I had a really sweet lady do my nails, but I felt that what I paid for wasn’t worth what I got. The nail tech kept forgetting to turn on the gel lamp to curate my nails and when I brought it up she said oh it just turned off now that’s why the lights off. So when it happens the next time I didn’t say anything and eventually she realized she didn’t turn it on. Then when I was done everyone was hyping up my nails and saying how cute they were, but on the car ride home I got a better look at them and realized that she didn’t paint all the way to my cuticles and it looks like my nails have grown out and already need fill ins. I’m really upset now since they are not opened on Sundays or Monday for me to see if they can fix this before I go out of town Monday night.

I love coming here to get my nails done! Hailey W. does amazing nail art. If you bring an idea/photo to her she makes it come to life. The salon is very clean and professional. Nice to have parking onsite, online booking, and the option to tip on my card too.

I used to get my eyebrows waxed here regularly, until at one of the appointments the technician did something wrong (not sure what she did???), and took a pretty significant amount of skin off of my eyelid. It hurt so much, and then hurt for hours after, and then the scar took about three months to totally heal. They were also usually running late, so I’d have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for my appointment. The shape was also never quite right, even after 20 or so minutes of waxing and tweezing. Never going back and would not recommend it for waxing. The threading place I’ve been going to gets the shape right every time, in less than 5 minutes, and they haven’t taken any skin off in the process.

Such a wonderful relaxing experience! My mom and I got the $40 citris pedicures and they were fabulous! Definitely going back!

Had a pedi with Santina, and I loved every minute I got to spend with her.

We love this salon. My partner and I came in for a mani pedi and a couples massage and had a wonderful time. Despite some technical difficulties with their scheduling system, the manager made sure that we were still seen on time without issue and were given excellent service (she was amazing and I wish I could remember her name). I love their color options, and they did great work. The couples massage was a special treat, and let me tell you, Rachel knows how to work the stress right out of your shoulders. Thanks for the fantastic experience, you ladies really helped make our trip to Indy a wonderful success!

This is a wonderful salon. I have had numerous services done, and always left deeply relaxed and satisfied with the outcome. Santina is exceptional at deep tissue massage, Chelsea and Elizabeth are highly knowledgeable in provision of skin care and Karen has done wonders with my hair and nails. The staff is highly professional, talented and know the ins and outs of how to treat their clientele. I highly encourage you to schedule an appointment - you will not be disappointed.

It was so messy in the salon and very disorganized. I had to sit in a hair dryer chair for a pedicure so it was very uncomfortable and the pedicure tub was basically just a bucket. My nails chipped less than a week later. It was overall bad vibes, not comforting, and a waste of time/money. I would have much rather went to my regular place, city nail bar! It’s the same price and much better service/quality.

This salon offers a very wide variety of services in a beautiful space. I get my eyebrows done here and they look amazing every single time. Its more expensive than threading but the attention to detail that is shown is well worth the few extra dollars. The salon is impeccably clean and the staff are very friendly without seeming fake in any way. The atmosphere is great but its not like other salons Ive been to where I feel out of place. The salon in conveniently located close to downtown but has its own parking. I would recommend this salon to anyone for any of the services they provide.7/20/18: Ive since gotten additional services that Ive loved. I got a wonderful facial for my birthday and truly enjoyed the experience. It was relaxing and my skin looked amazing after for at least a week. Ive also gotten my eyebrows tinted. Its been 4 weeks and my brows still look great. The color match was better than Ive experienced in the past at other places. The staff is still amazing and every service Ive had has been reasonably priced. I love coming here and reccomend it highly.

Had a great facial here last week by Santina. I had a gift card that I had been doing nothing with and Im glad I decided to try this place out for my skin care needs! She had a heavy hand and I mean that in a good way. I want to feel like youre really doing something. I was relaxed the entire time but I didnt feel like she was just lightly putting on the product and taking it off with a hot towel. Also, if you are one for extractions she is AMAZING! Dont get me wrong, I hate the feel of having it done but theres not a blackhead left! I feel sometimes that they rush through that as well and I leave feeling like I could have accomplished the same thing in my bathroom. Almost a week later my skin is looking and feeling great! Although I came in with a gift card, I will keep going back to her at full price! Thanks again for the great service and helping this pregnant momma feel better about herself!

Being a frontline healthcare worker in the pandemic has stopped me from caring for myself as much as I should for more than a year, and you both gave me such magnificent treatment today!You were both accommodating, talented, and so kind. The rooms and salon were clean and super comfy. They have many treatments to choose from so having an actual spa day is totally possible. I spent 5 1/2 hours in this place and it was absolutely worth it.It was a pure luxury experience and I highly recommend No.7 Salon & Spa. If you want Hollywood treatment in Indiana, this is the place for you.

I got my eyebrows waxed and a facial done today and both were excellent services! Santina did my brows and Natalie did my facial. Both were very professional and my face is looking better than ever! The products were high quality and I was able to tell a difference without even having to look in the mirror. Highly recommend this salon and spa.

Overall great, however for the amount of money you’re paying you expect more pampering. I could go to fantastic sams and get better pampering. I decided to try this place because of their treatment options. Stylish didn’t ask me what type of problems i had with my hair and what were my options. Also just kinda went on her on with my face framing. I like to put my hair up and when I noticed she was already running the razon down my hair. She was goo but i was expecting a lot more for my services.

They qualify for being professional neither by skill nor by attitude. I did a trial makeup. They didnt know what shades go well together and when I said its not working, the makeup artist was angry and started acting up. She could not even draw my eyeliner in a straight line. She had no idea how to pair things together or what complimented me and what did not. She kept blindly applying color on color. I even had sample pictures and what she did looked nothing like I wanted. I didnt care about arguing because she was going to be angry with me. Its an easy way to charge people for putting on random colors on their faces. The so-called 24-hour airbrush lasted less than 3 hrs.

Karen is the best. No.7 Salon & Spa is a gem of a place to go and get your facial needs done with professional services and kind-hearted staff. Karen, who worked with me, was knowledgeable and put you at ease with every product she used. Her 22 years of experience were on full display with confidence and enthusiasm.

I have had such incredible service during previous appointments however this past appointments my nail tech was not friendly, wouldn’t answer my questions, and was rude. My nails did not look like the pictures I showed her. I said goodbye and thanked her and she didn’t respond. I would suggest that when payment methods change to communicate that on your website!!

Im very happy. My current waxing place could not accommodate me being 5 minutes late! (I called to explain when I was 1 minute out that there was a bike race and I just couldnt find my way around it fast enough). I called in to this place (googled waxing) and lo and behold I got charged $40 for a lip and armpit wax while my other place wanted $54 just for the armpit wax... They have a new customer as of today. Karen was great, and not super chatty like someone else mentioned which I liked.

90 minute massage for myself and wife. It was OK at best. Her MT never touched her scalp, face, or chest. Mine was barely adequate. We will save a lot more $$ and do the foot massage place closer to home before we use No.7 services again. “Adequate” at best for our experience.

The facial I had was completely the opposite of relaxing- too rough and fast during both the face part and arm massage. Over exfoliating and whatever inappropriate products used or not used (like moisturizer) left me in pain and now, in addition, I also have peeling skin two days later. I shared my experience with the manager today (what she described as their products/procedures was not what happened in my case) and I was offered another facial but they do not offer refunds. I live 4 hours away and was in town just for a girls getaway (my friend also had a similar experience during her facial but not the aftermath I’ve had). I’m not new to facials or microdermabrasion and have never had an experience like this. The facility also needs updating and cleaning in areas like the bathroom.

Moved to No. 7 as my primary hair-cutting locale. I was in desperate need of a haircut and was able to book a same day appointment via their online booking. Being able to book online without a call was a winner for me. Salon is in a re-habed old school which is pretty neat. Prices are about what I would expect to pay for a mens haircut at a salon. Was happy with the stylist and will be back monthly.

Love Salon no 7. The staff are all very professional, friendly and talented. Natalie does my nails and they are the best they have ever been in my life. The space is clean and well decorated. Highly recommend.

Santina is still as she was when I first went to her for waxing, an aesthetician who is caring and kind. She explains what to expect before each step of waxing or facial, allows questions to be asked and charges fair. The young lady at checkout was respectful and kind also. Will be going back as I can.

My fiance and I came for a Valentines day/engagement couples massage with Vanessa and Stephanie. They were both excellent and the massage was very relaxing. We also had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries afterwards which was a nice touch. Definitely planning on going back!

Natalie did an amazing job on my citrus pedicure. I would sooo recommend going to her if you have an option! I wish they had the massage chairs because the booth seating was kind of uncomfortable lol but i still enjoyed every minute of my pedicure! Dont forget to tip your stylist!!!!

Some friends and I were having a girls weekend in Indy, and we decided to have a spa morning. We didnt decide this until Wednesday before we left. No 7 was so accommodating, fitting in two massages, a facial and a pedicure on a Saturday morning when I am sure they were dealing with Prom appointments. All of us loved our services and the staff was great.

Stay away from this place. Manicure is sloppy, and management is an absolute joke. I went to get my nails done with my friend and she was charged an extra $30 for removing acrylic nails when she had no such thing on. Then when she called to get her money refunded management was very rude, and hung up on her! I have never witnessed such disrespect when it comes to customer service, and from a manger. Dont go here unless you want to be overcharged for a disappointing manicure.

This is my favorite place I have ever been. I have curly, wiry hair and no one understands it like Jessie. I have had hundreds of bad hair cuts over my lifetime. I even once had someone use thinning shears on me.. It was so terrible, I had to get 6 extra inches cut off to get rid of all the thinned layers they added. I called today to make an appointment and was told that Jessie was on leave. I hope she comes back. I have always hated my hair and Jessie makes it pretty and easy to take care of. I am going to try someone else at the salon but Im a little nervous.

I recently went to No. 7 Salon and Spa for the first time, on the recommendation from Yelp. The salon was beautiful and very clean. The staff was fun and friendly. My stylist Mariann recommended some fun highlights for the summer, and I love them! I was also pleased to find out they also had a full functioning spa. I highly recommend No. 7 Salon and Spa.

Have been there a few times now for nails and just recently went for hair color. Everytime I go the staff is SUPER friendly and nice. The ladies I have been to (Krisky &Tina) are full of ideas and are very creative. I have never had a bad experience. The salon is clean and is very inviting plus there is a huge lot for parking.

I went in for a last minute pedicure before I went on maternity leave. It was a wonderful and relaxing experience at a new salon - Im so glad I discovered No. 7 through SpaFinder! They are super close to my office so I plan to schedule regularly now!

HORRIBLE! I wish I could give zero stars. Four of us visited the salon for the bridal party mani/pedi. The treatment was horrible - the women whispered about us and complained openly about how long it was taking to work on our nails. The lady doing my nails had to get help from another on how to take off my polish and I had to remove some from my toes that she missed before applying the new lighter color (any polish left would have shown through). Then for my hands - no shaping, no removing of dead/dry skin around the nail bed or cuticles. The polish lasted 1.5 days. Total cost $100. Worst experience at a salon in my life. Save your money and go ANYWHERE else.Oh - and my favorite - when one of the ladies thought that the soaked towel in the microwave (used for pedi) could catch fire.

Had to cancel an appointment due to a medical emergency. Was still charged $50. Reached out again and they couldn’t even deign to respond. A simple “that’s our policy” or whatever would have sufficed. Will not be returning

I was in Indianapolis recently, and learned of No. 7 Salon & Spa from a friend, so I decided to give them a try, due to the close proximity to my downtown hotel, and the multitude of services they offer. I booked a spa pedicure and a facial. The salon is sleek and modern and located in a former schoolhouse building downtown with plenty of FREE parking. The Milano Inn and Iaria’s restaurant are their neighbors. Upon entering, the salon smelled wonderful, and I was greeted by the staff with bright smiles and offered a beverage and light snacks in the waiting area.My facial was with Santina, and it was one of the best Ive ever had! The facial room was comfortable and private, and all the products she used smelled awesome. Santina was fantastic, skilled, and extremely knowledgeable about skin care. She was very easy to talk to. My skin looks and feels amazing even 4 days later! I would definitely go back to her for a facial and recommend her.The spa pedicure was both fun and relaxing. Alyssa was very nice, and kept the conversation going. She is clearly interested in her field and studies up on the latest techniques and trends. She was efficient yet gentle and gave a great leg massage, too. She offered a large selection of polish colors, and fun conversation as well! I felt very relaxed afterward and enjoyed the overall experience.I will definitely treat myself to some pampering from No.7 Salon & Spa on my next trip to Indianapolis!

This salon and spa is *wonderful*! They have the coolest set up for pedicures. I had the ultimate pedicure and it was wonderful. Andrew, the salon coordinator, was so kind and friendly! Love the atmosphere and the staff. Will definitely go back!

I am getting married soon. I just want to wear my hair down and curled, with maybe a little bit of the front section pinned back. Very simple. Since it is not a fancy or complicated style, I did not want or need a trial run beforehand. I told this to the bridal coordinator and was told, quote, none of my technicians feel comfortable doing bridal hair without a trial run.So, to be clear: if I were not a bride, they could curl my hair and clip some of it back with no problem. But, only because I am a bride, I am required to pay for an unnecessary trial run -- which actually costs MORE than the wedding-day style itself.Their concern is clearly not ensuring the customers satisfaction. I told them that I did not want a trial run and that I was voluntarily taking on any risk inherent with that decision. Instead, their concern seems to be getting the most money out of brides, just because they are brides.Since this salon chooses to require a trial -- one that is more expensive than the wedding-day hair itself -- they should reflect that accurately on their website and in their contract. That is, instead of falsely advertising that a customer can pay $67 in exchange for bridal hair, they should disclose that the customer must actually pay $137 to get bridal hair, and that this cost includes a trial.I would advise future brides to be wary of this salons conditionally competent technicians, who claim to lose their ability to curl hair if they find out that the customer is a bride, even though they would willingly perform an identical style on someone else.I contacted 4 other salons in the Indianapolis area and none of them gave me any such trouble. They are all more than willing to do my hair and makeup with no strings attached. Trials recommended but optional. (E.g. Cloud 9 Salon and Spa in Noblesville; Modé salon in Keystone). I would recommend going to one of those if you just want a simple style with no nonsense.

Hniang gave me the best Mani pedi I have legit ever had. She definitely took her time... Its absolutely perfect. The foot massage was worth the entire price of the visit.

It is nestled behind Milano Inn near downtown Indianapolis, it has the downtown feel without the parking headache. Two days before my best friends wedding, I booked an appointment with Vanessa for a salon pedi, gel mani, and spray body bronzer. She did a fantastic job and was very professional and personable. I will definitely go back to her. I felt very pampered. If you are considering using them for your wedding, you will NOT be disappointed.They have a wide range of hair and skin products available for purchase and I am excited to go back later for an appointment with one of the estheticians for a facial and/or microdermabrasion.I will for sure be a regular customer now.

Love this place! Natalie is great with details and I love her manicures! But im very sad she doesnt work there anymore :( if anyone knows were she is working now please post :). My husband also loves Hayles haircuts!

The ladies here are very nice! Ive gone here 2 times for a cut by Kylie and each time was perfect! I love the products they have for sale. I look forward to coming again for other services.

My pedicure was incredible, the sweetheart who done my pedi and I had great conversations and she was my therapist for 30/45 minutes. I forgot her name but shes an esthetician and I will be back!

This place takes your credit card info so that if you no show your appointment you’ll get charged. That’s fine, except when you do that, at least be on time on your end. I waited over 30 minutes for my scheduled appointment and walked out. Unprofessional and I will not be back.

Was more than pleased with my experience here! Friendly voices over the phone, a warm, pleasant greeting upon walk-in, modern and casual decor, bright lighting.. all of it just made for a top-notch experience. And I cannot emphasize enough how great the hospitality was. Wonderful experience!

Quite possibly the worst haircut I’ve ever received. I described the type of cut I wanted and the stylist proceeded to do what she wanted. Asked for one half inch off the top and the very first cut was close to two inches. I will not be returning and would not recommend any male get their hair cut here.

Highly recommend this salon and their stylists! Haley Ramsay is fantastic and has been doing an awesome job with my hair since 18.

Got a manicure yesterday. One of my nails began chipping by the end of the day & today all the polish peeled off. I wont be returning.

Great services, friendly staff. Gave us a private room for our bachelorette party. 20% gratuity was a bit much though for just a party of 5 people.

I asked for 1-2 inches off and to keep it below my chin, and I got 4-5 inches cut and a chin-length bob. It’s uneven on the sides and even shorter in the back. I would not recommend this place.

I have been getting my haircut by Alyssa at Number 7 for a couple of years now. Great service, not too expensive. I have always been pleased.

Very excellent service and haircut. The only reason I am not providing a 5 is for what I believe was miscommunication. I was informed over the phone a wash was provided with the haircut and I did not receive a wash.
