours before our massages to cancel. Feels like they just wanted the day off.

Love going here been twice both times I had Nico (sorry if I spelled it wrong) she does a amazing job last time I went I fail asleep during the massage woke myself up from the snoring lol I did the 90 min deep tissue every minute was worth it will be back!

Waited briefly in a waiting room, waited again in the massage room, did not receive a good massage. I believe they were sitting in chairs for part or all of the massage. Nice people but I did not enjoy the massage.
