Massage on the Run & The Wholistic Wellness Center - Huntington

Massages are ok but there is one lady at the front desk that is always rude and obnoxious. She has long black hair and is Indian I think. When my wife and I come in or when I come in alone she always has an attitude and looks like she does not want to be there. She makes rude comments to the massage therapist and to clients including my wife and me. I think her name is rachna?? Several times we heard her yelling on the phone at a client. In person, she has yelled at me for no reason. She also messed up our appointments three times . She made several racist comments to clients in front of us. Either way, this place should replace her with someone who is more kind to clients and someone who does better customer service. I won’t be coming back.

This is my husbands review. - I had an issue with my neck, I set an appointment and 30 minutes before I was to come in, they cancelled. Now we are all human. but no phone call after for an apology, no 10% off my next massage. NOTHING. they really did not care that it was too late to set up another massage with another place. They do not really care about you, they never helped me out. be aware of this place, there are so many better places to go to. AVOID this place.

I am very happy with there service, Virginia is very strong, knowledgeable and good style, Jenn has good pressure & good technique. Denise also has a great technique, knowledgeable, great pleasure. the place is very clean, and the front desk is very nice and helpful.

Lily is amazing. She is extremely intuitive, she listens to what you want and makes adjustments if you feel it’s necessary

Lovely staff. Accommodating. Hygienic space. Amy, massage therapist, saw me hobble in.. I left walking upright.

I injured my thumb playing soccer. Had reoccurring tendinitis for ever!!! Dr Mike used the laser treatment on it and im now entering this review withh my pain free thumb via my phone!! Wow. Great staff too.
