Just had a couples massage with my wife here - the massage therapists were very good at their jobs! The prices are very reasonable & I definitely think we got our moneys worth.We booked a very last minute massage this morning and they were very accommodating, getting us a same day appointment early this afternoon. Beyond that, we ended up late to the massage, which I expected to eat into our table time, but they were happy to push our appointment slightly later and they still gave us the full 90 minutes.This is a very clean, professional & relaxing spa - one of the best massage experiences Ive ever had! Well definitely be coming back again.Highly recommend!

Had a 90 minute massage today with Mia and my daughter received hers from Tina. It was absolutely amazing! Mia took her time and worked on my problem areas. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Feeling very relaxed.Everyone was friendly as soon as you walked in the door. Everything was clean and nice environment.We’ll definitely be back from another massage.

I had the most AMAZING massage from Tina! I have had probably 15-20 massages in life & this one was the best!!!!!! The staff was incredibly kind, their massage room was peaceful with great music & lighting, & I was so comfortable & relaxed! I loved the hot stones too! The price for what you get is totally worth it. (Actually a really good deal compared to what I have paid before!)This was a birthday gift from my family, & I can’t wait to go back!!!!!! Ann was so good. I had completed a 24 hour mountain bike race the day before I came to see her. She worked out knots that were giving me headaches. I found her through a Google search as I was on a business trip in Indianapolis. I’m honestly excited to travel back to the area so I can get another massage from her. Her prices are very affordable as well. Definitely a 5 star though and through.

These ladies were amazing. In Greenwood on a business trip and opted to try Ann Spa for a bit of relaxation after work. Absolutely no regrets. Clean place, fabulous massage, great prices and excellent customer service. Ann did amazing!! Highly recommend this place. You wont regret it!!

Amazing massage! My husband and I got a couples massage. The beds had roses on them, which was a cute touch. Joy and Mia were our masseuses. They were both polite and frequently checked in on whether the pressure they were using was enough or too much. My husband and I both like deep-tissue massages, and Joy and Mia both used a lot of pressure as requested. I asked Joy to focus on my shoulder blades and she spent probably 45 minutes of the hour working out the knots there, which was exactly what I needed. I didnt realize the massage included hot rocks, so that was a nice surprise! The price was extremely reasonable. We will definitely be back!

For my appointment they had same day availability. The location was clean and quiet. Ann applied good pressure. Sometimes massage therapists are too gentle but she really got in there. I love acupressure and will be coming here again.

This was my second time here. It is a very clean and relaxing environment! I took my son in today to get his first massage, and they were just as wonderful as the first time going. Ann and Mia both have wonderful technique and spend a good amount of time with the hot stones in the troubled areas in our back and shoulders. 10/10 highly recommend!

I have been going to Ann Spa for two years now. They are without a doubt one of the best massage spas in the area. The place is very very clean and all employees are very experienced and great. I’ve been experiencing horrible shoulder pain and numbness caused by the severe knots and tension in my back. Mia was able to see me today and she took care of it. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time and that the pressure was just right. She was very friendly and kind and did an amazing job. I will definitely be back! The spa was also very clean and such a relaxing environment!

Just left Ann Spa. I have never had a massage before but I was very impressed. Very beautiful ladies very professional and I left there feeling much better than I did walking in. I was very relaxed. The only bad part is when she said my time was up 😊. Will be going back again.

My gf and I just had a 60 min couples massage at Ann Spa. Ann massaged me and Joy massaged my gf and they were both great! Ann gave me a deep tissue massage that hit all the right places and my gf vouches for Joys technique too. Definitely planning to come back again!

I went here today for a 2 hr massage. I had not been to a massage therapist in a while. Ann was quick to get me in when i needed and her pricesand cleanliness are wonderful. The best part of the spa was the massage. Ann makes sure you are enjoying the massage. Asks about pressure and concern areas. 1st time going in for a Couples Massage for 1 Hr , definitely worth it for me & my woman. Our backs are more relaxed & loose , I had some shoulder movement pain & Ann definitely did her magic cuz I felt every bit but felt so good to finally have someone take the tension off. The Hot Stones are amazing , You have to try it!! Will be back & I recommend !!

I got a 3rd degree burn for the heating pack they used on my stomach, I had a C section and lost feeling in that area, so not being able to feel the heating pad was way to hot I left it on for the remainder of the massage, that night my stomach was all red, the next day I have a huge blister(i still have 3 days later).... the lady giving the massage was wearing a mini skirt and her bare legs kept touching my arms, then she climbed up on the table basically sitting on my head in a mini skirt. She also massaged the same spot over and over again, while I believe, she was texting on her phone (I kept hearing the typing noise) she also answered a phone call in the middle of the massage.Not very happy with the whole experience especially the burn I recieved. I have taken multiple pics from the day it first showed up until now. Would not recommend this place as the massage seemed rushed and not relaxing at all. I have bruises from where she continuously went over the same spot.If I could post the Pic of the burn I would.

Hi, If you go to Ann Spa, I highly recommend you to try their massage service. I went to Ann Spa yesterday for a massage and it’s very awesome. The people there are very kind and friendly. The environment is also very clean. The masseuse who gave me the massage is called Joy. 😃

Why are the employees asking me to tip them more? This has happened a couple times here and it’s completely unacceptable. This may be a thing where they’re from, but in America this country has its own set of rules we abide by. I will tip them however much I want depending on the service. Why do you think it’s appropriate when I know I have left a 22% which is more than enough to ask for more on top of the service provided. Unbelievable and won’t be returning!

Joy is a great massage therapist. I have several knots in my neck and shoulders she really worked on the spots I needed most. I have been to several massage therapists and one of the best if not the best. I have also been to several asian spas as they are great with getting same day appointments, even for couples massages as they did for us same day, and this place was the cleanest nicest I have been to. Did a couples massage. New carpet room smelled nice ect. Will be going back. Highly recommend.

Ann is wonderful! I struggle with really bad back tension and have been looking for a new massage therapist for a while. I workout, so my muscles may be a little more dense than some. My knots get so bad that one spa had to have a second therapist come in to finish my session after the first person got tired. I have tried well over a dozen different therapist over the years and I have only considered returning to 2 or 3. Not great, but better than nothing. Ann stayed focussed on relieving the tension knots I had for as long as I needed and then spent the last portion of my time helping my lesser stressed muscles relax. I received so much relief with just one 90 min massage that I immediately booked another session for next week.

I highly recommend Ann Spa if you are looking for a very relaxing experience in a clean, quiet environment. Recently, I was in need of real help with stiff, sore muscles. I got lucky and got in on short notice at the end of the day, and I couldnt have been happier with my session. The lovely lady who did my massage was quite skilled and (without being intrusive) actively sought my feedback regarding how much/how little pressure, how much heat (where applicable) what areas needed her focus, etc. Both the masseuse and the owner of the spa were extremely pleasant to deal with. Its all wonderful, but the hot stone portion of the massage was a highlight! I also couldnt believe how reasonable the cost was for a full 60-minute session. I received a gift certificate for Christmas so figured I’d give it a try. I cannot say enough good things about Ann. She worked tirelessly to get some difficult knots out of my shoulders and made sure that I was okay many times. Typically I leave a massage more sore than I came in but not this time. Thanks to her technique, I left with better mobility & less pain. Although it closes @ 930, she offered to stay after & continue working on some stubborn knots that were still there. If youve never been to get a message I highly recommend going to Ann Spa!!! Like most women I carry my stress in my shoulders. I had so many knots in my shoulders its not even funny. I had the full body massage plus scraping and cupping done. Ann made sure I was doing OK the whole time. The scraping can get intense but its well worth it to get the knots to break up. Thank you so much for a great experience Ill definitely be booking monthly appointments.

Ann is the best! I recently dislocated my shoulder and had some pretty severe pain, so I booked a massage she fixed me right back up! She was gentle enough with my injury but tough enough to work out the pain - a perfect balance! Ann is a professional, the place was very clean, her service is top notch, and gives the best massage. I had a few family members get a massage here and both have said wonderful things about it, so I went last week before a half marathon. I shared my trouble spots and areas of focus being my quads and calves and she did not forget them during the 60min massage. She found many areas on my shoulders and neck that she worked out and made it hurt just enough that it alleviated the pain the next day. The massage was complete with hot stones and some warming beads draped over my back and felt wonderful. Truly one of the best, if not the best massage Ive gotten.

A good massage is like getting a tune-up on your car. I had deep pressure applied to the upper neck and shoulder area to relieve the tension built up from work. Now I feel like a million bucks, or at least a couple hundred thousand. Wish I could afford to go every day! Ann is very nice. It is a clean and friendly environment and I highly recommend.

This was my first visit. I have had many massages at lot of other places. This was by far my favorite. The facility is very clean and professional. Ann was so attentive to my problem areas and put much effort into the many knots in my neck and shoulder. The heat packs and stones were a nice bonus. No appointment needed. I was helped right away.

I got a massage by ann. i tend to have cold hands and feet, she did what she could to keep them warm, which i thought was very sweet. and she worked well on my knots.she took phone calls while giving me a massage. and she kept asking for a five star review, she even texted me. i felt pressured and uncomfortable by that.

Forced to tip it’s customers choice according to service how much we want to tip they can’t force the customer to tip 30%- 40% on $60 cover that’s ridiculous increase your rate instead you add the tips we wiling to pay but customer don’t like arguing after massage for tips thanks I guess it’s enough for them to understand how does it work yes we are tipping you around 15% I guess which is more then enough according your service.

My technician Xue is super sweet and very considerate. She is highly professional and takes very good care of me throughout the process.The place is neat and clean, the receptionists are incredible and answers to each of my question thoroughly.
